Terrible service, extremely unfriendly and rude, not only that, they also forget half of the things you ask for.

It's incredible and surprising to me to think that there are businesses with such a good location and infrastructure, which really have everything they need to be a gold mine, but are so poorly managed. The service is horrible, the owners have a disgusting energy. Cheap food that doesn't stand out. Going to this restaurant is like Russian roulette; you never know what kind of sh!tty attitude you're going to get. I do not recommend this restaurant for anything in the world. Pay a little more money and go to a place where they make you feel human, and not just a wallet that only has 15 minutes to eat and then has to leave because they start hovering around you to get you to leave.

The owner, who was also our waitress, was rude from the start and lacked basic manners. She acted like serving us was a favor. Our orders were wrong, and somehow we were blamed for it. The Quattro Fromaggi pizza had more tomato sauce than cheese and was overcooked, even burned. The pasta came with ingredients not listed on the menu. Even worse than the food was the owner’s attitude.

From the very beginning, the person running the place made us feel unwelcome. Instead of being treated like guests, it felt as if we were bothering her. Several mistakes were made with our order, yet the responsibility was somehow shifted onto us. The so-called Quattro Formaggi was poorly made, overloaded with tomato sauce, lacking cheese, and cooked far too long. The pasta also arrived with unexpected ingredients that were never mentioned. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the cold and dismissive way we were treated throughout our visit.

The pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, the dirt next to the table can really put you off your food. That could be improved. I hope the kitchen is cleaner.

Really affordable food and drink, a bit far from my place but kind of central and crowned area, convenience to get here from the tram and U Bahn. Bring cash with you to pay from 10€ and enjoy!

Yes, the pizza is cheap, but that's the only good thing about this dump. I've been there several times to meet my friends, but I've NEVER left satisfied! There's mold on the walls in the women's restroom, and you see flies everywhere in the open kitchen, hovering over the food. The "fresh seasonal vegetables" are from a can, and the waitress with the lip injections is always incredibly rude! If you ask for her service (e.g., for the menu), she reacts as if you've personally insulted her! The information about the food is always wrong. Payment options vary weekly. Sometimes you can pay by card, other times it's only exact cash, and then suddenly groups can't pay individually anymore. There's a significant language barrier with another server. Only one waiter rocks the place! Whatever you do, don't order the pizza with "fresh basil," because you can't see or taste it since it's supposedly mixed into the sauce! The spaghetti with "fresh seafood" is simply pasta with pieces of fish in tomato sauce! Window seats are an absolute nightmare! The windows are drafty, creating a terrible blast of wind. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant with its pseudo-"Berlin style" decor, excessively loud party music, the aforementioned mold on the walls, and the nasty waitress!

Extremely poor and unfriendly customer service. You're barely acknowledged and have to get things like oil yourself. I've truly never experienced anything like it. Not recommended.

Pleasant atmosphere, very good prices, and a wide selection of dishes. The food is delicious. However, the service is sometimes unfriendly, and misunderstandings can occur, even though there are some nice staff members. The rule that only one person can pay the bill when there are several of you is also inconvenient, often leading to unnecessary complications.

Never again! It's been known for years that the waitress is always in a bad mood. Now she's really gone too far by suggesting that if you couldn't stand someone talking loudly on their phone, which filled the entire restaurant, you should just eat at home. We left and we won't be back! While the pizza and pasta are cheap, which is good for those on a budget, nobody should have to put up with that!

After a long day at work, we were looking forward to a pizza in a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the restaurant was so busy with video calls played over speakerphone that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. The waitress was unusually unfriendly and rude. So, after just one drink and without ordering anything, we left. What a shame.

The older lady who works there is very rude.

Unfortunately, very disappointed. Upon entering, a man was sitting barefoot at the counter, looking rather distracted. We were then shown to the quieter tables in the back. The food was average and unfortunately under-seasoned, but acceptable for the low price. Unfortunately, we then had to wait a very long time because, despite our repeated requests for the bill, the waitress preferred to have a private conversation at the next table.

The pizza is delicious, the beer tastes good, the prices are reasonable, what more could you want?

Very bad experience with the weitress, very rude people.

