Der (türkisch-stämmige) Inhaber lässt ungewünschte Bewertungen löschen. MIt Italiener und den herausragenden Bewertungen hat dieser Laden nichts zu tun! Es gab kein Brot vorab, Fisch gab es an Sonntagen generell nicht, es war nur eine unfreundliche Person im Service, Pizzateig zwar knusprig, aber Pizzen nicht sehr üppig belegt, Salat mit Ziegenkäse trocken. Immerhin schöner Blick auf das Fleet.

We went to the restaurant with friends and unfortunately had a rather mixed experience. Although we specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza without bacon, one of them was served with bacon. Another pizza was completely forgotten and didn't arrive until much later. In addition, the appetizers were brought out at the same time as the main courses, which seemed a bit chaotic. In the end, we were quite surprised by the bill – several items were listed that we hadn't even ordered. This was resolved, but it was still annoying. The positive aspects are the beautiful location with a great view and the pizza itself – it tasted really good. Unfortunately, this alone isn't enough to compensate for the remaining shortcomings.

We like to go to restaurants we're new to with our friends every now and then. This Italian restaurant on Deichstrasse seemed attractive to us because it had a 4.8-star rating on Google. Overall, we think the rating is a bit overly positive. The food was generally okay, but my pizza had hardly any toppings, even though I had ordered extras. The other three dishes were okay. The servers were friendly but a bit disoriented at times. The view of the canal was very nice.

The food tasted good, no question – the quality was good. Unfortunately, the portions were rather small, which doesn't quite match the prices. The service didn't leave a good impression: it seemed rushed, impersonal, and more like a quick fix than genuine hospitality. It's a shame, because the ambiance had potential. Overall: the food was okay, but the overall experience clearly had room for improvement. There's room for improvement.

I like to go here for pizza at lunch. They're always happy to accommodate my requests. The food is always served quickly, so it's easy to get through the lunch break.

El dueño fue muy grosero. Me sirvieron una cerveza caliente y cuando pedí un vaso con hielo se negó, diciendo que así era como se bebía en Hamburgo. Cuando íbamos a pagar se negó diciendo que solo era efectivo cuando en la entrada ponía que se permitía pago con tarjeta de crédito. ¡Qué vergüenza que trate tan mal a los turistas!

Nice little shop with very good pizzas and very friendly staff

You can enjoy a delicious pizza here. The four of us had a comfortable seat on the terrace. I had the seafood pizza. It's topped with zucchini – a bit unusual, but very tasty. Service was friendly, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely reasonable.

We were completely satisfied with this restaurant and can highly recommend it! The quality of the food was consistently very good, and the presentation of the plates was simply fantastic. For starters, we enjoyed the bruschetta, which boasted fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Our main courses – the Caesar salad and the truffle ravioli – were a true taste experience. I would especially like to highlight the truffle ravioli: they were perfectly prepared and extremely tasty. An absolute highlight! My wife also loved the Caesar salad – fresh and very well seasoned. All in all, our visit was a complete success, and we highly recommend this restaurant. If you're looking for delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere, you'll definitely find it here!

After a wonderful afternoon at the musical, we wanted to visit a particularly highly rated Italian restaurant in Hamburg. The Pizzeria Arione, with an average rating of 4.8, was to be our place to be. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in every way. The staff were quite dry and unfriendly, at times overwhelmed. We ordered a pizza and pasta with beef fillet tips. After our meal was served, I asked if I could have some Parmesan cheese with it. I had to wait about 10 minutes because the waiter in charge thought he had to set a table for guests who hadn't even arrived yet. The pizza was standard, and the pasta dish was simply bad. The portion was quite small and served on a flat plate. On the plate were about six small pieces of meat that were overcooked. I am 100% sure that this was not beef fillet. The owner of the restaurant served us in between. There was no question as to whether the food tasted good or whether we would like something else to drink. At some point, I took the initiative and went to the cashier to pay. I pointed out to the owner that they definitely didn't serve beef fillet tips. He ignored my statement and said he would tell the kitchen. No offer, no apology, or anything else. When I asked him why he, the owner, reacted that way, he said, "No problem!" By the way, I paid extra for the Parmesan cheese.

