Pizzeria IL Pantanello in Biebesheim am Rhein

Well-intentioned advice not to order there. We had pasta, pizza bread and salad, I don't know what went wrong, but the sauces were a disaster, simply inedible, pizza bread was rock hard despite being very hungry due to the long delivery time, so you really couldn't eat enough of it. That was definitely the last order. Really disappointing.

Food is okay but orders were disappointing. For my first order I ordered two Bolognese schnitzels with pasta and a pizza bread. Instead, the schnitzel came with fries and without the accompanying salad. After calling the boss, I found out that the side salad had been changed because there were complaints. The noodles could be delivered in 45 minutes, which I refused because the pork schnitzel would be cold by then. There was no apology. For the second order I chose 2 Bolognese schnitzels and added an Italian salad since, according to the boss, there was no longer any side salad. When the order came I was amazed. Three salads – two side salads and the Italian one. When asked, the delivery person was confused and said there were always side salads. So here I was obviously misinformed by the boss and he didn't want to admit the mistake when I placed my first order. The quality of the food is okay, but the variability in taste - the schnitzels were ok, but the pizza bread and fries were not my cup of tea - does not contribute to satisfaction. But there are better quality locations for the price... Since no apology or discount was offered, I won't be ordering any more for the time being. Everything used to work better, including the quality...

We ordered today via Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as around 45 minutes, the food arrived after almost 2 hours, without any information, despite the fact that a cell phone number was given. The Greek salad was probably a joke. The salad consisted mostly of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and onions rather than lettuce. We had 3 lettuce leaves with us and they looked like they had been rotting in the kitchen all week. The salad and dressing were also tasteless. Dressing was mostly balsamic. The pizza and garlic bread were cold, hard and burnt. The tagliatelle with salmon wasn't seasoned at all, even adding more seasoning didn't make it any better. The tagliatelle were overcooked and it was more like mush than pasta. The salmon also had no taste and was partly burnt. All in all, not recommended and for €40 it was very cheeky to deliver something like that. We definitely won't be ordering here again. UPDATE 30 minutes after eating: One vomits, the other diarrhea!!! Food just flew into the bin as it was, there was still quite a lot. Really a shame about the money!

Service very bad. We ordered pizza and bruschetta, there were very long black hairs in both dishes, what does the (waiter, owner... what do I know) say? I don't have any hair on your head. Does that make it better? No…. He didn't even apologize. A terrible shop

The pizza was with harren (10 cm) 🤮, and the bruscheto too. We also got 3 broschetos for the price of 4.

Just ordered there and there was a catastrophe which resulted in food coming to our house for a value of 40 euros! Schnitzel was far, the pasta was inedible and there are a few minutes between al dente and uncooked that you should wait for or leave the pasta in the water!!! Conclusion: we don't order there anymore

We really often order from Pantanello but I'm kind of disappointed and upset. The pizza bread that was delivered was hard and way too dark. Today I order mushrooms stuffed with minced meat and gratinated with cheese. I got canned mushrooms baked in a sauce with some minced meat and cheese. I can be kidding myself. This is how you scare away regular customers!!!

I was a little disappointed that my Jägerschnitzel had peppers (I'm allergic), I couldn't eat it. Salad was loveless.

It would be nice if there were 2-3 tables outside

Für ein sponatens Essen während eines Montageauftrags hat es mich ins IL Pantanello verschlagen. Als Pizzaliebhaber muss ich sagen, dass ich schon lange keine so gute Pizza mehr gegessen habe. Preis Leistung war vollkommen ok.

Unsere Pizzen waren gut und die Portionen groß. Der Betreiber war nett und hat uns trotz später Stunde noch normal zu Ende essen lassen.

Sehr gute Qualität der Speisen. Man ist es ja noch von EFE Döner gewohnt!!! Efe bzw.Recep Öz ist ebenfalls, wie von ihm gewohnt, sehr freundlich. Immer wieder werden wir Gast bei ihm sein. Oder: Ab Abends 17:30 Uhr auch seinen Liefer- service ---- im Wechsel mit GIO Pizzeria Gernsheim!! ........ in Anspuch nehmen. Beide lohnen 👏👍

Essen ist Megagut. Schon mehrmals bestellt und egal welches Gericht immer gut. Top, macht weiter so.

Ich bestelle schon seit längerem jetzt bei dieser Pizzaria und egal was ich bestellt habe kommt heiß an und schmeckt immer lecker. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist einfach Top. Bitte kocht weiter so gut und die Geschäfte werden sehr gut laufen

Molt bona atenció per part del cambrer-amo i unes pizzes molt recomanables. Si feu pasta i no sou de molt menjar, amb un plat n'hi ha de sobra.
