Very long waiting time Absolutely not clean Although nothing is going on

Not the brightest there and constantly understaffed. And ghetto language towards customers doesn't go down well either!!! I've gone several times now because I couldn't even order after 5-10 minutes. It's a joke. Keep the store closed if you don't have people!!! But the taste is 1000 times better than the competition next door.

Food was prepared quickly and service was nice and friendly. Food like in every BK.

We were traveling with a coach and stopped here. But for a fast food restaurant the place is catastrophic if you don't have a lot of time. We won't send anyone there anymore

Had vegan burgers 2 girls had shift Sunday evening. I have never had burgers made so perfectly and exactly to specifications at a Burger King. Respect and applause.👍

We wanted to have the Freestyle Cola (0.25 ml costs €2.70). We weren't told that the machine was out of order & we were simply given a normal Coke. When asked, they said, “The machines are out of order.” That was really unfriendly. Otherwise the food was good.

Warm, fresh goods and quick processing

Very friendly staff. Fast processing and delivery. Seating inside and outside. Offers: Super tasty, fresh!!! prepared. Sauce: Hmmm! I would like to take something with me. Parking spaces: plentiful. Pretty much everything is wrong here. Food is missing from the order, super unfriendly staff when you point it out to them. The shop was closed half an hour before closing time and the kitchen was closed. We'll never go there again. Preferably zero stars!

Preferably 0 stars!!! First of all, I stood at the drive-in counter for almost 30 minutes and the food I ordered was also wrong. The staff there preferred to chat and make jokes. Secondly, the doors were already closed at 9:30 p.m. even though they were supposed to be open until 10 p.m.!!! And thirdly, the staff is so unfriendly and disrespectful that I was then told “why are you coming to eat here if you get everything wrong.” Never eat there again!!!

Incredibly bad. Due to a lack of skilled workers, they don't open until two hours later and then they don't even have everything prepared. Now you sit here for 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and six nuggets...

I am very disappointed in this Citizen King. We waited 25 minutes for our food. This is fine in a normal restaurant but not in a fast food restaurant. When I asked the employee about it, he was very rude and said I can start working here. Maybe it will be quicker then. Unfortunately, a verbal argument broke out. Unfortunately my order wasn't complete either, but due to the previous argument I no longer had the nerve to go back to the restaurant and complain about it. Never this store again

Unfortunately, the service is often confused and relatively slow, or burgers are forgotten. But the food is great, always fresh and warm.

When we arrived at the drive-in around 6:45 p.m. to buy dinner for the family, a very cheeky employee told us that the store was closed because there was too much going on. We should go again, she would have sent everyone else away already. There were only 3 people sitting outside who laughed heartily at her statement, there was a yawning emptiness in the “restaurant”. Thank you very much for the service! We then went straight to the big competition with the golden letter, where we were served quickly and very politely to our utmost satisfaction.

I'm standing in front of the restaurant at 10:20 a.m. I want to get a few burgers for my break, but the door doesn't open because it's locked, so I tried to lock it on the drive too. I called the store and the employee said they wouldn't do it until 11:00 a.m. because they don't have any employees because he's alone. You should actually be up at 10:00 a.m.

I received the wrong order and no receipt. I ordered Chili Cheeseburger and CrisbiChicken with large fries and got 2 cheeseburgers with small fries and paid over 14 euros for them. Rip off. impudence. Never again.

We have now received incorrect orders several times. Today was the coronation. I had almost raw, cold meat on mine Citizens, overall the food was cold, the fries were old and half of the order was missing. Very annoying. Now I'm still hungry and I could have burned the money!!!!

Just been at the drive in. Ordered 3x King Jr. menu, 1 double wopper with extra cheese & bacon, a milkshake included in the menu and a 9 piece chili cheese nuggets. Not only is the bill missing, but also the nuggets. What's so difficult about an order like that??? Not to mention that I paid a good €7 for nothing. Disgusting

Good citizens, you get full and don't feel hungry again straight away. You get something even for those on a small budget. Delicious and tasty. 👌🏻 There are also plenty of parking spaces.👌🏻

It's a shame it was Burger King again for the first time in 10 years. It was probably the last time too. Was at the drive-thru today. Half of the order was missing, which of course I only noticed when I got home. I then tried to call, but no one answers the phone. Since the receipt was also missing, I saved myself the trouble of driving off again. I then left my food to my daughter to at least keep the family peace. What a shame, what a shame

It's probably the worst bk in the whole country. Mega unfriendly checkout staff but also and that's even worse, the shift managers are just as bad and unprofessional. The whole store is dirty at the front with food, the floor and the tables are sticky Ordered or the wrong thing is packed or the wrong burger is made, the meat tastes like it was yesterday, etc. You could write 1000 sentences about everything that's going wrong here. It's starting to surprise me that Burger King isn't even doing anything here. But if you still order there, always check the bags to see if everything is in there and look at the receipt. Apparently mistakes are often made

Juice shop. We only put half of the burgers we ordered in the bag. ALWAYS CHECK IMMEDIATELY!!!

