What a fantastic evening! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I especially have to highlight the grilled pepperoni - so good that I even treated myself to a second portion for dessert🤤🤤! The large salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the meat platters were absolutely amazing - tender, juicy and full of flavor. You are now my favorite Greek! We'll definitely be back. Was very tasty and happy with everything

Since it was deleted but can be proven to have been that way, I'm copying the text again. It's rare that I give such a low rating, but objective assessments are always important to me, which is why I can't help but only give one star. The service was good, friendly, fast and attentive, the toilets were clean, well-kept and the dining room was a bit monotonous and outdated, but that's tolerable - for what has been mentioned here so far, I give the star in question. What was absolutely wrong was the most important thing in a restaurant: the food. Not only was the fact that there were only two vegetarian dishes on the menu - which, regardless of the fact that it is a predominantly meat restaurant, is absolutely out of date - the food served was actually a disgrace. The vegetarian “vegetable plate” (No. 67 on the menu) consisted of unseasoned, warmed and cheapest frozen vegetables with two frozen rösti, which were also “prepared” in what appeared to be old frying fat. Sit, six! Unfortunately, the remaining dishes were not a bit better, because the rest of the group's plates also consisted primarily, according to our subjective and sensory assessment, of cheap frozen products and were not only unseasoned, but also tasted at the level of a teenager proudly prepared the first meal. What might seem amusing to a teenager is not the case at all in a restaurant. Where the positive reviews come from is a mystery to me, but I can only summarize: The person who stands at the stove (using the term “cook” is an outrage in the culinary context experienced) should urgently change his profession. However, as long as this does not change, I would definitely advise against visiting the restaurant “Zum Bootshaus Biebesheim”. The owner will certainly not be happy about this review, but his/her response and the resulting behavior will show how important customer feedback is taken - please understand it as definitely harsh, but constructive criticism.

We had bifteki and it was delicious. The restaurant itself is not necessarily nice in terms of ambience. Could be renovated. Doesn't really remind me of Greece. The service smelled a bit unpleasant, but was attentive.

We've been there twice now, and twice it was a total disaster. If you go there because you're hungry, you've come to the wrong place. You might get drinks after 30 minutes, but eating takes a lot longer. For 1 coke, 2 beers, 1 starter and 2 main courses over 2 hours, with most of the time spent waiting. The service staff are extremely overwhelmed, the food (one of two) was burnt. It was comforting that you didn't have to pay for the food you returned. We'll never go there again.

Good Greek food, located directly on the Rhine meadows, at fairly moderate prices.

Unfortunately we cannot agree with the aforementioned 5 star reviews. The location is cozy and lovingly designed like a boathouse. Parking is ideal. We were looking forward to grilled pepperoni and gyros with salad and fries. Pepperoni was OK, but not particularly tasty. The salad was forgotten and only came after we asked for it, while we had already had the main course. The salad was ok and fresh. The gyro was hard and dry and, in our opinion, fried. The gratinated cheese on the gyro was unappetizingly runny, a strange product. The fries were delicious. Overall we were not satisfied. We also expressed our criticism to the waitress. Maybe this will make it better...

Finally a delicious Greek restaurant in Biebesheim. Great location with a direct view of the Rhine in the boathouse and with live music in the evening.

Great location to experience the sunset with delicious gyros and an ouzo on the Rhine. The team is very nice and the food is really good. Recommendation!

You seem to have two different prices, My wife and I today April 14th, 2024 the price on the board in front of the door is 1 cake + coffee €6.90, inside on the menu the coffee is €2.50, so far so good, please pay, the waitress goes to the neighboring table to have a trivial conversation, then come on With the bill she would have cake/coffee 6.90 + coffee 2.50 = €9.40. The charge for the coffee is :-( per, 3.00. She doesn't know how to fill out a receipt either.

We had a very nice evening with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. That makes you want more and we would love to come back!

Food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but it ended up being 45 minutes, it was very busy and the service was poor but very nice. With so much activity in the restaurant and people picking up more staff it would be recommended, unfortunately I forgot to pack a portion of fries... .. But the food tasted very good and was nicely presented. UPDATE 02/14/24 New location very well done, well attended and cozy. Food was very good, gyros and liver were great. Service was great and it worked very well with Lieferando. 👍

It's a shame that you're currently closed, I always felt comfortable and well received. Your squid was super tasty, the wine was absolutely top and, in contrast to others, really inexpensive. We would love to come back...come back!!

