Pizzeria Al Lupo in Krefeld

Haben online bestellt mit voraussichtlicher Lieferzeit von 50-60 Minuten. Nach 60 Minuten wurde das Essen angeblich an den Fahrer übergeben. Nach 90 Minuten habe ich angerufen und nachgefragt wo die Lieferung hin ist. Die Lieferung wird wohl gerade ins Auto geladen, es war viel zu tun. Nach 120 Minuten kam die Pizza dann halb roh an. Kein Entschuldigung, kein Anruf das es länger dauern könnte, nichts. Sehr schade, waren mal besser!

Mit Rücksicht auf Preis, Geschmack und Menge war unsere Essenbestellung am Arbeitsplatz in Ordnung. Das Essen wurde leider eine Stunde später geliefert, was unser Plan durcheinander gebracht hat.

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig, immer gut, immer warm. Gute Pizza um nach einem harten Tag was deftiges zu essen. Passen immer eine Pizza etwas an, das ist nie ein Problem. Immer höflich

Great pizza! Always fresh and delicious. I can only say, or rather write, that the pizza is incredibly delicious. No one can say otherwise. But unfortunately, you can't eat in, and unfortunately, the pizza is a bit more expensive than other pizza places in Krefeld. But the price reflects the quality, and that's true here!

20 minutes after placing the order by phone, the order hadn't even been started. Then, after about five minutes of waiting, the order was taken again and processed. However, it was made with the wrong ingredients... The customer service area (order, wait, pick up) is characterized by sheer simplicity. On the other hand, the pizza 🍕 is of above-average quality and the price/performance ratio is good!

I ordered two portions of tagliatelle with spinach and shrimp in a cream sauce and pizza rolls. I got a pasta soup. The pasta was drowned in sauce. Inedible. The rolls were also a disaster. They weren't pizza rolls, but small bread rolls. The only thing missing were the raisins. Disaster, never again.

I have to be careful again that Google doesn't delete my humorous review because they simply can't recognize sarcasm and exaggeration, but I have to say it like this: BOY, WHAT. A. AWESOME. DOUGH. I've been on this earth for a while, and I've lived in Krefeld for a while, and I, the idiot I am, have actually NEVER eaten or ordered from Al Lupo??? This is by far the best pizza I've ever eaten. Simply perfect, with amazing, delicious toppings, and it's huge, too. Here you get quality and quantity for your money. I didn't even know that in 2025, you wouldn't be ripped off by a restaurant, especially by delivery services. But above all, the dough, dear Al Lupo team, what's wrong with you offering such amazing dough?? I could have taken photos, but unfortunately, I had to eat them as quickly as possible. My two old favorite pizzerias are great too, but honestly, Al Lupo is the new number 1 in Krefeld. I'm still completely thrilled with it even a day later. Thanks for the awesome "stuff," we'll see each other more often now (that's not a Google threat) 😍😍😍😍

I ordered twice online, and the food was hot when it arrived. Very important to me. Then there's the taste. Simply amazing. I couldn't have cooked it any better at home. Very 👍. The delivery time was a bit long, but the wait was worth it☺️

We ordered from Willich because unfortunately, there isn't a good delivery service in this area. The dough and ingredients were really delicious. The homemade chili (spicy) was also absolutely delicious. The driver was also very friendly. Thanks for the delicious 🍕 pizza.

Food is overpriced, everything is too salty, staff are unfriendly and the place stinks of sweat, just disgusting, no recommendation!

I know I'm leaning way out of the window when I say this, but this pizzeria is strange and has honest, respectful dealings with the customers, always laughing and entertaining. And the food is bombastically good 👍 I can only recommend Al lupo.

Like many other pizzerias in Germany, the pizza is adapted to local tastes. The pizza is good, bought many times, but the style is the type of dough is far from the original Neapolitan pizza.

Definitely the best address for pizza. You can only pick it up or have it delivered. Eating on site is not possible.

Got a pizza there for the first time. This was well covered, but the floor wasn't great at all. Furthermore, the pizza was thrown together rather carelessly and the ingredients were not distributed sensibly. For the rather expensive price I would have expected better.

Exorbitant prices and unfriendly boss

The pizzas are very tasty. But that doesn't justify having to wait 2 hours for your order. It will not accommodate you in any way. Which is a shame because we liked ordering there.

I have ordered here several times, so my rating is for the last order. Pizza was delivered just lukewarm. By switching to 2 sizes, my pizza became 2 euros more expensive. It's annoying when you get a dried-out, lukewarm pizza. In the end €12.00 (a spoonful of garlic oil €0.50!) is too expensive for me in the future.

We ordered online, everything arrived fresh and warm. My salad was delicious and plentiful, the pizza rolls were very large and tasty. The herb butter was also great. I can recommend it and I will too 👍👍

Ordered pizza online. Should be delivered between 7:45 p.m. and 8:05 p.m. Called at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered yet. We found out that the ordering hadn't even started yet. NEVER order from Al Lupo again!

Pizzas were very tasty and mostly made with fresh ingredients. Porcini mushrooms weren't fresh, which is okay, but they were tasty and just a little watery. Points deducted for the long delivery time. Delivery time announced for May 20th at the latest. Called at 8:30 p.m. and asked. Answer, order is in progress. Called at 8:50 p.m., time until May 9th, otherwise I will cancel the order. The pizzas arrived at 9:03 p.m.

The driver was super unfriendly and, with a strong accent, complained about paying online because there was no tip. At a time when the minimum wage is so high, it's an absolute disgrace. The food was okay, but that's not possible. Never again.

I've already ordered a few times from Lieferando, mostly pasta or vegetable casserole. It was always delicious, the food arrived hot and portions were huge. I think the prices are good too.

Ich habe das Essen dort vor Ort abgeholt, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Leider war das Essen nicht genießbar. Ich weiß nicht, was es ist, aber irgendwas war in den Pizzabrötchen drin. Daraufhin habe ich eine E-Mail mit den Bildern an das Restaurant geschickt, bis heute kam keine Antwort. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Restaurant etwas geholt habe.

Haben schon locker 10 mal bestellt und immer ging es schnell und hatte die gleiche qualität, also immer sehr lecker. Vielen Dank👌🏼

Habe heute dort per Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam in der angegebenen Zeit und hat überragend geschmeckt. Das Essen wurde korrekt, nach Wunsch zubereitet. Man merkt, dass dort frische Produkte eingesetzt werden. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich! Wir werden hier öfter bestellen

Al Lupo Ist die beste Pizzeria von NRW. Nirgends ist die Pizzaqualität so , wie dort.und wo es sehr gute Qualität gibt , muss man eben längere Wartezeit manchmal im Kauf nehmen.
