Food never arrived, they would deliver it new for €10. Such a dubious shop. Neither eat nor get money back! Never again!!!

Completely disappointed, I ordered for the first time on September 27th, 24, received the wrong pizza size and was cold, the lady who brought it couldn't even read the note where she was supposed to ring. Two days later, okay, let's try it again, after I called once to clarify where to ring and pointed out again to please deliver the correct sizes, I had to call again to find out where the food was! Simply terrible. They came late, no sorry, nothing then the driver with all the audacity tried to sell me my food as an apology for the incorrectly delivered food, it is neither an apology nor does it show your desire for good service if you give me my paid food delivers! About the food: Salad was half full, pizzas were cold, burgers were not edible and pasta was dry because it had been open for too long. There are definitely much, much better places to order for the money, definitely never here again!

We have ordered here several times now. The pizzas as well as pasta, salads and filled pizza rolls are always of consistently high quality and always delicious. The warm dishes always arrived like they were fresh out of the oven, they are always that hot. Even these simple pizza rolls as a side salad are terribly delicious. The drivers, I assume our own, are always friendly and always there earlier than the previously announced delivery time. Our recommendation: Order via their website and you will receive a 10% discount. We always give the drivers the 10% and a little more as a tip because we haven't really been disappointed yet.

Very very tasty and friendly supplier. It was super warm and very tasty! Time and time again it's simply the best in the area!!!!

Pizza was delivered 35 minutes late. After speaking to the employee in the restaurant, I was addressed as “brother” and everything was blamed on Lieferando. After one piece of pizza, the rest ended up in the trash. Even on Sundays you can't eat it as a hangover pizza. The pizza was incorrectly topped. I wonder what could have been done worse...

Sorry, but I don't know what that has to do with pizza. Soggy bottom and no crispy edge, actually no edge at all. This is an insult to every pizza lover. And it was completely tasteless. Disgusting! Also over an hour for delivery. I'm really pissed off!

Never again! Eating the wrong food and getting cheeky! The tuna smelled so bad that I had to hand it over to the food inspector immediately! Just stay away from the shop and the food!

Price performance is simply right. And the fries are always super crispy. Driver nice. Simply cool when you're in the mood for something bad.

Consumer deception! Contrary to advertising, the 15% discount does not apply to self-collection but only to cash payments.

The food came late and I have no objections, but when it comes late you expect something reasonable. Some of the food was raw and also soaked. People were disgusted. Sorry but never again!

Today 10!!! Sheet metal ordered for a large company in Düsseldorf! The order was scheduled for 4 p.m., with a note to please be on time! Delivered at 4:30 p.m.! Without apology! The pizzas were cold and absolutely not worth the money! Once and never again!

Everything was great and delicious, I don't understand why some people give bad reviews when the food is delicious and cheap.

My husband ordered food for us earlier, the order was immediately confirmed by the restaurant, but was never delivered. The restaurant simply closed, didn't answer the phone and withheld our payment made via Paypal, which we then had to laboriously get refunded. It doesn't work at all!

Über eine Stunde vor Lieferzeitpunkt bestellt, Lieferung gut 20min zu spät am vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Der Kollege neben mir hat auch 15min lang gewartet, mehrere Pizzableche bestellt. Insgesamt haben über 30 Leute in ihrer eh schon knappen Pause auf Pizza gewartet, die dann wenige Minuten vor Ende der Pause da war. Schuld waren natürlich wir als Kunden, angeblich wurde viel später bestellt und der Fahrer war auch früher da als angegeben. Laut Anruflisten einwandfrei belegbar, daß der Chef im Unrecht ist aber natürlich war der Kunde Schuld und hat angeblich auch noch die Fahrer beleidigt. Tja, 30 Kunden weniger.

Kann nur gutes über den Laden sagen mitarbeiter sind super nett und das Essen ist super kann ich immer wieder weiterempfehlen🤟😆

Lieferung kam nicht an. Auf telefonische Rückckfrage wieso man über eine Stunde (keiner Stoßzeit) auf 2 Pizzen warten muss , wurde sehr unfreundlich und kundendesorientiert kommuniziert. Wir hatten storniert und würden da auch nichtmehr in Zukunft bestellen.

Grundsätzliches: Die Bestellung wurde zu späterer Uhrzeit (kurz vor Ladenschluss) über Lieferando getätigt. Ergebnis: Absolut perfekte Parameter einer Lieferung. Die Lieferzeit war top (genau im Zeitraster), die Pizza war warm und die Pizza war geschmacklich perfekt. Jederzeit wieder, absolut zu empfehlen.

Unseriös. Liefert Werbung, obwohl sie ausdrücklich nicht erwünscht ist.

An Pizza Profi führt kein Weg vorbei! Die Pizza hebt sich deutlich im Geschmack von anderen umliegenden Pizzerien ab. Meine Lieblings Pizza ist die mit Brokkoli, hänchenbrust/Schinken und Holondaise. So kann ich sehr gut beurteilen wo sie gut schmeckt und wo nicht - Und hier stimmt alles, Preisleistung ist Top. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder bei Pizza Profi meine Pizza bestellen.

Sehr leckere Pizza, dünner Teigboden, nicht überladen, sondern genau richtig. Auch andere Gerichte sind sehr lecker, z. B. Salat crispy mango. Die Speisen sind grundsätzlich nicht überwürzt, wer es schärfer, stärker gewürzt mag, einfach sagen. Sehr freundliche Inhaber bzw. freundliches Personal.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und freundlich, die Pizza war heiß und lecker, alles super 👍🏻😁
