Pizzabar Pomodoro's in Ingolstadt

I ordered a pizza via Lieferando, it arrived after 1.5 hours instead of the maximum 40 minutes as stated and was almost cold. It doesn't work that way.

Pizza came after 2 hours, this is supposed to be a pizza calzone! ? For €11, of course. I have no idea how they got a rating of 4.3 here... Absolute impudence! Never again!

The pizza was delivered and was completely cold, and we live less than five minutes away by car.

After more than 2 hours we called that the pizza was still not there, we were told the order was going out now and would be with you in a few minutes, half an hour later there was still no delivery person with the order! I will never order here again. It's a shame to advertise a delivery time of 20-30 minutes at Lieferando!

I regularly pick up my own pizza there. The staff/boss is friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious and the quality is good. Special requests are dealt with in an unbureaucratic manner. There's nothing to complain about in terms of price... I am completely satisfied and will come back.

Good pizza, nice staff, simple menu and not too expensive. Prices were once better and there was more quantity of pizza there to attract new customers, probably when the shop opened, but unfortunately that has changed. The direct competitor, also in terms of price, is 50 meters away as the crow flies, in the direction of Adolph-Kolping-Straße.

Saw the pizza delivery guy at the door the first time and then he was gone again. He had forgotten my drink. On the second visit the pizza was cold. Very disappointed. Ordered last time. Thank you Schumannstr.

Ordered 4 pizzas via Lieferando. 3 of them with extra cheese. Unfortunately we didn't see any of the extra cheese, less was hardly possible. Delivery time 1.5 hours. All 4 arrived cold. Thanks for the great service👍 cold and wrong that's how we love pizza.

So far only had it delivered. Was always great. Delivery even regularly comes faster than the estimate states. And the pizza itself is well topped, not too greasy and very tasty. Extra requests are taken into account and implemented without stinginess. Clear recommendation!

I ordered through Lieferando and my pizza was with me after just 25 minutes. Delivery driver really nice, pizza very tasty! The minimum order value is only €10. There wasn't a single negative point for me, everything was perfect!! 😊

Delivery time was about half an hour so completely okay. I really liked the pizza itself, but the dough base is perhaps a bit too thin but you can deal with it. The salad was okay. The delivery person was really very friendly

I've ordered pizza and pasta with spinach and gorgonzola (forgot to take photo). Pizza was ok, the dough was good but overall taste is nothing special. And in pasta I didn't feel gorgonzola at all, it was just eatable.

Sehr leckere Pizza und es kommt warm & schnell an. Jedoch sollte man sich Gedanken um den Transport (Verpackung) machen da oftmals der Belag der Pizza oben kleben bleibt. Sehr schade Geschmacklich top!

Wir haben bereits öfters bei Pomodoro's bestellt und waren soweit stets, zumindest vom Geschmack, überzeugt. Diesmal waren wir leider dazu gezwungen, eine Rezession zu schreiben. Bei den Pizzalieferungen ist es fast immer der Fall, dass diese lauwarm ankommen. Das kann man noch mit einer Mikrowelle ausgleichen. Was man jedoch nicht ausgleichen kann ist, wenn die Pizza verbrannt ankommt und bewusst auch so an den Kunden geliefert wird. Dies ist nicht etwas, was man nicht sehen kann und grenzt an Frechheit. Des Weiteren wird bei Pomodoro's nicht in anständige Verpackungen investiert. Die Pizzas kommen in durchnässten Verpackungen an. Nicht nur der Lieferant hat Probleme die Verpackungen aus der Thermobox zu heben, sondern der Kunde ist dann mit einer weichen und verschmierten Verpackung konfrontiert. Andere Pizzalieferanten bekommen es auch hin. Zudem sind die Verpackungen nicht nur zu durchlässig, sondern auch zu dünn, wodurch der Belag an der Oberseite der Verpackung kleben bleibt. Dies darf man dann abkratzen wenn man es schafft. Leider kommt dabei immer etwas Pappe mit. Siehe auch die Bilder. Im Großen und Ganzen ist der verwendete Teig und Belag zwar Top, aber durch die schlechte Warmhaltung und unterirdische Verpackung wird das Essen größtenteils kaputt gemacht. Sehr schade. Hier ist viel Luft nach oben.
