Pizza & Burger Bulls in Berlin

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give negative stars… Absolute disappointment and an outrage. We ordered for our team, and the food was consistently terrible. The wrap was inedible, the salad brown and even warm – definitely not fresh. Several dishes were delivered incorrectly: instead of tortellini gratin, we simply received potatoes. Furthermore, all the bowls were missing the sauce. When we tried to find a solution by phone, they simply hung up on us. Customer service = non-existent. The positive reviews are completely incomprehensible to me – they seem fake and in no way reflect our experience. I will certainly never order from here again.

You can easily get food until 2:00 AM (even if you arrive at 1:59 AM). I've only ever had pizza so far, and it's always freshly prepared and generously topped (even at that late hour). The price is reasonable, too. The staff is friendly.

Wow I was not expecting much as it wasn’t very busy. Wow was I surprised. The wings are big and juicy with a great flair. Wish they had a little kick to them. Tasted like it was oven baked and not fried. The person thought I was joking when I said I was from Seattle. I was just as surprised as he was that they actually have a Seattle Pizza. I got it and it was delicious. Btw most people in Seattle would like it, but it was exactly what I wanted. Ham and turkey bacon, with mushrooms. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. I’ll be back for the wings alone. I got my pizza, wings, and a beer for 24 Euros. I have plenty left over for a great lunch tomorrow.

Ordered from Walt for the first time today. Delivery took an hour, and the food arrived lukewarm and initially looked okay. The pizzas were solid in flavor, but very simple and not very high quality. The kids' menu with "toys" was a complete disappointment. The potato wedges were soggy, and the chicken pieces were dry and slightly burnt. The "toy insert" was a real cheeky one, which was more like a reuse of random stuff from behind the bar and went straight into the trash. Everything was old, some of it broken, and not even remotely child-friendly. Overall, too expensive for the quality, and I wouldn't order again.

I just ordered a western burger and a salami pizza, the burger was sticky and it was probably old and not freshly prepared. There was also boiled ham and mushrooms on the pizza with the salami and there was probably one left over. I'll never order there again, it's really disgusting if it weren't for the fact that they're closed in the middle of the night and I'd bring their food back to them. Definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Delivery took an incredible 2 hours and 30 minutes and when the food finally arrived it was already cold. The biggest problem, however, was the delivery service. I had expressly noted in the order and also asked by telephone that the courier not ring the bell but instead call me so as not to wake up my roommates. But despite these clear instructions, the courier simply rang the bell, waking everyone up - a completely unnecessary and disrespectful disregard for my request. Overall a very disappointing experience. Long waiting time, cold food and poor service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Burger Bulls Schöneberg and will not order there again.

We ordered from Pizza & Burger Bulls through Lieferando, and we were seriously impressed! The delivery was super fast, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The wrap were nice and cheesy, the pizza had the perfect crust, and everything was packed with flavor. It's rare to find a place that delivers both speed and quality, but they absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be ordering again!

What leaves the “kitchen” there is a bottomless impudence. To name just a few of the highlights: Fries floating in water (however you manage that) Chicken wings burnt in places and as mushy as if they had been in a cooking pot - also raw and spoiled I've never come across such a waste of food, although I'm really not squeamish Anyone who consumes the stuff from this place is seriously risking their health I prefer to spare the public photos of this total failure at this point

!PLEASE ORDER ELSEWHERE!! Best of all, no stars at all, the food came almost 2 hours late. The whole meal was banished, including rotten potato wedges. I ordered a mixed chicken chuck box which is extremely outrageous to charge €21 for mini chicken breast balls and 12 chicken wings that were all burnt and paid €43.97 for the entire order. Way too overpriced for the price. I definitely expected something different . I ordered the first and last time and now I have diarrhea, thanks for nothing. Again, very outrageous for the portions and change something about your supplier or do they deliver it by public transport?

Underground. Really bad. Unreasonable refusal to work, rip-off. The opening times shown online do not correspond to reality and the opening times shown for delivery services. Orders are actually accepted until 2:00 AM. What happened today, however, cannot be beaten. Or is it? Ordered at 12:13 a.m. Promised delivery time 0:50 a.m. - 1:20 a.m At 2:03 current time nothing has been delivered. This is the third time in a month of this magnitude of time delay and obvious provocative work-shyness/refusal to work. It's finally enough! Fraud. Money is gone. I'll definitely get it back! If you want something to eat, stay away from this shop. And: Never tip online or similar beforehand!

I used Uber eats and the order was active. When I called the restaurant they said it was closed. I didn’t get full refund and need answer to this. If you are closed why did you accept the order.

The WORST meal I have ever received. “Guacamole” MOLDY and stinks, “beef” on burgers inedible. Patty bone hard, as if it had been in the warm for several days. Just a sauce for 2x fries. No mayo or ketchup. Sweet potato fries cold and soggy. Chicken burger halfway edible. Be careful not eaten. Delivery 30 minutes late. The only positive was the sprite. Out of Hoping for a refund, but have no hope as German is hardly spoken and no interest is shown in a solution. €30 ended up in the bin and no dinner. THANK YOU Bulls Burger for this great experience, then McDonald's again next time

The two of us ate there. While I was eating I noticed a cockroach running around behind my best friend. I was so frightened that I leaned against the wall behind me and let my pizza fall back onto my plate. At that moment my friend looked at me with wide eyes and said that two cockroaches had just escaped from the joints in the wall. Then we left the restaurant in a panic 🏃‍♂️‍➡️

Nope, never again, burgers ok, the fancy pizza rolls are a joke. (1cm ham on top) Mozzarella sticks, the chili cheese nuggets and fries aren't even properly fried

Biggest rubbish. We were always so happy. Since the new owner arrived, our pizza came without toppings, over 60 minutes late and then the wrong delivery. Although it was expressly stated no meat was left under the cheese of the salami pizza. After complaining we were told we would get our money back and the supplier would bring it back to us. 2 hours later still no one there! NEVER STORE THIS JUICE AGAIN!

