Top Filiale – Frisch und Schnell! Bin regelmäßig hier und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen kommt eigentlich immer heiß und frisch zubereitet an, die Pommes sind knackig und die Burger ordentlich belegt. Der Drive-in geht auch zu Stoßzeiten zügig voran. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und gut organisiert. Absolute 5 von 5 Sternen für schnellen und leckeren Service!

Ich war heute dort und der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in Zukunft gekennzeichnet wird, ob die Gerichte halal sind. So wie es bereits Kennzeichnungen für vegetarische oder vegane Speisen gibt, würde das die Auswahl deutlich einfacher machen

Alles top! Die Mitarbeiter haben immer ein Lächeln das sieht man in anderen Restaurants nicht oft. Essen schmeckt auch super manchmal dauert es zwar länger aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf für frisches heißes essen.

Ich liebe liebe liebe diese Filliale, alle sind super nett egal was ist die Mitarbeiter sind sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Es ist immer sauber und sehr frisch ich esse gerne dort. Meine Familie und ich kommen sehr gerne hier her. Applaus an Burgerking es gibt so viele Burger da ist was für jedermann dabei.

Sehr guter Burger King Standort. Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet professionell. Die Wartezeit war kurz und der Ablauf insgesamt gut organisiert. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich einwandfrei und ansprechend angerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung – ich komme gerne wieder.

Über lange Zeit mit absoluter Lieblingsburgerladen, bei dem wir mindestens 2 mal die Woche waren. Seit vier Wochen läuft allerdings nichts mehr. In dieser Zeit haben wir statt plantbasef normales Berg in der gesamten Bestellung erhalten, falsche Tortillas und heute wurden uns komplett andere Burger eingepackt. Ich habe echt die Schnauze voll alles Vor Ort aufmachen zu müssen oder jedes Mal 15km umsonst zu fahren. Leider ist der Laden inzwischen dermaßen unkulant, dass man noch nichtmal eine Pommes oder Ähnliches als Entschuldigung bekommt.

Ständig bekommt man kaltes oder falsches Essen und trinken, die Pattys sind überhaupt nicht gebräunt der Bacon auch nicht teilweise sind die Pattys so kalt als wären sie nie erwärmt worden. Das einzig gute ist das es immer relativ schnell geht weil der Laden immer leer ist.

Die mit Abstand beste BK-Filiale, bei der ich jemals war! Das Essen war super schnell fertig, es war sehr sauber und wir wurden 1A bedient! Ich wünschte, jede BK-Filiale würde so top gemanaged werden wie diese!!

Sehr tolles Ambiente, netter und schneller Service. Der Salat sah nicht mehr sehr frisch aus aber im Großen und Ganzen war alles sehr lecker

Für 28 Euro Mini-Burger, Soßen im Überfluss, und dazu 2 furztrockene Filet Streifen,+ KEINE FRIES bestellt stehen aber auf der Rechnung,aber dreimal Sauce, unglaublich ABZOCKE, BETRÜGER, ACHTUNG ⁉️🤔

Am 30.01.2026 gegen ca. 20:20 Uhr habe ich zwei Kindermenüs und ein normales Menü mit Cola bestellt. Leider wurde ich nicht gefragt, welches Getränk ich für die Kindermenüs möchte – stattdessen wurde einfach Cola ausgegeben. Als ich darum bat, die Getränke gegen kindgerechte Getränke zu tauschen, wurde dies verweigert. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen mit Headset waren dabei sehr unfreundlich, nicht nur uns gegenüber, sondern auch gegenüber anderen Kunden. So ein Verhalten geht gar nicht. Es war mein erster Besuch hier und leider auch mein letzter. Hier sollte der Chef dringend eingreifen.

Den Deckel vom Getränk nicht richtig geschlossen , im Endeffekt Klamotten und Auto eingesaut. Darauf aufmerksam gemacht und beim weglaufen ein " Tschuldigung" rausgedrückt, kommt davon wenn man Leute einstellt, die denken mit ihren 1 Kilo Schminke waren sie dir heißesten Wiener Würstchen.... Wem sein Auto lieb und teuer ist, auf keinen Fall hinfahren!

Früher fand ich den Service leider nicht so entzückend, doch seit einigen Wochen hat sich das Ganze deutlich ins positive verändert! Deutlich bessere Bedienung, sehr freundlich und schnell! Nur zu empfehlen 👍🏼 Tolle Managerin, liebe Grüße!

