The three of us spontaneously ate here today. We walked past the restaurant and decided to eat here. Seating is available both inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and the location is clean. The food was super good and really hot! All food is halal. We really enjoyed the pasta and we'll definitely be back!

Always top! Despite the fact that it is packed, the service is super friendly, everyone who works there is a well-rehearsed team and you don't have to wait very long for your food. Food as always very tasty!!

Self-service, the lady at the checkout was quite abrupt, not a pleasant contact. The food didn't come at the same time, so we had to eat one after the other, which is a shame if you want to have a nice meal for two. The pizza was very greasy but crispy and had a lot of toppings, I just barely tasted the garlic. The bathroom is clean.

We have been regular guests for 2 years. Best pizza in Frankfurt, hands down! There is always a lot going on (which in my opinion speaks for the popularity of the food). It is therefore relatively full and loud inside. If you don't mind that, Il Maestro is the best place to eat pizza in Frankfurt.

I ordered 3 x pasta and 1 x pizza via the app at a desired time. When I was in the store they said that the food had been ready for 3 hours. Maybe my mistake so far so good. The employee said I didn't have to pay again and don't panic, I would receive the food newly prepared and I should come back in about 10 to 15 minutes. I gave the gentleman a tip of EUR 10 because of his goodwill and customer-oriented actions. When I got home I noticed the impudence. The food that had been ready for 3 hours was just warmed up. The top of the pasta was burnt and the taste was disastrous. Pizza inedible. I definitely won't eat here again. Prices are also totally exaggerated!!!!

The pizza is great, the dough is nice and fluffy, the edge is firm, large, taste is excellent Lasagna and salad are also highly recommended. We sat outside, very pleasant, the food was even picked out for us even though you actually have to get it yourself inside. Very nice employees We've been there several times now and it's always the right decision

My favorite pizzeria for years, of course there are days (e.g. Saturdays) where you have to wait longer, but for this pizza it's worth it.

I can't comment on the service, you order at the front and pick it up yourself. The employees were nice, the place looked clean. Price-performance wasn't right. Absolutely below average pizza for the price. There were four of us who ate there and 3 of us would give their pizza 2 stars, one would give it 3 stars. What I absolutely have to complain about was the smell of the dough? It smelled really strange, like some kind of base or fatty meat. The smell really hits me with every bite and I couldn't eat more than half of the pizza. I also missed spices on the pizza. We wouldn't go there again.

For the price you pay, the noodle portion is quite small. The same goes for the salad. The pasta also leaves a lot to be desired in terms of taste. So you can certainly do better, people

I ordered a pizza and replaced mozzarella with normal cheese and left out spinach, then he charged €1.50 more for this change, even though I always bought it without the €1.50 and the changed ingredients actually made the pizza cheaper should do. Pizzeria Il Maestro is simply great! We enjoyed a seafood pizza and a tuna pizza there, and both were absolutely delicious. The dough was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We were really impressed by the succulent seafood and spicy tuna pizza. There is also a large selection of drinks, including refreshing varieties such as Hawaii and Poms. The friendly service and the pleasant atmosphere rounded off our visit. We will definitely be back – a real highlight for pizza lovers!

We've been eating here regularly since it opened and whether it's pasta dishes or pizzas - everything tastes great, is fresh and quickly prepared. The staff is always very hospitable... What we notice positively is the cleanliness both inside and on the terrace outside. Unfortunately, this point in particular has become an absolute weak point in many FFM restaurants in the last 2-3 years. All the more pleasant that this pizzeria continues to pay attention to a clean ambience! We will definitely remain regulars ))

The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere, including the terrace, was very inviting and cozy. I had number 48, pasta with salmon, fresh mushrooms, spinach, garlic and tomato sauce with gratinated cheese. As mentioned, very tasty and also a very good portion. Only to recommend.

No matter what you order, everything is good. Definitely the best pizza in all of Ffm for me. Absolutely great in terms of price and taste. The only drawback is that the store is always busy and you occasionally have to wait to get a seat. But people like queuing for pizza.

We were disappointed... It's not worth it for the overpriced price! The pizzas don't taste as good as they look. Pasta was with an unsalted tomato sauce. The salmon wasn't anything special either...

Not a pure Italian restaurant but love their pizzas and lasagne. Service is quick too. Although it gets really busy usually on weekends yet still the staff manages it very well based on our experiences. Great customer service and good food in my opinion!

