I regret to inform you that I must give a very negative review, primarily based on the service and the wait time. We waited an unbelievable two and a half (2.5) hours for our order! When we placed the order, we were promised a wait time of only half an hour. This is an unacceptable and blatant misrepresentation. What is even more serious, however, is the behavior of the staff. They were extremely rude, disrespectful, and outrageous in their communication. Such a lack of respect for customers is absolutely unacceptable in the restaurant industry. The food itself was okay, but nothing special.

I ordered a salad today at 9:30 PM, which was supposed to arrive around 10:00 PM. At 10:30 PM, I called to inquire about it. After a few minutes on hold, a man told me the delivery driver was already on his way. Without waiting for any further response, he hung up. Another half hour passed, and I tried calling again, but then discovered the restaurant was closed, meaning I wouldn't receive any updates. I had to accept that I wouldn't be waiting any longer for a delivery. It's a real shame because the problem wasn't the wait time itself, but the unfriendly and nonexistent communication with the restaurant.

12:25 Unfortunately, I waited 84 minutes instead of the 35 minutes predicted by Lieferando – without any notification of the delay. Both the Penne Al Forno and the Penne Arrabiata tasted great!! 2:25 I waited 52 minutes instead of the 38 minutes predicted by Lieferando. The pizza didn't have a thin, crispy crust, but it still tasted pretty good. The Lasagne Al Forno was great. 4:24 I waited 60 minutes instead of the 43 minutes predicted by Lieferando... totally fine; the delivery driver was super nice. Despite specifying that I didn't want corn, the Basic Salad had tons of it. The wedges in the styrofoam tray were unfortunately completely soggy. The Panini Cheese was great; the Pasta Mista casserole was good. 3:23 I waited 58 minutes instead of the 31 minutes predicted by Lieferando. The Greek Salad was very good but relatively small. Kentucky Fried Chicken tastes great. October 2022: Waited 60 minutes with Lieferando instead of the predicted 43... totally fine. Potato wedges were very good. The "fried" mushrooms in the chicken salad were almost raw and cold, otherwise the salad was okay. The pizza doner was very good; even the crust was almost crispy and thin. The delivery driver was extremely friendly. May 2021: Waited 50 minutes with Lieferando instead of the predicted 32... okay. Pizzas were good... They could be a bit spicier and have more tomato sauce. The crust isn't typical Italian; it's from a baking pan... you can tell. Too much cheese on the Margherita. September 2020: Waited 63 minutes with Lieferando instead of the predicted 27... but was informed of the delay 10 minutes before arrival. The Crispy Chicken salad is good, but unfortunately the wrong dressing was delivered. The Kentucky al Forno is a large portion and very good.

Waiting time >90 minutes, even when it's busy, that's simply too much!

Absolutely irresponsible. I placed my order around 8:30 pm and have already paid. It's now 10:43 pm and I still haven't received anything. I even called at 9:24 pm and the man on the phone told me in a very unfriendly tone that all the drivers had been dispatched and the food should be there any minute. Now the restaurant is closed and I have no way of contacting anyone.

The worst supplier ever. I've never seen such unprofessional customer service. No cancellation possible, money is withheld, and customers are treated condescendingly and insulted as if they were being harassed. The man on the phone should lose his job!

I've never experienced anything so bad. Don't even think about ordering this service/food... Waited 2 hours for delivery. Pizza was lukewarm... Called 3 times at roughly 10-20 minute intervals, 3 times they said it was on its way. The last time they said 7 minutes, but it was 24 minutes ;)

I ordered four dishes. Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered was missing. They still tried to charge me the full amount. After an hour, they finally delivered a cold pizza – no compensation, no apology, nothing. Then the driver even insulted me. We were customers for many years, but that's over now.

The worst experience of my life, or one of the worst. In a beautiful neighborhood of Bonn, but not next to the church, or the cathedral, or Beethoven's house... No. 25 minutes or more from the center. We ordered three bottles of sparkling water, and they gave us three glasses. Without showing the bottle, without knowing where the water comes from. That's why we didn't order anything to eat; we didn't like that they didn't show the bottle of water when they served it. And then they wanted to charge us €7.50, and finally they charged us €5.50. According to them, they gave us a 1.5-liter bottle for the three glasses, which in their store costs €5.50. A rip-off! A rip-off and very bad service.