A very nice little restaurant on the Alster (with an inside window seat) and a small terrace on a side street. We were on a city tour and chose the restaurant beforehand using mobile vouchers, and it was a lucky find. Very friendly waiter, pizza like in Italy, everything perfect.

The pizza was tasty but a bit sparsely topped, with a wide crust. The wine and service were okay. However, the online menu is different from the one in person. The restaurant menu didn't have any pasta or fish, just salad and pizza.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a bit – but that just shows how popular the restaurant is! 😊 A small problem in the kitchen meant that not all pasta dishes were available – no big deal, because the pizzas were absolutely fantastic and we all loved them! Fantastic restaurant! The food was excellent, the chef takes his time and is incredibly friendly! We were accidentally given an outdated wine list, and we had chosen a cheaper bottle that was no longer available. The chef promptly offered us a more expensive wine at a reasonable price—what fantastic service! The pizza and pasta are delicious, and there's a wide selection of dishes. Eros Ramazzotti plays in the background. Highly recommended!

Very tasty, simply amazing. 05/2025 Yesterday we had another delicious calzone, a superb salad with a mustard sauce that tasted like ginger, and a fantastic espresso. Great homemade bread to go with the salad. You don't have to have dessert, but you can. Oh yeah, Aperol Spritz, one with and one without alcohol. Both highly recommended. Today we had the best gnocchi we've ever eaten, and for me, the delicious busiata with salmon again. And, of course, espresso. 😉 We've been there several times, of course. 😉 Very satisfied, as always. I was also very happy about a peppermint tea with real mint. Unfortunately, everywhere else they only serve stupid tea bags.

I think it is overrated. Pizza was so ordinary. Gnocchi has no taste at all other than the sauce. A total disappointment 😥 do not think it is 4.8 spot . Sorry :(

No hidden meaning. Just: Welcome, do you want pizza? The waiter? A host through and through. Warm, sincere, and with that typical Italian sense of flair – without fuss. He put a bruschetta on the house in front of us before we could even say “buongiorno”. Just. Because he can. And because it is delicious. The pizza? Heavenly. Thin base, crispy edges, creamy cheese, fresh toppings. The kind of pizza that makes you quiet. Where you look at your table companion and think: yes, this is it. Conclusion: One menu. One chef. And 100% real Italian love. You don't eat pizza here, you experience a little piece of Italy – in Hamburg. Five stars. Friendly, caring, charming – a guest with a picture book. Nor do we want to order anything, bring us a Bruschetta – at home. Einfach so. And this is said: besser als vales, wofür man sonst zahlt. That Pizza? Ein Traum. Dünner Boden, cozy on the edge, perfectly spread, very aromatic. You'll have a complete hit. Jeder Bissen ein kleines Fest. Fazit: Ehrlich, herzlich, einfach gut. A restaurant, that is to say: a great show – nur good Essen and real hospitality. Funf Sterne. And an extra star for the Bruschetta, which we immediately enjoy – nor for the pizza comb.

The good reviews here prompted us to dine here with guests from outside. Unfortunately, we cannot understand these reviews at all. The bruschetta was served on flatbread, which gave the whole thing a cake-like taste. The truffle ravioli was unfortunately only lukewarm and the quantity was more like an appetizer. The advertised "fresh" parsley was only vaguely present. The seafood pizza was conspicuous by its almost complete absence of seafood; the crust was hard and almost impossible to cut, as was the base of the pizza Parma. The sole server (owner?) seemed a bit overwhelmed with the service, given the full restaurant. The only best thing about this experience was actually the view of the canal. We were extremely embarrassed to recommend it to our guests.

the 4.9 average rating looks like a mistake. it is not bad but 4.9? it is an ok place but 4 stars is the right rating. 4.9 might make you think this will be one of the better italian cuisine experiences you can have but that is incorrect. the pizza itself is nothing special. the dough and sauce are not too great, make sure to pick right set of toppings to enjoy it. Pesto was not too good, not very green (both in taste and the colour). Tasted bit bland. Carbonara was ok. The drinks selection was also disappointing (besides beer perhaps). Drinks are extremely overpriced and when asked for tap water the waiter declined

Eating delicious pizza, pasta, fish 🐟 or salad 🥗? My tip: Restaurant Arione at Deichstraße 17. Semi is an excellent host and the dishes are all very tasty 😋. And at very reasonable prices of around 14 euros for a large pizza 🍕. We really liked and enjoyed it. We'll be back Semi 🤗

The two of us came here to eat, very close to Miniatur Wunderland, a great and original Italian restaurant. It tasted wonderful, I ate pizza twice, the base was wonderfully thin and crispy, the edge was very airy and crispy with light crispy bubbles, the topping was fresh and tasty, and you were served hot garlic oil with it, a dream. Highly recommended. Normal prices and the prospect of a fleet at the window seat, what more could you want!