2x dagewesen und beide Male war unsere Bestellung falsch eingepackt. Leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Daher zwei Sterne, der Rest war ok.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant

Patty's was very dark, but otherwise the food was okay. It was cold inside. Not particularly clean. Staff were unfriendly.

It's really no wonder there's rarely a line at the drive-thru. This was really my last attempt there. The wait for fast food there is a really LONG time. At first I always thought it was because they have so few staff. But apparently they can't. I ordered the flagship Whopper meal. When I got home I noticed that there was no ketchup on it. You'd think that at least that should work. On the other hand, while I was waiting for the food, I overheard the employees picking on each other because the guy in the kitchen was so slow. He then slouched to the front with such a listless expression on his face that I was afraid I'd gotten the special sauce. I remembered that on the way home, so I looked at it... No special sauce, but no ketchup. My goodness, what a rip-off!

A disaster. Even though we were completely alone in the store, it took forever for our order to be ready. One burger was wrong. After my husband complained, he was told it was just the wrapping paper. He then unwrapped the burger again and showed that it was a different one. The correct burger was finally ordered. The saleswoman then repacked the incorrect burger and placed it in the display – a burger that several people were already holding openly. When it was pointed out to her that this was completely unacceptable, she repeatedly replied, "Everything's fine." After a long discussion, the burger was taken back from the display. If you want to be taken for a fool, this is the place for you. Don't eat here; you never know how many people have already touched your food.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We've been there several times at 9:00 PM and we're always told it's already closed. Customer friendliness is different.

Opening hours are listed on Google/at the store until 10 or 11 p.m., but at 9:15 p.m. there's nothing left to eat because it's the end of the day and the employees are just fed up. This isn't the first time this has happened. This store isn't comparable to any other; the way they treat customers is absolutely outrageous. Close the place, because the employees do what they want anyway, and apparently no one in management cares. Otherwise, someone would pay attention to this kind of customer feedback.

Absolutely abysmal. I just wanted to order something at around 8 p.m. When I ordered, I accidentally only had one coupon in my shopping cart and only put the second one in afterwards. So I basically ordered a coupon twice. But I said straight away in the drive-thru that I didn't want the first one. When I got to the window, I asked again and she told me that I had ordered four burgers and nuggets. I didn't want two burgers, I had already told her beforehand. She was grumpy and called her maybe. Boss and told him the customer had ordered incorrectly and he immediately started yelling at me. I stayed friendly and said we only had to take out a coupon for two burgers, nothing more. He then said in a really rude and disgusting way: the place is full and now it has to be cancelled, he was really angry. I told him I could just go back and he waved me away in a completely dismissive manner. I've never experienced anything like that before. Great employees, makes the best impression 😅😅😅😅 In the end he had to cancel it anyway but he didn't make any sales. I recommend a training course on how to deal with customers. The two people today aren't the only unfriendly ones there. If you're already overwhelmed by a small cancellation, 1 minute after ordering or actually even when ordering, then maybe you should work on yourself again or consider whether the working world is for you. I will never buy anything from there again.

It's OK during the day, but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, you should arrive an hour before closing time, as the shop doors are locked from 10:30 p.m. onwards, and people who have already ordered and are waiting outside for their food will be locked out. If you're not into your job, you should find something else, or the opening hours should be adjusted.

There's always something going on at this Burger King. Sometimes the card payment doesn't work, sometimes you wait forever, feeling like you're the only one for miles around, sometimes they only serve certain drinks. I've eaten at a lot of Burger King restaurants, and this one is definitely one of the less professional ones. But it still gets three stars because everything was always there and the food was served with the appropriate quality and taste. Update July 6. This Burger King is getting worse and worse! These days, you really have to be lucky to get everything, let alone have the right ingredients in the bag. Whether the Plant Base Burgers are really Plant Base isn't even known for sure. I probably won't see this Burger King again!

