Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Bad food that we hadn't ordered and in the end the mayonnaise and ketup bag was snatched out of our hands. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time.

Excellent buffet with a large selection of starters and main courses. You can also have freshly grilled starters prepared. At least ten different dessert variations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You can sit on the terrace under the trees at the edge of the zoo. Highly recommended...

Pizza wasn't cooked through and the taste had nothing to do with pizza. The oven was definitely set way too cold. Pizza made on a wire rack. How this shop managed to survive to this day is beyond me. No customers and the food... well it's not really bad. Anyone who eats there and thinks it's delicious has no taste buds or is really capable of suffering. Sorry people, there will never be good alternatives in the area again.

Food was delivered after almost 2 hours and it is cold. I then called and complained. The employee told me that he was sorry and that the next time we ordered we would get "warm food". I didn't want that, I wanted warm food. The employee then said he had to ask his boss and he would call me back. After 5 minutes he called me back and told me that I would get 2 new ones as soon as possible. I thanked him and hung up. Less than a minute later my phone rang again, the same employee from SultanDöner: "He was sorry, but he couldn't deliver us any food now. I told him it was a disgrace and I paid almost 20 euros and would like my money back. He said I should complain to Lieferando. Another 5 minutes later my phone rang again, this time from the boss himself. He told me: If I want warm food then I should come over and pick it up and he won't deliver anything anymore because he doesn't earn anything from it. I paid 18.40 euros for this meal including a 2 euro delivery fee. The food is not only cold but also not prepared properly. baked through
