Typical delivery pizza, but on the higher end of the taste scale👍 consistently delicious, well-topped and with good products.

I ordered a pizza and a salad at 5:35 p.m., and the delivery time was given as 50 minutes. At 6:40 p.m., there was still nothing. The Lieferando chat couldn't help, so I called the restaurant directly at 6:50 p.m. – there was pure chaos. During the call, I received a text from Lieferando saying that my order had supposedly been delivered – which wasn't true. It's now been over 80 minutes since I placed my order... I was then told on the phone that the order was "now being prepared" and the driver would leave in 10 minutes. In the end, the food arrived eventually – with no apology, no attention (no drink, no dessert, nothing). The pizza and salad tasted okay, but nothing special. What's also really ridiculous: I had already paid through Lieferando and left a tip long before anything even arrived. So I tipped for that, too. My last order from Rustica was about 10 years ago – and I think it will stay that way again. After the review was published, Mr. Simari thought it appropriate to call me angrily and insult me ​​instead of apologizing for the service or something similar. Unbelievable.

It tastes very good as always, but we won't order here again because the portion size is outrageous.

❌ Absolute no-go! I ordered two family pizzas for our soccer team at 7:20 p.m., which were to be delivered to a nearby sports hall (Soldnerschule) – with a clear delivery address, description, and phone number. The delivery was supposed to be at 9 p.m. At 9:09 p.m., the pizzeria calls me, the driver is back – he's standing in the pizzeria again and can't find the location. Seriously? The address is 700 meters away.... I immediately told them to cancel because the team had already left. But no – "the driver will be right back." Who cares if no one's there anymore? Here, in the background, is a very irascible boss shouting loudly... Then it gets even better: As I walk to the car, the boss himself suddenly arrives with the driver and tries to force the pizza on me – even though I clearly stated that I no longer need it. When I refused to accept the order (it was 9:20 p.m. by then), I was insulted in Italian. Such behavior is simply disrespectful and unprofessional! I'll never order from here again!! Anyone who delivers late and then insults customers shouldn't be surprised if they receive negative reviews. The order was placed via Lieferando and described in detail. There was even a comment field with a detailed description. They even included my cell phone number, and they could have checked beforehand.

We ordered from the pizzeria today and have to say that the paprika schnitzel was delicious. Then we ordered a salami pizza with corn and Parmesan cheese. It was also delicious, and the pasta with tomato sauce was also great. The value for money was very good. We would order again anytime.

The minimum order value at Lieferando is really crazy. They should reconsider this, perhaps it will result in more orders.

The food is good. But the service in the beer garden is a disaster. Far too slow, they don't know which table ordered what, and they always forget something. The wait for food is about 60 minutes. Result: I'd happily eat there more often, but not at the restaurant!

Well-topped pizza with a thin, crispy crust, just as it should be. Special topping requests are happily accommodated. Fresh salads with delicious dressing. Lovely, cozy beer garden. We'd love to go again.

Unfortunately pizza isn't anywhere near good, the problem is simply the pizza dough. He's way too hard. Just improve your recipe and you'll get 5 stars! The secret to a pizza is simply the pizza dough...And to all those who want to save something, simply order by phone and not via Lieferando. I will no longer order pizza from you for myself...

I ordered by phone 20 minutes ago, I was there about 5 minutes beforehand. I was ignored and not asked whether I wanted to order or pick up. Everyone looked at me, but no one asked. Then a lady came out of the next room, oops, someone is standing there🫣.."She said "Here you go", before I could answer that I had ordered a pizza...the family came.. .aaaand of course she was warmly welcomed 🙈 Then she noticed me again and asked “please” so my pizza was there all the time ready in the box.!!! I asked her about it. I stand here the whole time and no one pays attention to me... your comment... is still warm 🤣🙈.... nope never again 🙏🤮

It seems to have a nice atmosphere. We were visiting and drove 160 km here only to find out that the pizzaria was on holiday. There is no mention of it on the website and according to Google it is also open. It was pretty annoying. Maybe I'll come back at some point if I happen to be nearby, but I won't go there specifically to eat there again. What a shame!

I've known the Rustica for over 15 years, at first we only got pizzas, but in the last few years it has developed a lot with a beer garden with shady places and a developed interior, so we now mostly eat there and have a chat with her Boss. The pizzas are good, sometimes a little more or less thin. You'll always be full and you can also order them extra thin. The salads are also good and you usually don't wait too long. If you like to get pizza, you can get a stamp card, then after 12 pizzas you get one pizza for free. Wednesday is also recommended as pizza day and Friday with family pizzas at a fixed price for pick-up. Update 8/24: Lately, special orders like “garlic” or “spicy salami” have often been forgotten. :-( Unfortunately the prices have risen a bit and the salads are getting smaller and the sauce on top is also thinner in my opinion. I will no longer treat myself to the €5 Lambrusco. This would require a more upscale ambience. Otherwise we'll still go here for a quick pizza or alternatively get one.

Basically they say that the order is ready in 20 minutes, now it has happened to us for the third time that we still had to wait 30-40 minutes. Then they say that there are problems with a pizza oven... or that the pizza oven is defective.