Very bad service! Pizza Greek was very salty, I gave it back instead the staff offered check wings as a “sorry”, although it didn’t taste good, the chicken meat wasn’t cooked 🤢 Very frustrating! Never again !!!

Order never showed up! When I called people laughed and didn't give an answer when or if the order is on the way. My order was almost 40 euros worth, they charged me but never delivered. This coment I write as an advice for future clients, but I will definetly not stop just at this coment!

1 Stern zu viel ! Zeitverschwenderische, hohlste, dümmste Erfahrung ever. Der Fahrer ist unfähig eine Adresse einzutippen und fährt 10 km weiter weg nachdem man fast 2 h auf ein verdammtes Eis wartet und dann der Fahrer anruft und die Bestellung komplett cancelled weil er der Meinung ist andere warten ja auch. Keine Entschuldigung nichts , obwohl es sein Fehler war. Ja bin sehr sauer und ohne Eis ! Zum Glück hab ich kein Essen bestellt wäre sonst verhungert haha

Sehr sehr stabile Pizza. Vorallem die Pizza Orlando (Thunfisch). Habe sie mit dem classic Italian Teig bestellt. Auch die Getränke haben gute Preise. Die Große Pizza macht locker 2 Leute satt. Bedienung war auch nett

KATASTROPHE! So ein schlechter Service. Wir Mädels im Büro wollten eine schöne gemeinsame Mittagspause verbringen. 1,5 Stunden später kamen kalte Pizzen, geschmeckt haben sie nicht und das Mittagsangebot 2 für 1 wurde ignoriert. Bei den Salaten fehlten die Balls und 2 E-Mails danach an den Filialleiter blieben unbeantwortet. Wir haben über 60 Euro ausgegeben und es war absolut frustrierend. Nie wieder!!!

Heute mal wieder bei Pizza Bulls bestellt---und schwer enttäuscht worden!Das Aioli für die Brötchen fehlte!Also 3,50,-€.für trockene 20,-Cent Teiglinge?Der Fahrer meinte,dass die Küche keine Aioli-Sauce mehr hätte...Er log aber!Sein Chef am Telefon später meinte,dass der Fahrer den Dip einfach vergessen hätte.Ich würde bei der nächsten Bestellung ein Geschenk in Form einer Pizza o.ä. erhalten!Alles NUR billige Hinhaltetaktik.Beim vielleicht nächsten mal hat der das eh wieder vergessen...Und jetzt der Hammer!Die beiden Pizzen waren,kalt,trocken und kaum mit Sauce bestrichen!23,-€.für die Tonne!So vergrault man sich frühere Stammkunden!!!Hätte man Ehre im Leib,hätte man das sofort geregelt!Aber alles nur Gelaber und hingehalte...

Kurz drin gewesen, Preise gesehen, wieder gegangen. Der Laden sieht aus wie ein Imbiss, die Preise erinnern jedoch eher an ein Hochpreisiges Restaurant. Single Pizza (26cm (!!!!)) kostet ca. 14€, die großen Kosten mindestens 20€. Einfach nur Abzocke, vor allem wenn man das „Ambiente“ berücksichtigt.

Ist zwar etwas her aber ich schwöre in dem Laden wird ins Essen gespuckt. Die haben jetzt neues Personal aber ich würd trotzdem niemals dort holen, der Laden ist verhext.

We just ate the chicken burger and it was amazing. It pleasured every taste bud in my mouth. It was sweet but savoury and tiny bit spicy. The chicken was cripsy outside but soft in the inside. AMAZING!! I would highly recommend and for sure go back mwahhh🤌🤌🤌🤌❤️❤️❤️

Pazar günü Wolt uygulamasından pizza sipariş ettim. Tam 1 saat bekledim. Pizza gelmedi. Restoran telefon edip hiçbir bilgi vermedi. Meğer posta kodu hatalı diye kurye adresi bulamamış. Tamamen otelin açık adresini yazdığım halde bulamıyor. Peki neden bana bir dönüş yapılmıyor? Binbir zahmetle 1,5 saat sonra pizzaya ulaştım. Kendim çabalamasam restoran asla pizzayı getirmeyecek. Umursamaz davranıyorlar. Pazar günleri sadece kendi kuryeleri çalışıyormuş. Wolt müşteri hizmetleri öyle söyledi. Bu benimle iletişime geçmemeleri için bir sebep değil. Pizzanın lezzeti orta düzeyde. Ama hizmet kötü malesef. 👎

Ich habe Ober Uber Eats bestellt. Laut App hätte meine Bestellung seit 50 min da sein sollen. Also habe ich da angerufen, damit er mir am Telefon sagen kann, dass die über Uber Eats nicht liefern, obwohl sie gelistet sind. Meine vorigen Bestellungen von dort kamen jedoch immer an. Von Uber Eats bestellt natürlich.
