Pizza Max in Berlin

I ordered two Ben & Jerry’s ice creams through Uber Eats from this restaurant. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call informing me that one flavor was unavailable. They asked me to choose another, but it felt more like I was being told than asked. Then came the comment that set the tone for the entire experience: “Next time, order a drink. We do not deliver just ice cream. We are being nice with you this time.” That line changed everything. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was being scolded for placing a simple order. It came across as condescending and left me feeling uncomfortable. I offered to cancel the order if it was a problem, but they refused and told me to cancel it myself. That felt like they were shifting the responsibility onto me. After a delay, I contacted Uber Eats for a refund. Just a few minutes later, the delivery arrived, but since the order had already been canceled, I declined it. The delivery person responded with passive aggressive behavior that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant. I am not writing this to attack them, and I never even got to try their actual food. I simply want to share how one comment made the whole interaction feel unwelcoming. Ironically, I could have just taken the ice cream anyway. But I guess I am being nice this time.

Think it's great! There is the only pizza with pineapple that I tolerate.

Place looks dirty. Quality not good (chicken fingers under cooked). Not friendly staff. Not charged same money as menu said. Paid but wasnt given a reciept. Stealing money. Never wasting money there again.

No card payment, pizza cost more than it says on the menu (or anywhere), “standard” pizza is tiny, taste really not good (there is no salt on the dough). Too expensive for that. Well, I was hungry and in the end it was a pile of hot cheese - but then you can't go wrong with pizza...

Try fast food and order it from Pizza Max... 😉 Always my pleasure. Sometimes arrives a little later, but always crisp and warm.

Taste bad eaten 1000 times better. Poor quality, expensive, small pizza, poor value for money. Fries burnt and hard.

Nothing special, but….after going for: - 1 kebab plate; - 1 kebab pizza (supposedly with more meat); - 1 Becks; -1 wheat beer If I had to pay €28.20 on site, my enjoyment would be completely gone. And all of this is still in my sleep.

Pizza was delicious, as always, but unfortunately self-collection is no longer rewarded. There was once a 10% discount for it. Today, according to information when asked, something like this is only available if you order online with delivery. This means that I will only be “rewarded” if I ensure that an employee delivers two pizzas two streets away on a scooter or even a car. The environment is polluted and the savings for the journey are also retained. It's not very progressive!

Pizza is okay, delivery was a bit long and a bit expensive

Pizza Max stick to your guns! Two burgers with meat pressed too tightly and strangely over-seasoned. Two different burgers that hardly differ in taste, probably because of the meat described above. Fries were cut way too thick and fried too short, making them soggy. Mayonnaise is more bad rapeseed oil than anything else and had no taste. Ketchup has more citric acid than anything with tomatoes. With the now good selection of burger shops in Berlin, the last burger was at Pizza Max!

Simply delicious! I really enjoy ordering here from Pizza Max. Both the suppliers and the staff on site are always very friendly and accommodating.

I found a nail in the pizza. This only occurred once I had bitten into it and had to spit it out. I don’t know how this place is still running.

Delivery time 5 minutes more than stated but still hot and tasty. keep it up:)

Pizza war lecker und wurde von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter angerufen, da es kleine Unstimmigkeiten bei der Bestellung gab. Somit wurde das Problem gelöst.

Wenn ich mir die Pizza abhole oder direkt vor Ort esse, ist alles okay. Nur um als Einzelperson den Mindestbestellwert zu erreichen, müßte ich eine Pizza in die Mülltonne werfen. Leider ist hier auch noch eine Lieferkostengebühr fällig. Und dann noch Trinkgeld für den Lieferservice. Sorry, ist mir zuviel Geld für eine Pizza. Ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives sagen.

Wir bestellen immer gerne bei Pizza Max in der Westfälischen Straße. Schnelle und nette Lieferung und die Pizzen sind immer gleich lecker.
