The one star is only for the food because it is always very good, unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that the food is always there much late. Today I've been waiting for the food again for 2 hours and when you call they try to throw you off by saying the driver will be there in 5 minutes and it's been 30 minutes since the phone call!

Frankfurter Str. 200The service was a complete disaster. We can choose the fries from the burger menu at any BK branch, but according to the man, that's not possible at his branch. The employee is totally antisocial, as is the manager. The store was actually very dirty, and you couldn't even get into the women's restroom because of the flood of water on the floor! Never again!

Lindenstraße 65I think it's really cool that vegan alternatives to the pizzas are offered and you ask what topping you want. The pizza tasted really good as far as I can tell and the waiting time was short if you ordered it on site.

Hackenbroicher Str. 109Never again, duck was just disgusting, even our dogs didn't want it, it wasn't worth the money. Pizza was okay, but it couldn't save this unappetizing meal.
