Patty's was very dark, but otherwise the food was okay. It was cold inside. Not particularly clean. Staff were unfriendly.

It's really no wonder there's rarely a line at the drive-thru. This was really my last attempt there. The wait for fast food there is a really LONG time. At first I always thought it was because they have so few staff. But apparently they can't. I ordered the flagship Whopper meal. When I got home I noticed that there was no ketchup on it. You'd think that at least that should work. On the other hand, while I was waiting for the food, I overheard the employees picking on each other because the guy in the kitchen was so slow. He then slouched to the front with such a listless expression on his face that I was afraid I'd gotten the special sauce. I remembered that on the way home, so I looked at it... No special sauce, but no ketchup. My goodness, what a rip-off!

A disaster. Even though we were completely alone in the store, it took forever for our order to be ready. One burger was wrong. After my husband complained, he was told it was just the wrapping paper. He then unwrapped the burger again and showed that it was a different one. The correct burger was finally ordered. The saleswoman then repacked the incorrect burger and placed it in the display – a burger that several people were already holding openly. When it was pointed out to her that this was completely unacceptable, she repeatedly replied, "Everything's fine." After a long discussion, the burger was taken back from the display. If you want to be taken for a fool, this is the place for you. Don't eat here; you never know how many people have already touched your food.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We've been there several times at 9:00 PM and we're always told it's already closed. Customer friendliness is different.

Opening hours are listed on Google/at the store until 10 or 11 p.m., but at 9:15 p.m. there's nothing left to eat because it's the end of the day and the employees are just fed up. This isn't the first time this has happened. This store isn't comparable to any other; the way they treat customers is absolutely outrageous. Close the place, because the employees do what they want anyway, and apparently no one in management cares. Otherwise, someone would pay attention to this kind of customer feedback.

Absolutely abysmal. I just wanted to order something at around 8 p.m. When I ordered, I accidentally only had one coupon in my shopping cart and only put the second one in afterwards. So I basically ordered a coupon twice. But I said straight away in the drive-thru that I didn't want the first one. When I got to the window, I asked again and she told me that I had ordered four burgers and nuggets. I didn't want two burgers, I had already told her beforehand. She was grumpy and called her maybe. Boss and told him the customer had ordered incorrectly and he immediately started yelling at me. I stayed friendly and said we only had to take out a coupon for two burgers, nothing more. He then said in a really rude and disgusting way: the place is full and now it has to be cancelled, he was really angry. I told him I could just go back and he waved me away in a completely dismissive manner. I've never experienced anything like that before. Great employees, makes the best impression 😅😅😅😅 In the end he had to cancel it anyway but he didn't make any sales. I recommend a training course on how to deal with customers. The two people today aren't the only unfriendly ones there. If you're already overwhelmed by a small cancellation, 1 minute after ordering or actually even when ordering, then maybe you should work on yourself again or consider whether the working world is for you. I will never buy anything from there again.

It's OK during the day, but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, you should arrive an hour before closing time, as the shop doors are locked from 10:30 p.m. onwards, and people who have already ordered and are waiting outside for their food will be locked out. If you're not into your job, you should find something else, or the opening hours should be adjusted.

There's always something going on at this Burger King. Sometimes the card payment doesn't work, sometimes you wait forever, feeling like you're the only one for miles around, sometimes they only serve certain drinks. I've eaten at a lot of Burger King restaurants, and this one is definitely one of the less professional ones. But it still gets three stars because everything was always there and the food was served with the appropriate quality and taste. Update July 6. This Burger King is getting worse and worse! These days, you really have to be lucky to get everything, let alone have the right ingredients in the bag. Whether the Plant Base Burgers are really Plant Base isn't even known for sure. I probably won't see this Burger King again!