I ordered farmer's bratwurst and got grilled red sausage with fries. Wine (Kechribari retsina) is delicious. Service typical Greek... you need time...

I was totally impressed the first time I went there, I can only recommend it.

Were warmly welcomed and served quickly. That's it! Ordered food for five people. Almost everything inedible. Meat totally mixed and not of good quality. Metaxa sauce, like the meat, tasted like nothing. Spices are missing. The food wasn't good at all, it was a shame for the meat. More than half went back. The waitress couldn't rate it because it's not meat (her own statement) A meal was then not charged. Unfortunately not recommended.

What could be nicer than going out for a delicious meal with loved ones and, when the weather is nice, being pampered with delicacies outside in the beer garden by the friendly waitress...

Beautiful beer garden, delicious food, friendly service, great value for money. Again any time.

Price performance and ambience in the beer garden are right

The service was very unfriendly and seemed as if they had no desire to serve us. We had reserved a table for around 40 people for a very special celebration. This was canceled at short notice. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this restaurant

The quality of the dishes gives the impression that ready-made spices are used throughout, especially in the sauces. If you only value large portions, you may find happiness here. Anyone who prefers professional preparation will probably be disappointed.

It took a while to be served. The food was tasty, but very large portions. The downside was the smoking area was right in front of the entrance to the restaurant.

There is only a small lunch menu, only meat dishes, no fish, nothing for vegetarians. There was no coffee either, the machine was broken. The quality of the food was quite acceptable and the price/performance ratio was ok.

Bei einem Spaziergang heute bei dem schönen Wetter hatten wir spontan Lust auf einen Kaffee also kehrten wir ca 14Uhr dort ein! Bereits recht schnell bemerkte uns die Bedienung, welche aber recht wenig Lust auf uns hatte, zumindest gab es nicht wirklich ein freundliches Auftreten uns gegenüber, die zwei weiblichen Bedienungen machten eher den Anschein als wenn sie keinerlei Mimik hätten! Wir wollten einen Kaffee und gerne ein Stück Kuchen, aber man sagte uns dass es nichts in diese Richtung geben würde, lediglich eine Kugel Eis konnte man uns nach nochmaligen Fragen anbieten! Wirklich Lust hatte man nicht uns zu bedienen, man wies uns auch direkt drauf hin das der Tisch ja eigentlich für den Mittagstisch gedeckt sei! Es waren genügend Tische frei, und wie gesagt, war es bereits 14Uhr , bei durchgehender Öffnung kehren ja sicher nicht nur wir zum Kaffee ein! Der Kaffee war dann also schnell getrunken , nach zweimaligen Fragen konnten wir dann auch zahlen! Wenn man online in die Speisekarte schaut gibt es wohl einiges an Desserts angeboten, leider bot man uns nicht die Karte an ! Das war wohl vorerst unser letzter Besuch! Schade, eigentlich ein sehr guter Standort, der gut mit einem Ausflug am Rhein oder eben beim Spaziergang genutzt werden kann!

Als Radler braucht man für einen Mittagstisch keine großen Gerichte. Auf der Karte fehlen mehr vegetarische Alternativen. Ansonsten ist das angebotene Essen sehr fleischlastig. Das ist in Deutschland nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte angepasst werden. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir gerne wieder und geben vielleicht 5 Sterne, falls es passen sollte. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass montags geöffnet ist.

Das Essen ist vor allem reichlich. Für deutsche Verhältnisse typische kroatische Küche.

Super essen und entspannte atmosphere mit salat buffet

Nach einer Fahrtour zum Mittagessen dort gewesen. Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stammessen war gut und preiswert. Sehr gerne wieder.

Hier war ich schon oft zum Essen. Am Salatbuffet kann sich jeder seinen Beilagensalat selbst zusammenstellen. Das Essen schmeckte mir bisher immer gut und war schön auf dem Teller angerichtet. Die verglaste Terrasse ist mittlerweile allerdings ein Raucherbereich. Nur von dort hat man einen Blick auf den Rhein. Kartenzahlung ist im Bootshaus leider nicht möglich.

Gutes Essen zu normalen Preisen. Bedienung gewöhnungsbedürftig.
