Pizzeria Casa Mia in Wetzlar

This pizzeria is highly recommended. Very friendly service, delicious food, and a clean, neat atmosphere. The price/performance ratio is definitely good. And the small nightcap after the delicious pizza is also a very nice touch.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The food was completely underwhelming – my steak, which I ordered medium rare, arrived noticeably overcooked and dry. The flavor was also rather bland and not worth the price. Additionally, the wait time was extremely long: we had to wait an unusually long time for both our drinks and our food, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Overall, the service seemed inattentive and poorly organized. Unfortunately, this wasn't a great experience for me – I had hoped for much more and probably won't be coming back.

We picked up our food. The pizza was unfortunately a bit dry, but the taste was okay. The lasagna didn't impress us – the sauce was very sour and seemed like it hadn't been cooked long enough. There was also very little meat (see photo). In our opinion, the value for money for both dishes was not good.

We actually thought we had found an alternative to our regular restaurant with Casa Mia. After today's disappointment, we'd rather stick to our local restaurant. We had ordered takeaway. Among other things, a large salad Nice. When we got home we realized that instead of the large salad we ordered, we only received a small one. To be fair, only the small amount was charged. However, for €10 it was just the size of a side salad. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all. The food was otherwise ok in terms of taste, but no reason to continue ordering there. It's a shame actually.

We had dinner there with several people. The food came very quickly and tasted very good. The salmon lasagne was very good. The service was attentive and very friendly. A successful evening. Highly recommended.

Danger! Please note the prices on the card and calculate what you would have to pay yourself. We were there as a group and were the last guests to pay individually at the counter. The next day I thought about my payment again and came to the conclusion that I had paid 3 too much at 28 euros.

We sat for quite a while before our order was even taken. Unfortunately, the pizza dough wasn't really convincing either, as it wasn't baked properly in two of the three pizzas. There is still room for improvement. The service was friendly, but was either too busy or not particularly attentive.

We had dinner there last night, me for the first time. I had tagliatelle with crayfish. They were an absolute blast. My companion had a calzone which was also great. The service and the boss were also very accommodating and an upscale atmosphere. The prices, on the other hand, are not high, which I hadn't expected at first, on the contrary. For 2 people with drinks, followed by an excellent tiramisu and a very good cappuccino and a great espresso for around 50€. That in today's time and the atmosphere, all respect. I was amazed. I only write reviews if I'm blown away or absolutely lousy.

Unfortunately, this time I was very disappointed, I ordered a salad with seafood and pizza bread. Unfortunately, the salad was ice cold and didn't taste like anything, like it was freshly washed but otherwise like nothing, even though I tried to season it well, it didn't work. I reported it, but unfortunately nothing came back, which is a shame. I otherwise enjoyed going there to eat.

It used to be great but… new Staff, new menus - apparently changed ownership. Staff brings salad but don't know what kind of salad it is. Waited a long time for a drink… Were there with 7 people

The food was very tasty, but the service was poor. It was only when it came time to pay that I was told that the card reader was defective. This is difficult in a company where you pay for 12 people because you rarely have that much money with you. Drinks were only actively asked in the first round.

So far everything is good. Two stars deducted for: - the music is not Italian and is not suitable for a comfortable meal - Plates are cleared even though others at the table are still eating - the tiramisu should contain more coffee liqueur

Ich komme hier gerne seit 3 Jahren, es ist immer besser und netter. Schön und entspannt. Wunderbare Terrasse. Auswahl wurd immer wieder verbessert. Freundliche Gesichter von netten Mitarbeitern, sofort wann mann Rain kommt geben einfach wohlfülung. Komm immer wieder gerne. 😀✌️

Had lunch today and chose a dish from the menu. I wasn't happy with the food, I chose Jägerschnitzel with croquettes for 16.50€ and got a schnitzel straight and ready from the fridge - it wasn't fresh! Too bad

Unfortunately no longer recommended! The chef can't handle criticism and banned a customer who complained about the quality! I've never experienced anything like this! Maybe just think about whether the criticism is justified and whether there is anything that could be improved!

A spontaneous stop turned into a lovely evening. We sat upstairs on the outdoor roof terrace. Reached by stairs, no elevator. The staff is really very nice and accommodating.

A friend of mine from Hanau wanted to pick up a carrier pigeon in the Wetzlar area. We then went to the Casa Mia restaurant late in the evening. We were warmly welcomed. We ordered 2 rump steaks with fresh chanterelles with a light cream sauce. The steak was grilled on point. I had it medium sized. It was excellent. Well, we had an unfortunate day. Since there were two larger groups, everything took a long time. The pizzas were okay and the bruschetta was good.

There were four of us here and we ate different things. Pizza, pasta, fish and meat, followed by desserts and coffee. Everyone thought it was great and was very satisfied. We were served in a friendly and courteous manner. We'd love to come back.

Friendly staff, quality service

Disappointed once again. Pizza was expensive and the cheapest was in a box. Ordering from the phone to the kitchen doesn't work at all. And then even rude when you complain. High prices, not my first choice.

