Pizza Point in Kassel

I ordered a pizza but received a completely different one. My friends could confirm this. After my complaint, a new one was brought to me, but unfortunately it wasn't baked properly. Very disappointing!

I'll never eat at them again, they take 35 minutes to make a pizza, plus it's not even cooked through and we also found hair in the food It's a shame that the regulatory authorities don't do anything about something like this

I always only order a certain spaghetti dish there. And I personally really like this dish there. So I enjoy eating there. The woman is very friendly, but with the man you might think it depends on how the day went. I think the price is okay. One star deducted because of the friendliness, I personally didn't really notice the thing about the gloves, which some people describe here.

Never eat anything immediately if you have a stomach ache

The pizzas are very good, but that's what you should expect for the prices. The pasta dishes go like this, some of them still lack the flavor. Unfortunately, mistakes often occur when ordering and the wrong dish is given out. The boss himself in particular doesn't get it that way and unfortunately doesn't understand and thinks that's how he ordered it.

Pretty outrageous. They charge an extra 50 cents for a box of pizza to take away. I've never experienced that before.

The staff is absolutely unfriendly! If I had known that they treated their customers so badly, I would never have gone there. The pizzas are much smaller compared to other restaurants and are also more expensive. The taste is okay, but because of the disgustingly unfriendly staff, I can only advise against it.

The food served didn't correspond to the description, it wasn't really warm and the dough didn't taste like anything. Tried the small mozzarella pizza. Description was with mozzarella and basil, however mozzarella was served with pesto. Appeared to be basil pesto, but didn't taste like it. The pizza was supposed to contain tomato slices, but they were only small pieces that were also very soft and tasted strange. The pizza was also very poorly cut and didn't look attractive, as shown in the picture. In addition, even the smallest version is still very expensive and the price-performance ratio is disproportionate.

I am really a very picky person when it comes to food as I am a gout patient. I had a pizza made to order and I really enjoyed it, I have to say. From the dough to the ingredients, everything is really clean. The pizza was really crispy and juicy. I give it a clear 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

I had fond memories of the pizza here, so I tried the spaghetti (which wasn't) a la marinara. The waiting time was reasonable and it wasn't particularly crowded. Unfortunately, the dish was served relatively blandly and contained very little seafood. The taste was completely fine. But you can make a little effort to maintain the usual quality despite the increased prices.

The workers talk racist. We told them we wanted ketchup. He said the foreigners put a lot of ketchup in it and the problem was also the foreigners.

We spontaneously ordered two chicken pizzas yesterday. It was freshly prepared in front of us and tasted very, very good. She wasn't cold (as many people write), quite the opposite. The price is also completely reasonable. We will come back ☺️👍

I got a small mozzarella pizza for €5.90. I wait 10 minutes and then a 14 cm diameter pizza arrives. The dough is not even crispy and is also very soft. Just overpriced.

I've traveled a lot in my life and have to admit that I haven't found such good pizza anywhere for these prices. The whole team is friendly, committed and I can only recommend a visit! The pasta is also excellently prepared and tastes delicious. A big compliment to the whole team. Stay as you are… All the best always

Hello, in a nutshell... We wanted to grab a quick pizza after shopping so we decided to go here because we still had to go to work and didn't have much time. After quickly ordering, we got a beeper to pick up... After more than 20 minutes nothing had happened, as we were running out of time, I went to the counter and asked what was wrong with the pizza. The gentleman looked for the number, the pizza was already on the counter and I nervously went to the table. Unfortunately the pizza was almost cold and didn't taste good at all. Since we didn't have time to complain or bake it, we ate the almost cold pizza. I think it's a shame that when I picked it up, the gentleman didn't immediately say that he had forgotten it and offer to bake it again, make a new one or cancel the purchase, the disappointment at the table and the frustration was very great. I'm not coming back anymore.

Die Pizza ist gut und immer frisch zubereitet. Die Preise sind gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pizza Point befindet sich im Citypoint im Foodpoint. Zu den Stoßzeiten ist es immer voll und daher auch laut, aber sonst ist alles okay 👍

Dauert zu Lange, meine bestellung vergessen und ich wurde öfter nachgefragt, es gab sogar Zweifel an meiner Bezahlung

Hygiene: **** 4 von 5 Sternen, weil die Verkäuferin zwar Hygiene-Handschuhe trägt, aber dann damit in die Kasse greift und anschließend die nächste Bestellung zubereitet, mit den selben Handschuhen. Ansonsten wirkt alles augenscheinlich sauber. Essen: ***** Geschmacklich top. Wurde vor meinen Augen frisch zubereitet. Die entsprechende Wartezeit nehme ich gerne in Kauf. Service: **** 4 von 5 Sternen weil das Personal leicht gestreßt wirkte, was in der Mittagszeit aber normal ist Preise : ****. 7,90 € Vollkommen in Ordnung für die Portionsgröße. Getränk war ein Eistee, 0,4 L für 2,-- €, normaler Gastronomie-Preis . Fazit: Lohnenswerte Alternative zudem anderen Fastfood im Foodpoint des Citypoints.

Pizza ist lecker, Nudeln sind lecker und Salat ist lecker. Alles schmeckt sehr gut und wird schnell zubereitet.

Ich habe hier jetzt zweimal gegessen, für etwas schnelles es schmeckt sehr lecker, mit einen gemütlichen Preis. Lohnt sich 👍 I've eaten here twice now and I have to say, for a quick bite to eat it is very tasty, at a decent Preis too. Definitely worth it.
