The food was very, very tasty. And the price is also reasonable. The host was extremely personable and accommodating. If we come to Hamburg again, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

We went there with the voucher book and had a nice lunch. My wife's lasagne was well received, as was my Calzone Tonno... The service was nice and courteous, which made us feel completely comfortable…

Arione Restaurant in Hamburg offers an excellent dining experience! The pizza was perfectly baked with authentic flavors, and the espresso was rich and satisfying. Pasta was too salty. Service very friendly. Bruschetta was great. In summary, too expensive, even if the pasta hadn't been too salty.

Die tollen Bewertungen auf Google haben uns dazu bewogen, mit Gästen von außerhalb in diesem Lokal zu speisen. Leider können wir diese Erfahrungen nicht teilen. Die Trüffelravioli waren nur lauwarm und die Portion für ein Hauptgericht zu klein. Zwei Pizzen waren nicht nur steinhart, sondern auch noch dürftig belegt. Der Service war überfordert. Uns war diese Empfehlung unseren Gästen gegenüber sehr unangenehm. Ich habe daraufhin eine wahrheitsgemäße Rezension bei Google abgegeben. Wie hier andere Betroffene geschildert haben, hat der Inhaber auch bei mir 2 x (!) versucht, die Drei-Sterne-Bewertung löschen zu lassen. Sowas ist in höchstem Maße unseriös!

Can't understand the good reviews... Aperol Spritz is loveless (no orange, watery cloudy ice cream). The house's main course recommendation, Spaghetti Aglio e Oglio with prawns, was not good. Bland taste, no high-quality olive oil, a few small frozen shrimps on it. In addition, the air conditioning is at full blast in the winter and blows on the table. Not recommended!

We ate a la carte here on New Year's Eve. Delicious homemade black noodles and finally tiramisu. A good decision for our New Year's Eve dinner.

Both of our pizzas and the bruschetta were great. The floor was very fluffy. There was also cilli oil and homemade garlic oil which was just great. Very nice boss. We'll be back. 👍

Auf Google super bewertet, leider entspricht dies nicht meinem Empfinden. Schmeckt etwa gleich wie in einer Kantine. Essen wie Getränke sind lieblos angerichtet.

We planned our Christmas party here specifically because of the good reviews, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the fact that in the last few weeks they had almost only one star. The noodles had three pieces of tuna, were white and black noodles instead of black spaghetti, and did not contain any white wine sauce... Just to give a few examples. An incorrect debit was also very disappointing.

There was definitely not enough tuna on the tuna pizza!

I gave it only one star because I couldn't give less. It was the worst Italian food I have ever tasted (if I can even call it Italian). The Matriciana was terrible, and the service from the young man was truly disappointing.

At the beginning, the water bottle was simply placed on the table and the water was not poured into the glasses. The rosé wine didn't taste good for €7, unfortunately it was reminiscent of tetra pack wine. The food was not as described in the reviews. My pasta with white wine sauce only tasted of oil and was slightly fishy due to the sepia. The other pasta dish contained strips of beef, which were unfortunately so overcooked that you chewed on them for ages. The atmosphere outside seems quite nice, unfortunately only at first glance. (Withered flowers hidden in the flower boxes) Unfortunately, this doesn't meet our needs at all. I would have liked to have written something different. Too bad. :(

We ate here last Thursday because we try a different restaurant in Hamburg every Thursday. It wasn't particularly full (maybe 15 guests in total) so we got a table quickly. We ordered a calzone and a regular pizza which were very tasty. The tiramisu was also good. (A little too dry for my personal taste but that's why you go out to eat to try new things) However, when we were finished we waited 15 minutes until someone came over so we could order dessert. A little more attention could be paid here, especially since we could see people talking outside. I can't say whether this attitude was due to the Schlemmerblock voucher.

The service was really great, we were welcomed and looked after incredibly nicely. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we also really enjoyed the food. We were also really happy about the homemade oils and the greetings from the kitchen. Thanks !

Quiet, tasty and great service, everything done right

The good reviews here persuaded us to dine here with out-of-town guests. Unfortunately, we cannot understand these reviews in any way. The bruscette was served on pita bread, which gave the whole thing a cake-like taste. Unfortunately, the truffle ravioli were only lukewarm and, in terms of quantity, more of an appetizer. The advertised “fresh” parsley could only be guessed at. The seafood pizza was conspicuous by the overwhelming absence of seafood, the base was hard and difficult to split, as was the base of the Parma pizza. The only service person (owner?) seemed a bit overwhelmed with the service when the restaurant was full. The best thing about this stay was actually the view of the Fleet. We were extremely embarrassed by the recommendation to our guests.