I've been eating here every 2-3 weeks for over 2 years. Since then, nothing has gone wrong. But yesterday was the first time a burger was swapped. I ordered the X-TRA LONG CHICKEN CHILI CHEESE burger, but it was mistakenly delivered with the classic X-TRA LONG CHILI CHEESE. The burger was swapped without any problems. 👍👍 The staff were also very friendly and joked with me. I love coming here. 🙂🙂

Unfortunately, the new manager is a bit unfriendly. I just left a great review on bk-feedback so I could pick up a free coffee. Unfortunately, the store manager I called in also had no idea how to enter the said voucher code. And claimed it wasn't my receipt at all. Unfortunately, my German skills aren't good enough to communicate. As I walked past the tray trolley, a small bag of fries caught my eye, which I immediately wanted to devour. I quickly mixed my free coffee at the table and was about to leave. However, the aforementioned store manager, the boss, got in first and asked me to leave in a rather unfriendly manner because my behavior, namely the "fries," might bother other customers. Funnily enough, the store was completely empty, as is often the case. I wondered why that might be. Well, that's a shame... Unfortunately, it's all too commonplace. Since I assume the branch manager is Muslim, I understand this even less... Nothing against the other staff, I've always had great experiences there. They've probably also seen me once clearing the entire parking lot of trash... But oh well, that's just how it is. The Neustadt Schützenfest wasn't much better in terms of food either. It's a shame, actually. The more and better food, the better and more actively you can get involved. However, I think I'm an exception. Greetings and enjoy. Absolutely not recommended. Extremely unfriendly service, we were given frozen food. The patty was forgotten on a cheeseburger. There were four of us and we were the only customers in the store, yet the staff was completely incompetent! Unbelievable! Never had such a bad meal, and I was so disappointed by the staff!

Absolutely disappointing. The staff was incompetent and unable to take a simple order. Fries, churros, and all the sauces were simply missing. Absolutely unacceptable for an order worth almost €40. Plus, the burgers and chili cheese nuggets were practically cold. Burger King has really gone downhill.

Unfortunately, my last order at Burger King was very disappointing. I placed an order that completely lacked sauce, fries, and the Cini Minis (churros). This is not only annoying, but also unacceptable. I hope similar mistakes can be avoided in the future. Disappointing!

Greatest Burger King, best employees

We were just unlucky on our last visit... We had to wait a long time for our food and then it was cold and the fries were very sticky. But the store wasn't full. We had to wait 20 minutes for our dessert, four ice cream cones.

Honestly, how greedy do you have to be? I've eaten at better places. Ordered chilli cheese fries twice, in a package with a little cheese sauce and jalapenos. I didn't think anything of it, 2 packaging exactly the same and a little less 🤦🏻‍♂️.. Burgers were OK and fries are fine. I got ketchup twice. I would prefer mayonnaise and ketchup. After all, there are deficiencies that I would like to point out for people who think twice about eating there. Nothing to do with a negative attitude, it was definitely the last visit.

I had bad opening times before, but now opening an hour later and closing an hour earlier is already bad. The food tastes good and better than the competition. I am very disappointed in this Citizen King. We waited 25 minutes for our food. This is fine in a normal restaurant but not in a fast food restaurant. When we arrived at the drive-in around 6:45 p.m. to buy dinner for the family, a very cheeky employee told us that the store was closed because there was too much going on. I'm standing in front of the restaurant at 10:20 a.m. I want to get a few burgers for my break, but the door doesn't open because it's locked, so I tried to lock it on the drive too. It's a shame it was Burger King again for the first time in 10 years. It was probably the last time too. Was at the drive-thru today. Half of the order was missing, which of course I only noticed when I got home. I then tried to call, but no one answers the phone. But since our favorite employee no longer works, everything is just stupid. The sauce was missing on my citizen Fries were really flabby and not as usual. And the iced tea almost only tastes like water… Staff not really friendly.

Better go somewhere else. Either a part of the order is missing or and that's the amount... you find out at checkout that parts are currently not available and you have to wait 7 working days for a refund. Very disappointing branch.

The food is typical Burger King. When we were there there was nothing going on. We were there in November and because of the cold season we didn't want to order on the tablets but rather directly at the counter. There we were rudely informed by the staff that orders were currently only possible on tablets. I think that's absurd at a time like this. There was leftover food lying around on many tables and especially on the floor. The tables and floor were very sticky. Update: Went there again yesterday. Afterwards we had diarrhea and had to throw up because the burgers were dripping with fat. Definitely NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was there on Saturday with my daughter and saw a note saying they were open until 9 p.m. but I was there at 8:30 p.m. and the door was already closed and a few boys were chatting inside. I just find it outrageous that they close 30 minutes beforehand when it says until 9 p.m.

