Waited 3 hours. When asked, rude on the phone. Pizza level below frozen products.

Waited almost 3 hours for a pizza that was mediocre at best. When I asked when the food would arrive, there were rude answers on the phone. Never again

So I'm very disappointed... I have been a regular customer for years The pizza is really very good, that's why I like to order there. But today I was hungry for a chickemburger What was presented to me was an imposition. The pulp was barely edible. There was so little meat on the burger that it seemed like a bad joke. Serving something like that to a regular customer who has been around for years is really an absolute disgrace. I am deeply disappointed. I waited almost 2 hours for this inedible meal Edit.: I called them and complained..that was actually the first time I did that..They apologized and promised me a pizza on the house next time..

We liked ordering there a while ago and found the things really tasty. Be it pizza, pasta or salad. However, the delivery times got worse and worse. Starting with 1.5 hours up to 2.5 hours and finally simply no delivery at all. Of course we got it back via PayPal. If the place got a grip on having more than two people working there, it would probably work. Started strong and faded just as hard.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to order food from this store. We ordered food, saying it would take 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours there was still no food! We then called and an employee on the phone said the food was ready and would come immediately. After 40 minutes we called again to find out where the food was and they just hung up on us. After another 20 minutes the food came, which we refused. The store and the way it deals with customers is absolutely anti-social!

Hair in food and needed 3 hours

Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The driver had forgotten the bill and overcharged by a whopping 17.50 euros. Last but not least, there was a pizza with onions, although these were explicitly canceled. The eggs were also missing from the salt. All in all a total disappointment and definitely our last order there.

Pizza was an imposition... Food took almost 2 hours... In addition, one pizza had a fried egg on it, which was still absolutely flabby. The other pizza came without jalapenios and with completely wrong ingredients. After we ordered no one answered the phone... In addition, the ingredients that were ordered were not available and I was called twice and had to be asked the same question again... And in the end we still got the wrong pizza... I hope I didn't upset my stomach... Clearly not a recommendation...

Unfortunately I have to give in to a bad rating. The pizza is solid and there isn't much to complain about. In my opinion it used to be very good, today it's ok and I would order it again. However, I recently ordered a lasagne and what I got was unfortunately a disgrace. I specifically asked if you liked homemade food. Nothing was homemade there. It was the ready-made lasagne from the supermarket with cheese sprinkled on top that wasn't even remotely cooked through. Sat on the pottery the whole next day..

Disappointing! Pizza rolls are black, salad lacks sauce, or like the Bolognese, the sauce was simply saved. Noodle almost loading, minced meat present in traces. So honestly, what do you want to achieve with this??? That's no way to win customers! I will never order from you again. It's a shame to ask for so much money for junk!

Delivery significantly late, calls not answered.

No order via website although a confirmation arrived via email. No payment via PayPal but the option is available. Otherwise the food is delicious

A pity! Previously the pizza in town. Disappointed (again) today. Pizza base soft, just a pile of cheese. For Pizza Okosch, only strip 5 grains of corn and 4 peppers. For the pizza with pepperoni, only 4 pieces. Unfortunately the rolls were burnt black. Too bad! At least hot and a nice driver.

This restaurant's delivery left an ambivalent impression. The driver seemed a bit confused and rushed. Instead of pulling into the lighted driveway, he decided to pull over and not very politely asked me to turn on his light while he placed my food on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, this start was not very promising. There was light and shadow during the meal itself. The fries were disappointingly wet and soggy. This is probably due to the restaurant using cheap plastic packaging instead of a ventilated and environmentally friendly paper version. Even though we ordered four times, the amount of mayonnaise was still far too limited. However, I have to admit that the chocolate mousse was a pleasant surprise. It was well made and also very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. Unfortunately, this positive experience was ruined by a musty muffin. This appeared to be at least four weeks old and was absolutely inedible. It's hard to put into words how disappointing this taste in the mouth was. It was real torture and absolutely cruel. Overall, delivery from this restaurant left a mixed impression. While some dishes were solid, others were disappointing and made enjoying them a challenge. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of the quality of the packaging and the freshness of the food.

The tortelini spinaci were damn tasty.

Unfortunately, there are currently serious structural problems here. This time I wasn't convinced by either the taste or the service. The organization seems chaotic to me. The prices are neither up to date in the store nor on the website. Is it still the same operator? I have the feeling that not. I'll keep an eye on developments and will kindly change my rating if things pick up again here. But at the moment you can still be very satisfied with the 2 stars.

I ordered something yesterday at 8:30 p.m. that wasn't delivered to me. Today at 5 p.m. the driver rings the bell to deliver!? Ridiculous!

1.7 km we deliver is not ridiculous

We ordered pasta, pizza and salad. The pizza was cold, the pasta mediocre and the gnocchi were the size of dumplings. On Boxing Day you have to take what you can get. I can't make any recommendations from my side.

Fast 2 Stunden auf 2 Pizzen gewartet. Da vergeht einem der Appetit.

Bodenlos frecher Mitarbeiter am Telefon, der mega frech wird, wenn man nach fast zwei Stunden anruft und sich erkundigt wo die eine Pizza und die Pizzabrötchen bleiben. Unfassbar unfreundlich! Nie wieder hier bestellen.

Sehr leckere Pizza und super freundliches Personal. Bestelle immer wieder gerne dort.

Tolles Essen zu angemessenen Preisen! Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr kulant, falls etwas nicht wie gewünscht war oder schief gelaufen ist! Ein super Laden für gutes Essen. Am besten per Abholung bestellen geht schneller😉

Sehr gute Pizza pasta schmeckt 1a. Ich würde weiter empfehlen ..