I'm still waiting for a refund for the dessert that wasn't delivered... I've called twice, and no one seems to care. Just incredibly ignorant and unprofessional! The curry wasn't that tasty, and they didn't serve broccoli even though it was advertised. I would never order from here again.

I understand if something isn't there, it can happen, but having the nerve to charge for aioli when you don't have it is outrageous. They should have just taken it out, and the herb butter as a substitute is ridiculous when you order fries with nuggets. Never again when you have to expect everything.

Today we ordered from Pizzaboy: vegetarian Chinese noodles, Chinese rice with chicken, chop suey with beef and pasta gambaretti. The Gambaretti pasta was extremely greasy and consisted almost entirely of cream. The announced vegetables were missing in both the Chinese noodles and the Chinese rice with chicken. Instead of peas, peppers or bean sprouts, the rice only contained carrot sticks and the noodles contained spring onions, which deprived the dishes of the promised fresh taste. The beef chop suey was also way too salty. The delivery process was particularly annoying: We ordered at 5:12 p.m. and the food didn't arrive until 6:30 p.m., even though we only live about five minutes away. After calling about an hour later we were told delivery would be in 10-15 minutes - it ended up taking almost another 30 minutes with no apology or explanation followed. Overall, this experience leaves the impression that our order was either forgotten or poorly organized. It's a shame because we were looking forward to the food. Unfortunately the price is not justified.

Totally unfriendly service, plates are not cleared away. Cutlery and napkins for two people packed in one. Oyster sauce tasted like adulterated sweet and sour sauce. You had to ask for the bill several times and it listed Cola 0.33 l get 0.25 or 0.2l. The waitress was sitting in the office and was busy with her cell phone. One star would be too much here

The fries with aioli aren't bad. Unfortunately we had schnitzel with croquettes as our main course, which really didn't taste good. Delivery was relatively quick and appearance was ok.

Today we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a salami pizza with a cheese crust. About the Hawaiian pizza: You had to look for both the pineapple and the ham. And just tomato sauce. Even the cheese on top was very poor. Now to the salami pizza with a cheese crust: you could get the impression that the pizza had been warmed up again. The base was tough like rubber, the cheese on the edge and on top was more than poor, it was only lukewarm and the salami was very little and, above all, totally torn and thrown on it absolutely carelessly. Conclusion: We will order somewhere else in the future

I ordered lasagne this evening. It was a 0/10. I mean, when you heat up a lasagne in the microwave, you should make it WARM and not have everything lukewarm on the outside and cold in the middle. I had to put the lasagna in the microwave again myself. What I'm also wondering is how you want to make a complete lasagne within 5-7 minutes that isn't out of the fridge. Then at least put a little bit of cheese on it SO YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE IT! Conclusion: Lasagna from the fridge is way too cold. Lasagna not recommended.

Absolutely terrible! I order 2 pizzas, in 2 names. An order was pre-ordered for 8:15 p.m. The other should be delivered as quickly as possible. Then my sister received her pizza so I still hadn't received my pizza. Now I called to say that I had ordered 2 pizzas and one was still missing. I was then told in a very unfriendly manner that he thought I would only place 1 order!, even though there were 2 and not one. Then he sent me a picture via WhatsApp(!) to show me that he had called me to let me know that apparently the other one was no longer being delivered. Why is a picture sent to me via WhatsApp to show me that I have been called when I always ask myself: why? I ordered 2 pizzas and not one with different names! I was also rudely told on the phone that he would now make another pizza. Absolute impudence!!! Now I wrote the review and called at 8:58 p.m. and received it at 9:13 p.m.... But he thought it was only 1 order.... At least the delivery service was nice and the food was fine. What is really a disaster: calling anonymously and blaming the customer... I can't help it if my cell phone automatically blocks it when someone calls anonymously and I can't call them back... and then there's the matter The WhatsApp thing is really one of the worst... never again!

Caution, I found a piece of a paper clip in the ordered meal!!!! The person that was eating the meal could’ve harmed himself! The refund was rejected. They give zero care for their customers!!

I took their BBQ chicken pizza home on Thursday night and have been vomiting ever since. I don't know what their problem is, but they also gave me change in Turkish lira rather than euros. Go at your own risk.

