Food burnt, inedible. The alleged manager was unfriendly, unable to provide a replacement or refund. Never again. I'm surprised anyone still orders from there. We will take further action. This is unacceptable.

Bad service, both pizzas were burnt and hard and the pizza rolls were completely black. If you complain, the boss insults you and also insults my wife in an unfriendly manner on the phone and doesn't offer any compromises or solutions.

Always delicious, with good cheese on the crust as an option. Very friendly, I've been eating here regularly for years.

I actually don't know why I was called. I live in North Rhine-Westphalia and haven't ordered anything from him.

I ordered two pizzas on July 20, 2025, and after about 45 minutes, I got diarrhea. My girlfriend ate the rest of the order (pizza rolls) that evening and also got diarrhea. I don't think I need to say more.

It was very tasty and delivered very quickly. And the delivery person was very punctual and friendly.

Hey guys, On Sunday evening, we wanted to order a pizza from Pizza Max to our home. After over an hour, the order finally arrived – and unfortunately, I was very disappointed (I've attached photos). I called the branch directly because the quality of the delivered pizza was simply not acceptable. My request for a new pizza was rejected by the shift manager. Instead, he simply offered me a €10 voucher for my next order. I explained to him that after this bad experience, it made no sense for me to order from the same branch again – and only with a discount. Especially since my order was incomplete: The "Tunk Tunk" sauce was completely missing. In the end, I paid €25.70 – and got practically nothing for it. I told him that it would only be fair to deliver me a new, complete order with the promised quality. But he didn't agree to that either. When I made it clear that I would never order from there again, his simple response was: "Then that's just the way it is." My conclusion: Save your money – a "Pizza Salami Deluxe" in Wumbo size for €25.70 should be a treat, not the disappointment I experienced. I wish you a lovely Sunday evening – especially to the true pizza fans, whom I hope to spare from this experience! I've ordered from Pizza Max a few times now and have been extremely satisfied every time. The pizzas always arrive piping hot. The toppings taste fresh and the portions are generous, not as carelessly served as with some other delivery services. Delivery was fast, and the driver was friendly, which isn't something to be taken for granted.

Very poor service, they called me after I ordered and asked me what I had ordered and where, I thought to myself, what's the point of ordering online if I end up having to talk to a person on the phone & then we went there to pick up the food, the place was very run down & then I waited about 10 minutes for my food there, even though the food was already ready there. Afterwards I paid and I paid with a 20 € note and 40 cents, we paid 15.40 € and they couldn't manage to give me the money. The pizza salmi was completely dry, no grease stains on the box, no tomato sauce, just a thick layer of cheese and a couple of slices of salmi & the pasta was okay & I've ordered from Pizza Max often, but I've never been to a branch like it & the food was thrown away. When I read all the negative reviews beforehand I understand why.

By far the worst, almost disgusting burgers I've ever eaten. Absolutely overpriced, bad meat, poorly prepared, and with an hour-long wait even though I practically live next door. Truly inedible meat patties, truffle fries with no hint of truffle flavor, and of course, the whole thing arrived soggy and cold. Order from Max Burger/Pizza Max once and never again. They should give it negative stars for the quality; one star is way too many. I and everyone else felt sick, and no one could finish their burger. Absolute warning!!!! Paid €50 for crap

I ordered a Salami Pizza Easy 20 and two Teramisu, plus two Cokes, and the order was complete. I can't say if there were twenty of the salami available; it was eaten up too quickly. Delicious as always. Thanks for the extremely fast delivery. I'd be happy to come back anytime. The food was cold. The pizza didn't taste good. The tuna was still raw. All three pizzas ended up in the trash.

Pizza Easy 20, medium size. According to the advertisement, 30 slices of salami, there are 12. Driver doesn't read comments and therefore can't find the house, 2 calls. 1 star just because of the false advertising.

My order didn't arrive in Berlin today even though I paid for it. You couldn't give me a reasonable explanation over the phone from your Berlin-Wedding branch.

I'm really very disappointed because I was hoping there would still be friendly staff but unfortunately that wasn't the case!!!! 1. After he arrived and rang the bell for so long, I told him that even a short ring would suffice. He rolled his eyes and I said that the bell was so loud. I don't understand the QUESTION why you have to roll your eyes, but that's okay 2. It's not a given to leave a tip, it's still up to me and not him. I then decided to run after him and demand my money. At the same time he said everything was ok? The ability to take criticism is zero and we practice being friendly again CONCLUSION: I won't be ordering there anymore!!!

Anyone who orders here once will never do it again! The pizza is terribly bad! The dough is thick and limp like flatbread... the topping is simply completely tasteless! Everything is a mush that tastes like half raw dough! The cheapest supermarket frozen pizza is better than what you get here. Really bad. I know Pizza max from Hamburg and the quality is much better there.

