Picked up 2 x family pizzas for the first time today and absolutely loved it, you can really taste the good ingredients and the fresh vegetables, the Vegetariana pizza was the best pizza I have eaten in Germany. We will definitely come back.

Pizza has to be great. So many reviews can't lie. My parents are also thrilled. We are not granted it. Went there once at Christmas with 10 people and got very poor quality (just one example: Mozzarella balls in the fridge were cold on the pizza and the base wasn't baked properly). Tried again after my parents' positive reports. Ordered 09/22/24 6:10 p.m., rush hour, pizza not ready after an hour. I advise everyone not to go there during public holidays and peak times and as you can read occasionally: do yourself a favor and don't order a burger. It wouldn't be an issue if you were told at the beginning: it could take an hour or longer, then you can decide whether to stay or go. This time I paid for the drinks after more than an hour at the counter and said that we were disappointed for the second time. The very friendly waiter apologized, the boss got angry and didn't want the money for the drinks anymore and wanted us to leave. Addendum: since you changed your mind because of the drinks, please post your bank details and the price for a Radler and a Primitivo here. I would be happy to transfer the money to you. I stood at the counter and asked for payment and said why I was unhappy and wanted to leave, they then kicked us out of the restaurant. It's probably not the rule, otherwise they wouldn't have such good reviews, but I'm not the only one who has had such experiences in the reviews here.

It was an indescribably beautiful afternoon and evening with Renato! Everything was very cozy, great beer garden, fresh Licher draft beer, PHENOMENAL starters and main courses!! Everything was seasoned to perfection, not the slightest wish remained unfulfilled. 1+*

Food is delicious...just very expensive. I was allowed to pay €30 for a Gigante pizza with three toppings 😳

By far the best pizza in the area! Great ingredients, crispy and not overpowering. Fantastic! You can follow the preparation live as the stone oven is in the restaurant. Really great idea. Simply recommended all around.

If 0 out of 5 then 0. Had 2 hamburgers. My hamburger (which was the sausage) had half a bratwurst on it. A homemade bun made from pizza dough weighing around 350 grams was a disaster in terms of taste. A small slice of tomato and 2 mega small slices of buffalo mozzarella. You will never get 500g after preparing it as advertised. My fries were raw on the inside and 90% cold. The other burger (aubergine) same thing. The pizza had a thin base but was completely burnt (AND NO not brown but dark black) a lot of Tk goods as it looked so the fresh 3 leaves of basil didn't make up for that either. Conclusion. Not again. Despite the complaint, it was just acknowledged with a shrug but nothing happened. And dear pizzeria, I served her hamburgers in the evening. At least two witnesses were still there. Because they were out at lunchtime. But that matches the first impression with the reaction.

Small, cozy pizzeria with an outdoor area. Fresh good food and friendly staff. Today we sat outside, unfortunately the tables there aren't worth a star. As soon as someone at the table starts cutting their food, everyone should hold on to their glass because it's like an earthquake. Unfortunately, no one came by on their own to ask for drinks again. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

We were there again last night because we have eaten there several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, we couldn't say that yesterday. The first thing people who came after us got their food was at some point and then they were told that the hamburger was the one they had ordered and which also includes fries, the fries were out and the pizza wasn't as good as usual, something can happen anywhere but things like there are no more fries because something like that shouldn't happen then it shouldn't be on the memory card the order can be accepted and only after a long wait are we told that the fries are out. There was clearly a lack of organization here yesterday, so one star was deducted

The staff was really nice. You immediately felt at home in the restaurant and the waiting time wasn't that long. The food tasted very tasty.

Had dinner with the whole family. The pizza is definitely one of the best I know. We have also picked up food several times. A small point of criticism was the waiting time, which was due to the weekend and the busyness of the restaurant. But overall everything is very good. Would love to come back.

I am amazed by the quality and taste of the food in this Italian restaurant. The pizza dough was perfect - crispy yet airy. I also had the best gluten free pizza I've ever tasted here. The open stone oven gave the whole thing an authentic ambience. The staff was extremely courteous and ensured a pleasant stay. In short: I will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Die Pizza wird im Raum in einem schönen Ofen gebacken und schmeckt sehr lecker. Tiramisu als Nachtisch wird sehr schön in einem Espresso-Kocher serviert und schmeckt typisch italienisch. Kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sehr lecker!!! Weg von der Standard-Pizza - aber ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis. Service wird komplett von der (vermutlich) Betreiberfamilie erledigt -aufmerksam, aber Getränke müssten auch mal nachgeordert werden. Gut - wir waren auch über 20 Personen am Tisch... Gerne wieder!

Wo gibt es die beste Pizza der Welt? Richtig, in Italien. Nun, das Team von Renato hat es geschafft, die beste Pizza der Welt in den Vogelsberg zu bringen! Aus dem Holzofen zaubern die Pizzaiolo und Pizzaiola mitten im Gastraum einen Traum! Dazu ein typisch italienisches Ambiente und super netter Service! Jetzt noch ein Peroni dazu und es wäre sechs Sterne ;-) Absolute Empfehlung, auch zum Mitnehmen!

Haben heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt, um es zuhause zu essen. Uns wurde am Telefon gesagt, dass das Essen um 1845 Uhr fertig sei. Um 1835 Uhr waren wir schon da, und die Pizzen waren schon fertig. Leider nur noch lauwarm. Finde es sehr schade, weil der Geschmack gut war. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Pizzen sehr gut sind, wenn sie noch heiß sind. Die Kinderpizza finden wir wirklich klasse und die Tochter hat sich gefreut und ihr hat es auch geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Wir kommen demnächst nochmal und essen vor Ort und dann werden wir gerne die Bewertung aktualisieren.

Kann diese Pizzeria gar nicht genug loben. Wir sind vor 1 1/2 Jahren nach Nieder Ohmen gezogen und bestellen mindestens 2 Mal im Monat dort.

Freundlicher Service, gutes Essen. Für eine italienische Pizzeria etwas ungewöhnlich: es gibt keinerlei Pasta, dafür aber Hamburger. Erfreulich guter offener Rotwein (Primitivo).

Beste und authentischste Pizza weit und breit. Es lohnt sich sogar ein Abstecher von der Autobahn A5. Tolle Familienatmosphäre. Das Restaurant „Da Renato“ ist klar auf Pizza Ausgerichtet Mit dem holzbefeuertem Ofen im Gastraum entstehen Pizzaträume in kürzester Zeit. Renato selber macht die Pizza und man kann ihm dabei über die Schultern schauen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Mit einer Reservierung am Wochenende ist man auf der sicheren Seite!
