Our favorite Italian restaurant. Service is super fast, sometimes chatty, sometimes less so, but always friendly. The food is excellent, and the value for money is also right here. The scampi alla Livornese was a dream, but everything else was great too! Beautiful terrace and easily accessible via the Schönholz S-Bahn or by car.

The food is absolutely delicious. The waiters are attentive but constantly smoking.

On August 1, 2025, I visited this pizzeria – Ristorante Due Pini – for the first time, and I must say I was very surprised. The food was very good and tasty. When the boss cooks, steak is a poem, tender calamari and homemade dessert. He learned to be a chef in Rome and cooked for Genscher and Andreoti. Bud Spencer and Terence Hill were friends and nice guests in Berlin. Celebrate parties with 36 people as a card at the same time with various appetizer platters - great. Unfortunately, there is also smoking in the large room.

Always really good food, at very fair prices and on top of that the quality is right. It's just fun to be pampered there. No frills, just very down-to-earth and always seasonal dishes on the daily menu. Important: only cash is real!!!!!

The place is with every visit a bit worse. I think in the kitchen they can only make average pizza and pasta and the waiters seem like they've done this job for too long and can't be bothered with it anymore. But this appart, the disappointment comes from the food. On my last visit I had an onion soup that consisted of really hot water with barely any taste and raw onion, that you could chew and it was still crunchy, nowhere close to an onion soup, despite the cheese melted on top of a slice of bread. It's a shame, at our first visit it seemed like a promising place and they have a nice terrace for the summer, but unfortunately whatever I ordered lately that wasn't pizza or pasta was really not something to pay money for.

Wir als gesamte Familie kommen schon 20 Jahre her und haben nie eine schlechte Erfahrung hier gemacht. Es war weder unter- oder überwürzt, noch im falschen Garzustand. Alles war sehr gut. In der schlimmen Pandemiezeit waren sie trotzdem fleißig und haben Dinge verändert - haben die Zeit genutzt. Als sie wieder öffnen durften, war das Essen genauso gut wie in der Zeit vor der Pandemie. Ich bin sehr froh, dass sie nicht schließen mussten! Klare Empfehlung meinerseits! Tolle Jungs, die dort arbeiten. Ein großes Lob ans gesamte Team! Danke für eure unermüdliche Arbeit!

The food was good. Very few chanterelles in the chanterelle dish. What annoyed us was the following: Two grappas were ordered, which are priced at €2.80 each on the menu. However, I was charged €4.50 per grappa on the grounds that when I asked, I received better grappa. However, without asking if I wanted it! There was a long, unfriendly discussion about the bill. In the end I got the difference refunded, with the words of the employee at the counter: “here’s your money and goodbye!” But a second case caused dissatisfaction. The waiter, although friendly, assigned a side salad incorrectly and later it appeared on the bill without comment. When I asked the very unfriendly boss, the reason given was that he wasn't part of the court. How should the customer know this? Then the boss simply left us standing and the employee expressed the opinion, also very rudely, that the salad had been eaten and that we had to pay for it. In both cases these are minimum amounts (€3.40 and €4.20), but what we're talking about is the brazen way of creating invoices and ripping off customers! It won't just be done this way here! Never again!!!!!!!

Unfortunately not recommended. My companion had spaghetti carbonara, which was unfortunately very far from the original Italian version, including cooked ham instead of guanciale. Unfortunately my pizza wasn't a hit either. In an Italian restaurant I expect typical Italian cuisine and not so Germanized dishes.

Original Italian cuisine from real Italians. It's not that common these days. Especially in summer you can sit beautifully in the garden and in bad weather there is even a safe roof. The wheat beer on tap is cool and tastes great.

Absolute rip-off + pushy waiter who tries to persuade you to order without giving you the menu 4 people paid 95 euros for 4 beers (0.33) and 2 pizzas (including 14 euros for 4x Coperto) After all, out of four available toilets, only one was usable

Wir gehen seit 25 Jahren ins due pini. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und immer üppig. Pasta und Pizza schmecken hervorragend, s gibt aber auch Fisch, Steak und Schnitzel. Das Ambiente ist schön und man fühlt sich wie gleich wie beim Italiener. Leider hat auch hier der Preis kräftig angezogen, sodass ich viele Gerichte mittlerweile nicht mehr als günstig bezeichnen würde, sondern schon eher als teuer. Im großen und ganzen stimmt Preis Leistung aber immer noch!

El ambiente está bastante bueno, el servicio también, la gente de allí es muy amable, en mi opinión, ordené una pizza (opción vegetariana) en sabor era normal, esperaba más. Esta bien en relación calidad precio.

Nette Bedienung Leider hat die Qualität der Speisen in den letzten Jahren abgenommen. Schnitzel könnte Formfleisch sein und ie Tomatensauce erinnert mich iwie an ein Instandprodukt. Wir hatten die 43 und die 39 als Gericht. Gorgonzola-Sauce ein wenig wässrig, aber vom Geschmack her gut. Außenbereich größtenteils sehr gepflegt und durchdacht, allerdings Ameisen auf dem Tisch. Essen ist preiswert, ordentlich große Portion. Service ein wenig unachtsam, aber die haben zu Zweit im Service außen auch relativ viele Tische mit vielen Besuchern zu bedienen. Sehr freundlich die Kellner und mit Humor. :) Ist zu empfehlen als Geheimtipp unter Einheimischen, viele Ü40 Anwohner Abends im Restaurant.

Ich bin in diesem Restaurant bereits seit seiner Eröffnung vor über 40 Jahren. Wer die italienische Küche eines echten Italieners mag ist dort gut aufgehoben. Das Essen ist immer lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam. Freundlichkeit wird dort groß geschrieben. Viele Stammgäste hat dieses Restaurant. Ich mag das Ambiente weil ich es schlicht und rustikal mag. Tolle große Terrasse.

Seit mehr als 25 Jahren mein Lieblingsitaliener. Das ist wie bei Freunden essen. Ich freue mich immer, wenn ich da bin oder den nächsten Besuch geplant habe darauf vor.