I'm horrified! We're lucky that we weren't glued to the table. There was nothing going on in the restaurant and a bored service staff. The floor probably still has some glue left over from 2023... Conclusion: Drive In, then it's fine.

The burgers weren't particularly well topped, but they were tasty. I was extremely disappointed with what I can only describe as a lump of cheese fries. The cleanliness in the store really leaves a lot to be desired. We ate in the restaurant. There was clearly week-old dirt around the table feet, so it was only roughly wiped down. Although the branch was completely empty and the employees were clearly bored, pretty much all the tables were covered in crumbs and some were greasy. The situation in the toilets wasn't much different either. Dust on and grease fingers on the toilet paper dispensers, the faucet covered in limescale deposits that you could easily wipe off if you did. Overall....if you don't eat there it's fine, but that's about it.

Incorrect orders received are commonplace. Please ALWAYS check your order. Even if you just order a Coke, you get a Fanta. Complaint management responds 0. At least you get compensation from your competitor.

Das Essen war halt "Burger King like", aber wie immer lecker! Leider hat es nach der Bestellung sehr sehr lange gedauert und die Preise sind meines Erachtens viel zu teuer! Aber sowas passiert eben durch den Mindestlohn, auch wenn ich den für absolut richtig halte. Hier im BK war, vermutlich deshalb, auch zu wenig Personal. Aber der Mitarbeiter hat sich für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt. Hut ab, macht auch nicht jeder. Dankeschön! LG

Naja. Burger King eben. Nichts besonderes aber schnelles Essen.

Bislang war alles frisch was ich dort serviert bekommen habe und lecker zubereitet. Das Personal neutral bis freundlich, das Ambiente nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Häufig leider nur der Drive offen. Burger werden wortwörtlich nur zusammen geschmissen. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem aber das Auge isst ja auch mit. ;) Tüte war komplett voll das sie nichtmal zu ging. Zwei wäre besser gewesen.

Super nettes Personal und hilfsbereit

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in diese Burger King Location. Sehr nettes Personal, Burger immer frisch und lecker, sauberes Restaurant, Toiletten ebenfalls sauber, was will man mehr? :)

Zum Glück gibt es Standards für das Essen. Für das einlegen der Pommes in die Tüte beim Drive-in wahrscheinlich auch. Hier wird da aber nicht wirklich drauf geachtet Ein Tipp: wenn man die Pommes mit der Öffnung nach oben einlegt dann bleiben diese auch in deren Verpackung. Vielleicht wissen die Leute nicht was passiert wenn man dies Pommes falschrum einlegt. Vielleicht ändert sich ja mal was 🫣

Service und Ambiente 1 Stern ist halt ein fast food Restaurant 😄

Dezent Ärgerlich aber anscheinend wurde was bei der Rezessions Bewertung geändeet🤷‍♂️ Daher anstatt umfangreich halt kurz und knapp. Häufig waren mal fehl lieferungen bzw. Ganz vertauschte Bestellungen da gewesen, Aber am Ende dennoch alles ganz ok mit Luft nach oben.

Update 2023-02-15 Alles wieder beim normalen Alten. Kein Corona mehr, drin sitzen, heiße Burger. Die Müllstation für Restmüll und Tablets waren schon länger nicht mehr geleert worden. Auch hätten die Tische ein feuchtes Tuch gerne mal gesehen. Liegt es daran das es so aussieht das gewisse Leute Dienst dann haben? Frage nur, weil ich das in anderer Kombination von Mitarbeitern dort auch anders erlebe. Erste Rezension Ordentlicher Laden, schnelle Erledigung, heiße Burger. Je nach Thekenpersonal auch mal ein hilfreichen Tipp. Auch zu Corona Zeiten ein gut durchdachtes Konzept die Leute vom Eingang, zum Verkaufstresen, bis zum Ausgang durchzuschleusen ohne sich zu begegnen. Nun kann man zur Zeit 03/2022 auch wieder im Lokal sitzen. Natürlich mit Abstand. Hygienekonzept vorhanden und alles Barrierefrei zu erreichen. Komme ich nun zu meiner Einschätzung.