Achtung unseriös! Der Inhaber lässt bei Google alle realistischen Bewertungen löschen... Küche war ok... Aber mehr nicht... Ich habe 3 von 5 Punkten vergeben. Essen 3 bis 4 Sterne. Ambiente war ok... Die Spinnen (groß und viele) außen am Fenster habe ich nicht bewertet...

Leider lässt der Inhaber auf Google ganz normale 3 Sterne Bewertungen wegen Verleumdung löschen. Das bestärkt unser schlechtes Gefühl, das wir schon beim Besuch hatten.

Small, chic restaurant with friendly service. Was here with my family in the evening and was pleasantly surprised: delicious pizza 🍕 bases with good fresh toppings and homemade olive oil was served for seasoning! And yes, as a greeting from the house: baked baguette slices. Hospitality in a very nice and warm way. I can recommend the pizza with capers. Wine recommendation top (the Primitivo di Manduria -Uno- was very tasty 😋). Service nice, but room for improvement (Nota bene 😉) Conclusion: It was a great evening for us. Ci rivedremo, almeno an'altra volta prima della fine dell'anno.

Er werd ons na heel lang wachten gevraagd wat we wilden drinken. Toen ons drinken eerst tien minuten op de bar had staan wachten, kregen we cola uit een grote fles waar bijna geen prik meer in zat en Hugo zonder citroen, munt en ijs voor bijna 8 euro. Daar na hebben we heel lang op ons eten moeten wachten, waar kraak noch smaak aan zat. Het personeel gaat regelmatig naar buiten om pontificaal voor het restaurant te gaan roken. Dezelfde Duitse liedjes van Julio Iglesias kwamen meerdere keren voorbij. Voor ons nooit meer.

We had a wonderful evening there, great service, very friendly, considerate and flexible. The food was a really tasty pizza and that was served with it. Chili oil rounds it all off. A highly recommended place and we will definitely come back.

So I was very happy with my pasta. The calzone was a little bland though. In terms of portion size, we couldn't complain about our dishes either. I got far less from other Italians. The service was very friendly. Yes, we had to wait a little for the food, but we were put off with a snack. I haven't experienced anything like that in Germany for a very, very long time. And as I said, the service was always good and friendly. I can't explain the recent bad reviews here. But it may well be that there is only 1 service person (owner?). If the shop is humming, this is of course not enough.

I trusted the score, what a mistake, I had Carbonara, the Italians would be turning in the grave for this dish. It had sahnesauce and parsley. It was blunt, heavy and we had to wait 45min to get the food and the drink . Stay away.

My personal impression: We were here recently and had reserved in advance. They didn't have our reservation in the system, which can happen, even though we had a manually written confirmation email. We were told to wait a moment and were promised a drink. We didn't get this one. So we waited outside for about 15 minutes. When we ordered drinks we had to wait an unbelievable 40 minutes until everyone had their drinks. We were prepared for an open-ended evening; But then we moved on after dinner because of the waiting times. We found the food good. And the location is nice too. You can sit outside in summer. We were asked several times if we could pay in cash, as that would be better for business.

Service very friendly. Unfortunately the table wasn't cleaned, we first had to remove the leftovers from the previous guests. Wine glass dirty and broken. Sitting inside by the window, everything there was dusty, full of spider fat and there were dead flies everywhere. However, I don't know where the good reviews come from. Pizzas okay but nothing more. Totally dry and very sparsely topped. Price performance not given.

The pizzas were not as good as we had hoped. They didn't look like the google photo. I felt like there weren't many ingredients left to make my pizza. There was almost no zucchini on the zucchini pizza. The service was really very very slow, although friendly. We will no longer follow Google recommendations.

The food was very tasty. The truffle ravioli was 7/5 👏 stars. Unfortunately, the portion size was a bit small for someone who is hungry. 3/5 Then I ate some pizza. It was a nice size and was a 5/5. The desert (tiramisu + white truffle ice cream) was 4/5 The price would be under €60 for 2 people with a drink each 🫶 The owner/waiter was very nice and warm.

