Pizza Service in Meppen

After more than 1.5 hours we called asking where the pizza was, the employees didn't know who was delivering the pizza and when the pizza would be delivered. After another hour we called again to ask where the pizza was, and they said again that they didn't know where the pizza delivery guy was. Shortly afterwards (after about 2.5 hours) the now lukewarm pizza was delivered. After a personal conversation with both the supplier and the boss on the phone in which the situation was described, it was assumed that I had not opened the door after ringing twice. However, the doorbell did not ring and no calls were made to the stored cell phone number. During the conversation, our complaint regarding the significantly late delivery was not addressed and there was no escape - neither from a financial nor from a communication perspective.

Too bad... My family and I decided to order a family/party pizza after a hard day at work. When we order we are asked what four toppings we would like for our pizza. But be careful now!! The pizza maker doesn't act according to common sense!!! Instead of a pizza with four sides each, as would be appropriate for a pizza with a diameter of 60cm and a price of €45, we get a pizza where chicken, kebab meat, tuna and salami are mixed. Even after a call with a very unfriendly employee, the employees showed no insight. (The pizza was burnt). Nowadays you probably have to document every step that the pizzeria carries out step by step so that you have the right result at home.

The delivery took place within the specified time frame and the order was complete. Unfortunately the pizzas are not of good quality. The dough was super dry, pizzas tasted bad. Doner kebabs consist only of meat, onions and sauce. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again.

I am a regular customer at Pizza Service and have been for many years. The pizzas, pasta and rolls etc. are all very tasty and even with complicated special requests for pizzas everything works out without any problems. My self-made recommendation: A pizza (small / medium / large) with ham, tuna, minced meat, corn, mozzarella, hollondaise sauce and no oregano.

I have often ordered via Lieferando for pickup here and it works perfectly. The food is always ready when I arrive. The pizza is very good, but nothing earth-shattering. The kebab is pretty standard and not recommended. But the pizzas and casseroles suit them much better. Deliveries are also almost always on time and the food arrives warm.

Hello, I ordered from you and asked for less meat and more salad. Unfortunately I only received a few strips of meat and instead of salad the kebab was only filled with onions. Unfortunately I don't agree with that at all! I would like to add photos, unfortunately that's not possible here. I was really hungry and was really looking forward to the food, now so very disappointed 🥺😫

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review from a year ago in a negative way. Let's start with the wait time...how can it be that you're 1 hour 30 minutes late from Esterfeld to Neustadt? All this just for two simple doner kebabs and a small salami pizza? The order took 45 minutes. Total time: 2 hours 15 minutes. Furthermore, the response to the first call was half-hearted, and surprisingly, about 45 minutes late. The answer was that the driver would be there in 15 minutes. The tone sounded to me like an excuse, "he had several orders." The time was missed. I let it go for now. My wife called again later and insisted on our rights. When she pointed out to the employee, more seriously but still politely, that we had a child who was hungry and needed to go to bed early, the whole thing became ridiculous to me. The response on the phone was rude, saying, "This is the boss talking"...and in the background, the boss: "What does the old woman want?"... "I have no idea." Even the boss didn't stick to his polite behavior. In my opinion, the behavior was brazen. Apparently, no one knew what was going on. Is this how people treat their customers these days? That even after the first call, no one knew what was going on? At the very latest, when they received information like the last name or street, it should have clicked for at least one of you. But apparently, these days, no one cares, or they're even overwhelmed by the situation, and then they have the nerve to speak so disparagingly about their own customers. When the driver finally showed up 1.5 hours late, the order was simply handed to him, no real eye contact was made, and a blunt "Bon appétit" was uttered. In the same movement, he turned around and disappeared. No apology or anything else. I don't expect any compensation, but is an "apology" too much to ask? Not for me, but for the little one? The food was lukewarm to cold and barely edible. The meat was too salty, the dough rock hard and barely biteable. I'd rather eat the Panzer biscuits at work or my EPA as is, without heating it up. Joking aside. I find it shameful how a pizzeria could deteriorate so badly in just one year. The fun cost us almost €25, and I realize the mistake. We won't order from here again. It's a shame, I praised them so highly a year ago. But I'm not going to let the incident with my wife and little one go. What matters here isn't the customers. We quickly realized that. The focus is more on profit. I have a long patience and tolerance threshold, but that's where the fun instinctively stops for me. To all those who are interested: Do yourselves a favor and order from somewhere else, or better yet, make your own food. It's usually healthier, costs less, and you know what's in it. It's a real shame. I will never subject my son to something like that again. I now see the mistake, too.