Das Personal bei Dolce Vita ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie sind immer bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und auf individuelle Wünsche einzugehen. Der Service ist effizient und die Wartezeiten sind angemessen. Die Preise bei Dolce Vita sind fair und erschwinglich. Man bekommt hier wirklich gute Qualität zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Das macht den Laden umso attraktiver. Insgesamt kann ich Dolce Vita nur wärmstens empfehlen. Hier findet man leckere Pizza und köstliche Nudelgerichte, die jeden Gaumen verwöhnen. Egal, ob man alleine vorbeikommt oder mit Freunden, ein Besuch bei Dolce Vita ist ein Genuss für die Sinne.

Leckere Pizza, schnelle Zubereitung und einen Rabatt für Selbstabholer! Das Ambiente ist für einen Lieferservice sehr gut, aber in Ruhe Essen ist so nicht wirklich möglich.

Solider und zuverlässiger Abhol- oder Lieferpizza-Dienst und das schon seit Jahren. Am Telefon wird man immer freundlich empfangen und die Bestellungen aufgenommen. Meist holen wir selbst ab, aber das Liefern klappt natürlich auch. Auch die Fahrer sind freundlich und nett. Im Winter gab es nach dem Abholen mal Startprobleme, da haben wir sogar mega unkomplziert Starthilfe bekommen. So konnten wir die Pizza doch noch warm zu Hause Essen. Echt toller Service! Neben Pizza waren auch die Gnocchi Giganti con Rucola sehr lecker.

Als wir das erste mal dort bestellt haben, war das Essen super. Die letzten Bestellungen waren leider nicht mehr so gut. Das Essen war manchmal kalt und es schmeckte nicht mehr so gut. Sehr schade. Die Fahrer waren aber immer nett und freundlich

Wollten zu Weihnachten Pizza bestellen und wir bestellen immer bei Pizza Boy, war aber Geschlossen. Dann hier angerufen und Pizza bekommen, dachten vielleicht Zufall, die Pizza war SUPER ! Gestern wieder bestellt und die Pizza war wieder einfach nur KLASSE. Das ist nun unsere Pizzeria und wer einmal da gegessen hat wird 100% wiederkommen/Bestellen. Schade das man nicht mehr Sterne vergeben kann, hätten Sie verdient.

Hat leider stark nachgelassen. Nach einer Stunde kamen zwei nicht mehr heiße Pizzen, deren Rand nicht richtig aufgegangen war, und auf der Pizza Hawaii war Ananas in homöopathischen Dosen... Hier werden wir nicht mehr bestellen

Das erste Mal dort gegessen. Ein vegetarisches Nudelgericht. Leider war es relativ geschmacklos, da kaum gewürzt. Die sahnesoße war etwas wässrig. Pizza Margerita war ok. Preise hoch, aber für heutzutage in Ordnung. Der Angestellte war freundlich. Schade, aber mein Geschmack wurde mit diesen Gerichten nicht so getroffen. Aber ausprobieren wollte ich diese Pizzeria gerne.

Spagetti Carbonara bestellt... war nicht wirklich lecker... mehliger Geschmack... weit entfernt von Carbonara. Muss ich nicht nochmal haben!!

Eine super leckere Pizza mit einem ebenfalls sehr guten Teig. Sehr reichlich belegt. Gerne immer wieder.

Früher war dieser Laden mal echt gut, inzwischen wurde aber anscheinend der Teig der Pizza geändert und schmeckt nicht mehr.

Pizzen waren lecker. Bei dem Preis und Leistungsverhältnis kann man nicht meckern.

Die Auswahl ist okay und die Pizza (Margherita und Salami) schmeckt. Wir hatten 2 Bleche für einen Kindergeburtstag vorbestellt, welche auch pünktlich und zu voller Zufriedenheit geliefert wurden.

Alles bestens! Schon öfter da Pizza geholt und bisher immer zufrieden gewesen.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Meine Gäste und ich waren bisher immer zufrieden. Das Essen hat Geschmack und Aroma. Jedesmall, wenn wir zum ersten bissem kommen, erstönt danach ein "mmm, lecker". Für mich bis jetzt nach all den verschiedenen Lieferdiensten hier in BGL der beste Italiener. Behaltet auf jeden Fall euren Koch :)

Pizza ist in Ordnung aber immer vergessen Pizza zuschneiden schon 100 mal bestellt und immer vergessen das doch nicht normal.

Sehr gute Ware (Pizza, Salat). Schnelle Lieferung. Reelle Preise. Alles in Ordnung. Spitze: das Tiramisu.

Für uns die beste Pizza in Bergisch Gladbach. Die Pizza ist das absolute Highlight, aber auch die Pasta ist super lecker. Der Service bei der Bestellung per Telefon als auch bei Lieferung ist absolut freundlich, kundenorientiert und auch zuvorkommend bei Sonderwünschen oder Kritikpünktchen. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder dort!

Wurde am 27.12. entäuscht. Pizza lau warm, gut, war vielleicht viel zu tun. Zu den 2 X Pizzabrötchen fehlte die Kräuterbutter, die Kinder waren enttäuscht. Meine Pizze wurde falsch geliefert, anstatt der Pizza Dolce Vita gab es eine Salamipizza. Habe aber den Preis der teuren Pizza gezahlt. Da wir für 54.50€ bestellt hatten, erhofften wir uns wenigstens die gratis Pizza oder ein Softgetränk, leider gab es außer einem irritierenden Bestellzettel nichts. Schade.

Pizza ist super! Lieferung ist immer sehr schnell bzw. pünktlich. Top