Ordered spaghetti bolognese. Noodles overcooked and soggy without end!!!!!!! Sauce without meat..... almost cold... Not edible, a case for the trash can No parmesan despite ordering twice...

I ordered the truffle pasta and an ice cream. The pasta sauce didn't contain any truffle oil, it wasn't even creamy. It was salted milk with a few mushrooms. I have ordered this pasta on other occasions and it was nothing like this. I didn't think anything of it because we can all have a bad day. What I found unforgivable was the condition of the dessert. They brought me some bad ice cream. It showed signs of having been thawed several times before and had a strange gelatinous coating and dark yellow spots on the surface. I couldn't eat it. It was really disgusting. I tried calling but no one answered. So far I have had a good experience with this establishment, but I don't understand how they can deliver bad food or dishes without the main ingredient. If they run out of ingredients, they can call and report it.

Very long delivery, really very long. Employees do not answer telephone calls. You can either 40 minutes or 2.5 hours.

I ordered the following yesterday: Two pizzas and a pasta. The pizzas were already underground. But the highlight was the addition to the pasta! There was a smeared aluminum lid in it! I am stunned at the level of this branch! I will report this to the health department!

I waited almost 3 hours for 2 portions of pizza rolls. Arrival time at Lieferando is incorrect. Food arrives accordingly cold. According to the supplier, there was no longer any aioli. It's a shame if you paid for it! Really a really bad pizzeria! Hands off!

Wollten uns eine schönen Nachmittag machen,also habe ich am 10 .12. um 13.30 bei Pizza Max bestellt ... 1Gartensalat 2Pizzen...Mista und Tonno 2×Tiramisu Eigentlich ganz einfach ! Um 14 .15uhr kam der Lieferbote ! Wo war das Dessert? Ich wollte nur das Gelieferte bezahlen ,dabei viel mir auf das alles teurer war,als angegeben ...mit dem Hinweis an den Boten,das nicht Gelieferte umgehend zu besorgen ......da es nur ca 800m.entfernt ist ,dachte ich auf schnelle Lieferung....die große Enttäuschung kam beim Auspacken der Pizzen...lauwarm und kein bißchen knusprig ...der Belag sah undefinierbar aus...vor Schreck hab ich vergessen mein Handy zuzücken...der wirklich frische gem.Salat kam ohne Dressing an...also habe ich nach dem Hörer gegriffen...Salatsoße muß angegeben werden...stehen 3zur Verfügung und kostenlos...warum wurde ich nicht gefragt ...der Zustand der Pizza konnte nicht geklärt werden...die angepriesenen PEPERONIE kamen keingeschnitten auf dem Belag und wir dachten an Frühlingsziebeln!! Sparmaßnahmen!? Nach 1std.habe ich wieder angerufen,wo denn der Nachtisch bliebe ..Antwort : ich hätte ja keinen mehr gewollt... !Also hab ich 34€bezahlt für schlechte Qualität...Hätte ich im voraus die Rezesionen gelesen,wäre der Nachmittag sicher anders verlaufen...Nie mehr PIZZA MAX !

Bestellung über Lieferando dauerte über eine Stunde für eine kalte Pizza und eine kalte Portion Pommes. Die schlechte Essensqualität und der nüchterne Geschmack taten ihr übriges um diese Bewertung zu verfassen. Eine TK Pizza schmeckt besser und die Pommes von McD. auch. Einmal und nie wieder. Ihr werdet bereuen dort bestellt zu haben. Leider hab ich die Rezessionen erst danach gesehen.

Diese Filiale von Pizza Max wird immer schlechter. Die Pizza ist von der Qualität mittlerweile leider sehr schlecht. Sie wird lauwarm geliefer und der Teig ist labbrig. Die Lieferung dauerte fast zwei Stunden. Auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen kam eine lapidare Erklärung, aber keine Entschuldigung. Das ist bereits das dritte Mal so in dieser Form passiert. Ich habe zum Abholen bei Pizza Max bestellt und war zur vereinbarten Zeit dort. Der Laden war geschlossen (obwohl ich vorher sogar mit einem Mitarbeiter telefoniert hatte, der mir die Abholzeit bestätigt hat). Telefonisch war auch niemand mehr erreichbar. Ich habe einige Zeit lang dort gewartet - vergeblich. Am nächsten Tag habe ich nochmal dort angerufen und dann auch wieder jemanden erreicht. Eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Ich habe gefragt, ob mir aus Kulanz das Essen, das ich am Vortag online bezahlt aber nicht bekommen habe, heute geliefert werden könnte. Daraufhin wurde der Mitarbeiter sehr unverschämt und meinte, dass ich es entweder nochmal abholen kann oder garnicht bekomme.