After a long break, we finally gave it another try. The pizza was very good, and the waitress, who was usually always in a bad mood, was somewhat relaxed. They even accept card payments these days. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge us for one dish too many.

The food was average, but the service was awful. The waiter mixed up my receipt and didn’t even apologize. On top of that, they seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time.

FOOD POISONING from a pizza with pesto and mozzarella on August 16, 2025 We went to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the blonde-haired lady was very unfriendly and treated her colleagues without any appreciation. The food was so-so. The rude awakening came three hours later when two members of our group collapsed with severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and circulatory problems. Never again!!! I tried to contact the restaurant directly, but there was no response.

The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered a spaghetti alla matricciana and the waiter mentioned that the sauce marinated for a long time. Nevertheless, it didn’t taste like much - jt missed garlic, onions, herbs, and even salt. My partner ordered a pasta with ragu sauce and the ragu tasted like minced meat (and also missed salt). I’m giving 3 stars because the location is good and the service was nice, so there’s potential.

We ordered takeout due to the language barrier. A short time later, when we asked if we could eat inside the almost empty restaurant because we'd made a mistake, we were very rudely turned away and sent out of the restaurant with our food in a disgraceful manner (a tattooed young woman). I've never experienced anything like this before; we were very shocked. This doesn't correspond to the general perception of food service. We will steer clear of this place in the future...

The food, considering the price, was very good. I had the pepperoni pizza; my only complaint was that the meat was a bit salty. The service was okay, but they sometimes struggle with English. The restaurant is located on a beautiful, picturesque street. I recommend a table outside in nice weather, as it's really worth it.

Terrible service, waitress didn’t even bother to look at us when ordering and paying. She messed up our order, adding one item and leaving an entire item off. In fact, she was texting on her phone while I tried to pay. She even started complaining about the group of kids that had been there to someone outside of the restaurant. Food was mediocre, not seasoned enough.

We ordered drinks from their menu (with a picture) several times. Each time, we received something completely different. We even mentioned it, but the drink couldn't be changed, and we got the same one back. We could only leave disappointed.

Great pasta and incredible for the price. Service was fine. You really cannot beat the value/quality to price ratio here. Lots of negative reviews about service and food quality, but I didn't experience any of that. Place was very busy on a Tuesday evening so they must be doing something right.

Blonde waitress is incredibly bold and disrespectful. She has never experienced such a bad waitress. When we ordered, she literally rolled her eyes and refused to seat us because the two of us wanted to share a pizza. This wasn't the first time I was there and she was totally disrespectful towards you (even with larger orders). She has gave us a beer without us ordering one and certainly hoped we wouldn't notice.

I was pleasantly surprised. The food is very cheap and very tasty. Of course it's nothing exceptionally special, but it's great value for money! I would come again and can't understand many of the bad reviews! You just can't demand a culinary masterpiece for €4.90.

Pizza standard, pasta sauce like water, blonde waitress unfriendly, unprofessional, arrogant, toilets are the same as a train station toilet, Guest room dirty. I sat against the wall next to a power outlet that had more dust in it than anything else. The grille on the heater was so completely dirty that it was really disgusting.

Ordered a chicken salad, received oil soup. The salad was basically lettuce and a few unseasoned pieces of chicken and a lot, and I mean A LOT of oil. It wasn’t seasoned one bit. Unfortunately completely inedible. This was after I already used a napkin to drain out most of it. Never again.

They look very nice and the pizza tastes great. But sometimes you are unlucky with the food and it disappoints. But for the price it's absolutely worth it. :)

We were here very spontaneously on our Berlin trip. I was skeptical at first, but we were convinced. We got a table straight away, the service was good, the food was delicious and at a great price too. We'll be happy to come.

Rude service. Their pecorino (sheep milk cheese) was just regular cheese. When I asked about this due to my allergies against cow milk the answer was: “Yes, it’s pecorino cheese, it’s made of cow milk.” 😅

Very interesting restaurant. Restaurant walls described by customers, actually a real trendy restaurant. And the pizzas: big, tasty, and very cheap. For a tuna pizza with onions 6.90 euros! After eating you are left alone and can still work on the laptop, which is pleasant. I'd love to come back.