I've been eating here every 2-3 weeks for over 2 years. Since then, nothing has gone wrong. But yesterday was the first time a burger was swapped. I ordered the X-TRA LONG CHICKEN CHILI CHEESE burger, but it was mistakenly delivered with the classic X-TRA LONG CHILI CHEESE. The burger was swapped without any problems. 👍👍 The staff were also very friendly and joked with me. I love coming here. 🙂🙂

Unfortunately, the new manager is a bit unfriendly. I just left a great review on bk-feedback so I could pick up a free coffee. Unfortunately, the store manager I called in also had no idea how to enter the said voucher code. And claimed it wasn't my receipt at all. Unfortunately, my German skills aren't good enough to communicate. As I walked past the tray trolley, a small bag of fries caught my eye, which I immediately wanted to devour. I quickly mixed my free coffee at the table and was about to leave. However, the aforementioned store manager, the boss, got in first and asked me to leave in a rather unfriendly manner because my behavior, namely the "fries," might bother other customers. Funnily enough, the store was completely empty, as is often the case. I wondered why that might be. Well, that's a shame... Unfortunately, it's all too commonplace. Since I assume the branch manager is Muslim, I understand this even less... Nothing against the other staff, I've always had great experiences there. They've probably also seen me once clearing the entire parking lot of trash... But oh well, that's just how it is. The Neustadt Schützenfest wasn't much better in terms of food either. It's a shame, actually. The more and better food, the better and more actively you can get involved. However, I think I'm an exception. Greetings and enjoy. PS: I think hygiene has improved, but I don't know for sure. Lately, I've only used the accessible restroom for a short time. There were definitely times when the restroom was dirty for at least a week. Indication (my own atypical stain).

Absolutely not recommended. Extremely unfriendly service, we were given frozen food. The patty was forgotten on a cheeseburger. There were four of us and we were the only customers in the store, yet the staff was completely incompetent! Unbelievable! Never had such a bad meal, and I was so disappointed by the staff!

Absolutely disappointing. The staff was incompetent and unable to take a simple order. Fries, churros, and all the sauces were simply missing. Absolutely unacceptable for an order worth almost €40. Plus, the burgers and chili cheese nuggets were practically cold. Burger King has really gone downhill.

Unfortunately, my last order at Burger King was very disappointing. I placed an order that completely lacked sauce, fries, and the Cini Minis (churros). This is not only annoying, but also unacceptable. I hope similar mistakes can be avoided in the future. Disappointing!

Greatest Burger King, best employees

We were just unlucky on our last visit... We had to wait a long time for our food and then it was cold and the fries were very sticky. But the store wasn't full. We had to wait 20 minutes for our dessert, four ice cream cones.

Honestly, how greedy do you have to be? I've eaten at better places. Ordered chilli cheese fries twice, in a package with a little cheese sauce and jalapenos. I didn't think anything of it, 2 packaging exactly the same and a little less 🤦🏻‍♂️.. Burgers were OK and fries are fine. I got ketchup twice. I would prefer mayonnaise and ketchup. After all, there are deficiencies that I would like to point out for people who think twice about eating there. Nothing to do with a negative attitude, it was definitely the last visit.

A Burger King like many others. Nothing spectacular, nothing that sets it apart from others.

Everything was great for us. Food as ordered and warm! The service was very nice and with a smile to the customers. The way it went today, highly recommended.

I don't think you expect much from a fast food chain, but something like this just makes your day. Super cute, I'd love to come here again and again.

I had bad opening times before, but now opening an hour later and closing an hour earlier is already bad. The food tastes good and better than the competition. The problem here in the store is the employees and not just a few but almost all of them are incredibly unfriendly. Very often very big mistakes are made with the orders. Pretty much everything is wrong here. Food is missing from the order, super unfriendly staff when you point it out to them. The shop was closed half an hour before closing time and the kitchen was closed. We'll never go there again. Preferably zero stars!

Preferably 0 stars!!! First of all, I stood at the drive-in counter for almost 30 minutes and the food I ordered was also wrong. The staff there preferred to chat and make jokes. Secondly, the doors were already closed at 9:30 p.m. even though they were supposed to be open until 10 p.m.!!! And thirdly, the staff is so unfriendly and disrespectful that I was then told “why are you coming to eat here if you get everything wrong.” Never eat there again!!!

Incredibly bad. Due to a lack of skilled workers, they don't open until two hours later and then they don't even have everything prepared. Now you sit here for 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and six nuggets...

I am very disappointed in this Citizen King. We waited 25 minutes for our food. This is fine in a normal restaurant but not in a fast food restaurant. When I asked the employee about it, he was very rude and said I can start working here. Maybe it will be quicker then. Unfortunately, a verbal argument broke out. Unfortunately my order wasn't complete either, but due to the previous argument I no longer had the nerve to go back to the restaurant and complain about it. Never this store again
