Die Frage ist ob ein Stern überhaupt reicht wir haben essen bestellt online und wurden immer wieder am Telefon als Bruder gennant… wir haben für über 40€ dort bestellen und rein garnichts bekommen einfach nur ein Saft laden der Bestellungen ankommt und nicht ab arbeitet

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen hier was bestellen. Lieferung kommt viel später als es kommen sollte. Personal vollunfreundlich , legen beim Gespräch auf und gehen nicht mehr dran .

Die Bestellung hat sich stark verspätet.

Meine Familie und ich haben 10 Pizzen bei Pizza Joker in Darmstadt bestellt .Alle waren superlecker! Die Lieferung kam pünktlich, heiß und frisch an.

Wir haben in letzter Zeit öfter bei Poker Pizza bestellt, aber leider läuft bei den Lieferungen fast jedes Mal etwas schief. Mehrfach mussten wir über 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Einmal war mein Schokoladen-Soufflé komplett zerlaufen, weil das Eis in der Tüte ausgelaufen ist und alles aufgeweicht hat. Außerdem fehlen häufig bestellte und bereits bezahlte Produkte in der Lieferung. Was auch unangenehm auffällt: Einige Lieferanten diskutieren wegen Trinkgeld und sagen, dass sie nichts davon bekommen, wenn man es bei der Bestellung hinzufügt, weil es angeblich nur beim Chef landet. Ein besonders seltsames Erlebnis hatten wir auch: Ein Lieferant meinte, sein Kartenlesegerät funktioniert nicht und wir sollten den Betrag auf sein Konto überweisen. Das haben wir gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hat dann das Restaurant angerufen und gefragt, ob wir das Geld überwiesen haben und an wen – und meinten dann, dass es ein Betrüger gewesen sei, bevor einfach aufgelegt wurde. Außerdem kommt es leider vor, dass man nach einer Bestellung von Lieferanten über WhatsApp angeschrieben wird, teilweise sogar Tage später. Dabei wird oft versucht, ein Gespräch anzufangen, obwohl man darauf gar nicht eingehen möchte. Wenn man nicht antwortet, wird man teilweise mehrfach angeschrieben, sodass wir die Nummern am Ende blockieren mussten, weil es einfach unangenehm wurde. Das Essen selbst schmeckt eigentlich gut, allerdings sind die Preise inzwischen ziemlich teuer. Wenn man schon mehr bezahlt, erwartet man zumindest, dass die Bestellung vollständig und ohne Probleme ankommt. Die vielen Probleme mit der Lieferung, fehlenden Artikeln und solchen Situationen machen das Ganze leider sehr frustrierend. Insgesamt sind wir daher sehr unzufrieden mit dem Service, obwohl das Essen an sich gut ist. Hier müsste dringend an der Organisation und Zuverlässigkeit gearbeitet werden.

Leider habe ich die Bewertungen erst nach der Bestellung gesehen und habe jetzt auch Zollstock rausgeholt, es sind zwar 23cm versprochen, geliefert wurden unter 20, schade, denn die Pizza schmeckt nicht schlecht und obwohl sehr dick, ist der Teig gut...

Wir haben gestern sieben Pizzen bestellt und waren alle enttäuscht. Geschmacklich fand ich die Pizza nicht gut und für den Preis, hätte ich was anderes erwartet. Fazit : Nicht nur die teuerste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe, sondern auch die schlechteste.

Der Salat war ein Witz, frisch und lecker ist was anderes. Pizza trieft vor Fett, schmeckt labbrig und kalt. Pizzabrötchrn schmecken nach Gar nichts. Bestellungen werden vertauscht, die Fahrer sind unprofessionell. Was soll man dazu sagen, außer das 1 Stern zu viel ist.