Very spontaneously we got a table and ordered an appetizer and two pastas. Unfortunately, the food had no taste and had to be added a lot of salt. Sauce was very runny and the “fresh ingredients” according to the menu came from a can. The service also left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and prices were cheap, but without any taste, hence 1 star. Next time we'll eat somewhere else and pay a little more.

You can safely say goodbye to your demotivated, cheeky to aggressive waitress! It just costs you money for standing around uselessly in the way (including your own staff) and constantly checking your cell phone! When you ask whether you can order, she doesn't come and just gestures around! It's just disgusting and you don't need to eat it out!

The pasta sauce is very runny. I ordered Gorgonzola, but it didn't taste like Gorgonzola, just like cream. My friend got a completely wrong dish, but it was so similar so I didn't notice it right away. But you don't dare give anything back and eat it up obediently. The waiting time was quite long and the waitress only does the bare minimum and rolls her eyes when you ask for parmesan. At the end there were two insalata mista on the bill without us ever getting them. But pizza is supposed to be pretty good. Just don't go. There is better.

Appropriate place to eat and share with friends. Pleasant, warm atmosphere in contrast to the cold outside. Low priced and good tasting food, the bad thing is that the carbonara is made with white cream instead of the traditional way with eggs

Back then we liked going there from time to time but only because of the low price. The waitress was really just a disaster, totally unmotivated and rude. Went back today after a few months and ordered pasta to take away twice, but it said outside that you pay 1 euro less per dish to go.. but had to pay the normal price and the reason was "old poster".. then I asked myself why they didn't change that. Pasta has also completely deteriorated and only tastes like Maggi vegetable broth. Don't come anymore. Then we'd better go to the shop next door.

BAD PIZZA, and FAKE WINE! their Rosé wine supplier supplied them with a fake wine made with alcohol +colorants+ chemical aromas. I know this bad technique and recognize it easily, so it's a very bad and cheap Rosé but they sell it 4,5 € per glass !!! The pizza is cheap, that's why it's a poor taste and poor quality.

There aren't many places where you can get a decent pizza for 5.90 (as of January 2025). The quality is okay. It's definitely comfortable too. Sometimes the music is too loud for my taste. Definitely a great value for money.

Angela Merkel‘s son, from Pakistan, was ignorant and rude, not a surprise. Completely understandable and acceptable that he didn’t speak, German, English or Italian, but he doesn’t behave good. At least he should say enjoy or Guten Appetit. Disgusting!!!

We were here on January 1st, 2025 around 7:00 p.m. Very friendly staff, very cheap food and drink, very tasty and good quality. Simply perfect. Keep it up! We recently went there for dinner. Everything was perfect, good food, good quality and well topped. Of course the restaurant is very simple, but everything is still good. The prices are very attractive and affordable for everyone. Lots of young audience. Very pleasant. We'd love to come back!

At the price of 5.9 euros, the CP value is enough for me to come back to this store. I have been in Italy for a long time and have tasted pasta from the street to high-end restaurants, so I will briefly explain this dish. Carbonara can only be described as rich, with a slight egg yolk flavor. There may be a little too much water in the noodles and the juice is not fully reduced (but in fact, you can get a good taste by stirring and waiting). I am not sure if I am wrong, but it tastes like bacon. , it’s not that the original recipe uses pork cheek meat, but I can’t taste the aroma of the oil that is stir-fried with the meat. The proportion of Parmesan is suitable for the taste, but I feel that the proportion of light cream is slightly higher, and the taste is thicker or thicker. Overall, it's delicious, you can eat it, and you can come back to eat it. Then the portion size is huge, okay.

If you are in Berlin, you should definitely go to Pane e Vino. Price performance is unbeatable here. The pizza is great, as is the service. The ambience is extraordinary.

Live nearby and we go here when we don't feel like cooking. Service can be so-so but it gets very busy and for the price the food is really really good.

Food is delicious and prices are very good. Unfortunately, the waitress is not courteous, is on her cell phone and gives off negative energies. That's a shame, because otherwise the atmosphere is nice. P.S. To get rid of negative energies, I recommend that the waitress do a meditation or a rock crystal to drain negative energies and promote positive vibrations.
