The pizzas, even though they came straight from the oven, were just lukewarm to slightly cold. Mango nectar simply out of the box. Just sugar and just bad. Not recommended.

Hello everyone, I advise you against the store immediately. We were regular customers and had reserved for a children's birthday party on February 11th, 2025 Where we wanted to order and placed a large order, the boss came to us and accused us of theft because we hadn't paid for four Capri Suns on our last visit. I was able to prove this to you again by showing him on my online banking that the drinks had been paid for extra by his colleague, but other guests were also able to notice that we were accusing each other of theft. He's so outrageous and disrespectful. I've never experienced anything like that in Berlin

Food is very tasty and fresh. It is freshly prepared. A very large selection of food with a good selection of drinks. You order and pay immediately and then get a medal that starts flashing when the ordered food is finished. The food must then be picked up at the counter. There is a nice play area for children. With lots of friends and lots of children, this restaurant is just the thing. For two, for a romantic evening, probably not, as the store is very large.

Yesterday I came across the Pizzeria Alte Forno by chance. The food was really tasty, but the behavior of the other guests was extremely unpleasant. It felt like a kindergarten - raging, screaming children without any behavior, about ten of them, spread out across different tables. The situation was so stressful that I ate my food hastily just to be able to leave the restaurant quickly. Why doesn't the staff seem interested in the well-being of their guests?

I like the food and the selection

Had a simple burger and damn.. It was a pretty good and massive burger for my liking, of course not in a bad way, Haha! Would recommend to come here for a date though

I have to say that I really enjoyed the food. However, I prefer quieter restaurants because a relaxed atmosphere is important to me. The restaurant is a great choice for families with children, as there is a small play area where the little ones can let off steam and have fun. The ambience is appealing, the food is delicious and freshly prepared and recommended. Would I come back? Probably more in quieter times

The male waitress is sometimes very unfriendly.

I can say that this restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. Above all, the dishes are declared Halal! There is not a large selection of food. But the taste is delicious and the presentation is clean. I like the pizza here! The waiting time is quite acceptable. There are also sweets and coffee. Lots of beautiful green colors and plants. There is a play area for children without disturbing customers. Self service for food and cutlery but no problem, everything is neat and clean.

Ball pit could be cleaned, smells unpleasant of urine

I went out to dinner with my friends and had pasta with chicken in a cream sauce. Shortly afterwards we all had severe stomach pains and stomach cramps. Taste was okay, but if you're in so much pain afterwards as a group, you'll think twice about eating here again.

This id for 10 euro I found it a bit expensive 8 will be just fine especially no that much pasta,

I ordered a large pizza and got a small one and instead of making a large one I was refunded €2

The selection is large, but the quality of the food is still good. The ambience is great, you can also sit outside and there is a really big star for the play area. Other restaurants should copy this.

I went to this restaurant with my family for first time, staff helped us to order best food with their suggestions. Sitting area is huge. Taste was 9.5/10. Location is perfect and they have variety of halal options.

Spaghetti aglio tastes like the leftovers from a breakfast plate that were simply thrown together cold when ordered. You can fry the ingredients in a little more oil, which is also usual for this dish.

Incredibly delicious pizza and great service! I have been a satisfied regular at the Alte Forno chain in Berlin for years, and the branch at Müllerstraße 144 is definitely one of my favorites! The staff is consistently friendly, warm and always attentive. You feel welcome from the first second. Depending on the order, the waiting time is extremely pleasant. On average it takes 8-12 minutes, which is absolutely fine for freshly preparing dishes. No matter whether you order a classic pizza, pasta or something else from the menu. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. You pay really fair prices for the quality of the ingredients and the taste. I can particularly recommend the pizzas, which are always perfectly baked and topped with fresh ingredients. 100% recommendation!

h really don't understand why this restaurant only has a rating of 3.4. My visit was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and the family-friendliness is particularly noteworthy. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere and there is a small children's playground for families with children. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was a real highlight: the pasta was freshly prepared, the sauces were perfectly seasoned, and the tiramisu was simply heavenly. The large selection of food is perfect! A small point of improvement would be air conditioning for the summer, as it can get a bit stuffy on hot days. But that doesn't detract much from the overall experience. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant - especially for families - and am already looking forward to my next visit. For me it's definitely a 5 star experience!

Has the boss ever tried his pizza himself? The base can be compared to a nacho and the cheese on the pizza has just melted. We were no longer allowed to eat the pizza in the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing time and were then directed to the outside area. I wouldn't want to eat pizza there again.

The food is of consistently good quality and always very tasty. The service is always reliable and friendly. I get what I order and the meat is always cooked to the desired degree. What I find annoying are guests who talk on the phone “loudly” and let the entire restaurant participate in their conversations. I find that inconsiderate and it shows very bad parenting. Apart from that, I really enjoy coming here and it won't be my last visit today. Update August 11, 2024 We were there again today and I always eat my steak with croquettes. Today it was said that under no circumstances can I have croquettes with my steak because there are never, under any circumstances, croquettes with steak. We then ate at a nice Italian restaurant nearby. Unfortunately there is a 3 star deduction for the service.

