In my opinion, one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. They skimped on the Gouda cheese, which simply doesn't belong on a pizza. The pre-made dough is also unconvincing. Furthermore, I find Pizza Boy's prices outrageously high! After this second chance, I will never order from them again!

Yesterday I ordered a pizza for home delivery. It arrived 1.5 hours later and was freezing cold. As a bonus, it even came with a hair as a thank you. I've ordered from them twice before and everything was fine, but never again, sorry. I have photos, but I don't want you to feel ill.

Pizzaboy in Darmstadt is always a real treat! I especially want to highlight the exceptionally friendly staff – you feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. The open kitchen is a truly unique experience: you can watch the chefs preparing your food and immediately sense their passion. Besides the classic dishes, the delicious Asian food is a particular highlight, prepared fresh, aromatic, and incredibly creative. It's a fantastic combination that you won't find everywhere! All in all, it's a place you'll want to return to again and again – because of the delicious food, the atmosphere, and the people who make this place so special.

I've always been satisfied with the service and food at Pizzaboy in Darmstadt! Whether ordering through the Lieferando app or ordering in person, the quality of the order has always been excellent. I especially appreciate the open kitchen. You get a great view of the well-coordinated team at work. Even the owner himself is happy to lend a hand when needed during busy times. The pizzas are delicious, and the Asian dishes are also tasty. I have no complaints about the hygiene; anyone can see the freshness and condition of the food for themselves upon entering. Pizzaboy is one of my favorite restaurants in Darmstadt. A great bonus: For orders placed in person, you can park for free behind the restaurant and even get a discount for picking up your order, which I think is fantastic.

Bad service. They don't let anyone use the bathroom. A store where you're not allowed to do business won't be able to count on my business either.

I wanted to order a salad and asked if I could have duck instead of chicken. The server said, "I don't know, I'll ask the manager." The manager then said, "I don't know, ask the chef." The chef finally said, "Yes, go ahead, it'll cost 7 euros more." When I heard that, I quickly calculated: 20 euros for a salad, oh my god, how expensive. Then I said, "No, I'll stick with the regular salad, but with breaded chicken instead of regular." In the end, though, I still only got regular chicken. To make matters worse, the drinks arrived incorrectly. After I pointed this out, they corrected something, but in the process, another drink was forgotten. Conclusion: Never again at Pizzaboy Darmstadt

I placed an order here and was shocked by what I saw while waiting. The employee preparing my pizza wrap stopped mid-preparation, grabbed his phone, touched his hair, and then continued straight away—without washing his hands. Watching this was simply disgusting. It completely ruined my appetite and took away all faith in their hygiene standards. This was my last time. I will not order from here again and truly hope that management takes hygiene seriously in the future.

The food is delicious, but the wait times are outrageous. We always wait an hour for our food, even though everything is empty. The service is completely rude. Every time we sat here, the food was thrown at us. On top of that, the service always uses AirPods, and when we called them, they couldn't even hear us because of the AirPods.

I specifically ordered a dish without cheese due to an allergy. Nevertheless, I was served one with parmesan cheese on top. The server was annoyed and unfriendly when I pointed this out. No apology, no understanding. Absolutely terrible service.

The food is delicious. We've ordered from there often. Unfortunately, the customer service is abysmal. Our address was accepted by the system, and payment was made via PayPal. We then received a call and were suddenly informed that we were outside the delivery area and that we would have to pick up our food, and our payment would not be refunded. Despite a lengthy discussion, arguing that this was a system error, the delivery was denied. They even accused us of manipulation! Simply outrageous and not at all customer-friendly. A shame!

The team at Pizzaboy is simply super friendly—you feel immediately welcome. The pizza? A different kind of awesome! Really delicious dough, fresh ingredients, and simply a taste that stands out from the crowd.

The pizza was always quite good, now tried Asian. It's not our taste, you can almost only taste the cream. Had two different dishes and both were very tasteless....

This place is for mostly take out or delivery. If you prefer to dine in there are a few tables. You may wait more than usual for the service if you eat at the restaurant.

It is truly regrettable to encounter such behavior in our beautiful city, where compassion and respect should be the basis of interactions with one another. The food is not something to complain about, but these boxes in which food is delivered stink of mold, they really smell. In the past, you could only smell it when the supplier opened them and gave out the pizzas, for example. Now the pizza itself reeks of that moldy stench. It's just disgusting! These boxes either need to be replaced or disinfected or whatever. No other pizza delivery company has boxes like this that smell like mold! Do something!

Ordered tortellini casserole yesterday. Arrived with rotten ingredients. (something, either the cheese or the tortellini was bad, you could tell by the taste and smell) I then called and complained and was promptly told that they would freshen it up and send it to me. After an hour the tortellini casserole came, again with exactly the same rotten ingredients as the first. The whole thing cost me €15 and I got the stomach flu from just one tortellini. Pizzaboy has really slacked off. If you already offer Asian dishes, you should also use the appropriate rice for the high price, such as basmati rice and not parboiled rice. Ich war heute wieder seit langem das erste mal da. Es hat leider an Qualität und Belag ziemlich nach gelassen. Wir hatten alle Pizza bestellt, als es auf den Tisch kam sah es aus wie ein Tiefkühl Pizza was aber noch zusätzlich sehr trocken war. Wir haben es sofort reklamiert, es hieß dann die deutschen Kunden mögen es nicht mehr so saftig also viel mit Belag und Käse, weil es dann zu fettig wäre! Aber eure Belege machen eure Pizzen aus. Ich zahl ja nicht so viel Geld für ein trocken Pizza. Die kamen uns zwar entgegen und machten für uns eine neue Pizza aber leider wieder viel zu trocken und fade. Schmeckt einfach nach nichts mehr. Bitte werdet wieder so wie früher. Lässt nicht nach wie alle anderen weil der Laden gelaufen ist bzw jetzt noch läuft, weil das wird echt sonst demnächst nach hinten gehen!!!

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!!! Die Gerichte sind wirklich sehr lecker und immer sehr frisch. Das Restaurant bringt eine tolle Hygiene mit sich. Die Portionen sind sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr toll und immer gastfreundlich. Super

Habe heute das erste Mal dort bestellt, Selbstabholung. Wir waren leider ein bisschen zu spät, aber der Chef (wie ich schätze) war sehr freundlich und hat sich nur um das Essen gesorgt, welches dann natürlich schon ein bisschen abgekühlt war. Auf dem Weg zurück haben wir direkt von der Pizza probiert und wow, die Pizza mit Hollandaise, Chicken und Brokkoli ist der Wahnsinn. Beim Betreten des Ladens hat man schon direkt gesehen, dass sie ihre Pizzateige mit großer Mühe selbst machen und das merkt man auch. Die Nudeln mit Tomatensahnesoße sind auch sehr lecker. Sie sparen nicht bei der Soße, was ich loben möchte. Die Frühlingsrollen sind leider nicht so knusprig, aber das kann auch an unserer Verspätung liegen. In einer Frühlingsrolle war keine Füllung und die Soße hat für die Frühlingsrollen leider gefehlt. Alles in Allem 4/5 Sternen, wenn es gehen würde, würde ich auch 4,5/5 machen.

Das Essen kam pünktlich und heiß an. Geschmacklich im oberen Mittelfeld anzusiedeln. Es fehlte uns etwas an Würze. Wir haben fünf Gerichte bestellt. Eins kam trotzt dreifachem Wiederholen der Bestellung falsch an. Generell aber keine falsche Wahl bei Pizzaboy zu bestellen.
