Pizza-Service Tassone in Konstanz

Ordered for the second time. Had to wait another two hours. I went to bed after two hours and was then woken up by a very rude waitress. I won't order from there again. The pizza was really delicious, the rest is garbage.

Absolutely rude. First I order salad dressing with my pizza and don't get it, but I get my money back (for the dressing) without a single word of apology. Then I order two more pizzas another time, both of which were obviously just passed by the oven. Half raw and absolutely wobbly. The second pizza is simply missing an ingredient, which I only find out about when I ask, and again, no apology. This was the last time I'll order from there. Extremely unfriendly.

Extremely unreliable! I ordered a pizza and was told on the phone that they'd call as soon as they arrived in front of the school (I wanted to eat during my lunch break). Instead: I waited over an hour, no call, no car, no pizza – absolutely nothing. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time. In the past, I've received incorrect orders, and the quality really leaves a lot to be desired. I'm still waiting for my pizza today – and honestly, you absolutely can't rely on a place like this.

We've always enjoyed ordering pizzas from Tassone. Thursday, however, was the last time!! The food was very poor, the pizza temperature was lukewarm to cold. The salad was poor, with ham and egg toppings, and no pizza rolls. I could list more, but I'll spare you the trouble. We'll use other delivery services in Konstanz in the future. Unfortunately, I have to change my review because I'm very disappointed. I order pizza here almost every time, but last night I spent €60 on two burnt family pizzas, and they were almost cold when they arrived. 🙄 I'm very disappointed.

Tassone had actually improved a lot, but the following is so incomprehensible. The classic pizza from this delivery service is suddenly twice as small as it was the month before. It was barely the size of my hand. That's disrespectful and a rip-off. €10 for a classic pizza with a diameter of 20cm is outrageous. When I asked the driver about the "mistake," he simply replied that it was normal. The strange thing is that I ordered the same pizza less than four weeks earlier and it was almost twice as big (even the classic one). I feel ripped off and that was the last time I order from here. Unfortunately, I've only written a review for Lieferando so far, so I no longer have the photo I uploaded there. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

The first delivery on May 29, 2020, was, according to the website, a Parma ham, Grana Padano, and arugula pizza with added garlic. What I received was a pizza with Parma ham and Grana Padano. In other words, the other two ingredients were simply omitted. So, I paid €2 more for nothing! I then sent an email because the pizzeria was already closed. I haven't received a response yet! Ordered for the second time today, August 24, 2020. This time, everything was correct on the pizza. When I wrote a note saying something was missing last time, there was no response. As I said, the pizza was okay, but the price wasn't. The driver told me €19, but the receipt he gave me said €18.90. I'm not concerned about the 10 cents, but rather about the driver rounding up the amount on his own initiative, which is an absolute NO-GO! Sorry, Tassone, but you've lost me as a customer...

I ordered a vegetarian pizza. I got a pizza with several small pieces of bacon inside. They were under the cheese, so you couldn't see them.

I've been ordering from Tassone for years now. Mostly Rigatoni alla chef+ al forno. This dish has gone downhill quite a bit lately. Almost no sauce left and it was very dry. The last few pizzas were also very empty, and there was no double cheese either!!! What's going on with you? Everything's not quite as good as I used to...it makes me sad 😢

Disgraceful delivery. I specifically wrote detailed directions on how to find my apartment, and STILL they argued with me on the phone and didn't deliver because they didn't listen to me and stood around stupidly somewhere else, unable to find the house number. Other delivery services manage it, too, but here they complained on the phone, ignored my comments, and then simply didn't deliver the food. The man who came tonight on June 23rd at 10 p.m. was particularly incompetent and failed to follow either my written or verbal directions. When the food is successfully delivered, it is very tasty.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The pizza was soft and undercooked, and it arrived cold. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. We will definitely not order from there again! A refund would have been appropriate in this case...!

Very tasty pizza. We order regularly and are very satisfied. The dough is fresh and homemade, and the ingredients are also very fresh – no frozen stuff. We'll be happy to order again and recommend it 👍

Waited 3 hours for my pizza, arrived cold, felt like it had been in the oven twice, and the cheese was already hard from being baked for too long. Once and never again

I've noticed that Tassone's cars are always speeding through the 30 km/h zone on Kindlebildstrasse at over 50 km/h, sometimes even over 70 km/h. They're reckless drivers who don't follow the law, drive way too fast, and thus endanger the health and lives of other road users and citizens. Don't order anything from here!

