Ordered today. Delivery time was announced as 90 minutes. Called after 120 minutes and asked. Nothing. Asked again after another 15 minutes. Nothing again. After 2.5 hours I canceled the meal. Ridiculous service. Never again.

The pizza is delicious, but it's best to pick it up yourself. Delivery takes a long time and is delayed.

Can't understand some of the bad reviews. Always on time, always warm and fresh. Good portion sizes. Admittedly, some pasta dishes could use more spices, but that would be complaining on a high level! I can't say anything about the ambience. Always delivery. Keep it up! LG

We ordered something for lunch at the company, everything was hot and delivered right on time. Lots of sauce and ham in the pasta, everything was perfect. The lady on the phone was very friendly, delivery in Coburg was free from 10 euros, what more could you want with the cheap/humane prices.

I ordered tortelini bolognese. This was by far the worst bolognese I have ever eaten. Tasted like sweat and old oil, just disgusting... It went straight into the bin. Never again.

Guys, I'll tell you how it is, this order played with my emotions! Hungry at 7 p.m. ordered here for the first time via Lieferando, so far so uncomplicated. Then came across the Google rating, all undifferentiated posts with either 1 or 5 stars, from accounts with only one review? If I had read this first, I probably would never have ordered. Hair? 2 hour delivery time? Crap, it's Sunday evening! Hunger spoiled. That will never happen. But well, too late I thought, it will just be an experiment. However, it turned out to be a success. The delivery was there in just 45 minutes, well under the stated time and even though I live a bit remote. Both “special requests” were taken into account! I critically enjoyed every bite, not a hair! Fresh? No plan - yes, I would probably skip Frutti di Mare/fish, sorry. Yes, it was lukewarm, so what? It's -2°C outside. The quality matches the price, i.e. I wouldn't order this for a date, but it's enough for a child's birthday or hangover Sunday. ;) In my opinion, anyone who orders a schnitzel from a kebab/pizza delivery service gets what they deserve.

I've experienced a lot, but a pizza covered in plastic wrap beats everything. Since there was no response to my email, I can unfortunately only give one star.

Once again very disappointed. Add salt to the tortellini panna... sauce like water... Italian. Salad, sauce like water with no taste... Tomatoes not fresh... Pizza was so-so, toppings are becoming less and less... I don't know if there are other people cooking all the time, but it was really bad cooking. I order more often and it's always a disappointment!!!

Once again there is no arugula. and I always pay for it. I don't recommend it!!!!!

Hair found in the pizza, dough wasn't crispy, pizza often arrives cold or lukewarm, toppings didn't taste good, delivery is always late and sometimes the delivery isn't even in the system. Calling is the best option. I gave the pizzeria many chances. Frozen pizza makes more sense.

The food was actually quite tasty, but we had ordered it in advance on Friday and the pizza still arrived 35 minutes late on Saturday.

I highly recommend this pizzeria! The pizza was absolutely fantastic - the dough was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the taste was to die for. The delivery person was extremely friendly and attentive. As well as the telephone service. I was particularly impressed by the homemade tomato sauce, and the selection of pizzas leaves nothing to be desired. I had a very good time and will definitely order again. A real highlight for all pizza lovers!!

I've been ordering there for years and am very satisfied with this pizzeria. Price is ok, delivery time on a weekend is reasonable at around 60 minutes. Suppliers are usually always super friendly. Food tastes great and is always delivered warm. 5 stars from me. Keep it up👍🏼

I really like your pizza and salads, but why does the delivery never work?! 2.5 hours for a salad? And when you call you are lied to and told that the driver is already on the way? The driver who is supposed to be on the way is still not there after 20 minutes, and your shop is 9 minutes away.

Ordered two salads... the tomatoes in both were rancid and the cucumbers weren't fresh either. The salads were not edible and we threw it away. Unfortunately it's not the first negative experience at this pizzeria. I cannot recommend this pizzeria and will never eat or order anything here again 😒😒

We ordered two pizzas around 7 p.m. After we were told that the waiting time was about 1.5 hours, the pizzas arrived after about 2 hours at around 9 p.m. The floor was not baked through and the surface was hard and dry. It is questionable whether the pizza we ordered as a gluten-free alternative was actually gluten-free, as it was exactly the same as the other pizza in terms of consistency and taste. However, I can't judge that 100%. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience and for us it was the first and last time we ordered here. At least the delivery person was nice.

