Authentic Italian pizza. We had a tonno and a calzone, both freshly prepared and delicious.

Extremely good pizza. The crust is crispy, very tasty, has a very good consistency, and the toppings are also very good—in other words, very good flavor and just the right amount. There were eight of us there, and almost everyone had different pizzas, but everyone arrived at the table at the same time. I hope to go back there soon!

Super delicious pizza! Lots of creative, homemade creations you wouldn't get at other pizzerias. For example, the pizza with Gorgonzola and honey 🍯😀. The owner is a really nice guy! Finally, a pizza that isn't made in a baking tray, but sizzles beautifully on a stone. Perfect!!

It's a simple little restaurant. They only serve pizza, dessert, salads, and drinks in the self-service menu. They also offer mini pizzas for those with a small appetite or for kids. My salad was very basic. No frills 😉 My companion enjoyed the pizza 🍕. We had different opinions about the cappuccino. One found it typically Italian: strong, slightly bitter. The other found it very good. The man behind the counter was friendly. Everything, true to the motto: keep it simple.

This pizzeria is highly recommended. The menu focuses on salads, pizzas, and mostly homemade desserts, and everything has a quality that you can taste. The exceptionally friendly, very accommodating Sicilian host, Carmelo, bakes a very good pizza, crispy in the middle and right up to the last bite. The ingredients for the toppings are fresh and come in a variety of combinations, but you can also customize them according to your own preferences. Our friends and we felt very comfortable in the uncomplicated atmosphere!

They have gluten-free pizzas 👌 Delicious, affordable, nice and accommodating staff. Cozy, homely, recommended!

Gerade zurück von einem Besuch in der besten Pizzeria, die ich kenne. Ein sensationell knuspriger und lockerer Teig und , ich hatte die Siziliana, der Belag einfach, wie er sein muss. Nicht zu viel aber von hoher Qualität. Zum Nachtisch ein köstliches hausgemachtes Tiramisu. Einfach Spitze, ein kleiner Laden, sehr freundlicher Service und noch ein unglaubliches Preis/Leistungs/Verhältnis. Z.B., ein respektabler Grillo zu 4,40 für 0,2l. Immer, wenn ich in der Nähe bin, werde ich versuchen, hier reinzuschauen.

Anyone who makes such good pizza can't be a bad person 😉

In the last few days we have visited many small places around Hanover - and by chance came across this small, magical town that we previously did not know existed. It has quickly become one of our favorites – not least because of this cafe. A real Sicilian runs his pizzeria here and conjures up original Sicilian pizza, like the one we last ate in Sicily. It was particularly nice to drink real Italian beer and talk to the friendly, warm owner - you can tell that someone works here with passion and love.

Great food and very friendly service

Inconspicuous, small restaurant. As soon as you walk in you are greeted in a friendly manner and given advice. New to the menu are the sandwiches. Simply recommended. Try it out.

Finally a real Italian pizza. Absolute recommendation from us! Compared to the taste of most "standard" pizzerias, this pizza really stands out. Delicious ;) The owner is also very friendly!

Highly recommended. We were just there and I have to say, we have rarely eaten such good pizza. The owner is convinced of what he does and you can taste the love for it. For our daughter there was a 15cm mini pizza, capri sun and a lolly as a farewell. We had a 30cm salami pizza and a pizza cremosa (with ham, leek and creme fraiche), 1x mezzo mix and 1x fanta for a total of €33. A great price and actually too cheap for this great pizza.

The three of us ate here today and we were completely positively surprised. The best calzone I've ever had! The taste, the combination of the ingredients and the dough left nothing to be desired. The Pizza Cosi, a tuna pizza with a difference, with broccoli, pepperoni etc. was a very, very good variant that also convinced us. Then the Bianco. Simply 3 x 10 points!!! If we are in the area again we will 100% come back! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

We are currently on vacation in Hann. Münden and (like some others) went to Pizzeria Mia da Carmelo based on the reviews (and proximity to the hotel). We leave 5 stars!! We really enjoyed the pizza and were served very nicely. While we waited we had a really nice chat with the owner and the children were allowed to take some sweets with them. Thank you very much! If we go on vacation here again, we will definitely come back!!

We went there today because of the great reviews for the pizza. And what can I say, absolutely justified. The pizza is absolutely world class! There's actually no service and the ambience is so-so. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back just because of the pizza. In addition, the boss is super friendly and personable.

Delicious, very delicious Sicilian pizza with fresh, authentic ingredients. The Italian beer is also quite good. The salciccia is his absolute specialty. Carmelo is cool and entertaining. We'll definitely go back if we're in Hann. Münden or nearby again. I highly recommend it.

So good. This is the best pizzeria in Lower Saxony. Perhaps in all of Germany. The pizza ingredients are always fresh, and the crust is so crispy and warm. Simply amazing. We've been here four times now.

It is unflatteringly the best and tastiest pizzaria in Northern Hesse and in the Werra-Meißner district, I am aware that Hann.Münden is located in the southernmost part of Lower Saxony. The pizza dough is specially selected. Each different creation of the delicious pizzas is so versatile, harmoniously prepared and particularly delicious. Always an unforgettable poem! That's what I call a good pizza. Unfortunately the garlic was missing. The dough was thin, floury, fresh and crispy from the oven. Absolutely top!

Very simple setup and drinks are self-service. The sanitary area would also be due again. The key here is passion. You really get the impression that a lot of love goes into the work here. You can only find it very rarely. The prices are far too cheap and should actually be increased by at least 30%!

I'm not writing anything new when I say here there is the best pizza in HMÜ / Kassel/Göttingen region / outside of Italy. And even if the pizza were only half as great...Carmelo is a wonderful, warm host with a lot of warmth, heart and humor that immediately makes you feel at home! A visit is not just a culinary delight.

I would say this pizzeria is one of the best in Hann. Münden! Despite the crowds, the owner was very friendly and prepared our pizza in just 15 minutes.

A seemingly family-run business... The pizza had to be ordered at the counter at the front and you could grab drinks from the fridge yourself... But the pizza was brought to the table and it was really fantastic... The base was super crispy but not dry and the ingredients were fresh... We'd love to come back

For my taste, the pizza is better than some other normal pizzerias. The fact that the restaurant is self-service doesn't make it uncomfortable. The cook and boss is noticeably interested in friendly contact and does a great job.

It's a small restaurant, almost a snack bar, but Carmelo creates a very cozy, family atmosphere. Incredibly nice, courteous service. There is mainly pizza, both classic and special toppings. He also has salads, desserts - really delicious panna cotta 😍 all at a very fair price. Always worth a visit.

Very authentic Italian pizza! We got this in the Gigante size and it was the largest pizza we've ever seen and super tasty. The service was very friendly and the wine was also highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely evening!