The family pizza arrived on time. However, it's not the same as it used to be, and we were very disappointed. They cut corners on the 60x40cm dimensions by rounding off the edges (unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. Photos from older reviews show how the pizza box was completely full). That's at least 20% smaller than usual. Also, the family pizza was in the oven too long, and the corners were black and inedible, which in turn left less pizza. A shame. At €28 (including €1.50 delivery), it's far too expensive. I won't order from here again.

I ordered that. Prosciutto pizza With mushrooms, pepperoni, olives and ham. Additionally anchovies. I got what you see in the picture. Unfortunately also almost cold. Microwave. Pizza Bolognese didn't taste like anything, spaghetti aglio e olio portion was small and dry...zero garlic taste. One thing was missing from the pizza rolls. Never again Tassone Konstanz... cannot be compared with the Radolfzeller.

Unfortunately not recommended. Two main ingredients were missing from the pizza we ordered and what was available was very clear. The floor was totally wobbly. Complaint went without response. Too bad.

Delivery to the Litzelstetten nature campsite went smoothly. Delicious pizza, nice contact. There was free beer as a sample. Everything perfect!

We often order from Tassone online via the homepage, as there are still percentages. Online ordering was not possible on Good Friday. We then decided to order somewhere else. Today we had a family celebration and I wanted to order online, as always. Unfortunately, the online order still didn't work, so I ordered by phone and was told that the online order wasn't possible. When the order was delivered I had to pay €6.50 more than if I had ordered online. After a telephone consultation, I was told that I should have ordered online or, when ordering by telephone, I should not only have said that it wasn't possible online, but also explicitly said that I wanted the discount........we ordered from Tassone last time.

Original review from 2016: Online orders are simply ignored without any response or anything similar, telephone contact is very unfriendly! Apparently this supply chain is already doing too well - customer care is clearly different! Update: Pizza-Service Tassone is currently trying to have all negative reviews deleted. Luckily, I still had the relevant evidence and receipts saved from back then and can therefore prove to Google that there was communication between me and the operator at the time of the review. Google approved the content after examining the evidence. This review is made to the best of my knowledge and belief and is based on my experiences with this provider - I am entitled to publish this review within the framework of my right to freedom of expression. If the operator continues to behave like this, I reserve the right to take legal action.

I had to wait 2 hours for my order. The two pizzas were still lukewarm. The box was completely soggy that it even rubbed off and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Absolute impudence! And you pay €35 for something like that. I will never order here again.

Pizza was hard and dry, not edible. However, the replacement came quite quickly and was OK. Schnitzel unfortunately dry and tough, fries like rubber. Salad was good. Refrain from further orders.

Due to the lack of alternatives, I ordered it here despite the bad reviews and what can I say, exactly what was expected happened. The delivery was so quick, but the experience started with the driver being in a bad mood and obviously sick (I understand. I would also be in a bad mood if I had to work sick). When I opened the box I discovered what many others here had to discover: the pizza was completely burnt. Completely inedible. It's an absolute disgrace that something like this is sent out. Especially when you consider that they charge really astronomical prices plus delivery fees. Individual errors can happen. I leave my review mainly because you can clearly see here on Google: all negative reviews are not answered - unless they are actually unjustified, which is obviously rarely the case. I absolutely don't understand how you can only have 3 stars on Google, never seen that before. In Konstanz you can probably take advantage of the lack of competition.

What a shame! Ordered two family pizzas online yesterday at 4:27 p.m. for a celebration at 7 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. there was no pizza, I called. Be on your way, there in 10-15 minutes. Called again at 7:35 p.m., would be there in 5 minutes, if not, I should call again. So I called again at 7:44 p.m. and the pizza arrived shortly afterwards. She was still very warm. So why didn't you immediately apologize at 7:15 p.m. that you forgot it and that it would take longer?!? I've often had good experiences with Tassone in the past, but this is the third time something like this has happened with our order. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer in the future, because I have to be able to rely on the order, especially at (family) celebrations.

Guys!!: what is being sold as pizza is a joke and unworthy of an Italian. If you are planning to order a pizza, a tip: buy the cheapest frozen discount pizza, let it warm up on a heater, the result is tens of times better than a “pizza” from Tassone Konstanz. Consistency because I don't know the others and I certainly won't try. 1x 🤮 is enough.

Never had such bad pizza, why are there so many Tassone branches, who eats this rubbish? Either cheap ingredients are used or the people are too incompetent to make pizza. I think both 0.0000 stars never again.

Very satisfied, I order often. The delivery is always very fast and the staff is friendly. The food tastes great, everything is delicious. I'm always happy to come back 👍🏽

You should allow for a waiting time of 1.5 hours!!! Apparently the boss doesn't offer a price reduction or at least an apology. Last time. The market takes care of it

Disaster! Ordered pizza and pasta for 4 people. NO ONE came. I've never experienced that before. We waited an hour and a half for food and are now going to bed hungry. What a disgrace!

