Pizza + drink €15.00. A lukewarm frozen pizza. Cold pasta. Salad is 95% lettuce leaves. Totally overpriced for frozen food. Unfriendly staff.

This is the epicenter of the bad mood and incompetent staff of the entire Belantis. It's best to just steer clear of it. Customer service has never been heard of here; friendliness is a foreign concept, especially for a central lady. She concerns both staff and customers equally. In all fairness, the pressure seems to be coming from above, which somehow discredits Belantis as a whole. Any examples? If your package of nuggets rips, there's no paper plate to replace it—they can't give it to anyone. You just want a drink? You're still not allowed to walk past the people waiting for food. 3 are "working" (slurping around dejectedly because the manager is yelling at you and slowly working by the book), 2 are watching and trying not to attract attention... Result: 1 hour until the pizza. Combined with this year's shrunken free refill cups, which you can barely use because you're always asking for them, it's more like "thanks for nothing" - you don't have to come back.

We had a pumpkin spinach pizza. As you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant: frozen. It wouldn't have been a big deal, and the price was somewhat acceptable. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't cooked as intended by the manufacturer. The dough was soggy in places, and the vegetables were cold in places. If they used a hotter oven and defrosted the pizzas accordingly, they could have gotten a lot more out of the product. It's a shame. The staff was consistently very friendly; unfortunately, heating the pizzas took quite a while, and they took quite a long time, serving customers one at a time (so instead of one person making the pizzas, another taking the orders, etc., to keep things parallel).

The food is a disaster, just ready-made meals and extremely overpriced. The portions are also very small. I'd prefer to give it zero stars. Absolutely disgraceful and outrageous.

The food was terrible and expensive. The fries were soggy and the schnitzel was only partially thawed. And that was despite the fact that there were very few people there due to the rain. Never again.

The Margherita pizza was truly unbelievably bad. Not only did it cost the same as any other pizza, but for an outrageous €9.30, you also searched in vain for the taste of tomatoes and cheese. In your mouth, you only tasted a tasteless, slightly moist, not at all crispy piece of dough. When you asked for it, you couldn't even get salt to taste anything at all. The "enjoyment" of the pizza neither brought joy nor did it fill you up. Even for a frozen pizza, this Margherita was an insult. For me, this set a whole new standard for bad pizza. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Very very tasty and not so expensive

I'd love to give it 0 stars. Pasta overcooked to a pulp, gristly, cheap frozen schnitzel, and really long wait times despite the lack of customers. As the saying goes, hunger drives you in. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't anything more.

Mangy frozen pizza, endless waiting time, bad service. not recommended

If you would like to eat the most disgusting pasta in Germany, this is a good choice. The fact that you pay €7.50 for a "large" portion and then get a children's portion that just tastes disgusting is something you can really applaud!

When we visited it was “oki” and also quite few people but the kitchen is extremely bad/stupidly organized so with more people it must be total chaos. Food is very very simple heated fast food so expectations should be low. The fassbier was awesome though. Its one of those; with better organization they could probably chunk out 4-5x the amount of food and with better quality keeping same amount of staff. It must be horror to work there now.

Essen sehr schlecht. Das war das pappigste Schnitzel, welches ich je zusammen mit laprigen Pommes und Salat gegessen habe. Völlig überteuerte Speisen und meinem Kumpel ist von der Majo schlecht geworden. Absolut keine Empfehlung, pure Familienabzocke. Hat Eigentlich keinen Stern verdient.

Kann die anderen Meinungen nur bestätigen, Qualität der Speisen mangelhaft, Wedges lauwarm und labrig. Personal stapelt lieber die Getränkebecher und führt Gespräche mit der Kollegschaft statt zu bedienen. Der Herr am heutigen Tage ausgenommen, dieser war bemüht, zügig zu arbeiten. Ich konnte es mir leider nicht verkneifen, auf den seit ca. 4 Minuten wartenden Kunden, aufmerksam zu machen was natürlich auf Unmut stieß. Dabei ist es doch nachweislich das die Kundschaft verantwortlich ist, ob der Arbeitgeber Lohn zahlen kann oder nicht. Ich weiß selber das es schwer ist, motivierte Mitarbeiter zu finden, besonders nach dem "Corona Winterschlaf", aber das heute war für mich nicht hinnehmbar.

Über 30 min gewartet für 2 pizzas, die haben nicht mal angefangen

Qualität ist vielleicht 2 Sterne wert, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unter aller Sau. Das Kindermenü ist unverschämt, 8 Euro für eine handvoll Spaghetti (siehe Foto) und ein paar Buntstifte. 10 Euro für einen Salat mit trockenem Brötchen. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Schade dass sich solch ein Laden im (eigentlich sehr schönen) Belantis-park halten kann.

Essen gibts von 11:00 bis 16:00. Am besten um 11:00 da sein, damit man bis 16:00 was bekommt 🐌

Wie kann der Betreiber den Familien solchen Schweinefrass anbieten???Tiefkühlprodukte - vorgefertigt, aus der Schublade auf den Teller halbwarm hingeklatscht, am Tisch ist es schon kalt und fast zu Restaurant -Preisen! Gerade die Kinder sind wählerisch!!! Das scheint wohl ein Standard bei „Movie Park Germany Services GmbH“zu sein. Soll doch die Geschäftsführung mit ihren Familien dort essen gehen. LIEBE BESUCHER: bringt lieber selber Snacks mit oder kauft an privaten Ständen!!!

Also Qualität geht anders. Pommes matschig, das Schnitzel billig und Tiefkühlpizza. Preislich echt übertrieben. Bitte dringend nachsteuern, in anderen Bereichen gab es deutlich bessere Speisen.

Bolega je reštaurácia v zábavnom parku Belantis Lipsko. Je to také rýchle občerstvenie. Nájadete tu okrem iného pizzu, rezeň, šalát, cestoviny, sladkosti, nápoje. Miesta na sedenie je tu dosť. Je tu aj tieň a detské ihrisko. Pizza teda nič extra. Špageti Bolonese celkom v poriadku. BELANTIS - Das Abenteuer Reich je veľmi pekný park pre deti aj dospelých. Odporúčam kúpiť si hneď zlatú ročnú kartu, ktorá platí vždy v kúpenom roku do novembra. V tom máte ja iné výhody ako 20 % zľavu občerstvenie v parku a rôzne iné výhody ako aj zadarmo vstup pre priateľa alebo vstup do parkov skupiny. Tiež 1x vstup do Tropical Island - vodného sveta pri Berlíne. Belantis je rozľahlý park s množstvom atrakcií. V čase nášho pobytu tam skoro nikto nebol, lebo bolo teplo. Rôznorodé akcie sú super. Ceny jedla boli prekvapujúco na dobrej úrovni. Boli sme tu až do záverečnej. Pitná voda tu na záchodoch tečie. Zmrzlinové stánky sú na každom kroku. Deťom do troch rokov sa tam veľmi neoplatí, je tam iba zopár kolotočov. Bezpečnosť detí tu je na vysokej úrovni. Obsluha sa vždy pevne drží predpisov a deti meria, či sú vhodné pre danú atrakciu. Počas prázdnin detí v Sachsen sú tu aj rôzne vystúpenia ako bábkové divadlo, piráti a podobne. Nájdete tu aj veľa detských ihrísk a aj oddychové zóny. Pri príprave jedál nedbajú veľmi na hygienu ako aj všade v Nemecku -tými istými rukami chytajú všetko aj peniaze. Platiť môžete všade (okrem mini stánkov) kartou.