Trotz Bestellbestätigung nie eine Pizza erhalten Wir werden dort nie wieder bestellen Nicht zu empfehlen

Hatten essen bestellt und unsere Soßen die wir bestellt hatten für die wir extra bezahlt hatten wurden nicht geliefert und es wurden teilweise unsere Pizzen mit den Zutaten der jeweiligen anderen Pizza bekleckert.

Ca 1 Std wurde mir gesagt.Nach 1,5 Std rief ich an wann das Essen kommt.Geht keiner ran .Mehrmals versucht.Korektur: Essen kam nach 3 Std und endschuldigte sich wegen zuvieler Krankmeldungen.

Musste meine Bestellung nach 1, 3/4 Stunden leider stornieren, da mein Gast bereits am Gehen war. Rückmeldung war sehr abweisend und uneinsichtig, da sie Filiale ja Nichts falsch gemacht habe. Ob ich mein Geld zurück bekommen werde ist fraglich.

die leute nett und essen kam schnell aber das essen wahr echt ein schock. die tomaten soße war wasser und hat null nach tomate geschmeckt. diese tomatensoße hat nicht mit tomatensoße oder pizza zu tun

Mein Mann und ich haben bei PizzaMax bestellt. Wir haben nach einer Stunde angerufen und es hieß das Essen sei auf dem Weg. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden haben wir immer noch keine Lieferung erhalten. Daraufhin riefen wir erneut an und da hieß es, an der Klingel stand kein Name und angeblich ist auch niemand ans Telefon gegangen. An der Klingel steht unser Name und es hat auch niemand angerufen!!!! Also wir bestellen NIE wieder vei Pizza Max.

Leider heute zum 2. Mal enttäuscht. Lieferung kam nicht an. Nach 1 h angerufen und es wurde gesagt ist unterwegs. Dann nach 1h 40 wieder und es hieß unser Name steht nicht an der Tür und wir sind nicht ans Telefon gegangen. Leider eine Frechheit und deshalb niewieder.

Lieferzeit super ! Aber die Pizza (17,30 Euro) war die fettigste Pizza die ich jeh gegessen habe, dass war eigentlich nur eine "Pampe". Ausserdem war der gesamte Belag nach einer Seite gerutscht (falsch transportiert? Runtergefallen?). Der Burger war OK. Da das schon das zweite mal war das die Pizza so unheimlich fettig war/ist, werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen! Schade eigentlich. Pizza Max ansich war gut, aber diese Filiale ist nicht zu empfehlen. Hatte übrings nachts um 1 Uhr Durchfall bekommen.

Lieferando wie wäre es die von der Liste zu nehmen komplette Bestellung schlecht gewesen die Nuggets wie aus der Mikrowelle und den Bürger trau ich mich nicht zu essen aufgrund der Nuggets. Das Eis war gut nur schon wieder das Falsche...

Thunfisch Pizza , trocken aber total ölig. Es war eher Thunfisch Pulver anstatt Thunfisch. Bombay Pizza schmeckte eher nach Konfitüre.kaum Käse. Es wurde an allen ecken gespart. Hähnchbrustsalat mit eher Hähnchenbrustkrümmel und Croutons. Katastrophe! Nie wieder !

Bestellung 17.11.2022 um 22:41 Burger, Pommes und Chicken Wings nach 20 Minuten heiß geliefert, alles gut aussehend und sehr lecker, freundlicher Bote.

Wollte soeben eine Pizza bestellen...Sau unfreundlich fernab von jeder deutschen Sprache...Kennen ihre eigenen Preise nicht.. Also ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen und hoffe andere auch nicht.

Ich bestelle immer wieder gern bei Pizza Max, obwohl es da nie so ganz günstig wird , kann und wird wohl aber eher an mir liegen, denn bei der Auswahl kann ich mich kaum entscheiden. Alles lecker und immer wieder bestellbar. :-D

Auf der Pizza wurden einfach Zutaten vergessen. Nach einer weitern Stunde Wartezeit wurden wieder die gleichen Zutaten vergessen und der Lieferant wollte mir dann auch noch erklären, dass sie doch drauf seien, ich sie nur nicht sehen könne.

Da ich selbst sehen muss ob der Umgang mit den Lebensmitteln die man mir serviert, hygienisch gewährleistet wird, kann ich mit ruhigen Gewissens diese Filiale von PizzaMax empfehlen. Zumindest ist der Produktionsplatz sauber.

Bestellen schon öfter über Lieferheld bei Pizza Max, hat bis jetzt immer alles wunderbar gepasst! Sehr geschmackvolle Pizza, auch der Burger top und Lieferzeiten ok, immer alles warm bei uns angekommen. Gerne wieder!