So now that's enough. I ordered a pizza to Hegne at 8 p.m. for the European Championships this year. Of course it was a stupid journey at the time because of the construction site. I called at 9:30 p.m. I was assured that he was on his way. The pizza hasn't arrived yet. So today I ordered at 4:57 p.m. It is now 6:10 p.m. And this time I'm only about 50 meters away as the crow flies. Just called and big question mark. But I received an order confirmation via email. I actually didn't want to order anything there anymore because of the first incident. Well… now the time has come… I actually think the pizza is delicious. But you really lose your hunger. It's now 6:43 p.m.... if she still comes and I get her as a gift he can leave her there.. otherwise I'm hungry myself NEVER AGAIN But your answer surprises me now. I gave you my order again by phone at 5:57 p.m. and still had no pizza an hour later. You can always blame everything on others. Maybe they should just get rid of the pizza taxi. We supposedly had a €15 discount on our house number because the last pizza arrived an hour and a half late. Now we wanted to order another one and there was no discount. It was an hour and a half late again and it cost more than stated online. Bad store, bad service, just bad. Not recommended. Avoid the store It's a shame to accuse me of something like that, you have no way of knowing what orders I've placed. What a disgrace!!! bad treatment of customers cold overpriced pizza!! Yesterday an acquaintance ordered pizzas for two families... delivery was agreed at 8:00 p.m.... after several attempts, someone got on the phone... Employee said on the phone - there is no order and next time I should remember which delivery service I ordered from and hung up 😲 Well, apparently you don't depend on the individual customer there. It's a shame that a store like this has been around for so long... Conclusion --> Never again Tassone!!!

I called Tassone in Konstanz yesterday and was absolutely horrified by the unfriendly employee on the phone. He was extremely rude, annoyed, and seemed completely uninterested in briefly answering my question. I have rarely experienced such outrageous behavior We definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff and owners. Ordered pizza and still nothing arrived after 3 hours. Called several times, the owner lies to you that the pizza would come, then says he never got the order. Ordered everywhere but here. Hope the store goes bankrupt soon :)

Worst delivery service in Konstanz. Collection time stated as 15 minutes, delivery time was 35-50 minutes. The cold pizza was actually delivered in a completely soaked box after more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. Really not recommended.

The liver service is great and delicious

Delivery took one hour and 54 minutes. The arugula on the Parma pizza was missing And the ice cream I ordered was water!!

If you order food and feel like you want to eat it the day after tomorrow, then you've come to the right place. Waiting time over 2 hours. You are told on the phone that the driver is on the way.

Extremely disappointed. We waited over 1.45 hours and then the pizzas were still cold. Not so great with a baby and toddler who have to go to bed. If we had known this beforehand, we would have ordered somewhere else.

Pizza only arrived after 1 hour and was cold. Toppings were poor for a Diavolo, even though I wanted them extra spicy. Ordered as a company and still had to pay €2 for delivery. Tassone has so many branches but doesn't seem to care about its name. I will only order from small pizzerias that have a good name.

I ordered pasta today (Spagetti Carbonara) and the pasta was completely overcooked. You couldn't really share it and unfortunately it wasn't edible with the sauce

Two pizzas had incorrect toppings because the comments were overlooked when ordering online. Then we had to wait almost an hour for the replacement. Were not offered any compensation. Cookie ice cream was delicious.

Unfortunately, nothing special and the delivery time was now almost 1.5 hours (order confirmation 8:13 p.m., delivery 9:36 p.m.). I could have really started cooking again... Jumbo pizza vegetarian only lukewarm, thinly topped (actually two slices of mushrooms and a piece of pepper on one piece...nothing else).

The food is not good, burnt food and hard fries and a salad full of poop is the last time I ordered from you👎👎👎

Loading the biggest amount of dirt onto the food took 2 hours

I ordered from Tassone via Lieferando. After 90 minutes I called and asked where the food was. The lady on the phone said it was on the way. After another half hour I called again. I was promised on the phone that the driver would be there in 5 minutes. My conclusion: waited 2 hours for cold food. I don't order there anymore. If you want something warm, pick it up yourself.

The fact that the delivery person asks whether you can pick up your food on the street (has little to do with “delivery”) is something I can understand on a Sunday. But the pizza shouldn't be cold, right? 10€ free

Das war der unfreundlichste Lieferant den ich jemals erlebt habe. Hat sich total ausgekotzt, weil er das Haus zuerst nicht gefunden hat.