I ate a Pizza Tonno here yesterday. The ground was extremely dry and uninteresting; In recent years I have never eaten such bad pizza. Food is okay, but the environment is too loud

The store is a 10/10 not only from the inside but also from the outside. There is a large selection of dishes, but some dishes were not salted enough. Some employees were a bit rude and unfriendly.

The food itself is okay. What makes this place bad, but really bad, is that the staff is simply overwhelmed, there are too few people and it seems chaotic. You don't know who is responsible for what. When you come to it after a long time You can't eat in peace with screaming children. It's like you're eating in a playground somewhere. This play area in there has no place there. The best pizza 🍕 🌎 My father is a chef and pizza maker but this one is unbeatable 💯 The staff has always been friendly and everyone is hard-working. Opening time great! Where else can you eat such delicious food until 2 a.m.? I also find the atmosphere very inviting and beautiful!

I think the shop is very nice and I go there very often, but the staff is unfriendly and rude. Today a mess happened where I gave my order, the cashier lied to me and said that I lied to her, she started arguing. NEVER COME THERE AGAIN!!!!!

The restaurant was very crowded, yet the employees didn’t bother to take orders. The pizza I ordered was too thin and got cold and hard very quickly. It didn’t taste very well. The employees seemed overworked. Smiles are rarely seen. I would not go there again.

The shop is deserted. Breakfast with scrambled eggs takes half an hour. It's not possible to leave out onions, you would have already prepared everything. Prepared and left waiting half an hour? It does not fit together. Unfriendly too, by the way.

All workers are so polite and humble they respect their customers like family. And the pizza is too excellent I eat pizza in many other restaurants but the taste of pizza and pasta is excellent. This review is difficult for me, but the experience at this restaurant was a complete nightmare. We ordered juice that was simply inedible. When we politely asked for an exchange we were met with a disrespectful attitude. After insisting that the juice was unviable, we were simply turned away from the restaurant. The lack of decorum and professionalism from the staff is shocking. This episode leaves an extremely bitter taste and I would warn anyone not to visit this restaurant. Such poor service and substandard quality deserves a warning to potential customers. Additionally, we strongly recommend visiting another restaurant as there are many other options in the immediate vicinity.

Allow me to explain the unfortunate situation: the delicious pizza was ordered to us four times, but when we unfolded it in our home confines, it became clear to us that a servant had unlawfully taken possession of a piece.

I wanted to order something and went to the counter. There I was, as ordered and not picked up. As if you shouldn't have come. Then I paid at the checkout and barely understood anything. I then asked a woman at the counter where I could get the drinks I had paid for. Acted like she didn't understand me. But then I saw the refrigerator myself. Things are a lot friendlier on Badstrasse.

Very good food and very good staff. Even when it's full you'll be served on time. Even at Iftar you get your food on time.

Family based restaurant serve pizza with Turkish twist on herbs and ingredients. The taste just average Pizzas, I ordered Alte forno pizza, the one that should be their signature is with tuna chunks and shrimp but little bit lack of taste, the one with Jalapenos and Tuna is better. We came in The busiest time in ramadhan and seem this is local favorite to break fasting (iftar) in the evening. Even pack with families and kids, the service is quite fast. The price is average some waiters are too stiff for hospitality business.

Unfortunately the service is not nice without a smile on your face. There is a play area for children in the restaurant, but they don't like it because the children are "loud" and a gentleman turns up the music and says that people are working here and it should be quiet. If they are rude to us and our children, they shouldn't work there. This is the first time I come across something like this. The food is even delicious, except for the undercooked and hard noodles. Also at the checkout you can buy a toy for a child that costs 4 euros one day, 5 euros the next day, they cheat people with prices.

The noodles are greasy, hard and inedible! The unpleasant service is not even worth mentioning...

The people who work there are very rude. There is a children's area, but a gentleman keeps pointing out to the children and their families that it is noisy there. If they don't like it, why do they work there? Why is there such a zone?

We ordered pasta through Lieferando, which arrived on time. Contrary to the product description, the pasta was not gratinated with cheese and there was no feta. The sauce was delicious but actually just cream with frozen spinach. The quantity is more like an appetizer and is not appropriate for almost €10. I would strongly advise against ordering pasta

Great location but the lady at the checkout is unsympathetic! It doesn't work at all! Is very stressed and gets angry quickly.

We love the children's area! Unfortunately, the children were recently thrown out because an upstairs neighbor complained about the noise. But why do you create such a children's area? Food good and inexpensive. Waitress however extremely unmotivated and slow. We'll still come back and hope it will be better.

