The catering with HBS far exceeded all our expectations. From the initial consultation to the last bite, everything was of the highest standard. The food was not only creative and sophisticated, but also of excellent quality and absolutely fresh. Every detail—from the stylish presentation of the dishes to the impeccable service—made our event an unforgettable experience. We were particularly impressed by the team's professional and friendly manner, who were always on hand without being intrusive. Wir haben das Impact-Cafe besucht, da wir unbedingt das „All you can Pancake“ testen wollten. Die Idee ist total toll, jeder hat einen Pancakemaker auf dem Tisch stehen, man bekommt Teig und selbstgewählte Toppings dazu und kann so viele Pancakes backen, wie man möchte. Zudem ist alles vegan, was für viele, mit vegetarischer und veganer Ernährung, sicher ein Hingucker ist. Was uns jedoch gestört hat waren die Preise. Das „All you can Pancake“ Klassik ist sehr teuer, für die Menge an Toppings, die man dazu bekommt. Zudem bezahlt man Pro Person und darf ein Menü nicht zu zweit bestellen, sodass jeder zahlen muss, obwohl man das Menü sowieso zu zweit essen würde. Außerdem kennen wir ein „All you can eat“ Buffet nur so, dass man, wie der Name schon sagt „So viel essen kann, wie man möchte“ und nicht draufzahlen muss, wenn ein Topping leer ist. Jedoch war das der Fall. Generell waren die veganen Alternativen gut, jedoch waren einige Formulierungen auf der Karte irreführend. Statt „Beerensoße“ habe ich Preiselbeeren und als „Obst der Saison“ haben wir Bananen aufgetisch bekommen. Unter „Obst der Saison“ würde man doch eher Obst verstehen, welches regional und saisonal ist, oder? Alles in einem ist die Idee super, leider ist uns der Preis für das, was man am Ende bekommt, zu teuer.
