I've been a regular at Big Döner Haus for over 15 years and have only positive things to say. The food is always freshly prepared, the portions are large, and the taste is consistently excellent. I especially appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the fast service. For me, it's definitely the best döner in the area. Highly recommended!

I was here today to eat a doner kebab. Upon entering the snack bar, I wasn't greeted and was immediately asked what I wanted. I ordered a doner kebab plate, which was served very quickly—after about two minutes. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked whether I wanted rice or fries. The first plate was served with fries, even though I hadn't ordered them. Upon request, I was given a doner kebab plate with rice. This consisted mostly of rice, but the meat was well-cooked and tasted okay. The service overall seemed rather inattentive: There was neither a greeting nor a farewell, and no questions were asked about my order. After about 15 minutes, the table was wiped down, but the general cleanliness of the seating area (tables, benches, ambiance) could be improved. The food tasted okay, but the service and cleanliness could be significantly improved.

Always delicious. The interior is dated and could use some renovation.

I first came here in 2008 – and the quality has remained the same ever since. The kebab still tastes just as delicious as it did back then! Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned meat, and crispy bread – simply top-notch. The staff are always friendly, fast, and well-organized. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. That's why I give it a clear 5 stars. I'd happily return anytime!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've been served something I didn't order. The plates used to be high-quality and beautifully presented with a variety of salads. Unfortunately, now they just throw in coleslaw with a bit of other salad. It's not cheap anymore, either. It's a shame the quality isn't up to scratch anymore.

We were visiting Nuremberg/Fürth and tried the Big Döner Haus, and it was absolutely worth it! Compared to the bread we're used to in Hanover, the bread was significantly larger and much tastier—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The kebab itself was also excellent: fresh, juicy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The service was friendly and fast. Anyone in Fürth or the surrounding area should definitely stop by—we highly recommend it!

The owner of the shop is Turkish, that's why I'm writing in Turkish. I bought döner many times and I told him many times before buying it. They put sauce on it as if they were just out of spite, if your employees can't make 2 döners properly, close the shop down. What I hate the most is pouring the sauce on top and then trying to separate it like that, it drives me crazy.

Fast, although very busy, and the food is good too. You should stay away from the schnitzel or schnitzel plate. It's a cheap frozen schnitzel, and for €9, it's basically a crime against humanity to sell it like that! When I pointed out that he should listen to me properly, as I hadn't received my orders as stated SEVERAL times, he said something in a foreign language, I don't know what it was, and immediately hung up. Well, the €35 order was then of course sent to the competition, so disrespectful. I want to know where that came from. It's a shame that this generation is dragging down a store that has always stood out for quality, friendliness, and competence over the years. What a shame, a shame. And that's despite them responding to my review and saying that things should improve... P.S.: the one in the picture is supposed to be a joke... Long story short, the place is currently on a downward spiral.

You have to count carefully to make sure you've been given the right amount. Even if the cash register shows the correct amount, it's easy to confuse one euro with two euros. The food is okay, but a bit expensive for the quality. It also happens that people don't understand you properly the first time and don't get what you want.

I've just come from the kebab house in Fürth and I'm pissed off. The man at the cash register takes no notice of the guests waiting at the counter who want to place their orders. He chats with his colleagues and other Turkish guests, fills up the salad and fries, disappears into the back, appears again, but still doesn't ask what you want to order. I almost have the impression he doesn't like serving German guests. Preparing a kebab is quicker for your colleagues than placing an order with them. You have to wait a full 20 minutes to get your order, the kebab is ready in 5 minutes. I had ordered slightly spicy, but he had apparently forgotten that and the bread was tough and soggy. There is no comparison with the quality and friendliness of the Pascha Grill on Hans-Vogel-Str. 7, in Fürth. I'll never come back, for sure!

I just can't understand the difference between the small and the large kebab plate, in my opinion the small one should be a little cheaper. Service is always top. The price-performance ratio is also really good - for 7 euros you can get a really good kebab here. A small suggestion for improvement: A little less bread and more filling would be even better for my taste. The food came quickly and I was completely satisfied. About the service: Everything went smoothly with my kebab. However, there were some misunderstandings when my companion ordered vegetarian food that could have been avoided. Nevertheless, I'm rating my own experience here - and it was great! I'll definitely come back.

Very unloving veggie, felt like it was just salad and bread. PS: To clarify the owner's answer: I wanted to order a veggie durüm, which the employee didn't understand. So I was “persuaded” to have a veggie kebab. This was overflowing with poorly mixed salad and only topped with sheep's cheese at the top and at the end. There were hardly any tomatoes or onions, so the middle (i.e. most of the kebab) consisted only of lettuce. It's not true that I ate it all - I passed it on and it didn't go down well there either. Constructive criticism should be accepted instead of assuming customers are wrong. I hope that vegetarian dishes will be prepared with more care in the future.

Unfortunately, it doesn't help if only EC cards are accepted, when many banks now use VISA or MasterCard Debit instead of EC and the EC card is a paid option that you have to order expressly from the bank. Smartphone payments also rely mainly on VISA and MasterCard. There are now providers like SumUp that make it possible to offer all types of card payment at low cost. Also via smartphone. That would be a great service! I would love to come back and would be happy if I could order something and eat instead of going somewhere else because I don't use cash or debit cards.

Big kebab, it's the first time I've seen big kebab, but what I get to take with me as a kebab plate is not a kebab plate. For the first time I have had so few kebab plates in Germany. I travel a lot to many places. For the first time I didn't put down my kebab plate. They don't ask what you get in kebab. They do good business and have no interest in the guests. I'm not satisfied, I had to eat something with it. Price doesn't matter, but you have to have enough for one person. But it tasted good

In itself a good shop, you get a lot of kebab for the price. I would like to get more information from the customer about what is available to prove it. Otherwise OK.
