Don't order the chicken wings with teriyaki sauce under any circumstances. The sauce tastes burnt/toxic. It's unbelievable that they can sell such a thing. The pizzas were poorly made and overloaded with cheap cheese. I don't know what happened to me in the store, but that's not standard for Domino's.

Ordered a Greek Style and a Bombay last night. What can I say? Delicious! Delivery was exactly on time, and the driver was nice. 👍🏻 Would order again!

DISGUSTING+++++ One of the worst meals. Tastes very, very bad... The pizza is just greasy... I only ate one piece and immediately got full and threw the rest away... There was a slimy white piece of pasta inside, like the one in the photo, which was disgusting. Also, the staff got zero ratings. So, not recommended... Pizza from the supermarket is better.

The food itself is good. But they charge a €5 Paypal transfer just because of a typo (pickup), so your order can be delivered, even though there are no order fees at all and it's certainly not taxed. It's a real shame to rip off your customers like this... that was the last order.

Hard to say. One order through Lieferando was good, in the other, they managed to oversalt a pizza. The third order was canceled by them and then later changed to 'delivered,' so I didn't get my money back! How antisocial and criminal can you possibly be? You cancel an order that came in shortly after 8 p.m. (early enough), and then change it so that my money is confiscated! In the end, I got robbed! Anyone who acts like that doesn't deserve a shop, they deserve jail!

I ordered three pizzas for pickup – unfortunately, the visit was a complete disappointment. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed the lack of cleanliness. The station where the pizzas were topping was particularly shocking: The employee there was fully covered, which is fine in itself, but the surrounding area was unhygienic. Several poop flies/bluebottles were flying in the open containers containing the ingredients, and the entire area gave an unkempt impression. The floor was also visibly dirty. Although we picked up and paid for the pizzas, we didn't touch them when we got home – the disgust at what we saw was simply too great. Very disappointing – I will definitely not order from here again.

Delivery food, which you now get with poor service and at restaurant prices. Part of the delivery wasn't delivered or was delivered incorrectly. When we pointed this out, we were offered a redelivery or a credit to our customer account, which, however, cannot be redeemed online. A refund to the original payment method (PayPal) is not possible. In the store itself, you can only pay in cash; if you don't have enough money, you'll be offered PayPal. Overall, that seems questionable to me, but other departments have to take care of that. The redelivery arrived when the rest of the food was finished, and the owner's 'solution' was a bottle of Fanta, which no one here drinks. But yes, it's the will that counts. Unfortunately, we've also had bad experiences with the drivers. Shortly before delivery, we received a call asking if we could come downstairs (from the apartment building) because he was so busy. After I replied that you can't leave a baby alone in the apartment and that he should please come upstairs, the caller hung up without a word and came to the apartment door, but without eye contact, a "please," a "hello," or "goodbye." Even my address was ignored. Extremely rude. Well, everyone has to decide for themselves whether a pizza, pizza rolls, and rice with chicken are worth €45. Combined with the customer service and business practices, it's no longer worth it to us.

I've always been very satisfied. However, I chose priority delivery again this time, and the food arrived 40 minutes late after being marked "in transit" (a 3-minute drive, 1 km away). When I called the branch, they said the driver's car had broken down, which I consider an excuse. Even with a car change, it doesn't take 40 minutes. The pizza was dry and hard, so I ordered from a different delivery service. Truly disappointing!

Don't order from them! I ordered a pizza from them and got a rude response because my front door didn't open right away. I told the driver that this wasn't a reason to be rude, to which he replied that I was disgusting. I don't understand this kind of behavior at all.

In most cases the pizza arrives very quickly within 30 minutes, as shown in the app. It only took longer once, so the app should be revised again. Not bad in itself, but you would like to know before placing your order. The taste is okay, it's just a pizza in a fast food shop, not an Italian one. The price is ok, the app is recommended for those interested because it is otherwise very expensive

Nice workers and respectful and friendly. They speak good English too and I cannot complain about the food, is clean and well done always. Only downside is that out of the many times I ate here maybe 2 times they made a mistake with the food or something but that is nothing

Food was quite tasty, but if you order at 6:10 p.m. and 1.5 km away, it's a long time to deliver it an hour later. The prices are also quite high. The chicken was only just cooked through, the potato dippers were soggy. The Panini II are delicious, the amount of aioli could be more. Pizza was good too. Tiramisu is quite good, but not overwhelming. The Sweet Chili Sauce is noticeably hotter than most of the ones from the bottle, not a problem for me, but it might be worth pointing out.

