Pizzeria Family-Service Leutzsch in Leipzig

Simply awful! Ordered last night. A 30cm salami pizza with extra olives and garlic. It arrived uncut (which wasn't a problem). There were a whopping 17 olives on it and no sign of garlic (it was just garlic oil, which made the pizza completely greasy). So the pizza basically consisted mostly of salami, oil, and a whole lot of cheese (the cheese tasted like goat). The second pizza was a doner pizza, and they didn't want the pepperoni. What was on the pizza? Pepperoni, that's right. Then they ordered pizza rolls. Of the 8, 3 were inedible because they were completely burnt. They ordered a garlic dip with the pizza rolls, but in my opinion, it was a herb dip (it tasted practically nothing like garlic). I have no idea what was going on. Okay, it was ordered shortly before the restaurant closed, but you still expect a delicious dinner. It's definitely delicious, but it's different. I definitely won't order from there again!

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item online. My mistake! After a brief phone call, the order was changed. Now that's what I call service. Thank you.

Waited for two hours. Someone else happened to be ordering from the restaurant, so they waited to save fuel. Food was cold. Will not order from here again.

The price-performance ratio is no longer right. The pizza rolls, in particular, are ridiculously large. It's a shame, it used to be great!

Never again!! Not the first time we've waited almost 2 hours and the pizza was completely cold. They've completely gone downhill! The taste is off too. Very disappointing!

I waited 2 hours today... The pizza was lukewarm, disappointing. I'm curious to see if I get the 10 percent discount, as stated in the terms and conditions! Never again...

The gyro has more oil than anything else, the bolongese is more like a leftover sauce with minced meat, and the spiciest thing is the flatbread with herb butter, which I ordered for an extra €1 each, with tuna and mushrooms, and barely any of it on it. This wasn't the first time this has happened. It's sad how it all goes downhill.

Ich habe dort zum ersten Mal bestellt und bin sehr positiv gestimmt. Die Bestellung ging sehr einfach Online von statten. Gewählt habe ich eine 32cm Pizza mit dem Namen "Paesana" (belegt mit Schinken, Champignons, Spinat, Knoblauch und Käse). Der Preis betrug 8,60€ und ist meiner Meinung nach sehr günstig. Die Zutaten waren frisch (also keine Dosenpilze oder tiefgefrorener Spinat), der Pizzateig schmeckte nicht nach Keksteig und war aus einer recht guten Qualität. Zwar nicht zu vergleichbar mit einer in Sizilien gebackenen Pizza, aber doch recht gut. Qualitativ kann Pizzeria Family Service mit den großen, bekannten Anbietern mithalten und muss sich nicht hinter ihnen verstecken. Ich kann diesen Lieferdienst aus den wenigen Eindrücken empfehlen. Ich werde sicherlich nochmals dort andere Gerichte bestellen , um zu sehen, ob die Qualität so bleibt. EDIT: Nun habe ich das zweite Mal dort bestellt und muss leider feststellen, dass scheinbar bei jeder Pizza mehr Käse als sonstiger Belag verwendet wird. Ich hatte dieses Mal eine Pizza (32cm) mit Meeresfrüchten bestellt und konnte die verwendeten Tierchen an der Hand abzählen. Es waren genau 8 kleine Schrimps, 2 Tintenfischringe und 4 Muscheln. Ich korrigiere meine 5 Sterne Bewertung auf 3 Sterne. Ich werde diesen Lieferservice noch ein drittes Mal testen und berichten.