Good if you need a quick pizza or pasta. The staff is really nice, but I think the price structure is a bit too high for pure self-service. The food is solid to good. A bit like Vapiano only in a friendly way and with less fanfare.

Simply a bluff! The name "Il Maestro" suggests that it is an Italian pizzeria, but instead you find yourself in a place run by non-Italians, where they serve "halal" food, so there is no alcohol and you are not even served at the table! You order at the counter and take your food, all self-service. Obviously I didn't eat there, after sitting down and reading the menu (amidst tables full of screaming children) we got up and left. There was no need to even try the food. A piece of advice: don't use an Italian name to attract unsuspecting customers!

The food there is very tasty, if you are in Frankfurt you should have been there. Can only recommend there is nothing bad to say about the food. Everything that is offered there tastes good. Excellent!! Price/performance top. Always my pleasure!

I enjoyed visiting this pizzeria when they ran the little shop! Now I'm finally removing this restaurant from my list of restaurants and will certainly never set foot there again! The staff used to have an overview, which unfortunately was completely lost with the move to the large retail space. I supported this non-Italian pizzeria because it is run by my Muslim compatriots. But unfortunately I had to realize today that they only care about making money and other values ​​no longer play a role! Customer satisfaction is NOW very important here! There was a sign in the old shop that said the customer is king! Here in the new store, there isn't even a K from the customer or king - you're not taken seriously and the worst things are ignored. After placing a relatively uncomplicated order with my family, we discovered after 1:30 hours that our order had been lost despite frequent inquiries about where our order was! Something else was constantly being said, such as that the pizzas were in the oven, about to be ready, etc. without knowing exactly what the order actually meant, the main thing was that something was said and further orders were taken. In the end it turned out that the pizzas were never prepared and never even made it to the oven! Apparently our order was delivered to the wrong table. Now I'm wondering how 5 pizzas can end up at the wrong table. They use notification devices that they don't know how to use. The work is done in pure chaos, with no system, no structure, and unfriendly staff. I don't even want to write in detail about the blonde lady at the checkout! Or about the younger owner! It's better to give this place a wide berth! Even though as a customer you take over parts of the service yourself, the employees are not able to deliver orders correctly. It's not enough to just take orders and pocket money! They didn't accommodate us in any way, they didn't even care and our drinks were even canceled as compensation. Or a little something at home, such as a dessert. They tried to make it clear to us that they were not to blame. We ended up there as a family with hungry children who were getting impatient with the long wait because of this situation. They didn't even take the children into consideration! Zero understanding. The drinks we paid for were only opened! Thank you for nothing!

Absolutely recommended! Extensive selection of pizza, pasta and salads. The pizza is also available in a “party version” (60*40cm). Staff are always cool and respond to every request! Update after 5 years: I'm still a regular customer and look forward to eating here every time! Thank God the pizzeria is still “family run”. This flair makes Il Maestro what it is! Bon appetit :-)

The food, ambience and service were great! There was an incredible amount going on and the boys really wowed everything. What I think is particularly good is that the food is 100% halal and there is something for everyone. Price performance is very good 👍🏽 I can absolutely recommend it, top 🔝

The pizza was very tasty and there are some vegetarian options. The restaurant is a bit cramped, but the open kitchen looks appealing. However, the price is a bit too high for me in relation to the self-service concept.

I was there with my boyfriend at the weekend and was really more than satisfied! Super cozy and incredibly good food!

Even without a reservation you can get a seat on Friday evening. I would recommend that larger groups make reservations. The order is placed at the counter at the front and is ready relatively quickly. There are high chairs for children and also a changing station in the women's toilet.

Sehr leckere Selbstbedienungs Pizzeria

I am baffled at the stellar ratings. This place is basically a Vapiano, but a bit worse. Food is really mediocre, for instance the carbonara is basically a mac'n'cheese (it has cream and turkey ham in it, and a few hairs for the final touch). Pizzas are greasy and tasteless (think Döner place kind of pizza that you order at 5 a.m. when you're drunk). On the plus side the staff is pretty friendly I'll give them that!