So where do I start... Stupid to say, but this is actually my and my friends' favorite store, we always leave our money there. But since our favorite employee no longer works, everything is just stupid. The sauce was missing on my citizen Fries were really flabby and not as usual. And the iced tea almost only tastes like water… Staff not really friendly.

Better go somewhere else. Either a part of the order is missing or and that's the amount... you find out at checkout that parts are currently not available and you have to wait 7 working days for a refund. Very disappointing branch.

The food is typical Burger King. When we were there there was nothing going on. We were there in November and because of the cold season we didn't want to order on the tablets but rather directly at the counter. There we were rudely informed by the staff that orders were currently only possible on tablets. I think that's absurd at a time like this. There was leftover food lying around on many tables and especially on the floor. The tables and floor were very sticky. Update: Went there again yesterday. Afterwards we had diarrhea and had to throw up because the burgers were dripping with fat. Definitely NEVER AGAIN!!!

I only had one patty on my 2 double steakhouse burgers today. There was also a strange smell in the restaurant.

You always experience something at this Burger King. Sometimes you can't pay by card, sometimes you wait forever because you're probably the only one around, sometimes there are only certain drinks available. I've eaten at a lot of BK's and this one is definitely one of the more unprofessional places. But there are still three stars for the fact that everything was always there and the food was served with the appropriate quality and taste.

I was there on Saturday with my daughter and saw a note saying they were open until 9 p.m. but I was there at 8:30 p.m. and the door was already closed and a few boys were chatting inside. I just find it outrageous that they close 30 minutes beforehand when it says until 9 p.m.

I'm horrified! We're lucky that we weren't glued to the table. There was nothing going on in the restaurant and a bored service staff. The floor probably still has some glue left over from 2023... Conclusion: Drive In, then it's fine.

The burgers weren't particularly well topped, but they were tasty. I was extremely disappointed with what I can only describe as a lump of cheese fries. The cleanliness in the store really leaves a lot to be desired. We ate in the restaurant. There was clearly week-old dirt around the table feet, so it was only roughly wiped down. Although the branch was completely empty and the employees were clearly bored, pretty much all the tables were covered in crumbs and some were greasy. The situation in the toilets wasn't much different either. Dust on and grease fingers on the toilet paper dispensers, the faucet covered in limescale deposits that you could easily wipe off if you did. Overall....if you don't eat there it's fine, but that's about it.

Incorrect orders received are commonplace. Please ALWAYS check your order. Even if you just order a Coke, you get a Fanta. Complaint management responds 0. At least you get compensation from your competitor.

Online it says open until 11 p.m. but it was closed at 10:45 p.m.... I won't make the trip here again...

Our patties in the burger were burnt, both of them. Food was cold, the fries were soggy... Coke was over half the ice cream. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... There were fries everywhere on the floor and the tables were full of dirt... Never Burger King again! We had to go to the counter 4 times to complain because the food wasn't served as ordered. The time ketchup or mayo is missing, OK. But the last visit was really a disaster!!! Not even a reasonable excuse. While we were eating, customers from the drive-thru came into the restaurant because their order was also incorrect.

Wir waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder in einem Burger King und ich muss sagen es war wirklich gut. Die Sauberkeit des Gastraumes und der Toiletten sehr.

Das Essen war halt "Burger King like", aber wie immer lecker! Leider hat es nach der Bestellung sehr sehr lange gedauert und die Preise sind meines Erachtens viel zu teuer! Aber sowas passiert eben durch den Mindestlohn, auch wenn ich den für absolut richtig halte. Hier im BK war, vermutlich deshalb, auch zu wenig Personal. Aber der Mitarbeiter hat sich für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt. Hut ab, macht auch nicht jeder. Dankeschön! LG

Naja. Burger King eben. Nichts besonderes aber schnelles Essen.

Bislang war alles frisch was ich dort serviert bekommen habe und lecker zubereitet. Das Personal neutral bis freundlich, das Ambiente nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Häufig leider nur der Drive offen. Burger werden wortwörtlich nur zusammen geschmissen. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem aber das Auge isst ja auch mit. ;) Tüte war komplett voll das sie nichtmal zu ging. Zwei wäre besser gewesen.

