I've been ordering there for a while now, the food there has never been good at best, but it was cheap, which in my opinion is the main reason for its popularity. Now they have raised the prices and the pizza was worse than ever, arrived lukewarm and tasted strange, like an ingredient of cheese or sauce was slightly rancid. Probably the last time for me

Diggi my cucumber salad consisted of 95 cucumber slices (561g/436kcal) 93% cucumber 2% sauce 3% pepper 2% salt 0% love 100% water additive and only 43 of them were peeled (outrageous!!)xD the salad was completely watered down, pizza was quite ok (620g/1152kcal) 40% dough 30% sauce 10% cheese 20% spinach , but no thanks never again. Pizza rolls and herb butter were top, (324g/214kcal) There isn't much to do wrong either The perfume from the supplier smelled nasty

Food was quite okay Pizza Bolognese was more of a Margherita than anything else….. Cola according to the card was €3.35, we paid the driver €8 for 2 bottles I'm just a guest here in Krefeld and this restaurant/pizzeria was recommended to me I wouldn't order there again, it's a shame... We ordered for just over €50 and I know that at least you don't Get a free cola or a roll… And then charge 2 cokes for €8 even though the coke is cheaper on the menu! (€3.35) per bottle It was a real shame, so 60€ and unfortunately I was disappointed, the food tasted good but there is a lot that can be improved…….

I ordered today and am very satisfied. For the price you have a great value for money and the pizza was very tasty. The drivers are also very polite. All in all, I can personally highly recommend the store. Thanks!!

Unfortunately, it's a shame, it used to be much better. You can wait longer for the pizza, but it should at least arrive warm. If the driver takes 4.5 orders at the same time, some people suffer. We also had a hair in the herb butter. If I make a customer wait longer as stated, my goal should be to at least get them a nice warm pizza by sending them out solo. Statements like “it’s Sunday and there’s a lot going on” don’t interest us as customers. You hire 1-2 more people or increase the delivery time. Unfortunately the pizzas were cold and not crispy.

Food was changed because no Bolognese sauce was made that day. The tomato sauce that was put on the pasta tasted very much like packets of sauce. For the price you can't expect much more.

Ordered a pizza from Pizzeria Carlo for work at 1:00 p.m. via Lieferando for 3:00 p.m. The delivery person arrived late and didn't ring the bell properly. Due to the delay, I had to go to a meeting. During the meeting in question, Carlo calls you several times. It is well known that it is difficult to answer the phone in a meeting. After the meeting, Carlo complained that it wasn't delivered on time and why the food wasn't handed over to an employee of our company. The boss was very unfriendly on the phone and initially claimed that his supplier wasn't unpunctual and that our company wouldn't open the door. During the discussion it was suddenly decided that the boss wanted to have delivered himself and called me on time. In the course of the call and in our situation the situation was clearly different. After much discussion, they unreasonably agreed to a subsequent delivery. The subsequent delivery in question contained the pizza, which was now old and cold. I politely explained to the supplier how to operate the blade position in order to avoid the error in the future. The employee was also shown Carlo's obviously delayed call attempt. The employee apologized for his boss's behavior. I would still have to call the boss myself for the cold pizza. Called Carlo again and only with a lot of discussion and blame was he promised a second delivery, this time to my private address as I was now off work. On the way home I received a call from Carlo, but apparently they had forgotten me on the receiver. I heard the boss discussing with his employee why the order was delivered late. I made myself known on the phone several times, but they decided to just hang up. A short time later the boss called me again to ask why I was complaining about Carlo to Lieferando. The phone call escalated completely without any big words, as the boss immediately became abusive with words that I don't want to repeat here. I insisted on a refund. Complained again to Lieferando about the unfriendly phone call and the threats made. After briefly clarifying the facts with Carlo, the lady at Lieferando called me and again assured me of a refund. So much trouble because of a pizza that was delivered too late really surprised me. Pizzeria Carlo remained completely unreasonable until the end and "forbidden" further orders. If you had simply delivered a fresh pizza on the first subsequent delivery and apologized for the delay, you could have saved yourself all the hassle. From my side, a clear recommendation to avoid Pizzeria Carlo!