Die Pizzeria verfügt über ein angenehmes Ambiente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich um die Gäste bemühen. Allerdings lässt die Qualität der Pizza zu wünschen übrig. Die Pizza war ziemlich teuer für das, was ich geboten bekam. Der Teig war nicht knusprig und auch nicht ausreichend durchgebacken, was zu einem matschigen und unappetitlichen Geschmack führte. Die Beläge waren ebenfalls nicht von besonders hoher Qualität. So gesehen muss die Pizzeria an der Qualität ihres Essens arbeiten, wenn sie sich am hart umkämpften Markt behaupten wollen.

Die Pizzeria Il Maestro besuchen wir, wenn auch in größeren Abständen, regelmäßig. Hier kommen wir, auch mit Freunden und Bekannten, gerne her. Die Pizza ist sehr lecker, ebenso die Pastagerichte. Das Personal ist, trotz Selbstbedienung, stets freundlich und motiviert.

Echt leckere Pizza und Nudelgerichte gibt es hier mit Selbsbedienung. Das Kochteam und die Kasse sind keine Italiener, aber sehr motiviert und voll dabei gute Qualität zu liefern. Hier wird auf Halal-Weise zubereitet und daher gibt es keine alkoholischen Getränke.

Immer voll, immer gute, frisch gemachte Pizza und nette Location, besonders im Sommer, wenn man draußen sitzen kann. Bei den durchschnittlichen Preisen wäre jedoch auf jeden Fall auch Service am Platz drin, kann man jedoch verschmerzen.

Die Lage der Pizzeria ist super. Viele schöne Outdoor-Sitzplätze, allerdings der öffentliche Briefkasten mittendrin, naja, lustig. Die Gerichte sehen super aus, s. Fotos. Geschmacklich hat's uns allerdings nicht überzeugt, um bald wiederzukommen. Die Nudeln waren mir z.B. zu sehr "al dente", zu hart. Aber die Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden. Zudem haben die Preise doch stark angezogen. Ich hoffe, das kommt dem Personal zugute, und klar, die Warenpreise haben sich auch erhöht. Aber die gleichen Gerichte mit Getränken haben vor 4 Jahren noch 17 € gekostet, heute war die Rechnung bei 27,90 €. Da kann mein Gehaltsplus in dieser Zeit leider nicht mithalten.

Wir haben ein Bisschen gewartet, während die Pizzen zubereitet wurden. Sie waren sehr lecker, und der Preis war ziemlich vernünftig. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Immer überfüllt ,man findet keinen Platz .Portionen werden kleiner und anstatt Hönchenbruststreifen war Salami in meinen Nudel …leider sehr an Qualität verloren

Die vielen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen verstören mich... Wie kann man als zahlender Gast so völlig frei von jeglichen Ansprüchen sein? Das Essen ist mauer als mau, einfach fad und reizlos. Wir hatten sowohl Pasta, als auch Pizza - wobei ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben eine Pizza habe nachsalzen müssen. Der Hunger hat die Nudeln, trotz ausbleibendem Geschmackserlebnis, reingetrieben; die Pizza haben wir aber nicht aufgegessen - diese Kalorien waren es einfach nicht wert. Wer zu seinem italienischen Gericht ein Glas Wein trinken möchte, ist hier auch fehl am Platz - es gibt nur Softdrinks. (??) Den Service zu bewerten, wäre sinnlos: es gibt keinen. Man bestellt am Tresen und holt das Essen am Tresen ab. Dieses Kantinen-Feeling wäre okay, wenn die Preise entsprechend wären, was bei bis zu 13 € pro Gericht jedoch nicht der Fall ist. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls entsprechend. Es gibt keine Tischdecken, keine Servietten, keine Glasuntersetzer, von Kerzen oder Blumen oder sonst irgendwas, was ein gastronomisches Erlebnis ermöglichen würde, ganz zu schweigen. Bei einer Rechnungssumme von knapp 42 € ist mein Fazit: entweder noch ein Zehner drauf legen und einen schönen Abend beim echten Italiener genießen, oder für die Hälfte zwei geile Pizzen beim alteingesessenen Pizzabäcker um die Ecke gönnen.

Die Pizza u d Lasagne waren wirklich sehr lecker. Die Bestellung ging schnell und man kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen. Einziges Problem ist wirklich nur einen Parkplatz in dieser Gegend zu finden !

Pizza ist eine 8/10, was trotzdem schon extrem gut ist! Teig ist Knusprig und die Pizza schmeckt allgemein einfach sehr lecker. Kann ich jedem nur ans herz legen hier mal futtern zu gehen!
