Pizzeria da Roberta in Reichshof

Das Essen war köstlich. Allerdings mussten wir lange warten. Es schien etwas wenig Personal da zu sein. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr freundlich, und wenn man sowieso im Urlaub ist, spielt die Wartezeit ja keine große Rolle.

Ich habe das Restaurant in Wildbergerhütte völlig enttäuscht verlassen. Das Personal, insbesondere der Mann, der wohl der Manager war, weigerte sich beharrlich, mich zu bedienen. Sie ließen mich über 30 Minuten warten, nur um mir schließlich mitzuteilen, dass sie mich aufgrund der vielen Bestellungen nicht bedienen könnten. Ich halte das für eindeutigen Rassismus, da ich die einzige Person im Restaurant mit dunkler Hautfarbe war. Ich hoffe, diese Nachricht erreicht die Geschäftsleitung und es werden entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen. Danke.

Durch den Schlemmerblock sind wir auf die Pizzeria aufmerksam geworden und waren seit dem schon mehrfach dort, super super lecker und der Kellner&Inhaber sind super freundlich und humorvoll! Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Von einem guten Freund empfohlen und für ausgesprochen gut empfunden. Super nettes und lustiges Personal, sehr zuvorkommend, und Essen hervorragend.

Sehr enttäuschend!!!!! Flasche Pellegrino bestellt und Kranenberger für 6,00€ erhalten. Dann wollte ich eine Zutat wie Broccoli auf die Nudel bestellen. Das war auch nicht möglich. Dann sollte im Nudelgericht Mozarella enthalten sein. War auch nicht im Gericht. Der Preis blieb jedoch. Wurden vertröstet dass es zu teuer sei Mozarella zu kaufen da er aus Italien käme. Wie dämlich sind die Storys???? In der Nähe ist Aldi, den gibt es dort zu kaufen. Dann wurde extra 1,50€ für die Paprika auf der Pizza berechnet. Unverschämtheit. Früher gab es auch vorab Pizzabrötchen...... Wir waren Stammgäste und kommen NICHT wieder.

Ich habe eine der besten Pizzen gegessen, die ich jemals in Deutschland gegessen habe – und als Italienerin weiß ich wirklich, wovon ich spreche. Hier findet man eine echte neapolitanische Pizza, und auch die Desserts sind fantastisch. Der Teig war hervorragend, die Zutaten frisch und von sehr hoher Qualität. Das Ambiente ist sauber und gepflegt, der Service äußerst freundlich und herzlich. Man spürt dort noch echte italienische Gastfreundschaft. Der sizilianische Cannolo war einfach fantastisch – absolut empfehlenswert!

Ideale Pizzeria auf der Motorradtour

Leider enttäuschend. Die Pizza war extrem wässrig – es hatte sich regelrecht ein „See“ darauf gebildet. Der Boden war dadurch komplett matschig und alles andere als knusprig. Da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.

Das Erste mal war schon sehr enttäuschend, ok zweiter Versuch, war genauso. Pizzen waren sehr matschig, Nudeln und Pommes nicht gar und die Butter zu den Pizzabrötchen unterirdisch. Alles sehr lieblos auf den Pizzen verteilt, nach dem Motto: schnell, schnell nur weg damit. Schade, nie wieder.

Hat seit Übernahme durch den neuen Wirt extrem nachgelassen. Völlig überteuert, Parmesankäse wird mit 3 Euro extra berechnet, ein Glas Lugano-Weißwein kostet 6.90 und eine Flasche selbstgesprudeltes Mineralwasser kostet mit 6 Euro (!) genauso viel wie früher eine Flasche Perrier. Die Pizza schwamm in Öl und auf unsere höflich vorgebrachte Kritik wurde uns wortreich erklärt, dass das an den Zutaten läge, die wir ausgesucht hätten - waren wir also jetzt Schuld, dass die Pizza nicht gut war??? Die Akustik ist grenzwertig, nicht zuletzt, weil der Wirt selbst permanent sehr laut redet. Woher hier die guten Bewertungen kommen ist mir schleierhaft: Nie wieder und keine Empfehlung!