Pizza is constantly late, orders via Lieferando are often not recognized by the system and you have to call, it arrives lukewarm, today I found two hairs in my pizza. We have often ordered, sometimes everything works and is good, but most of the time there are problems.

You can no longer order pizza that's so bad and undercooked. Pizza was picked up again and baked again, the pizza came back eaten and a bottle of beer was given as compensation. It couldn't be better...if you had to rate them from 1-6, they would get a seven. Such a s...... Even one star is too many...

The pizza delivery service is located in the former shopping center in Demo in Coburg. We ordered at 5:30 on a Tuesday. Delivery time to our district town should be at least one hour. After half an hour the pizza and salad were there. The Tutti Frutti pizza was still really hot, well topped and super tasty. The dough is also crispy and tasty. And the leftover pizza still tasted cold the next day. The Greek salad was fresh, could have used a little more dressing, but still good. The employees on the phone and in the delivery service were very friendly. Conclusion: The pizza was great, the salad was good, delivery was quick and the food was hot. Plus pleasant prices. What more do you want.

After over an hour my pizza still hasn't arrived. Boss yells at his employees and complains that I only ordered a pizza. It was the first and last time I ordered something there.

I can't complain either. The food is always great, the specified times are adhered to, and every time I pick up the food it seems clean and tidy. We order via the in-house app and are satisfied with it. Basically, we only order at peak times, so there are no problems

We ordered via Lieferando. We had to wait 1.5 hours and when the food arrived it was given to us. The pizzas were delivered lukewarm and not cut (maybe very lightly cut). After we cut our pizzas, the pizzas were cold. I can't recommend pizza, the pizza base is too firm and tastes more like bread or plastic, not like a tasty pizza. The pizza dough is too firm and you end up chewing on the dough all the time. I'm disappointed

Worst pizza I've eaten in my entire life!!!! Ordering took 2 minutes, delivery 120 minutes. Absolutely horrible, the rocket on the pizza was rotten and smelly. I will never order anything from this restaurant again. I hope the operator has to close down and the whole thing is called Italian. no way!!!!

We've always been reluctant to order here. The pizzas are average, sometimes better but recently increasingly worse. Never delivered on time so far, then something other than what was ordered 😓. Furthermore, the boxes were soggy, torn open and on one pizza, ALL of the cheese was simply stuck to the lid. At some point you don't feel like ordering anymore and we won't do that in the future.

Ordering was easy and easy via Lieferando. So far everything was clear and good. After an hour we asked and the driver was on his way. After asking again about an hour and a half later, they said the driver had been at the door for two to three minutes. Unfortunately, this was not the truth and simply a lie. If you offer the service via Lieferando, you should know whether you can implement this. If you can't do this, you should stick to the truth and not take the customer for a fool. Remember, I'm paying for the service and not the story time.

I've been ordering delivery from this pizzeria for years (!) and have never (!) had any complaints. My children only eat from there, and definitely not because they love coal or bad food. Children in particular are very picky. The suppliers are always friendly, regardless of the weather and road conditions. I give the pizzas 5 stars.

You can't go wrong with an order! None of the 4 dishes we ordered were as we ordered them. The whole thing then took over an hour, even though we asked beforehand how long it would take and it said 20 minutes. But as we noticed, that's what they say to every caller. Everything was paid extra but none of the extra requests were received. The ham is missing from the salami pizza with specially ordered ham. The pizza ordered large was medium and the medium was large. The spicy dip consists of a yogurt dressing with a chili on top. Impudence!

Haben heute bestellt und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen kam zwanzig Minuten zu spät und es fehlte auf zwei Pizzen das Ei. Haben angerufen und nach fünf Minuten Gespräch wurden uns zwei neue Pizzen gebracht. Diese gab es nur unter der Bedingung dass die alten Pizzen kontrolliert werden ob denn auch wirklich kein Ei darauf ist und die alten Pizzen wurden wieder mitgenommen. Kundenfreundlich ist das nicht. Der Fahrer und die Dame am Telefon waren nett es scheint am Chef zu liegen, da dieser im Hintergrund diktierte was zu tun ist.