Real Italian, delicious and relaxed food.

There were four of us and we only waited a few minutes to take the order. Our drinks have already taken twenty minutes. Another twenty minutes to eat (I think because we said we had another appointment in 90 minutes). The food (spaghetti) wasn't particularly seasoned and there wasn't enough on the flat plate for my taste. The price was normal. You shouldn't look at the kitchen floor.................................... There was a couple sitting at the next table who simply left an hour after ordering because their food didn't come

Food is good, but not outstanding. We found the toppings on the pizza a bit sparse. The service too. We had to go to the counter to pay, but before that everything went pretty quickly. The flashing wine fridge somewhat disrupted the ambience during our visit.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The smallest bruschetta we have ever seen and for just under €8 The pizza frutti de mare may have heard of seafood. All in all, way too expensive for what you get.

Even good food, but nothing extraordinary

We ate at the Pizzeria Arione during our city tour in Hamburg. We were VERY satisfied! The owner is super friendly and friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely eat here again next time we visit Hamburg!

Very tasty pizza, friendly service.

The older man who served us was very nice. Unfortunately, our place was right next to the toilet and you could smell every toilet/sweat. The Margherita pizza was average and tasty. The gnocchi, on the other hand, wasn't that good and the sauce was very salty. The portion of gnocchi was also small. Cashing in took a very long time. As compensation there were small chocolate balls.

The food is fine, but nothing special. Service was so-so: we were a table of 2, one of us received our food about 5 minutes before the other person did, which is awkward. Also, the appetizer and the main course both came out at the same time. While the experience was not terrible, there are probably better places around for the same money.

Auch wir haben uns von den guten Bewertungen von Google blenden lassen. Wir hatten 1 Pizza Thunfisch und 1 Pizza Rucola & Parma. Beide waren geschmacklos und gar nicht gewürzt und einfach nur trocken. Zu wenig Tomatensauce und Belag auf der Pizza und damit für den Preis von knapp 15 Euro pro Pizza einfach nicht fair. Wir kommen nicht nochmal.

Wir hatten reserviert. Wir wollten eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht bestellen. Die Bestellung wurde notiert. Als wir erwähnten, dass wir einen Gutschein einlösen wollten, war die Bestellung des Fischgerichtes plötzlich nicht mehr möglich. Es würde abends nur Pizza oder Nudeln geben. Auf Fisch müssten wir 2 Stunden warten. Sehr schade! Die bestellten Nudeln und die Pizza waren durchschnittlich. Die Portion Pasta war von der Größe her eher eine Vorspeise.

We had made a reservation and wanted to order an appetizer in addition to a main course. The order was noted. When we mentioned that we had a voucher, suddenly a fish dish was no longer possible. We would have to wait 2 hours for this. We had to choose between pizza and pasta. The meat dishes offered on the website are not on the on-site menu. The food was average. The size of the noodles is more like an appetizer portion.

From starter to main course to dessert, simply great. A charming family restaurant with a convivial atmosphere. If we hadn't been passing through, this restaurant would have quickly become a regular. Really a little gem, absolutely recommended!!

We celebrated our Christmas party at Arione and had made a special reservation. When we arrived, the older gentleman started putting the tables together for us. I had a tuna pizza, my colleague had a lasagne and other pasta. Unfortunately there was hardly any toppings on the pizza, so it was relatively dry. The portion of the lasagne was also relatively small. The pasta was probably good, but a bit bland. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn't really comfortable either. You could hardly have installed more lamps in a restaurant, it is very, very bright and rather sterile. We won't come back again.

The food was very, very tasty. And the price is also reasonable. The host was extremely personable and accommodating. If we come to Hamburg again, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.
