Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Bad food, which we didn't order, and at the end, the mayonnaise and ketchup packets were snatched out of our hands. We haven't experienced such bad service in a long time.

Excellent buffet with a large selection of starters and main courses. You can also have freshly grilled starters prepared. At least ten different dessert variations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You can sit on the terrace under the trees at the edge of the zoo. Highly recommended...