Yes, what can you say? No card payment? Bad service? Unfriendly? And unfortunately there is no enjoyment either 🤓

The kebab we ordered cost 6 euros and is therefore cheap compared to Meppen. The kebab was delivered warm. The bread is not a flatbread, but a kind of dürüm or wrap. The meat quality is minced, but well seasoned and crispy. Good meat, salad, sauce distribution. Overall tasty and recommended.

Unfortunately the chicken kebab was far too dry. Calzone was too dry. Priced in the middle range.

Pizza arrived lukewarm to almost cold after 50 minutes. Party pizza was extremely flabby and thin. The dough wasn't real pizza dough (as you can see in the first picture) and wasn't even fully baked and was half raw (as you can see in the second picture). Called pizzeria and complained. The owner is extremely unfriendly and oblivious to his customers and demands that the pizza be brought back. I don't pay €37 for rubbish... which I then have to bring back. Never again. Don't make the same mistake. This pizzeria is zero accommodating and zero friendly. My guests didn't like it and neither did my children. And my kids love pizza. We also got a stomach ache after eating the pizza.

Pizza dough not through! Disastrous service! Very thin dough family pizza for €35 is not possible!!! Use pizza bread

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the food. Pizzaria employees canceled the order for their part. Two hours of waiting time and a Sunday evening without food! Never never never again at this store!!!

Feel free to order here. Basically, solid food is served here.

No longer nice, kebab contents almost halved, not willing to clarify the situation properly, bluntly denies having reduced the contents, didn't weigh but compared to about four weeks ago it was like ordering a royal and a cheeseburger from Necces get delivered.

Greatest pizza😉always worth a detour.

Actually never had any problems.. ordered yesterday and was taken to the hospital at night with food poisoning..

Beste Pizza in Meppen. Bestellen seit Jahren dort, die Qualität ist immer super und der Chef, Fahrer und alle anderen Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett. Immer wieder gern ✌🏻

Bester Laden in Meppen, mein persönlicher Favorit sind die Nudeln dort Edit: 17 März: Zu zweit bestellt über Lieferando,2 Pizzen und einmal Nudeln. Gesamtbetrag 21 € inklusive den 2 Euro Fahrerkosten. Der neue Fahrer den die wohl haben hat uns so Belabert das wir am Ende 26 € bezahlt haben, obwohl ich es ihm mehrmals vorgerechnet habe. Er meinte wegen Fahrtkosten obwohl die ganz klar in den 21 € inklusive waren und es dennoch dann 3 € mehr sind, die er uns aus der Tasche geleiert hat. Essen war bisher immer echt in Ordnung aber diese Aktion geht garnicht. Dort werde ich erstmal nicht mehr bestellen und das obwohl ich lange Stammgast war. Grüße von den Tortellini in Sahnesauce & mit Käse überbacken

Über lieferando bestellt. Haben komplett das falsche Essen bekommen. Leider schmeckt es auch nicht mehr so lecker... bestellen nicht wieder. Die 2 sterne nur ,weil es unseren Kindern geschmeckt hat.

Bestellen öfters dort und bis heute kein Grund mich zu Beschweren.Lieferzeit & Co alles top und Preis mäßig auch total in Ordnung.Da gibs auch gerne Trinkgeld immer für die Fahrer.

Lieferung über Lieferando war sehr schnell ! Allerdings hat das Essen nicht überzeugt - dort bestellen wir leider nicht mehr wieder.

Ist meine Lieblingspizzeria in der Gegend und ich habe alle in meiner Umgebung ausprobiert. Sind immer sehr schnell, heiß und lecker. Bisher noch keine Ausnahme erlebt, also gerne wieter so! LG!

Bestellen dort immer unsere Pizza, man ist extra-wünschen nicht abgeneigt, Lieferant sehr nett und mach gern späßchen, selbst wenn stress ist und sein Lieferfahrzeug noch randvoll mit Bestellungen ist, und dazu ist er sehr freundlich, ebenfalls ist die Pizza immer warm und nicht verbrannt. Für eine Pizzeria hat es einen sehr guten Standpunkt. Wenn man durch Meppen mit dem Auto fährt kann man super eben reinspringen und sich was zu essen mitnehmen. Perfekt das man direkt vor der Pizzeria auf den Standstreifen parken kann.

Ich bestelle immer fast immer dort und war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden auch wenn die Lieferzeit manchmal echt lange ist (Freitags und Samstags abends). Die Qualität ist immer super und alles schmeckt top.