We took 2 pizzas home, they were both quite tasty. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and we didn't have to wait that long. What has a negative impact: There is a notice on the counter that reusable packaging is also available upon request. When asked about this, we were told quite openly: "The sign is only hanging there because that's how it's supposed to be. There is only reusable packaging for salad." In general, the pizzeria is self-service, so the atmosphere is busy and not very relaxing.

Unfortunately, it is often completely overcrowded. Too few seats and those that are available are taken up by guests who spend the whole day there with children. Normal pizza takes at least 30 minutes... Every normal Italian restaurant serves and serves faster.

Ich gehe hier sehr gern in meiner Mittagspause essen. Natürlich kein „echter Italiener“ aber das Essen ist super, Menge und Preis/Leistung stimmt, die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich. Immer wieder gern!

Mittags um 12:30 eingekehrt. Salat mit Thunfisch ist reichlich mit Thunfisch belegt und echt lecker weil die Zutaten nicht mit Soße "ertränkt" werden. Leckeres Mehrkornbrot gab es dazu. Es gibt für den Hohlen Zahn auch Brownies und Muffins, die nicht so mächtig sind wie die tollen Torten. Gemütliche Sitze und schöne Einrichtungen.

Ich war in der Gegend und hatte Hunger, da sah ich das Logo der Pizzeria und dachte es wäre das gleiche wie in Tempelhof. Ich bestellte eine Pizza Magherita und hatte einfach bestimmte Erwartungen was den Käse eingeht. Leider ist die Pizza hier mit Mozzarella und hatte zudem noch ein starkes Basilikumaroma. Es gibt bestimmt viele, die die Pizza gemocht hätten, aber ich komme an Mozzarella nicht ran, zumindest nicht oft. Der Käse hat für mich einfach keinen Geschmack und kühlt die Pizza etwas ab, dann habe ich dass Gefühl, ich habe “Gummi” im Mund. Ich brauche keine Pizza nach “original italienischem Rezept”. Ich mag die eingedeutschte Pizza, die es früher überall gab. Die Bewertung basiert tatsächlich nur auf meinem persönlichen Geschmack. Ich hatte ansonsten nicht auszusetzen und meine schlechte Bewertung sollte daher differenziert betrachtet werden.

Alles insgesamt Supper,aber die Bedinung verzieht ziemlich das Gesicht.

Sehr schöne Ambiente, vorallem Wc bereich sehr sauber und edel... 2 Pizza Margarita klein (aber so von grosss🙈) Kâsekuchen mit Aprikose 2 Cappuccino Ca.24 Euro Uns hat es gefallen ,werden auf jedenfall wieder gehen . Bestellung wird an der Kasse aufgenommen . Den kriegst du eine Pieper (siehe Bild )und wenn es bereit ist,wirst du informiert und hollst selber deine Essen 🍕🍕🍕🍰🍮 . Sehr sauber Danke Team 🌞🌞👍

Heute zum ersten Mal da gewesen. Die Pizza zum mitnehmen dauerte sehr lang, obwohl nicht viel los war. Schmeckte ganz gut, aber nicht überragend. Aber es wirkt sehr schön und einladend da, hübscher Laden.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Die wartezeit war etwas lang dafür das es nichtmal halb so voll war aber das will ich auch nicht beurteilen. Das essen war Super!!! die Mitarbeiter könnten etwas mehr Ausstrahlung zeigen. Im großen und ganzem sehr gut und preiswert. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben Pizza und Bürger bestellt , das Essen war sehr lecker , die Pizzen super knusprig und die Bürger sehr saftig . Preise sind auch günstig . Empfehlenswert !

Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und dauber. Die Spielecke fanden die Kinder sehr amüsant.

Leider extrem laut obwohl nur 4 Tische belegt sind. Da muss man als Restaurant Vorkehrungen treffen um den Lärm zu reduzieren, z.B. ruhige Musik und Wandgestaltung die den Lärm einfängt und nicht noch verstärkt.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und das Essen war mega lecker , ich hatte Hähnchen Gorgonzola , hübsch serviert und kurze Wartezeit , das es Selbstbedienung ist finde ich auch nicht schlimm , hübscher Laden 😉

Preiswert und mit Kinderspielplatz (Kinderfreundliches Restaurant). Essen schmeckt wie 8eur Nudeln halt schmecken aber das laute türkische Radio (in einer Pizzeria?) ist kaum auszuhalten. Das Personal ist selbst nicht in der Lage das Radio abzustellen.

Das Essen ist super lecker, vor allem der Burger ist für den Preis echt unschlagbar. Aber auch alles andere die Pizza Nudeln und die Steaks sind wirklich sehr lecker und bezahlbar. Leider wird derzeit noch nicht geliefert, hindert mich aber nicht da dran trotzdem togo zu bestellen. Immer wieder sehr gerne und bitte bleibt so.

Bestellen muss man an der Theke. Wer das nicht weiß, wartet ewig 😄

Die Portionen sind der Hammer. Ich hab in einem Restaurant noch nie eine so große Spaghetti Bolognese gegessen. Lecker wars auch.
