Pizza Palace in Velbert

Very very nice good pizza and fries and kebab.

Always friendly staff and the boss is super nice.. great food especially the kebab is highly recommended but everything else about the food too...thumbs up

We called to make sure the meat was halal. They said they had a certificate and we asked where they buy the meat, as a certificate is not difficult to obtain. They said it was a secret and that they had competition, to which they very rudely didn't give us an answer. To be honest, you shouldn't talk to customers like that and it comes across as very noticeable when it appears to be a secret. So that's why we didn't order anything because we don't think the meat is halal. Not recommended if employees talk to customers like that. We were also insulted in Turkish by other colleagues in the background.

So anyone who gives this place more than two stars for taste is, I think, related to the owners. The pizza dough is a frozen dough (see picture). The ingredients don't taste fresh. Each Gustavo Gusto tastes better and costs a third. For almost €10 the pizza is a disgrace. And then she's not even tall at 25cm... But the owners were friendly and responded to special requests.

Well, especially at such a price, the pizza really wasn't good!

Ordered from Pizza Palace again today and wasn't disappointed again - taste was very good - quantity was sufficient - fast delivery. I can't judge the ambience, so no stars. This was definitely not the last order from Pizza Palace!!

Super friendly when ordering, (for delivery), delivered super quickly and hot. The three pizzas had plenty of toppings, were well baked, and very tasty!!! Clear 5 ***** Thank you & gladly again!

So wird keine Spagetti Carbonara gemacht Nudeln ertrinken in irgendeiner weiße Soße null Geschmack..Pizza dagegen war ganz ok