Haben heute Essen bestellt zum liefern. Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit kam sie endlich an. Pünktlich, aber das war auch das einzig Gute daran. Wir haben ein Jägerschnitzel und einen Italienischen Salat bestellt. Das Schnitzel war kalt und trocken und nicht paniert, hart und geschmacklos. Kam mit drei,vier Pommes und einem gaaaanz kleinen Salat dazu der hauptsächlich aus Joghurtsoße und einer Scheibe Tomate bestand. Die Rahmsoße schmeckte grauenhaft. Der italienische Salat sollte mit Senfsoße kommen, kam mit Essig und Öl. Für fast 10 Euro Salat mittlerer Größe habe ich mehr erwartet. Thunfisch schmeckte gar nicht gut und die Menge an Oliven, ein Witz!! Drei mickrige Oliven…. Ich bin total enttäuscht. Mussten das Essen halb wegschmeißen, denn es war nicht genießbar.Damals war das Essen noch das Geld wert. Das letzte Mal, dass wir hier bestellen. Sehr schade !!!!

Also weiß nicht was hier passiert ist aber das Essen wird echt immer schlimmer. Verbrannte Pizzen kein Belag lange Lieferzeiten sind keine Seltenheit

Pizzen kamen nach 2,5Std. an,angegeben war 1Std. Nach 1Std. Wartezeit habe ich angerufen. Zunächst hieß es,sie müssten längst da sein. Dann wurde mir ein Getränk oder ein Tiramisu als Ausgleich angeboten. Die Pizzen kamen nach der langen Wartezeit heiß an( was vermuten lässt,sie wurden erst nach meinem Anruf gemacht) Ich hatte Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten,laut Angabe mit Sardellen-die fehlten! Der zusätzlich bezahlte Belag(Rucula u Knoblauch) war vorhanden. Beide Pizzen waren superfrisch und sehr lecker. Der Rand knusprig,der Belag saftig. Das war ein Genuss-auch wenn ich die Sardellen vermisst habe! Schade,dass es mit der Lieferung und dem Belag(nicht vollständig)geklappt hat.

Haben um 16:30 auf 19 Uhr eine Familien Pizza und zwei Salate bestellt. Um 19:40 war das Essen dann mal da. Leider war es die Falsche Pizza welche dazu noch kalt war. Zum Abschluss wurde auch noch ein Haar im Salat gefunden…. Nie wieder !!

Essen kam über 1 Stunde zu spät. Nach Anruf, wurde vermutlich vergessen

Per App am 20.09.23 eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Anschließend kam auch die Eingangsbestätigung. Nur das Essen kam nicht. Erst bei meinem Anruf musste ich feststellen, dass die Pizzeria im Urlaub und somit geschlossen ist. Dies war zuvor nirgends sichtbar. Sehr ärgerlich… ansonsten muss ich leider auch sagen, dass die Pizzen vor rund 3-4 Jahren wesentlich besser waren. Meist kommen sie verbrannt oder matschig an. Geschmacklich unteres Mittelfeld. Coccinella du bist leider raus. P.S. Als die Pizzeria wieder öffnete, bekam ich auch meine Onlinestornierung…

Hatte eine Lieferung für 19 Uhr bestellt und kam auch sehr zeitig an. Pizza war stabil, also für den Preis definitiv lohnenswert

Ich bestell dir ja schon öfters Tintenfischringe mit Pommes und meist waren sie fast immer waren sie etwas zu durch.heute waren sie perfekt und auch die Pommes waren super nur das es auf einmal nur noch eine Handvoll Pommes sind ist schon sehr wenig

Hatten Dienstag für den darauf folgenden Samstag Familienpizza bestellt , sie wollten dann abends schon liefern, haben sie dann wieder weg geschickt ,was der Fahrer dann auch verstand Am Samstag kam dann die Pizza mit 20 min Verspätung und hat wie aufgewärmt geschmeckt hab mich vor meinen Gästen geschämt NIE WIEDER eine Pizza von coccinella

Lieferung dauert gerne bis zu 3 Stunden… Angegeben würden 90 Minuten. Wirklich unfassbar schade, weil die Pizza ist nichtmal schlecht.

