Ordered party pizza! Pizza very dry, little toppings on the pizza. When picking up, other phone orders are more important, cashing in and making phone calls at the same time. No longer recommended.

Pizzen sind lecker und ordentlich Belegt. Minuspunkt da hin und wieder die Pizza einfach zu lange im Ofen war. Definitiv kein Regelfall, meist auch am Wochenende. Betreiber sehr freundlich aber am Telefon kaum verständlich. Man wartet bei Lieferungen im vergleich zu anderen Meppener Services sehr lange. + Pluspunkt ist die lange Öffnungszeit.

Der Döner schmeckte gut. Hat etwas lange gedauert und ist schon unhygienisch z.B hat der Mann an der Rezeption geraucht und hat danach seine Hände nicht gewaschen und packte das Essen mit seinen ungewaschenen Händen an, was ich etwas ecklig finde. Das Essen ist etwas teuer. Würde ich nicht so weiter empfehlen.

Pizza was very rubbery and not really warm when it arrived. There was also hair in the food. The already high delivery costs were questioned when ordering and increased to €15. When we said no, we were in a bad mood and asked for €10. Not recommendable.

Unfortunately, I have to revise the review from a year ago in a negative sense. Let's start with the waiting time... how can it be that you are 1 hour 30 minutes late from Esterfeld to Neustadt. All that just for two simple kebabs and a small salami pizza? The time for the order was 45 minutes. Total time: 2h15min In addition, the response to the first call was only half-hearted and even surprising, about 45 minutes late. Answer, the driver would come in 15 minutes. From the tone of it, it sounded like an excuse to me, "he has several orders." The time was not kept. I left it alone for the time being. My wife called again later and insisted on our right. When she pointed out to the employee in a more serious but polite manner that we had a child who was hungry and had to go to bed early, the matter became ridiculous to me. People reacted rudely on the phone and said, "This is the boss talking"... and in the background the boss said: "What the old lady wants"... "I have no idea." Even the boss didn't stick to his polite behavior. In my opinion it was acted brazenly. Apparently nobody knew what was going on. Is this how you treat your customers these days? That even after the first call no one knew what it was about? At the latest when it came to information, such as the last name or the street, it should have clicked for at least one of you. But apparently everyone doesn't care these days or is even overwhelmed by the situation and then has the nerve to talk so derogatory about their own customers. When the driver showed up 1.5 hours late, the order was quickly handed to him, no real eye contact was made and he bluntly said "bon appetit". In the same movement he turned around and disappeared. No apology or anything . I don't expect any compensation, but is an "apology" too much to ask? Not for me, but for the little one? The food was lukewarm to cold and could hardly be eaten. The meat was too salty, the dough was rock hard and hard to bite into. I'd rather eat the armored biscuits at work or my EPA without heating it. Joking aside. I find it shameful how a pizzeria could develop so negatively in just one year. The fun cost us almost €25, I see the mistake. We will not order here again. It's a shame, I praised her so highly a year ago. But with my wife and little one, I won't let it go. What matters here are not the customers. We quickly noticed that. The note is more likely to be about profit. I have a long threshold of patience and tolerance, but that's where the fun instinctively stops for me. To all those who are interested. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else, or better yet, make yourself something to eat. It's usually healthier, costs less and you know what's in it. Really a shame. I will never put my son through something like that again. I see the error now too.