Pizza is too greasy. The tomatoes on my pizza were bad (they were slimy and tasted and smelled extremely bitter). It's a mystery to me how this couldn't have been noticed in the kitchen. After calling the restaurant, they said I had to bring the pizza over myself if I wanted a new one. Unfortunately this was the first and last time I ordered here.

Delivery was quick, but the food was subpar. The lasagna consists of tons of cheap Gouda, 1 pasta plate, hard to identify mince, strangely cooked ham, boiled egg (????) and was seasoned zero. The pizza was also stuffed with cheese, cheap salami, zero seasoning. It's an absolute disgrace to offer something like that, the lasagne costs 15 euros! Never again!

We ordered from the clinic and waited a very long time for our food. I only ordered fries and chicken nuggets and they couldn't even manage that, my fries were cold and undercooked!!! I've ordered here several times, can't complain and can only recommend Pizza Mann!

Das Essen sowie die Qualität ist soweit in Ordnung, Die Lieferzeit ist auch Sehr gut. Wir haben sehr oft bei PizzaMan bestellt. Heute wollten wir wieder bestellen und mussten Feststellen, dass das Rahmschnitzel mal wieder von 14,90.-€ auf 16,90.-€ erhöht wurde. Ich und meine Frau haben ein sehr gutes Einkommen, aber wir sind nicht mehr bereit 16,90.-€ für ein Schnitzel zu bezahlen. Irgendwann sollte es mal gut seit. Dann Kaufe ich lieber bei Aldi Kalbsschnitzel, mache mir eine feine Soße dazu und bin dann gerade mal bei 9.-€ Euro.

As a regular customer of Pizza Man, I would like to share my disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I noticed on several orders that the number of pizzas delivered did not match my order. Not only that, some of my orders were completely skipped and my special requests were ignored. These repeated errors indicate a serious organizational inadequacy that makes it impossible for the company to correctly fulfill even the simplest orders. Despite repeated notifications, the situation has not improved, which is extremely annoying. I ordered for a large group. The pizzas were there on time. We also thought about it, for example the basil and arugula leaves were added separately so that they don't get completely soggy. The pizzas were super tasty and well received.

The chicken on the pizza wasn't that tasty and was fumbled down. Otherwise the food was ok. For delivery I have to report the following: due to outdated master data, the correct address was not sent to the driver and he was at the old address. He then called and got to the right address two doors down. So far so good, he then accused me of saying it was my mistake. I then showed him the order confirmation with the correct address. He then continued to blame me and became increasingly unfriendly. A scuffle almost broke out. But then he didn't get involved in some evening street sports and drove. So in short, that's the last thing you should do with customers and not see your own mistakes.

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen und waren angenehm überrascht. Es gibt einen vom eigentlichen Liefer/Abhol/Imbissbereich mit einer Glastür abgetrennten Bereich mit Restaurantambiente in dem man gut sitzen und essen kann. Die Bedienung ist flott und sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Speisekarte ist wie von einem Lieferdienst erwartet groß und legt sich nicht unbedingt auf eine Richtung fest. Wir hatten Gyros, Pizza mit Gambas und ein Nudelgericht, alles war reichlich und hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind -wie inzwischen fast überall- etwas höher, aber da es geschmeckt hat, freundlich und sauber war, empfinden wir das Preis- Leistungsniveau als gerechtfertigt.

Essen heute bestellt. Das Essen war so grottig, hat schon unangenehm gerochen. Wir haben es nach einigen Happen entsorgt und trotzdem wurde uns richtig übel. Der Laden sollte einfach nur geschlossen werden. Geht gar nicht. Der eine Stern ist noch zu viel für so eine Sauerei.

Arbeite im Krankenhaus erlebe zunehmend das sich Patienten oft was bei Ihnen bestellen und sie sehr oft (fast immer) keim Wechselgeld haben finde ich unmöglich Leute zahlt online oder gibt passend manche Patienten "mussten" 7 euro als trinkgeld geben da kein wechselgeld "vorhanden" ist

Nach dem Anruf kamen die Pizzen halbe Stunde später, wir haben 10% Rabatt und 1 Cola als Entschädigung bekommen. Leider von einer Pizza wurde das extra bezahltes Spiegelei vergessen.... Hoffentlich nächstes mal klappt es besser. Die Pizza ist wirklich lecker. 😋

Immer sehr gut und schnelle Lieferung, musste noch nie lange warten und vor allen Dingen ist das Essen noch heiß wenn es kommt. Auf der Speisekarte ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, kleine und große Angebote. Gut, Preise sind etwas gestiegen aber was wird heutzutage nicht teurer. Liefergebühren sind akzeptabel denn wenn ich die Bestellung selber abhole, muss ich ja auch meine Spritkosten mit in Betracht ziehen.