Leider sehr enttäuscht, kann ich nicht empfehlen, Pizza wässrig, die Lasagne sah aus als wenn sie aus Resten zusammengesetzt war und schmeckte na ja will ich mich nicht zu äußern. Dann wurde uns ein besonderer Wein empfohlen, aber anstatt den erstmal zum probieren zu bekommen wurden gleich zwei große Gläser hingestellt und 18€ verlangt. Der Wein war viel zu schwer und hätte ich den vorher probieren können dann auch nicht bestellt. Das ist reine Abzocke und zu teuer. Das Essen Katastrophe und dann wirst du auch noch voll gelabert. Nein Danke ein mal und nie wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Atmosphäre, allerbestes Essen und tolle Gastgeber. Authentische Italienische Küche mit viel Herz und das schmeckt man auch. Danke für alles, bleibt wie ihr seid.

Das Essen und der Service sind top. Besonders die Pizza Roberta und die Nudeln mit Lachs haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder.

Einfach wunderbar hier. Das Personal, die Lokalität und das Essen - einfach fabelhaft. Ich bin verliebt in das Essen und wäre der Magen nicht so klein, würde ich weiteressen. Italiener und deutsche bekommen hier Italien pur geboten.

Ich bin komplett enttäuscht. Online war groß angepriesen Donnerstags jede Pizza 8€. Am Telefon hieß es dann das wäre eine Lüge. Des Weiteren wurde uns dann noch versucht mehr abzurechnen als der volle Preis der Pizzen dann laut Karte war. Zur Krönung waren die Pizzen auch noch ziemlich angebrannt. Nie wieder !! Am Telefon wurde auf die Beschwerde nicht eingegangen und patzig aufgelegt. Absolut keine Empfehlung!!

Telefonisch Essen bestellt, nie erhalten! Nach Anruf, nur Ausreden und man kam kaum zu Wort. Hier ist eigentlich sogar ein Stern zu viel. Schade!

Sehr leckere napolitanische Pizza

Vorsicht, bei uns am Tisch hat sich der Junior Chef bei 2 Rechnungen gleich 2 Mal deutlich zu seinem Vorteil verrechnet. Für mich ist das kein Zufall!

Ein wunderschönes italienisches Restaurant, in dem man köstliches Essen genießen kann. Hier wird traditionelle Handwerkskunst großgeschrieben, und die Gerichte zeichnen sich durch frische, hochwertige Zutaten aus. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die überragende Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Mehrfach dort gegessen, immer enttäuschend. Pizza ohne Geschmack keine Gewürze. Und wirlich eine komische Zusammenstellung von Pizzen. Nudelgerichte schwimmen im Fett Und auch hier scheinen die Gewürze ausgegangen zu sein. Die Preise dafür natürlich einfach zu hoch. Kochen ist doch wirklich nicht so schwer!!!! Sehr schade. Gute Lage und nett auch die Einrichtung. Gemütlich mit Ofen. Macht kein Spaß dort zu essen.

Wir waren heute als Familie mit 6 Personen essen. Wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte und einen Salat. Der Service war herzlich, schnell und freundlich. Der Salat Tricolore ist wirklich lecker und sehr empfehlenswert. Die Pizza hat einen ganz tollen Teig, total knusprigen Rand, unter dem Belag ist der Teich dünn. Auch die Nudeln waren sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist einfach, aber für mich zweitrangig. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich habe die Pizza probiert und sie war sehr gut. Authentische neapolitanische Pizza, echter italienischer Geschmack, der man in der Region nur sehr selten findet. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam gegenüber ihren Kunden. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen.

Wir waren im Urlaub vor Ort und wir haben einen Abend Pizza, Spaghetti Bolognese und einen Salat bestellt – alles war richtig lecker und frisch zubereitet. Selten so lecker gegessen. Der Lieferservice war schnell und zuverlässig. Immer wieder gern wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin. 😊

Wenn es um frische italienische Küche geht, wo die Pizza ein Traum ist und die Zutaten vorgekocht und nicht aus Dosen kommen, dann ist Pizzeria da Roberta ein absoluter Volltreffer.

Das Essen war geschmacklich akzeptabel aber es war im Öl Bad. Enttäuschend dass der Koch sowas raus gibt, und selbst beim abräumen niemand das extrem viel Öl nicht sieht.

Sehr leckere Pizza, echt guter Teig. Ein schönes Ambiente und mit dem Service waren wir auch zufrieden.