Super nettes Personal und hilfsbereit

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in diese Burger King Location. Sehr nettes Personal, Burger immer frisch und lecker, sauberes Restaurant, Toiletten ebenfalls sauber, was will man mehr? :)

Zum Glück gibt es Standards für das Essen. Für das einlegen der Pommes in die Tüte beim Drive-in wahrscheinlich auch. Hier wird da aber nicht wirklich drauf geachtet Ein Tipp: wenn man die Pommes mit der Öffnung nach oben einlegt dann bleiben diese auch in deren Verpackung. Vielleicht wissen die Leute nicht was passiert wenn man dies Pommes falschrum einlegt. Vielleicht ändert sich ja mal was 🫣

Service und Ambiente 1 Stern ist halt ein fast food Restaurant 😄

Dezent Ärgerlich aber anscheinend wurde was bei der Rezessions Bewertung geändeet🤷‍♂️ Daher anstatt umfangreich halt kurz und knapp. Häufig waren mal fehl lieferungen bzw. Ganz vertauschte Bestellungen da gewesen, Aber am Ende dennoch alles ganz ok mit Luft nach oben.

Update 2023-02-15 Alles wieder beim normalen Alten. Kein Corona mehr, drin sitzen, heiße Burger. Die Müllstation für Restmüll und Tablets waren schon länger nicht mehr geleert worden. Auch hätten die Tische ein feuchtes Tuch gerne mal gesehen. Liegt es daran das es so aussieht das gewisse Leute Dienst dann haben? Frage nur, weil ich das in anderer Kombination von Mitarbeitern dort auch anders erlebe. Erste Rezension Ordentlicher Laden, schnelle Erledigung, heiße Burger. Je nach Thekenpersonal auch mal ein hilfreichen Tipp. Auch zu Corona Zeiten ein gut durchdachtes Konzept die Leute vom Eingang, zum Verkaufstresen, bis zum Ausgang durchzuschleusen ohne sich zu begegnen. Nun kann man zur Zeit 03/2022 auch wieder im Lokal sitzen. Natürlich mit Abstand. Hygienekonzept vorhanden und alles Barrierefrei zu erreichen. Komme ich nun zu meiner Einschätzung. Hygienekonzept = *****, Parkplatzsituation = *****, Barrierefreiheit = *****, Geräuschkulisse = ****, Sauberkeit Ambiente = *****, Sauberkeit Toiletten = *****, Qualität/Quantität Essen = ****, Service & Freundlichkeit = ****, Preis/Leistung = ***. Ingesamt guter Burger King. Etwas lange Wartezeit auch im Drive -In

Ich wollte einen Veganen Burger Probieren. Der war kalt und hat nicht geschmeckt

Drive-In = Katastrophe mussten an einem Mittwoch 40 Minuten im drive in warten (4 Autos) vor uns

Teilweise nicht ganz bei der Sache. Fehler bei der Menü Ausgabe.

Das Essen ist für Burger King Verhältnisse super, dauert aber hin und wieder etwas länger in dieser Filiale.

Burger Chilli Cheese... wenn man sehr, ich betone, sehr scharf essen möchte, mag der Burger gut sein, vorausgesetzt der Käse ist gut verlaufen, was bei meinem nicht so war. Das Ambiente wirkt aufgeräumt. Der Fußboden klebt, 90% der Tische sind verschmutzt, ebenfalls die Bestuhlung und Bänke. WC Anlage, sehr eng, keine Seife, keine Desinfektionsmittel, keine Papier Tücher, dafür einen Handtrockner mit Gebläse. Hier ist noch Aufholbedarf.

Eigentlich ist das Essen such gut gewesen....wäre alles und richtig dabei gewesen im Drive....es fehlte was und der Bürger war falsch diese die Pommes nicht durch

Wartezeit im Drive In unterirdisch. Burger lauwarm weil auf die restlichen Beilagen gewartet werden muss. Fast Food geht anders.

Das Essen ist jedesmal ungenießbar da die Nuggets zu trocken und hart Pommes schmecken als wenn sie zwei Tage alt sind und der Service ist verglichen zu anderen Burger King Filialen Mangelhaft immer fehlt was und man muss lange auf seine Bestellung warten

Unabhängig von diesem Standort ! : Als sehr störend empfinde ich die in den allermeisten Fällen schlecht/gar nicht funktionierenden Bestellterminals! (egal ob bei McDonalds oder Burger King) Wenn man sich nach mehreren Fehlversuchen an das Personal wendet, aber dort auch keinerlei Hilfe bekommt kann es passieren, dass das Lokal verlassen wird. Mich interessiert brennend, warum (nur in sehr wenigen Fällen) es manchmal tadellos funktioniert.

Leider wird das "free Refill" nicht mehr gemacht. Warum gibt es das Nachfüllen nicht mehr? Das war mit einer der Gründe BK zu wählen.
