Nie wieder!! Die Pizza erhielten wir mit einer verkohlten Fliege und in der Pasta war Alufolie. Wir haben den Ladenbesitzer daraufhin höflich informiert doch er hat das Problem nicht eingesehen und fing an uns zu beschimpfen und wurde aggressiv. Total arroganter und unhöflicher Typ. Rezensionen werden vom Ladenbesitzer entfernt, passt auf!

The best pizza in FN. Not cheap, but big.

So the food & service were top. Pizza highly recommended. I hope I'm not writing anything wrong, but after reading a few comments about the boss being a bit BalaBala, I can't agree because he treated us very nicely and was very helpful with baby carriages etc. On the whole we were very satisfied as a family of three.

Very tasty pizzeria with a very large selection of dishes that makes it difficult to choose. The food was very good for everyone - but the prices were also rather high for a pizzeria. However, the owner could use some help when it comes to dealing with his customers. The direct and uncharming manner is certainly not for everyone. Kindness looks different.

Our friends recommended this place, having dined here before and raving about the excellent food—and they were absolutely right. I initially didn’t have high expectations, given its prime location near the waterfront and on Friedrichshafen’s pedestrian walkway. Surprisingly, the food was both delicious and perfectly portioned. Even the service had an authentic Italian vibe—busy, a bit edgy, yet friendly.

Underground shop! We asked nicely if we could please wipe the table because there were crumbs on it. First the lady in service asked where the crumbs were, which were then removed by hand. When we asked again to wipe the table, an unfriendly gentleman came, snatched the cards out of our hands and told us to get away and insulted us. We're glad we didn't leave a cent behind here.

Today we spontaneously went to Friedrichshafen on our motorbike and wanted to go out for pizza. I had previously looked at some of the reviews and was initially rather hesitant. Conclusion. Very polite and courteous service. Our dishes (Carlzone and vegetarian pizza) were prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Despite the large number of guests, the waiting time between ordering and receiving the food was absolutely fine. The boss himself took the time and answered our questions in a friendly manner. The three of us spontaneously came for dinner. The service was very nice...and the food was also delicious...pizza, pasta, burgers 😋

Food was too salty! When I said it, the older waitress told me that I just didn't like it and that's why I wanted to return the food. Afterwards I ordered a Vitello Tonnato and it was even more salty...

I was no longer motivated when it came to eating out in Italian restaurants. Somehow the same everywhere. Our daughter kept talking about Centrale and how she liked it so much there. The other day she brought the rest of her Spaghetti all' Amatriciana that she hadn't made there and let me try it. I was so impressed that we looked at the menu online and decided to go there. We weren't disappointed (we went straight back a few days later). The food is great, I think they have someone in the kitchen who does their work with love and passion, the prices are reasonable, the service is very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

First of all, the food is very very tasty. The two of us each had a gluten-free pizza which is definitely suitable for celiacs! No symptoms at all, tastes very tasty and recommended! Gluten free + 5 euros The service was very friendly in German and also took our order properly. Unfortunately, the waiter somehow felt compelled to make fun of us in Italian about the fact that we have celiac disease or that we ordered gluten-free. Direct words on the cellars: If you don't enjoy your job or you don't care about your guests' life-threatening illnesses, you should change your job :) In the end it probably depends on the day so we just ignored it. The ambience is fantastic with Italian radio, so you are catapulted straight to the south of Italy. All in all, highly recommended and clean!

Ordered two pizzas - house specialties. Well, it wasn't crazy, because one pizza contained a total of two spoons of meat and string! Yes, a string that I quickly pulled out of my throat! It sounds funny, but I wasn't laughing at all. What was the reaction of the staff when they heard about the string being at least 15 cm long? ! Well, the string was in the pizza because they use fresh products 🤦🏻‍♀️. I definitely don't recommend it. Only thing was the coffee was good. The rest is average: 2 pizzas with modest toppings, two small coffees, mineral water and string for 43 euros. The offer of a discount or compensation for junk food was simply rejected. Poorly, very poorly.

I've never experienced that before!! The owner left us speechless... first the wrong food came and then two completely over-salted pasta dishes. When we complained about this, we were expelled from the restaurant with the words: well, the dishes aren't too salty, you can go and you don't have to pay for your drinks. Probably had bad business or wasn't able to take criticism... I don't know, but anyone who treats their guests like that shouldn't be surprised about empty restaurant seats. Extremely disgraceful!!

Very impolite people…waited at the door with my wife my small daughter and my son in my arms….nobody even asked us what we want. The white beard guy asked us to look somewhere else and pushed me outside. I was stunned and could not even react. I wonder how do they get to 4.3 stars….

Very friendly and very fast. I quickly looked for something to eat along the way and then quickly grabbed a pizza. It was super tasty and I can only recommend it. They were also really fast, so I got my connection without any problems. The price is a bit higher. Probably because of the proximity to the lake and Switzerland. There is still some room for improvement. The owner, who was described negatively in several reviews, was very friendly with me. I can't complain in any way.

Service is for less than 1 star. The staff is rude, from the older lady who throws plates on the table to the owner who also behaves rudely. I have given this restaurant a chance three times and never again. The desserts are like they were made a week ago, dry and tasteless, and the pizza is hard and burnt.