Pizza poorly cut, limp, value for money is a joke. No card payment possible. Employees extremely unfriendly both to each other and to the customers. Rip-off from start to finish. we ordered a pizza that never arrived. When we called to find out; what happened, I received several accusations and threats. According to the employee, the driver would have written to us on WhatsApp but the order was made by calling on the cell phone and not via WhatsApp, they could have called us normally. The man on the phone accused us of always doing that but it was only our second order there. Since the man on the phone was very rude and unavailable, the situation was unfortunately not clarified.

Im Sommer früher gerne draußen gegessen. In diesem Jahr Essen ok, im Brotkörbchen verknuddelte und verkrümmelte Servietten. In den letzten Wochen zwei mal bestellt. Einmal eine absolut ungenießbare Pizza. Wurde neu gemacht und geliefert. War danach immerhin essbar, aber weit entfernt von gut. Gestern asiatisch bestellt. Fettig, fade und mit Zwiebeln statt ohne. Nach 40 Minuten neuer Versuch. Habe also insgesamt 1,5 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet. Die Dame am Telefon war super nett, aber das rettet es auch nicht mehr. Ihr wart mal gut, aber in den letzten Monaten absolut inakzeptabel. Schade

Gestern Schnitzel mit Kroketten Und Hollondaise bestellt.Füt 11,50 eine Frechheit.Gepresstes Fleisch und labbrig.Für den Preis erwarte ich ein leckeres Schnitzel.Für ein paar Euro mehr bekomme ich im Restaurant noch einen Beilagensalat und das Schnitzel ist größer.

Essen ist super die Lieferung unter aller Sau. Der fahrer behauptet er darf mit Auto nicht in meine Straße fahren und fragt mich ob ich 2 Straßen weiter kommen könnte um das Essen zu holen. Ich meine im ernst jetzt wenn ich mein Essen an irgendein Ort abholen soll Brauch ich auch nicht bestellen.....

Ich war mehrmals da, habe immer nur eine Thunfisch/Champignons Pizza 🍕 genommen und sie war immer saftig und lecker 😋 Die Mitarbeiter nett und Freundelich 👍🏻 Aber leider ist es nur ein kleiner laden mit geringe Sitz Möglichkeit innen, aber die haben auch eine außen Terrasse und beim guten Wetter kann man sich auch außen hinsetzen 👍🏻

Egal was wir bestellen, das Essen ist immer gut und schnell fertig. Der Preis ist etwas höher als bei der Konkurrenz. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Nudeln komplett weichgekocht und die Tomatensauce absolut versalzen. Bin echt nicht pingelig was essen angeht aber musste es leider wegschmeißen weil es absolut ungenießbar war. Schade...

Ich habe schon häufiger dort bestellt. Pro : leckeres Essen Contra : lange Wartezeiten bis über eine Stunde und falsch gelieferte Bestellungen. Schade wenn man schon so lange wartet und dann auch noch ein anderes essen bekommt als man bestellt hat

Ich habe das Gefühl an der Freundlichkeit des Personals könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Zu den Produkten Ich hatte beim letzten Mal Endstücke der Sucuk auf der Pizza, optisch ein NoGo. Ausserdem wurde eine Zange für alle Bestandteile des Salates genutzt. Geschmacklich passt alles. Ich persönlich gehe demnächst lieber woanders hin.

Eigentlich bestell ich hier gerne aber die letzten Male hab ich immer bei den Gebratenen Nudeln immer Stücken von den Eierschalen gefunden. Wirklich sehr ekelhaft!!! Konzertiert euch bei der Arbeit!

Ich werde dort niemals bestellen. Mit so einer drecks karre liefern die aus. Wie sieht es wohl in der Küche aus?

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Leider dauert es häufig relativ lange bis dieses geliefert wird, was eher unangenehm für den hungrigen Magen ist. Noch ärgerlicher ist es dann wenn man nach langer Wartezeit bemerkt, dass gerade das Essen was man bestellt hat nicht mitgeliefert wurde.

Wir sind mehr oder weniger Stammkunden. Freundlicher und guter Service und gute Qualität. México Pizza und Caesar Salat sind zu empfehlen.