I came here for dinner with my girlfriend. We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner and didn't have to wait long before we could order. The atmosphere inside and outside was very cozy and pleasant to sit in. Food also came pretty quickly, looked very appetizing and was also very tasty. Price performance was also great! We wanted to eat at the pizzeria today. We were right around. We got there at 5 p.m. and ordered. At first we received the salad, but unfortunately not the one we ordered. At 6:20 p.m. there was still no food because everyone who came after us had already had something. When we complained we were shouted at by the boss, he said there was no kebab shop here and if we didn't like it we should leave. We sat there with 4 hungry children for almost 1.5 hours and instead of apologizing we were shouted at. I worked as a waitress myself and am shocked at how unfriendly we were treated. We will never eat there again!! By the way, we then went to another RESTAURANT, not a kebab shop, and the food was there after 15 minutes.

The owner Claudio is friendly and accommodating. Always strives to ensure that everything is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Price performance is outstanding here. The taste of pasta and pizzas is excellent here. Rustica is also one of the fastest when it comes to home deliveries. I can only recommend everyone to take a look here. It is always particularly beautiful in the beer garden in summer.

Immer wieder gerne. Alles ist zu empfehlen. Salat Pizza Nudeln. Schnitzel habe ich noch nicht gegessen. Sieht jedoch sehr gut aus.

Rustikaler Biergarten und auch innen sehr rustikal. Aber das Essen ist gut, da kann man hingehen und auch zum Abholen bestellen

Pizza schmeckt sehr gut, top Preise. Nur wird einem jedesmal erzählt dass man irgendwo in der Mitte und nicht auf den gemütlichen Bänken sitzen muss, wenn man nicht reserviert hat, es kommt aber dann stundenlang einfach niemand für die angeblich reservierten Bänke und Reserviert Schilder stehen auch keine da. Wartezeit aufs Essen oft ziemlich lange. Lohnt sich aber, schmeckt wirklich gut.

Die leckere Pizza ist nach meinem Geschmack schwer zu übertreffen. Deshalb immer wieder 😁

Habe heute dort Pizza und calzone bestellt. Essen kam zwar heiss an, Lieferant sehr nett jedoch schmeckte meine calzone sehr wässrig und gar nicht nach calzone, schinken und paprika hab ich keine gesehen,käse war nur ein bischen vorhanden.der rand der calzone war teilweise noch roh.pizzen waren lecker jedoch wurde der zusätzlich bestellte knoblauch nur an einer Stelle drauf verteilt anstatt auf der kompletten Pizza.schade eigentlich!

Super leckere, sehr gut belegte, Pizza. Salat und Salatsauce frisch und prima. Service sehr freundlich. Nischen zum draußen sitzen optimal. Wir kommen sehr gerne und immer wieder gerne.

Eine nette, ehrlich Pizzeria mit leckerem Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Schön, dass die Tische Aussen in Nischen stehen. So sitzt man etwas separat. Da Ambiente ist nicht hochwertig, aber gemütlich und ungezwungen. Die erste Bestellung ging flott, aber später was nachzubestellen, war zäh; es war aber auch viel los.

Pizza ist gut. Im Sommer kann man gut draußen sitzen. Netter Service. Das Bier und das Glas wurden eiskalt serviert. Da können sich andere Gaststätten eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Für alle die eine wirklich leckere Steinofenpizza, und Gerichte anderer Art, zu unschlagbar günstigen Preisen essen wollen und das in einem urig gemütlichen Biergarten, kann ich einen Besuch nur wärmstens empfehlen. Mein Mann und ich waren überglücklich dieses Fleckchen entdeckt zu haben.

Preis/Leistung ist okay, durchaus preiswert. Qualität der Pizza okay, Ambiente okay, Service nett.

Okay, die Preise sind super. Dafür ist die Pizza aber auch nicht der Hit. Der Teig ist sehr Gummiähnlich und der Belag nur sehr sehr spärlich (den Schinken musste man schon suchen). Atmosphäre Biergarten Sommer ist sehr schön, innen eher nicht. Bedienung ist auch nur mäßig freundlich

Sehr leckere Pizzen zum mitnehmen abgeholt. Deswegen kann ich auch wenig zum Ambiente sagen. Personal war sehr freundlich, obwohl sehr viel los war. Und wenn ich sage viel, dann meine ich auch viel. Hut ab, dass da der Überblick behalten wurde und sich die Kollegen in der Küche nicht gegenseitig in den Weg gekommen sind. Je nach Stoßzeiten sollte man lieber zu früh als zu spät anrufen, wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellen möchte. Aber viele Bestellungen bedeuten auch, dass es vielen schmeckt. Und wenn man sowas weiß, kann man es ja einplanen 😉

Ich muss sagen, ich habe öfter über Lieferando bestellt. Selten das bekommen was ich bestellt habe. Ich war dann mal persönlich vor Ort , und habe mir dann meine Bestellung bestellt, dann auch das bekommen was ich wollte. Fazit: Essen okay, Preis Leistung okay. Deshalb 3 Sterne. Ich hoffe ihr verbessert euch.