Einfach fertig Salat aus dem Supermarkt von neben an…. Der Salat war bitter und hatte keinen Geschmack, schade, ihr könnt auch frisch…. Habt ihr oft genug bewiesen. Nurnoch Radolfzell kommt in frage…

Sehr gutes Essen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss

Werde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde länger warten müssen, dann kam die Pizza kalt und total trocken an. Das Schlimmste war aber, dass wir alle (bis auf eine) die Mediumgröße bestellt und auch gezahlt haben aber nur die kleine Klassikgröße bekommen haben. Sehr unzufrieden!

Pizza ist geschmacklich im unteren Mittelfeld angesiedelt. Obwohl ich nur 2 Straßen weiter wohne, dauerte die Lieferung gut eine Stunde und die Pizza kam optimistisch gesprochen lauwarm an. Dies war der Dritte Versuch. Es war drei Mal nicht befriedigend. Ich werde nun nicht mehr bestellen. Schade….

Die Pizzen waren leider bei Abholung doch recht kalt. Es fehlte der Oregano als Pizzagewürz auf der fertigen Pizza. Hat unseren Pizza-Appetit leider nicht befriedigt.

Zum abholen bestellt, Margarita, 2xFungi, Vegan. Schmeckt sehr lecker und preislich mit 31.20 € fair. Heute wars damit echt eine gute Wahl.

Pizza war in Ordnung leider war meine nicht arg lange im Ofen... sehr labrig und nicht wirklich goldbraun. Der Salat allerdings finde ich für den Preis etwas frech. Ca. 7 Euro für einen Salat der nicht einmal frisch gemacht ist sondern ein Salatbeutelmix aus penny etc. Da ich da jeden Tag einkaufe fällt konnte ich den Unterschied gut erkennen. Wohl bemerkt das solche Beutel höchstens 2 Euro im Laden kostet. Für das Geld hab ich mehr erwartet vor allem weil der Salat sonst immer wirklich super war

Pizza unkompliziert bestellt und war belegt. Der Bäcker muss im Betonwerk gearbeitet haben, denn damit hätte man den Hering in Stein schlagen können.

Sehr lecker, schnelle Lieferung

Bestellung am Telefon unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alle extra wünsche wurden beachtet und das Essen kam an wie bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war ca 30min länger als angegeben was ein bisschen schade war aber nicht dramatisch. Die Pizza kam leider lauwarm und sehr weich an der Salat war jedoch in Ordnung. Alles in allem ganz in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes.

Leckere Pasta, Pizza kann schon mal zu lange im Ofen gewesen sein. Nervig ist die Lieferzeit, die stimmt zu 99 Prozent nicht, meist weit überschritten!! Wer das doppelt kalkuliert kann evtl. angenehm überrascht werden.

Very cool, they deliver to any address, even in the middle of nowhere! They call you when they arrive at the given destination. So you pick up the pizza. Quick order, fast delivery and fair pricing. Exactly what you expect from a delivery service.

Pizza ist immer noch sehr lecker. Gute Qualität und frisch. ABER: Keine Rabatt mehr für Selbstabholer, und: kauft man 3 Medium-Pizzen von der Karte, zahlt man den regulären Preis. Bestellt man dagegen das "Familyspecial" (3 Medium-Pizzen nach Wahl aus der Karte), zahlt man nur 26€. Im nachhinein zahlt man drauf, wird nicht das Special bestellt! Also aufpassen bei der Bestellung!!! Eigentlich schade, da man ja das gleiche kauft. Insgesamt zahlt man als Selbstabholder nun 20% mehr.

Leider wurden auf einer Pizza Zutaten vergessen pizza Standard 0/8/15 nichts besonderes Teramisu fast nicht genießbar und eine Beleidigung für jeden Italiener…

Die Pizzen und der Salt waren ausgezeichnet. Weiter so

Die Pizza war ganz ok, nur lauwarm nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit ist das keine positive Erfahrung.

Pizza leider das Geld nicht wert, holt euch lieber ne Tiefkühlpizza...

Dauert zu lange über 25 min nach online Bestellung. Dafür konnte ich dann telefonisch abbestellen.

An sich sehr lecker, nur manchmal muss man sehr lange auf eine Pizza warten.

Wir finden die Pizza sehr lecker und das Tiramisu schmeckt auch sehr gut. Leider war der Pizzabäcker gestresst und nicht sehr freundlich. Für Pizza und Tiramisu 5 🌟 für den Service 1 🌟. Macht 3 Sterne.

Leider war die Lasagne ein Totalausfall, anderweitige Nudelgerichte bis jetzt gut.