Nudeln waren ok beim Italienischen Salat eine Scheibe Ei kein Käse enttäuschend da wir öfters dort bestellen.

Haben 4 Familienpizzen bestellt. Die waren zum Teil KOMPLETT Roh. Auf einer FAMILIEN-Pizza Suckuck, waren 10 kleine Suckuck-Stückchen drauf..... Das Ding hat über 25 € gekostet....10 kleine Stückchen. NICHT hier Bestellen. Durchfall im Pizzakarton.

Wir bestellen hier schon lange, aber seit kurzem wird das Essen immer schlechter! Verbrannte Pizzen, Pommes fehlen, der Geschmack ist nicht mehr so gut wie vorher und unsere letzte Bestellung hat dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt: das "Schnitzel" bestand aus mehreren hauchdünnen Fleischscheibchen, die zudem verdorben waren. Unglaublich, dass so etwas überhaupt noch verarbeitet wird! Zudem waren die Tomaten im Salat bereits nicht mehr genießbar. Da kommen schon Zweifel auf, wie die Lebensmittel dort gelagert werden... Echt schade, da wir hier immer gern bestellt haben.

Es istvein lieferdienst also kann jch schlecht vom Ambiente reden. Jedoch ist das Personal super freundlich. Und die Pizza die ich immer bestelle ganz gut.

Haben heute da bestellt aber nie wieder, die Spaghetti Bolognese waren ungenießbar, haben nach Jogurt oder so gerochen. Nicht einmal unser Hund wolltr davon essen. Fie Döner Pizza war lächerlich, 6 kleine Fleischstücke auf einer 32cm Pizza, das geht garnicht. Bis auf den Salat konnte man das essen in die Tonne werfen.

Essen bestellt und uns wurde eine Lieferzeit von 70 Minuten genannt. Nach 90 Minuten haben wir angerufen und nochmal nachgefragt. Die Auskunft lautete sie hätten viele Bestellungen erhalten und die Wartezeit hätte sich auf 100 Minuten erhöht und unser Essen wäre auf dem Weg (Fahrzeit maximal 10 Minuten). Nach einer weiteren Stunde kam dann das Essen aber da hatten wir schon vor lauter Verzweiflung Brot gegessen. Wir haben die Annahme verweigert. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus!

Was ist mit euch passiert? So langsam hab ich die schnauze voll! Ihr wart echt mal top, aber heute wieder die Hälfte der Bestellung teils verbrannt, die pasta nicht mal halb durch, das einzig gute war der Salat!!! Stammkunde werd ich nun nicht mehr sein.

Menübestellung (Salat, Pizza, Nudeln) aufgegeben. Nach 2:15 Std kam Pizza und Salat. Nudeln wurden vergessen, wurden dann nach weiteren 30 Minuten geliefert. Pizza, Nudel gerade noch geschmacklich o.k., Salat war eine Zumutung, Dressing durchtränkt. Eine erneute Bestellung von mir wird es nicht geben.

Der schöne Abend mit der Familie ist wohl gelaufen. Um 15 Uhr Pizza bestellt kurz vor 17 Uhr war die endlich da Lieferant war unfreundlich, ich musste mir die Pizza selber aus der Box nehmen. Die Pizza ist zum größten Teil verbrannt und ungenießbar. Außen am Teig fehlen Stücke von der Pizza, als ob da jemand Hunger hatte und abgebissen hat. Den Dip haben die nicht mitgeliefert. Nicht zum empfehlen !!! Dann lieber doch eine Tiefkühlpizza in den Ofen.

am liebsten kein stern. Ich hab Pizzabrot und Bruschetta bestellt. Die auswahlmöglichkeit war deutlich einmal mit und ohne Käse. Da ich Vegan bin, habe ich natürlich ohne Käse bestellt. Es kam beides mit käse an. Direkt als ich das entdeckt habe, habe ich im Restaurant angerufen, doch es ist keiner ran gegangen. Diese Pizzeria empehle ich nicht weiter! Gute Besserung!
