We had dinner with nine people. Eight people got another order as agreed. All we heard in response was “that we should just eat now”. When an order was “corrected”, only the hot sauce was scraped off; the cheese, which was not wanted, was still in the kebab. Half of our food was also thrown away. To top it off, hair was found in the food. Not recommended - unfriendly and incompetent

Since the reopening, there have been delicious grilled skewers and the lentil soup is also really good. The store has now earned 5 stars. Except the service is rather average

Best kebab in Lich! But the following remains: They cheated me on the change - with a price of €8.50 and the payment of ten euros. I received one euro back. I looked at this euro, looked at the seller and he stayed there. I see that as a provocation and will never go there again. Actually, I always found it very good. Good kebabs are rare in states like Hesse - this one is one of the best in the area! Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding on the phone: ordered without meat; get with meat.

Seriously, we've been waiting for our food for over 2.5 hours. Despite calling several times for 1.5 hours, nothing has happened.... They keep saying the driver will be there in 5 minutes.... First our order wasn't processed, then the driver apparently forgot to deliver it and now I have no idea .. That was the very last time we ordered there. Since the shop was remodeled, the food hasn't been on time anymore, but waiting for over 2.5 hours and being constantly put off is an absolute disgrace. All we were offered was a €10 refund. So if you want to have your food quickly or at least within the delivery time frame given, you will wait in vain here...

By far the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The bread was old and fell apart when I took a bite. The meat was grilled too briefly and tasted of nothing. Lots of salad and little meat in the kebab, although the meat is of poor quality and is simply wobbly and tastes like nothing. Charging a cheeky 7 euros for this is a joke to the power of 10. Flies everywhere and behind the bar at the grill the employees walk through the food dirt on the floor. Health department will be notified. 5 years ago the kebab would have flown into the owner's face and the sauce would splatter. Disgusting store that should be closed. 🤮🤮🤮 Unfortunately no 0 stars possible!

Definitely deserve 0 stars! Ordered via Lieferando at quarter to 9. So far nothing has arrived. I called at a quarter to 11 and asked what was happening with the order, I was told that they closed at 10 a.m. and there was no one there anymore. That alone is an absolute disgrace. When I asked how I could get my money back, I was told I could come by tomorrow and clarify it with the boss. Does that mean I should now spend extra money for their mistakes?! I opened this as a case on Paypal Absolute disgrace how you are treated there!!!

Licher Grillhaus: taste and quality in one The doner kebabs and kebabs at the Licher Grillhaus were incredibly delicious! The meat was fresh and the portions were filling. The fast and friendly service made the experience perfect. Excellent price-performance ratio. I can highly recommend it!

It's very beautiful there. The food was very tasty. We sat outside and it was very comfortable. It was very busy. That's why only one waiter was a little understaffed and the service took a while. But the service was very friendly and helpful. The children couldn't upset him either and there was even a high seat for the baby. It's worth a visit.

The food itself is always quite good, but unfortunately the service and communication are often difficult. Today we ordered two dishes, including a vegetarian flatbread that also included falafel. Apparently it was difficult to understand over the phone, but it was received that way. Now the food was delivered and the falafel was not included, but was included in the price. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we didn't get exactly what we wanted and still ended up paying more.

Well I have to say that this is the most disrespectful shop I have ever seen. I wanted to get a drink for my wife because she was feeling very bad, the shop was lit up and open!!!! I took a drink and the salesman became very aggressive and said you're leaving because there's no sale!!! Then I put the drink back in and he came towards me, even though I didn't say anything against it, he slammed the door shut. To be honest, I don't recommend a shop like that. One star is already too much, the shop will never take me there see again

Today I ate a salami/funghi pizza, it was OK but far from an Italian pizza. I wouldn't order pizza again. The restaurant is getting a bit old, there is a huge hole in the wall of the toilet through which you can see the sewage pipes. To be honest, I don't need to have it again.

Super tasty kebab, the salad is always fresh, the meat is only cut shortly beforehand so that it doesn't get cold so quickly and the portions are not small.

I took Tortellini Broccoli there last night. Was a very large portion. Delicious cream sauce, fresh mushrooms and vegetables were crunchy. Everything was seasoned well. I'll definitely be back!

Super lecker und immer frisch. Die Leute hier sind auch wirklich freundlich. Die Location vor Ort ist halt ein Schnellimbiss und kein Sternerestaurant, dass dürfte aber auch niemand erwarten.

Also so lecker vegetarisch in einem Restaurant habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Vorallem der vegi spezial Teller der hier Angeboten wird ist ein echter gaumenschmaus. Bitte immer weiter so.

Was auch immer die mit den Burgern machen – es funktioniert! Konträr zu anderen Burger-Erzeugnissen wurde die Frikadelle nicht trockengegrillt und vernünftig gewürzt, der Käse nicht zu spät aufgelegt und das Brötchen nicht in Soße ertränkt. Der Salat war knackig und frisch. Was will man mehr? Damit empfehle ich jedem, dem es nach einem vernünftigen Burger verlangt, den Cheesburger – am besten vor Ort und frisch genießen!

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut ich bin rundum zufrieden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍👍👍

Ребята молодые. Однозначно лучшая пицца и кебаб в Lich. Заказывали больше 10 раз и всё очень вкусно. Великолепная пахлава, моя любимая. Девушка очень любит пиццу с тунцом. Мне всё очень нравится, кроме соусов. Не люблю соусы на основе майонеза, я думаю, вы можете сделать что-то авторское и более здоровое, это подняли бы вас на более высокий уровень. Есть доставка! Нельзя платить банковской картой. Желаю прибыльного развития, я ваш клиент ;)