Eight of us went there for the first time. The food was delicious. Although it arrived at the table a little late, one after the other, one waitress was unpleasant and unsympathetically loud. He repeatedly made inappropriate comments. He was very loud and even made a mistake when taking the payment. When we addressed the unpleasant behavior, he became disrespectful and irritated. It was our first and last visit there.

The waiter wanted to deceive us, we ordered one ice cream, and he counted two, after I paid, we looked at the check and he gave 10 euros. And pointed to the exit. He behaves rudely.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of tasty dishes. The pizzas are particularly recommended and are prepared with fresh ingredients. The service is attentive and friendly, making the visit a pleasant experience. The prices are moderate and appropriate for the quality offered. A visit is worthwhile for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm still amazed at this quality. The first thing I had was a panini with herb butter, then a Zuppa the Pomodoro and lastly a pizza. When I tried the panini I knew I was going to get a sensational pizza. The panini were so fluffy and aromatic, a dream. The tomato cream soup was fruity with a well-balanced basil aroma, simply great. Well, the pizza even exceeded my expectations after the pizza rolls. The topping was made with high quality ingredients, very balanced and not overloaded. Big compliment to the pizzaiolo. The host had to struggle with staff shortages, but this had no impact on the quality of the food. He moderated the slightly longer waiting time very well and kept us entertained. I'm really looking forward to the next time. I finally found an Italian where the price, performance and everything else fit.

No matter whether pasta or pizza. Here you can get delicious, authentic food for a fair price. Whether early or late, you can taste that the food is prepared with a lot of love. Definitely recommended!

We went there for dinner with a couple who were friends of ours. One pizza was burnt, another was not cooked properly. The staff reacted quite unfriendly to the complaint.

With a lot of love and passion! You can immediately tell that people cook here with real passion. The pizza was simply fantastic – thin, crispy base, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned. For me the best pizza in the area! The team is also incredibly warm and attentive - you immediately feel like you're with friends. A place where you don't just cook, you love what you do. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered 2 pizzas and it was a failure. Pizza was too thin in the middle and the dough didn't taste like anything. I won't be ordering anything else. The pizza rolls aren't what they used to be either

I've eaten here very, very often! And what can I say, the best Italian restaurant far and wide. Everything just fits here! From A - Z! What should be emphasized is that with every bite you can feel that they cook with heart, love and the best ingredients. Absolute recommendation! Worth at least 6 points for me! Ti Amo

This evening we were guests at the Pizzeria da Roberta. All in all a successful evening. Particularly noteworthy is the very, very good pizza! A great dough and wonderful toppings - everything fresh and of very good quality! The pizzeria's extremely friendly and authentic service responded to special requests and fulfilled all wishes perfectly! We agree on the verdict: If you want to enjoy top-quality pizza and great service, Pizzeria da Roberta is a great place! The slightly further journey from the Westerwald was really worth it!! Nice. Way too loud. Food was okay. Nothing special. But okay. But the restaurant was way too loud.

We ate there with 6 people; we were consistently happy. The pizzas were very good; the dough is super fluffy and baked beautifully. The spaghetti seafood was outstanding; great sauce, very tasty and plentiful. The spaghetti with shrimp was awesome. We were very excited about the food. Our expectations were exceeded. The atmosphere is nice and cozy; but sometimes quite narrow. But that doesn't detract from the overall atmosphere. Nice place and there was a lot going on; both in the restaurant and in the pick-up shop. Overall, highly recommended!

Today we went to Da Roberta Essen for the first time with our friends. The dishes looked great and were extremely tasty. The staff, including the boss, were very nice and entertaining. We'll definitely be back ;-)

Delicious food, changing daily specials, nice service

We had pizzas and salad. The topped part of the pizza was very tasty. The edge is now too wide for me and too dark in places. The cucumbers were cut quite large. I don't like it, but it's all a matter of taste. I was very annoyed by the form of billing. Wants to pick up the ordered dishes. Received a payment request for €68. The payment was made by EC and required the receipt. Apparently it was no longer there. Since we wanted to separate the costs at home, I was given a piece of paper with the dishes I had ordered and the menu. And also the dishes that had just been finished. At home I did the math and came up with a total of €61 and drove back to the pizzeria. The waiter checked my calculations and discovered that the individual prices were no longer correct. They would have increased. Due to the new prices, the waiter came up with €63. I asked why I had been given an outdated card. The waiter's answer: I can't shoot the person who printed false prices. He explained my question about the still existing difference with the words: "I've already taken the tip into account" and handed me €10 as compensation. I accepted that. As I understand it, the following questions remain unanswered: What happened to the receipt? Why was an outdated/incorrect menu knowingly served at the restaurant? Was that a one-off?

