Pizzeria Fratelli in Neustadt am Rübenberge

Hello folks, Unfortunately I have to complain again! We ordered via our own website and once again nothing arrived! We've had this before. The last time it was a personal emergency abroad... We were then personally apologized, but that was it! Unfortunately the business isn't working at all........ I was a loyal regular for many years but this is the last straw! I advise anyone who orders here and doesn't pick up the food in person at the store, don't do it!!!!! It doesn't work! That was the last time we ordered something there (not delivered). Damage to business starts with the business! Please close the shop and don't make more people unhappy who liked ordering from you back then because the quality and service and delivery were great! Greetings to a very dissatisfied guest who will never order from Fratelli Neustadt am Rübenberge again!

Unfortunately, due to the size, I can only report briefly: Two pizzas and a calzone were ordered, but not delivered. Telephone contact in the evening was not possible. A one-off incident would be tolerable, but this is the second time. This is unacceptable.

Update: After ordering directly from Fratelli's own website for the second time on a Wednesday, waiting 1.5 hours for the food and nothing came except for a cancellation the next day, it was the last time. Unfortunately, we as customers are out. You should probably Also stick to your own opening times, which are listed on the website. It's a shame actually, we were always very happy with the food and were happy to give good tips, but if you don't want to, you can. We almost always order our pizza here and were very satisfied again today. The stated delivery time was met, the driver was very friendly and the food was delicious, as always. Never had anything to complain about.

For the first and last time I order from this pizzeria. Worst thing I've ever eaten. The cheap pizzas from Lidl are much tastier.

If you have to wait over 2 hours for 1 large pizza on another Sunday evening, that's not nearly satisfactory. The quality and taste of the pizza has also deteriorated. Too bad. You were really better!

Extra requests were 100% addressed. Pizza and calzones were very tasty. Gladly again

When ordering by phone, a delivery time of one hour was given. In addition, we specifically asked for a fork. The food arrived after a little more than 2 hours, of course without the fork, sticky and both the pizza and the pasta had almost no taste. When it was delivered we had to pay more than actually stated.

Get vegetarian pizza with salami. (went straight into the bin) Tortellini, salad, everything at canteen level. Lukewarm delivery. Nobody answers the phone to take a complaint.

I'm an electrician and I went out to eat a few days ago. Pizza was an 8.5 out of ten very nice staff friendly staff I would definitely stop by again next time.

The delivery took a little longer, but the service was really nice and the food arrived nice and warm, the salami pizza is very tasty. I will order here more often now.👌

Sehr leckere Pizza, mit frischen Zutaten. Der Lieferant hatte die Butter vergessen, und rief extra nochmal an um diese zu bringen bevor es uns überhaupt aufgefallen ist. Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Service und Essen...

Beste Pizza in Neustadt am Rübenberge! Guter Service - Abholung innerhalb 25 min völlig ok 🤗 Pizzateig ist perfekt - Belag mit Sonderzutaten möglich. Mein Favorit: extra Käserand! So mega fett, schwer... so saftig, so mächtig. Hammer 👍🏻UND auf dem Käsebelag ist Oregano - ein absolutes MUSS!

Die Pizza war lecker und heiß,es fehlte etwas Salz,das ist aber reine persönliche Geschmacks Richtung

Bestellung wurde ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert. Bestellt wurde innerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten und Lieferung wäre ebenfalls innerhalb erfolgt. Schade.

Für mich die Nummer 1 überhaupt!!! Die beste Pizza und supernettes Personal!!! Für mein Sohn immer ein Highlight wenn die Pizza kommt und er zahlen darf. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr Sterne geben!

Schnelle Lieferung, die Pizzen war sehr gut und heiß, der Salat war sehr lecker, reichlich Schafskäse und Oliven, nicht wie bei anderen wo der Salat nur aus Eisberg besteht 🙂gerne wieder 🍕🥗

Sehr schade keine frischen Pilze und dafür 2,20 extra gezahlt. Ansonsten auch sehr Geschmack los. Der Gorgonzola hat überhaupt keinen Geschmack.

🤩🤩🤩🤩Käserand🤩🤩🤩🤩 Mehr muss man glaube ich nicht sagen… Sagen sollte man vielleicht doch, dass die Pizza Hammer schmeckt und der Käserand einfach einzigartig in Neustadt ist. Damit ist nicht allgemein der Käserand gemeint sondern vielmehr die Füllmenge und das der Rand sowie die gesamte Pizza am nächsten Tag noch toll schmeckt.
