Wrong delivery and 3 hours waiting time. I am beyond disappointed with this juice shop. Even dry bread with a sip of water tastes better than the frass smoked in fat from these novice pizza makers.

The food was cold and greasy and then the wrong thing instead of bread there were fries that even the dog didn't want from the pizza I don't even want to talk about the last picture great calzone and I think whoever would deliver a pizza like that in Italy they would hang it up at the market And the driver prefers to talk on the phone What I recommend best is another store

What was ordered wasn't delivered, unfriendly service when complaining and the pizza was completely greasy so that it even dripped through the box 🤮 Assi shed!

So since there was a personnel change, nothing has been good there. You used to be able to get something to eat there, but now 😱 For example, I wanted to get 1 kebab - side dishes were almost empty (no cabbage) and a bit of salad... but going down on the price wasn't an option. You don't keep customers like that. It can happen that the goods are gone or that new ones are not made shortly before the store closes, but then I go down with the price!

We ordered food 2 hours late. Ass cold. Not even an apology or anything and, worst of all, the wrong one was delivered😭

Normal pizza at normal prices. If you're not looking for anything exquisite, you'll get your money's worth here. Two 26er pizzas and a kebab box for €16 fit. EC payment possible

Delivery took much longer than stated. Pizza not baked properly. Pizza delivered incorrectly.

Ordered kebab, it was already completely soaked with oil.... The next day the disaster began. Stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea!! Definitely not recommended! The owner is also extremely unfriendly and shows no insight after I told him that I was in bed for 3 days with a stomach ache. RED FLAG!!!!

The pizza has nothing to do with Bella Italia. Not real pizza dough, pretty much seasonless and topped with "rubber" cheese. Everything is cheap.

The fries didn't taste like anything and were far too greasy and hard, not recommended!

After our order arrived after 90 minutes and there was no apology, we opened it. We found 2 pizzas that had the wrong toppings. Our purchased cheese sticks were also missing. Without words

Pizza disgusting, hardly any toppings, the base tastes like flour, then a super long wait... and I don't want to know about the cleanliness what bacteria is present! With one of the worst shops in Zwickau, sorry... it used to be better

I thought I'd give it a second chance. For the second time in a row, I've only had stomach problems, I'm just hanging on the toilet and I feel nauseous after eating my order. I'm not sensitive or have a weak stomach. You should send the health department there. I should have read the reviews first. I've done it now and everything becomes clear to me. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I had the order delivered to me by Lieferando.

Total failure, food is inedible and we waited over 2 hours for it to arrive. I had a kebab that was completely mushy and flooded with some strange sauce and no vegetables in it. My partner had chicken with rice which was totally spicy even though we didn't order anything spicy I think it's a shame today is Christmas Day and I know you don't really feel like it, but then you shouldn't be open because we had a failure with the food at home and the delivery man was also a disaster

Ordered 2 pizzas to take away. Both with ham, salami, champions and pepperoni. Wanted to sit down while waiting but couldn't find a chair that wasn't stained. During this time, the two cooled kebab skewers were warmed up again - get well soon to everyone who ordered and ate them without knowing. When we got home, we discovered that there were no toppings on the pizza other than cheese and salami. Honestly, even €3.50 for a pizza is still too much for such unhygienic conditions and dishonest behavior.

The chicken pizzas delivered were a total disappointment! Absolutely excessive! The chicken meat didn't taste even remotely like chicken - more like nothing at all. And the smell? Incomprehensible! There should be onions and peppers on it, but none! The pizzas ended up straight in the trash. Absolute failure! Never again

Wollte eine Pizza bestellen ne halbe Stunde vor Laden schluss . War persönlich da! Und total unfreundlich , ist geschlossen er macht heute nix mehr! Kundenfreundlich sieht anders aus! Mich sieht da keiner mehr! Dann bleib ich bei meinen Sindbad Jungs!

Fürs schnelle Essen ein super Imbiss.

Gestern bestellt und leider nicht zufrieden. 4 Pizzen ohne Sonderwünsche telefonisch bestellt und selbst abgeholt. Bedienung kam sehr unmotiviert daher und musste für 40-32 EUR den Taschenrechner zu Rate ziehen. Auf zack sieht anders aus. Die Bearbeitungszeit war i.O., aber leider nicht bekommen was man wollte. Meine vegetarische Calzone war klassisch gefüllt. Salami und Formschinken ließen sich heraussortieren, aber bei der grauen Masse die Hackfleisch darstellen sollte dann doch gescheitert. Zudem kalt. Die 3 anderen Pizzen sahen besser, aber nicht wirklich appetitlich aus und waren ebenso kalt. Dafür zumindest der zweite Stern. Da gibt es bessere Alternativen, selbst in Zwickau.

Ich hab gestern eine kleine Pizza mit Tomaten, Käse und Oliven bestellt. Sie wurde sofort frisch zubereitet und sie hat herrlich geschmeckt. Danke dafür!

Das Essen schmeckt unfassbar gut, die Lieferzeit beträgt deutlich unter dem die angegeben wird. Essen ist immernoch sehr warm und geschmacklich einfach top. Kann ich jeden empfehlen

Hygienezustände der Toilette unter aller Sau. Ekelhaft! Pizza war ganz gut, aber ich hasse es, wenn das Dönerfleisch schon ausgetrocknet am Spieß hängt und nur angezündet wird, weil gerade mal ein Kunde reinkommt. Naja, verstehe das zwar aus Pizzeriasicht, aber für Kunden nicht gerade zuvertraulich, was den Fleischzustand betrifft.

Ich kann nur für mich sprechen. War alles frisch und gut. Auch meinen Nichten hat es hervorragend geschmeckt.

War früher mal besser. Egal ob man online, per Telefon oder vor Ort im Laden bestellt. Personal bekommt es einfach nicht hin eine Bestellung wie gewünscht zu übergeben, wohlbemerkt ohne Sonderwünsche. Wartezeiten liegen voll und ganz im Rahmen. Der Geschmack passt auch und der Preis geht auch voll in Ordnung. Produktübersicht im Fleyer und an der Tafel im Laden scheinbar nicht identisch bzw. zu unübersichtlich.

Schnelle Lieferung & gutes Essen.

Wenn Sonntags Mal schnelles essen sein muss eine alternative. Für den täglichen Gebrauch aber nicht wirklich das was ich mir unter "gutem" Essen vorstelle.

Essen war geschmacklich ganz gut - halt nur sehr fettig. Das Fett ist regelrecht von der Pizza runter getropft. Preis war für die Qualität angemessen. Ich würde auch eher empfehlen sich an die gängigen Gerichte zu halten (Pizza, Pasta, Döner). Wir hatten ein mexikanisches Gericht (Quesadilla)bestellt, dieses dann aber nicht bekommen. Das Gericht was wir bekommen haben (eine Art Auflauf) war nicht schlecht & hat gut geschmeckt, war aber leider nicht das was wir bestellt und erwartet hatten. Die Hygiene war verbesserungswürdig. Auf die Stühle haben wir uns eher nur ungern gesetzt und das Besteck sah auch nicht so super sauber aus.

Die Pizza ist geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig aber für den Preis habe ich auch nichts gegenteiliges erwartet. Das Restaurant sah sauber aus und war auch gut besucht. Die Toilette war allerdings der absolute Horror. Ich wäre lieber auf ein 3 Tage altes Festivalklo gegangen.