Ich musste in Frankfurt einen Nachtflug erwischen. Ich beschloss, das hier zu meinem letzten Essen in Deutschland zu machen. Bestellt bloß nie diesen fettigen Müll! Das Hähnchen schmeckte nur nach Fett. Absolut geschmacklos und mit billigen Füllstoffen. Es war einfach nur widerlich. Wirklich widerlich.

Wir haben bei American Pan Pizza bestellt und werden von euch beliefert? Alle Pizzen über der kleinsten Größe, kommen nicht als Pan sondern als Dünne Pizza, Frechheit. Egal wie gut sie war, ich zahle einen Aufpreis für eine Pan pizza und will diese auch haben. Zudem haben die Bacon Streifen komplette gefehlt. Fühle mich maximal abgezogen von euch.

Auto fährt mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit. Überholt Fahrzeuge von rechts. Bei Anruf wird dies als normal gesehen. Respektlos.

I ordered the poker salad and it was a complete disappointment. For €15, I expect something fresh and decent, but this was just thrown together without any care. The meat was dry, tough, and had a strange aftertaste. The vegetables looked old and mushy. Visually questionable, and the taste was even worse. You simply don't serve something like that, especially not at that price. For me, it was a disaster, and definitely the last time I'll order salad from here.

My wife and I ordered two pizzas. After eating them, we had stomach cramps and vomited. We were awake all night in pain. This is a disaster. The health department should be contacted.

After having an extremely unfriendly employee on the phone while ordering (which we considered harmless), we suddenly found the bill was higher than the actual cost of the meal. We called and received a message from the same employee (again in a very annoyed tone) that the extra €5 was the delivery charge. When we pointed out that it should be added to the bill next, all they said was, "Should I add that too, or what?" in an unacceptable tone. NEVER AGAIN! What a shame, because we enjoyed ordering there.

Never again! I ordered a "Quick Fix Box"; the chicken strips and cheddar sauce were missing, and the Coke I was charged a deposit for was only for export, so I can't exchange it.

I called Pizza Poker Darmstadt to place an order. When I placed my order, they suddenly said they wouldn't deliver for orders under €35. When I asked the employee on the phone why the online order stated a €20 minimum, he simply replied, "The boss says so!" Impossible!

There are a few noodles in the sauce. €15 is pretty cheeky for this cheese soup.

We ordered there last week. 2 things were not included. It was then said that if we reported, we would receive a dish and a drink as compensation. We wanted to do that, but it doesn't work. We should order more otherwise it won't work. So the service was more than disappointing. A lot of money paid for only half in the end. We definitely won't be ordering there again.

I recently had a pizza here and absolutely loved it! The dough was perfectly thin and crispy, just the way I love it. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality - you could taste the difference straight away. The tomato sauce in particular was aromatic and round in taste. The pizza was generously topped and had the perfect ratio of cheese to toppings. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. Overall, an all-round great experience that I can only recommend to any pizza lover! I will definitely come back. Five stars without question!

My pizza arrived late, was cold and didn't taste good at all. An offer where you buy two pizzas and only pay for one was not accepted for my Margherita pizza with cheese crust. The employees were also extremely disrespectful. I am disappointed and will never order there again. Disaster!!!

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The pizza was delivered burnt as can clearly be seen in the pictures. When I asked the employee about it, I was told that this was a "new style of pizza" - an absolutely absurd explanation. In terms of taste, the pizza was not convincing due to the burnt crust and uneven baking. I definitely don't recommend this "new style" and the handling of customer complaints was anything but professional. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

Ordered food there. Pizza comparable to an American Big Pizza from the frozen section. Aioli isn't really aioli but more like garlic sauce from a bottle, at least I couldn't taste any difference. Advise not to order here.

I was in Darmstadt with my wife over the weekend. Because we didn't really feel like eating at the hotel. We looked for a delivery service. A positive thing to mention is that extra requests were not a problem. Food came 40 minutes later after ordering and was hot. The taste and crispiness of the 2 pizzas was top.