Ordered 4 pizzas, waited 25 minutes longer than stated, but of course the pizzas were lukewarm and no longer crispy. The pizza rolls were also forgotten + the garlic was forgotten on the pizza. I ordered it there last time and wouldn't recommend it.

So far I can only rate the pizzas, and they have always been very good. This is also the first time I got a salad where cheap iceberg lettuce wasn't used. I found it very good. Here and there you could beautify it from the inside but otherwise really dear guys.

So I have no idea who screwed this shop over the head, but chicken kebab meat is not gyros and that's exactly what you get when you order gyros. For me, the whole thing really borders on fraud. Even after asking, you are blatantly lied to and they really try to sell it as a gyro. The next time this fraud occurs again, the appropriate authorities will be contacted. I've never had anything like this before. Incredibly bad. Cold, burnt on top, seafood forgotten and placed raw on pizza after baking. I'm confused that the Lieferando ratings were 4.5. Wrong drink and requests like garlic and spicy were ignored.

The pizzeria is very, very good, the employees are very friendly and do a good job! I definitely recommend it!

I received a call shortly after placing my order. I had stated that I was a truck driver and he was worried I would be stuck on a highway. He had actually had a case like this before and couldn't find the customer. But I was able to calm him down. Delivery time was ok considering there was a 15km delivery distance. I then found out about this from the driver who brought me the food. In any case, he was very nice and friendly on the phone. The food was still hot and very, very tasty. I would definitely order from Pizzaria Carlo again, but I don't know if he would accept it because of the distance. I can definitely recommend him.

Every order is accurate even when there is a lot of stress. Do your best to ensure that the food arrives as well as possible. I don't think anyone can top the pizzeria just the boss, Carlo, he's such a heartfelt person, just recommend it, trust me, leave the comments because half of them aren't right. What kind of pizza place is this? The note says delivery times 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The pizzeria is so unfriendly because they don't want to make pizza before 11pm! Apparently the boss said you can only take an order until 10 p.m., maximum 10:30 p.m. You're probably too comfortable working for a few minutes longer! Bad work ethic, bad service!

Habe um 15:00 Uhr für 18:00 vorbestellt (!!!) damit es pünktlich da ist, essen war letztendlich nach 2x anrufen um 18:50 da. Kalt. Der Herr am Telefon sagte mir nur, dass er ja nix dafür kann, was der Fahrer macht. Der Fahrer/Lieferant sagte mir, es war so viel Verkehr. Ja, deswegen bestell ich doch extra 3 STUNDEN VORHER, damit es TROTZDEM pünktlich ankommt. Essen war dann ganz okay. War, wie gesagt, kalt. Aber ich habe als Entschädigung eine Cola bekommen. Das war sehr nett. Trotzdem, für mich keine Wiederholung wert.

Hatten von der Webseite selber bestellt, 45 Minuten und 24,90€ sollte es dauern und lt. Webseite kosten, knapp 2 Stunden später und 32,90€ weniger hatten wir endlich unser Essen. Der Chef am Telefon sagte zu den Preisen, er kann nichts machen, die sind Uralt! Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich, dir bestellte Pizza war sehr durch gebacken, die Nudeln mit Spinat waren super! Ansonsten würde ich dort nie wieder bestellen! Servicewüste Deutschland...

Sehr lecker und sehr schnell heute war ich mal im Laden der Laden glenzt wie die eins der cahef von Carlo sher nett alle mit Arbeiter waren sehr nett bin zu Frieden mich hat pizzeria Carlo gewonen ah noch was sehr gut renoviert und man kann auch drinen essen es gibt mehr palz und mehr tiche als voher ❤️ Carlo weiter so

Habe mir gestern essen bestellt und nach einer gewissen Zeit kriege ich einen Anruf vom Fahrer, dass er keinen Parkplatz findet. Hat mir dann zwei Minuten einen Vortrag am Telefon über die Parkplatz Situation bei mir gehalten. Danach hat er von mir verlangt dass ich 5 Etagen runter komme da er sein Auto nirgendwo parken kann. Konnte aber dann doch parken um mir das essen zur Tür zubringen. Jeder bestelldienst schafft es eine Parkplatz zu finden und schafft es auch in die fünfte etage oder ich komme auch meistens entgegen und es gibt gutes Trinkgeld. Aber so?!? Nicht nocheinmal