It was full! Reservations for 50 people! We had noodles. It was delicious!😃

Good food, drinks sometimes took a little longer

We ate the best pizza ever there. In addition, the staff are in a good mood and the atmosphere is relaxed. The Siegerländer will definitely come back :)

Through the voucher book we became aware of this special gem 🥰. There is an Italian atmosphere here. A highly motivated team entertains, advises and serves guests in a pleasantly relaxed manner. The food is fresh and deliciously prepared... the prices are absolutely right. We had a very nice evening here and will take the trip even without a voucher because it is worth it.

After the change of ownership: We were there for dinner, table reservations were good, the restaurant was very busy and the delivery service was also on the move a lot. We were all happy with our food, waiting times weren't too long, and the service was very friendly. The boss also came around and asked if everything tasted good and gave us a Marsala on the house. Typical Neapolitan pizza. Very tasty and without Gouda, just with mozzarella. Very good craftsmanship. The map is not overloaded, you know what you want here can and also offers daily specials. This gives you trust and is justifiably self-confident. The owner is an original. Absolutely recommended. Only the outside light can be turned off when it's 30 degrees and sunny ;-). By far the best Neapolitan pizza in the world. Absolutely addictive!!!! Lovingly made to order. Sweeten the “waiting time” with a Kölsch. Absolutely recommended. Great atmosphere, the leadership duo conveys a feeling for life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The waiting time was unreasonably long and the food itself was simply disastrous. There was no question of enjoyment. The pizza was tasteless and carelessly prepared, almost as if no spices had been used. In addition, the dough was tough and barely baked through. Unfortunately the behavior of the staff was no better. The restaurant owner got into a loud argument with the pizza maker, which created an extremely unpleasant atmosphere. A polite and professional tone was obviously not to be expected here. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely not recommended. I'd rather take a 45-minute drive and drive to Cologne to eat a delicious pizza.

Congratulations - this pizzeria actually gets my first review as I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life! We were there with two small children (3 and 5 years old). It was full and of course you turn yourself in! expect a certain waiting time. However, we were not explicitly informed that there would be a correspondingly disproportionate waiting time, so we would have had the option of going somewhere else. On site, you got to see a lot of the tone of the boss's boyfriend/husband. Regardless of whether it's an employee or a customer - we've never experienced anything so cheeky. The employees are friendly and hard-working - especially the poor guy who makes the pizzas like on an assembly line - and they all shout loudly in front of the customers... We got our 5 dishes after 2 hours of waiting! Craziness!!! The order of the guests next to us was completely forgotten, others also waited for 2 hours. And then the food wasn't even so tasty that we would say "We'll be back". The main feature was definitely the quick processing of delivery orders - local customers definitely got the short end of the stick here. When we were paying, when we asked if everything was okay, we replied that we wished the waiting time had been communicated briefly beforehand, as it was really too long with two small children. It should be emphasized here that we said this in a sensible and normal tone! A small, simple point of criticism - nothing more, nothing less. The "boss" who was incapable of criticism then told us in a stroppy tone that the time would be completely ok for small children and the original sound: "Sorry for the wait... the next time you come back, hopefully things will go better and if you don't come back, “It doesn’t matter.” We have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior towards staff and customers! We definitely cannot recommend this pizzeria!

The most expensive cordon bleu of my life! For just under 37 euros per person (without drinks) you get a small piece of meat with a chanterelle cream sauce from the bag, fries and a “small” side salad. I'm still speechless today...

We had a steak and a salmon dish. It was very tasty and a salad was also served. The service was super nice. You felt a little like you were in Italy. You can sit inside and outside (covered). Everything was very nicely decorated. It's also worth traveling from further afield. We recommend!

The pizzas are great - rich in ingredients, dough tastes very good and they have wide edges as they should. You serve quickly, cheerfully and with temperament, which makes you feel an authentic Italian atmosphere. I recommend to those who want to eat well and feel like they are on vacation in Italy for a moment!