I wonder if they were under staffed or the kitchen is extremely small. We (2 people) sat down and waited about 10 minutes, and when the waiter came he said we would have to wait another 20 minutes to place an order if we wanted food. There were about 10 tables in total that were seated and about 10 or so empty. We had only ordered a drink and also getting the bill was very slow. There was a waiter that just kind of stood there and scratched his head and looked around but didn’t do anything.

There were four of us here, we had four different dishes and they were all excellent. The kitchen is simply great!

The pizzas were unfortunately not up to par with the top service. They were too dry and it was difficult to cut them with the knives we were given. On the other hand, the waiter made jokes and made us smile. We were also seated at a table with a view of the canal, it was super beautiful. If you go there, it's a bit of a treat, but take something other than pizza. A friend had pasta and it was better.

The food was really good :) We had the truffle ravioli and porcini mushroom ravioli with truffle butter. And depending on whether you like a stronger truffle taste or not, you can choose one or the other. I was super satisfied. And very friendly service. Recommended.

Basically nice atmosphere and delicious food. Coffee and cappuccino also tasted good. Unfortunately, there are a lot of spiders in the corners of the local. Additionally, the service is slow and not attentive.

The visit was worth it! We were there with a group and sat outside when the weather was nice. The staff was courteous and one or two minor mistakes - a forgotten drink - don't really spoil the overall picture, because that can happen. The food was really very good for everyone. The truffle ice cream for dessert was outstanding. We had pizza, calzones and various forms of spaghetti, as well as gamberoni and salads, all of which were well received. Also noteworthy was the bruschetta, which - to our surprise - was offered 'on the house' in advance. Unfortunately, this is not a given today. The interior design shows that someone cares about making guests feel comfortable. An unobtrusive musical background completes the picture. In terms of price, the Arione is in the middle range, maybe an idea above that. But the quality definitely justifies it. A note for wheelchair users: The restaurant is not barrier-free. There are two steps to climb for the terrace (outside) and the front tables (inside). There are another 4 steps for the rear tables and toilet.

Average (okay) food. But unfortunately not the outstanding quality that some reviews here suggested. The interior is also extremely loud. Air conditioning is completely unfriendly to customers and blows directly into their faces or backs. Unfortunately, toilets are very unappetizing and gloomy although the staff themselves disappeared there but the lack of toilet paper didn't change anything. Plus the noise nuisance from the roaring cubes to dry your hands. If you like 0815 Italian food and can sit outside without using the toilets, a visit is bearable. It's a shame about our holiday evening.

An Italian-run family restaurant, there are also staff available to communicate with Arabic-speaking guests. Very friendly and even if you come late, there is still a table and the kitchen is open late! A nice place to eat in the evening, especially after a musical.

Achtung, hier wird man über den Tisch gezogen. Bspw. wird für "Aglio e olio" statt Olivenöl minderwertiges Speiseöl verwendet. Auch das Tischöl ist zwar olivengrün, aber dennoch billiges Speiseöl. Eine Schande für alle italienischen Restaurants!

Not recommended. Pasta "Aglio e olio" was served to us with normal cooking oil. When we asked for olive oil, we received green-colored cooking oil again. Salad absolutely not according to the menu. hands off

The food was tasty, but the portion size, at least for the lasagna, was a joke - a tiny piece of lasagne in a relatively large amount of sauce - especially for the price of around 15 euros. For this reason we would not come back again.

- Waiting time for food: 40 minutes (it was empty and at lunchtime), no apology, no explanation, not even told that it would take a while - Eating far too little, no one was full (and that for €15.16) - Prices from the website are completely wrong! Lasagna 15€ instead of 12€ as on the website - Ambience okay, but nothing worth the price - No bread, no parmesan, not even oil on the table All in all, not recommended!

Eating delicious pizza, pasta, fish 🐟 or salad 🥗? My tip: Restaurant Arione at Deichstraße 17. Semi is an excellent host and the dishes are all very tasty 😋. And at very reasonable prices of around 14 euros for a large pizza 🍕. We really liked and enjoyed it. We'll be back Semi 🤗

So you have to drive all the way to Hamburg to eat what is probably one of the best pizzas outside of Italy. The pizza is really very good, and very Italian. The service was also very nice to us as “tourists”. Cozy and well-kept restaurant. When we are in Hamburg again, we will be happy to come back.
