Pizzeria La Luna in Mönchengladbach

Yesterday I ordered two Hawaii pizzas, very tasty, juicy, with fresh pineapple, which was quite a lot, as I like. My friends and I had fun! Thank you! I'm disappointed and am changing my rating. They sold me a burnt pizza!!!🤦‍♀️ I didn't expect this!!! Very unpleasant!!!

Order not delivered as requested not recommended. I've never experienced anything like that before and I'm told emphatically that doing too much takes a long time. I paid for the food in the trash can like in the picture

Really incompetent people, you order over the phone and tell them that you are allergic to milk and that they should only use tomato sauce, then the delivery arrives and voila pasta with cream sauce, even though you have previously explained in detail that please no milk and no cream products. It's okay that mistakes happen sometimes, but then he's so cheeky and doesn't deliver the food anymore, doesn't apologize and now excuses himself by saying that we're too far away and it would take a long time for the food to be back with us. I would advise anyone not to order here...

I have ordered from La Luna several times and have always been satisfied. The food has always been good and the stated delivery time has always been met. However, in my last 2 orders I did not receive what I ordered. During the second to last order, a bottle of Coca Cola was forgotten (that can happen) and yesterday, instead of the tuna/cheese baguette I ordered, I received a portion of pizza rolls filled with cheese. Since I express myself clearly on the phone and the person on the phone reads my order out loud again, it is incomprehensible to me how a baguette suddenly turns into pizza rolls. The food is good, but after these two mistakes I won't be ordering from La Luna again.

Today was the first time we ordered two pizzas for delivery from La Luna and also the last time. The pizzas are well topped, but it's not just the quantity of ingredients that matters, but rather the quality of the ingredients. I'll just say key word: shaped meat ham. I just took another look at the ordering and delivery service with L. on the menu, it says "cooked ham" - that's a violation of the labeling requirement, but that's just a side note. Both pizzas were baked differently at the edges and towards the middle. For example, in my Mista the dough was crispy on one edge and not cooked through on the other side. It's normal that the middle is always a little softer, especially with the Mista, but the fact that it's not really cooked through isn't that tingling. What can you say about the Pizza Frutti de Mare - the same game as the Mista with an even worse touch, as the seafood wasn't drained long enough, so the pizza or the topping was floating in the water and the box was already on Softening was. In addition, a beak of an octopus was also included as a free addition; these are so sharp that you can cut yourself on them. I can't imagine what could have happened if my wife had eaten it. Thank God she noticed him. I don't want to be a small shopper either, but if you're offering a 29 cm pizza then it should be 29 cm and no less, after all that's what you're paying for. And that's not all, the pizzas arrived here lukewarm and at 1.1 km. I specifically chose a pizzaria that was nearby. All I'll say about the taste is that tastes are different - the pizzas didn't suit my wife's or my taste. Conclusion: Absolutely overpriced for the quality.

Ein ausgezeichneter Service, 3 Pizzen bestellt, in 10 Minuten FERTIG. 10. Klasse!!!

Wir hatten über einen Lieferdienst zwei Pizzen bestellt, welche auch pünktlich geliefert wurden. Dafür werden 2.50 € extra berechnet, ist ok. Die Größe der Pizzen wird mit 26 cm angegeben, geliefert wird jedoch Pizzen mit 23 cm Durchmesser ( siehe Foto), sehr schade. Der Pizza Teig war lecker 😋 und der Belag war reichlich. Bitte auf die Größe achten.!!!!

Hallöchen, beste Pizzeria überhaupt, sehr lecker, empfehlenswert, rate ich jedem, wo anders würde ich nicht mehr bestellen, lieben Gruß an das Team von Heiligenpesch 30😉

Essen ist lecker, die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Wir haben es wieder versucht, miteinander. Nachdem ich 2 Jahre dort nicht bestellt habe, hat sich La Luna wieder einen Spitzenplatz zurückerobert. Die Salate sind lecker, die Pizza sehr lecker und auch die Brötchen stets frisch. Die Lieferzeit ist teilweise phänomenal und freundlich. Wir sind wieder Mond-Kinder :-)

Wir wohnen um die Ecke und sind durchaus mehr als zufrieden mit den Pizzen. Meist Wartezeit knapp 10-15 Minuten 👌🏻 Knusprig, lecker immer gut belegt. Absolut nette Besitzer. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein paar Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Sehr leckere Pizzen und Salate. Nudeln hab ich noch nicht gegessen, die werden aber ganz sicher auch gut sein. Das beste ist, für Selbstabholer kostet jedes Gericht mit 3 Zutaten nur 5,50 Euro, das ist wirklich unschlagbar.

Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Pizza ist extrem lecker und immer üppig belegt. Lieferung immer zügig. Habe in all den Jahren nie länger als 45 Minuten gewartet. In der Regel warte ich sogar nur 20 - 25 Minuten. Wobei ich dazu sagen muss, dass ich direkt in der Nähe wohne. Ich bestelle ausschließlich dort und auch aus dem Freundeskreis hat sich noch nie einer beschwert. VG C. Balaban

Ich gehe seit Jahren bei euch essen bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen auch die Bestellung geht immer schnell , Hygiene und Lebensmittel immer sehr sauber und frisch , Personal auch sehr freundlich kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen für mich die beste Pizzaria in Mönchengladbach.🙏🏽

Schwache leistung heute. Lange Lieferzeit, pizza verbrannt und auch die pizzabrötchen (wie die pizza) unliebsam belegt. Knoblauch auf pizza und die Cola vergessen. Trotzdem geschmacklich gut...daher 2 Sterne.

Immer sehr lecker! Schnelle Lieferung. Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden.