I've ordered from them twice and it's been great every time. The pizza with cheese crust is super tasty and the burgers are also top. The ingredients are fresh. The boss is very nice and makes you feel welcome. (And most importantly the food is Halal) Absolutely recommended!

What the nice employees apparently didn't know was that I have the same native language. The supplier (his name is Awais) insulted me in my native language. I regularly eat the Zinger Burger at Pizza Poker in Darmstadt. The restaurant puts decently sized fillets in the burger, so it justifies the price. However, if the restaurant were to reduce the amount of meat for profit reasons, I would not visit the store. Ambience is a typical delivery shop, meaning just eat and go. No place to stay. The big drawback is the very high price.

The pizza driver, as he calls himself, simply blocks the cars. And it gets pretty rude. If I saw this behavior alone, I wouldn't buy anything there.

He was taking pieces of meat into his hands to fry, without wearing gloves, from the kitchen of a very dirty and terrible business.

The worst restaurant I've ever seen. I ordered on January 19, 2024 at 10:09 p.m. After 1 hour I called and asked about my food and they said he should be there immediately. Half an hour later I called again and they said he would be there shortly after 1 hour He came to bring me food and eat it ice cold and wrong. I called again and explained this to the man on the phone and he wanted to flash me a voucher. I told him no, I wanted it new. The driver came after 40 minutes and I gave him the old food and told him it was okay It's a shame to throw away what he or his colleague should eat. I then opened the food and it was wrong again I ran out to the driver caught him and said it's wrong again and the driver called the store before me and made a new order and took the wrong food and said in 40 minutes it should be there and apologized 1000 times I say I hope so I've been waiting for so long honestly. After 1 hour I called the store and asked again about my food and the owner simply said because the food had already been delivered twice they just decided not to do anything more and I told him they didn't even tell me I paid money for nothing I want my money back immediately. And they wanted to give me a voucher again, I said no, my money and an apology from them and now I'm writing the review because it's 01/31/24 and I still have no money left, so I've never seen such a bad store or system I have no idea what they do there all day, but they should first hire staff who can speak German and apologize if they do something wrong and not be rude on the phone, so I'll never order again, I'd rather eat earth or something.

Die Hähnchenteile und der Krautsalat sind auch nicht schlechter als bei Kentucky. Durch die Lieferung waren die Pommes halt etwas latschig aber durchaus genießbar. Die Lieferzeit war ca 30 Minuten, was okay ist.

The best fried chicken in Darmstadt. The portion and the chicken pieces are big. Juicy and tasty. The ambience is not suitable for eating there, no enough space inside and not cosy table outside. It is better to deliver or take away. The curly fries and hot crispy chicken filet are highly recommended.

Unsere Bestellung hatte mehr als 20 Minuten Verspätung, es hat sehr viel bei der Bestellung gefehlt. Auf meinem Burger war bis auf wenig Camembert nichts zu finden. Nur ein trockenenes Brot mit ein bisschen Marmelade und ein bisschen Käse. Bei dem Crispy Chicken Burger war durchgeweicht und kein bisschen crispy. So wie die Pommes, die nur matschig waren. Pizzabrötchen haben auch gefehlt und der Lieferant ist nochmal gekommen, weil er gesagt hat, das Geld fehlt, obwohl er nicht richtig auf die Rechnung geschaut hat

Gekaufte Bewertungen ohne Ende. Alle die bewerten sind komischerweise aus zb den USA oder anderen Teilen der Welt. Leute bestellt einfach hier nicht. Die meisten Bestellungen sind gekauft. Nicht alle aber überwiegend.

Keine Ahnung wie man es schafft eine Bestellung einfach komplett zu vergessen, aber starke Leistung. Muss man erstmal hinbekommen. Werd auf jeden fall wieder dort bestellen um wieder niemals meine Bestellung zu bekommen. Wirklich 200/10 kann es jedem empfehlen der abnehmen will, denn essen wird man hier safe nicht :)