Um 17.30 Uhr Bestellt und um 20.15 das Essen bekommen 👌 drei mal angerufen, weil der Fahrer angeblich unterwegs war. Beim dritten Mal hieß es auf einmal der Fahrer fährt gleich los. Das Essen wird dem Preis nicht ansatzweise gerecht. So sahen dich Nachos von Carne für 12.90€ aus 🤮

Zu teuer und ewige Lieferzeiten - Qualität war ok !

Sehr enttäuschend. Der Name der größten Pizza die „Familienpizza“ genannt wurde, ist höchstens zutreffend wenn es sich um eine allein lebende verwittwete Person handelt. Es hieß das vier erwachsene Personen davon satt werden sollen und stolze 30 Euro mussten dafür entwertet werden. Das Ergebnis war eine Pizza die in Maßen 1 1/2 normale Pizzen ausgemacht hat. Wäre ich preislich mit drei normalen Pizzen also als Gewinner hervorgegangen. Stattdessen musste ich meinen Hunger mit falschen Versprechungen füllen, da diese Pizza in jedem Fall keine vier Personen befriedigt hat. Und das zu Iftar !!!

Früher hat die komplette Dienststelle dort bestellt. mittlerweile ist es viel zu teuer. Inflation hin oder her aber 14,50€ für ein Gyros Teller... plus 1€ Liefergebühre dann bekommt der Fahrer 2 € tingelt und du bist bei 17,50 für lieferservice. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man beim Chinesen für 19€ all you can eat hat. Essen grundsätzlich gut, aber viel zu teuer.

Leckere Pizza und freundliches Personal

Burger waren damals gut. Irritierend finde ich aber immer noch das der Lieferant aktiv nach Trinkgeld fragte und auf die Antwort das ich nur 20ct dabei hätte wollte er die noch nicht mal😅😂. Nach dem die Situation aber schon etwas her ist, möchte ich aktiv sagen: Trinkgeld ist eine freiwillige extra Leistung von Kunden. Ein aktives einfordern durch den MA finde ich äußerst unangebracht. Die Firma "Pizza Mann" ist für ein vernünftiges Gehalt verantwortlich und nicht der Kunde... Persönlich gebe ich mittlerweile kein Trinkgeld mehr - da ich nicht irgendwann Verhältnis wie in Amerika hier haben möchte...

Pizza war zwar lecker deswegen 1 Stern, allerdings für eine „Familienpizza“ die für 1 1/2 Personen reicht, 37€ zu verlangen ist die Krönung.

Wo gibt es noch Qualität wie diese?

Wohne in dem Haus über dem Pizza-Mann. Die Küche grenzt an den Flur an. Wenn das Essen so gut ist, wie es im Hausflur riecht, muss es furchtbar sein.

Abgezockt! Wir bestellen eigentlich gerne bei Pizza Mann. Geschmacklich ist es immer gut, wenn auch teuer. Aber das weiß ich ja vorher! Dieses Mal hatten wir bei Onlinebestellung per Paypal direkt bezahlt. Als das Essen dann kam, mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass statt eines 340g-Burgers nur die kleine Variante geliefert wurde. Ein anderer Burger war dafür auf der Quittung 1,40€ teurer als bei der Bestellung. Dass somit immer noch eine Preisdifferenz von 1€ bestand, wurde schlichtweg ignoriert. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hieß es nur man könnte nix dran machen! Das ist Betrug am Kunden!

Haben dort schon oft Essen bestellt. Das meiste ist gut, aber die Burger sind wirklich perfekt für den Preis, esse dort sehr gerne ab und zu. Lieferzeiten variieren allerdings.

Hallo, wir arbeiten in der Uniklinik und haben uns was für die Nacht bestellt , unter anderem die kleinen Pizzabrötchen (5x) , wir waren regelrecht geschockt, denn in jeder Tüte waren nur 3 davon !! Keine grossen, sondern 3 kleine Brötchen. Sorry, aber da werden wir nicht mehr bestellen !!!!