All in all, I am always completely satisfied. The service is great 👍🏽

Were there for the first time. Very positive: Super friendly, nice staff. Had the Ziegeunerschnitzel. Of course you shouldn't expect too much in a pizzeria, but you were pleasantly surprised. Fresh crunchy peppers and onions. Mushrooms and eggplants don't belong in the sauce, but everyone makes them differently. The schnitzel was a good convenience schnitzel. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The salad was varied and had enough dressing. With a fresh schnitzel it would have been a 5 star food category.

The food is as delicious as always. Always fresh, beautifully prepared. I eat here often and can't say anything bad. Only recommended 😋

Wir hatten vorsichtshalber einen Tisch reserviert und das war auch gut so 😉 für unter der Woche war es schon ganz schön voll. Bedienung super freundlich und sehr schnell. Essen kam ebenfalls zügig und war sehr lecker. Wie bereits schon erwähnt, gibt es im Anschluss noch einen Absacker aufs Haus. Wir können das Casa Mia nur empfehlen! Weiter so 👍

Mit der Bitte: meine bestellten Spaghetti alla Coda die Rospo etwas schärfer zu würzen, dafür wurde 1€ extra berechnet. Da ging mir das Herz auf!! Bei einem Rechnungsbetrag von über 100€. Da geht man so schnell nicht mehr hin!

Mein Essen, Pizza Marinara - ganz mein Geschmack! Der Boden nicht zu dünn und leicht kross, dabei nicht eine verbrannte Stelle. Leider gibt es an den Wänden häufiger Beschädigungen, durch die Stühle - nichts schlimmes , aber halt auch nicht schön - waren wohl unachtsame Gäste. Interessant auch , die haben zwei unterschiedliche Bestecke, schade nur , das sie die vermischen. Ich bin kein Gastronom, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit,die man beim Eindecken abstellen kann. Die Decken ja auch am Tisch die gleichen Servietten ein. Ach ja eine Sache noch , ich hatte einen optisch sehr schönen Teller, wie ihr auf den Bild sehen könnt - ich würde den hier mit der Macke allerdings aussortieren. Fazit; Das Casa Mia ist unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

Ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen und aufmerksamer Service. Man sollte beim Italiener Pizza bestellen und die sah wirklich top aus! Hatte Gnocchi mit Steinpilzen und die gingen leider in der zu stark gewürzten Soße völlig unter... - ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob die Gnocchi hausgemacht oder ein Fertigprodukt waren?!🤔 Egal, die Karte ist klein & fein und man sollte zur Pizza greifen!

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, vorallem die Dachterrasse lässt sich sehen. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, könnte ein wenig schneller sein aber ist absolut im Rahmen. Die Pizza war super frisch aber für meinen Geschmack etwas mild gewürzt aber dies kann man ja noch nachwürzen. Leider finde ich die Preise für die Portion etwas zu teuer aber alles in allem war ich trotzdem zufrieden. (Die Pizza könnte 1-2 cm im Durchmesser mehr haben)

Wer das Casa Mia als Pizzaria sieht, hat das Potential der Küche noch nicht entdeckt. Die selbst gemachten Tortelloni in einer sehr leckeren Safran Soße mit Krabben sind toll. Vor allem möchte ich auch den herausragenden Service loben. So viel Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit, die nicht lediglich professionell wirkt, habe ich seit Längerem in Restaurants nicht mehr erlebt.

Wir hatten heute ein Stake und Pasta und es war einfach wieder hervorragend. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt und die Nudeln perfekt. Die Portionen sind üppig und Preis Leistung passt.

Zunächst mal ein Kompliment, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Man bekommt auch sehr gute und leckere Pizza und Pasta Gerichte. Nur die Minestrone , die ich als Vorspeise bestellte, War eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Suppe schmeckt nach in Wasser aufgelöster Fertigbrühe in die man ein bisschen TK Gemüse dazu gegeben hat.

Wir waren gestern mal wieder in der Casa Mia ! Es war sehr enttäuschend ! Wir haben extra angerufen und einen Platz draußen auf der Terrasse bestellt , wir sind dann um 18 Uhr da gewesen und es wären keine Plätze mehr im Freien verfügbar! Nachdem wir dann gesagt haben das wir doch extra angerufen haben hat uns der gute Mann einen Tisch draußen bei den Parkplätzen gegen ! Wir haben uns dann beschwert das wir doch auf der Terrasse sitzen möchten konnten wir dann endlich nach oben gehen da da was frei wurde . Wir waren auch sonst sehr enttäuscht da es vorab nur ein paar Oliven und trockene Weißbrot Scheiben anstatt wie sonst üblich bruschetta gab . Auch die Pizza war nicht das was wir sonst immer hatten , der Teig sah so aus wie von einer fertig Pizza ! Unser Fazit ist das wir uns überlegen da nochmal hin zu gehen ! Wir möchten aber noch dazu sagen das es uns sonst da immer gut gefallen hat , aber das ging garnicht !

Eine sehr zu empfehlende Pizzeria. Höfliches und freundliches Personal. Begrüßung durch einen Prosecco, zum Abschluß ein sehr guter Grappa alles aufs Haus. Das Essen sehr gut. Preis - Leistung gut.