Seldom eaten as well as here. Despite a big request on a Saturday evening, the three of us (my kids 11 & 14 with me) were greeted very friendly. After a short time we were assigned a table. Depending on the seat/table, you can watch the food being prepared live. After a short time we got our drinks, and shortly afterwards our pizzas. We ordered 3 different ones. Each tasted simply delicious in its own way. Nice service! Friendly staff! Fantastic food! Price/performance absolutely top! Fantastic ambience! For us it is definitely certain. We were very happy with the food and service until we went to the toilet when we left. The boss then asked us personally if we only used the toilet. Not even an apology after I shoved the €110 bill under his nose. This completely ruined what was initially a great experience for us. It's unbelievable that such an unfriendly boss has such nice staff.

So if I could, I wouldn't give this a single star at all. I don't recommend visiting this restaurant at all. An extremely cheeky host couple, we have never experienced anything like that. You are treated condescendingly or simply ignored. You don't listen and people just walk away when you talk to them. On the homepage they write... fatto a mano con love e passione... Unfortunately, nothing of this can be seen in the service.

It's a shame that you have to limit the quality of your food so much just to get the maximum profit in the summer season. Store-bought "polpette", tiny portions and a basic tomato sauce for almost all dishes. They also serve a really disgusting tasting “Parmesan”, which is probably the cheapest thing you can find wholesale. The owner runs around sweaty with his shirt unbuttoned, so you can count the hair on his chest while eating. The service is nice, but overwhelmed and not attentive. Definitely not a recommendation on the Lake Constance promenade in Friedrichshafen.

Schade, dass man die Qualität seiner Speisen so dermaßen einschränken muss, nur um den maximalen Profit in der Sommersaison zu bekommen. Gekaufte "Polpette", winzige Portionen und eine Grund-Tomatensoße für so gut wie alle Gerichte. Dazu wird noch ein recht ekelhaft schmeckender "Parmesan" gereicht, welcher wohl das Billigste ist, was man im Großhandel finden kann. Der Besitzer läuft verschwitzt mit einem aufgeknöpftem Hemd rum, sodass man beim Essen schön auch die Brusthaare mitzählen kann. Der Service ist zwar nett, jedoch überfordert und nicht aufmerksam. Definitiv keine Empfehlung an der Bodensee-Promenade in Friedrichshafen.

I wasn't served 25 minutes before the store was supposed to close. Just wanted to order a pizza to take away. When asked “are you no longer open” which was answered with no, I just asked again “really now?” other customers were still being served at that moment. I got a laughing, arrogant answer with “Yes, really now” The store was busy but not full, so the owner must not have liked my nose. After all, your website says until 9 p.m. Disgraceful, arrogant shop. Please don't spend money with people like this.

A waiter came by and shook his head as if we had done something wrong. We didn't even sit down. He then led us to a table and gave an annoyed speech about the lack of staff, about how we should be patient, etc. Today, after 15 minutes of waiting, I raised my hand to get the older woman's attention and she replied literally: "I already know what I have to do." Her tone was just as cheeky as the waiter's. After another 10 minutes a younger waitress came over and I complained about the arrogance of the previous employee. The young lady looked rather awkward. The whole thing looked pretty unprofessional. However, after my complaint, everything went more smoothly and the behavior of the waiters improved a little. If it were up to me, I would have left after the first shake of the head, but we were hungry and wanted something to eat. The food wasn't bad, but I really can't recommend the restaurant. You don't have to put up with everything.

Me and my sister accidentally bought a pork pizza because the menu was a mix of German and Italian. Of course we then asked politely if we could get a new pizza, then the waiter said “you are not allowed to eat pork” and so did Just ran away, then unfortunately he didn't pay any attention to us anymore because it didn't matter. Another waitress, by the way, asked in a very unfriendly manner what my problem was, and I wanted to explain it to her in a very friendly way, but she didn't even let us finish and unnecessarily made fun of us with customers. Wir wurden schlicht und einfach von den Servicedamen übersehen. Nachdem wir nach einiger Zeit auf uns aufmerksam gemacht hatten und die Bestellungen der Getränke dann doch aufgegeben waren, wurden diese wiederum mit Verzögerung gebracht als der Chef darauf aufmerksam wurde und auf italienisch seine Besatzung anfeuerte. Wir hatten 1,5 Stunden Zeit und mussten dann weiter mit dem Bus. Zweimal haben wir nach unserem Essen gefragt und letztendlich konnten wir nicht aufessen und alles trinken, da wir unter Zeitdruck gekommen sind. Die Servicekräfte waren unmotiviert und das Essen ist nicht überragend. Es hatte den Anschein, dass man sich bei Touristen sich nicht überfordert, da diese sicher nicht mehr kommen werden. So auch wir, falls wir wieder einmal vor Ort sind. Die Pfeffermühle, die gereicht wurde, war zudem unappetitlich und im Lokal selbst war schummriges Licht. Der Toilettenabgang wirkte dadurch sehr schmuddelig. Toiletten selber sind sauber. Nein, diese Erfahrungen braucht kein Mensch und schon gar nicht für Geld.

Also die Pizzen sind ganz gut, die Getränke kalt....aber wenn es voll wird und stressig wird... kann der Chef nicht damit umgehen. Und das habe ich schon mehr als 1x mitbekommen. WStreitereien innerhalb der Küche habe ich auch schon mitbekommen. Also die Atmosphäre ist übel.
