Strange pizza dough that looks like it's baked with bread crumbs.

I ordered from Mönchengladbach and didn't even realize the pizzeria was in Viersen, as I only had the menu and the order was accepted as normal. After over three hours, my delivery finally arrived. Apparently, the driver couldn't find the address and had to return in the meantime. I called twice – the first time after about an hour, the second time after about two hours. Each time, I was told the food was on its way. In fact, it took over three hours to be delivered. It was probably only prepared after my second call – because it was still warm when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the quality of the food, pizza and pasta, wasn't that great. The driver was upset that I didn't leave a tip. But after such a delay, I couldn't leave a tip, even though it might not have been his fault because it might have been another driver, but I couldn't. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I've ordered a lot, but never from Pizza Lord.

The pizza was quite good, but after the pictures I expected a bit more and I got good ingredients and good dough, but thin as a sheet of paper, that's why I give it 3 stars

Sorry, but unfortunately this was the worst pizza I've eaten in Viersen. I had a seafood pizza. The crust tasted terrible, and the seafood topping had surimi in it, which shouldn't have been there. We also had to wait a really long time. I'll never order from Pizza Lord again.

When I got food, instead of chicken on my salad, I got frozen schnitzel, which is annoying, especially when you specifically ordered the chicken because there was no mention of frozen schnitzel anywhere. It's a real shame to pay 4 euros for extra chicken that I'm not even allowed to eat.

I've always been satisfied, but depending on who takes the order, you pay differently. Small deviations are fine, but not. A price difference of up to €5 for the same order, and paying an additional €9 because you want a pizza half as big as half as big is pretty cheeky. For less than €2 more, you could have gotten 1 pizza each, meaning you're paying the price of 2 pizzas for 1 pizza because you want each half with different toppings. If that's not possible, that's fine, but charging for 2 pizzas even though you get one is pretty cheeky! Always happy to order and often! But that was the last time!

We had a card in our mailbox. Unfortunately, there's no currency behind the "prices"! What does "7.9 and above" mean, for example? Peso, dollar, or ruble? So we didn't order anything.

Hot tip: You can still eat great and cheap there even after 9 p.m.! Had an Anna burger which was absolutely great and delicious fries with it. The whole place setting is very good! Not a long wait on a Sunday evening. Ambiance: 1 point deducted, it was a bit cold in the restaurant, but the rest was great.

The food was still lukewarm and the Bacon Chilli Cheese Burger was delivered without bacon for the second time. The frozen patty wasn't cooked through and of course I couldn't finish the burger (thank you very much for that, I hope it doesn't ruin my Christmas dinner) and the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets was also forgotten. We used to love ordering here, but today was the last order. Very unfortunate...

Always better to eat locally. There is no reason to complain there, I have been there many times, preferably on Sundays. Orders are received very quickly. Ambience very tidy, service very friendly. Pizza is good and tasty considering the quick pizzeria concept.

Hello, we ordered food today. The food came in the requested delivery time. Unfortunately, one of our orders was incorrectly executed. After calling we were told in a blunt, unapologetic manner that our food would be delivered. After another hour our repeat order arrived. Unfortunately wrong again. We then got our money back. Unfortunately you won't see us there again. The service on site definitely needs to be improved and friendliness needs to be worked on a lot

That was probably nothing: 1. Pizza cold 2. Over an hour delivery time 3. Ordered twice garlic, both pizzas were delivered completely without garlic 4. No cheese on the outer third of the pizza 5. Pizza topped with a tiny amount of tuna Guys, it doesn't work like that, so many faux pas at once are an absolute no-go. Recently, delivery has always taken significantly longer than before. Shortage of staff? I have no idea, at least not acceptable.

I really order there often. However, something from the order is just as often forgotten and has to be delivered after calling. Most recently I ordered Ben and Jerry's where the cold chain was guaranteed to be broken. All the cookie dough had already slumped to the bottom and the ice cream tasted unusually crystalline. However, since I only noticed this after eating half of the ice cream and was wondering where the dough was the whole time, I decided to induce vomiting in order to avoid salmonella poisoning. It was the last time I ordered there. The pizza tastes okay.

I can recommend pasta, especially the Tagliatelle Chicken Dream. The pizzas are very appetizing. Otherwise there is a lot of choice of dishes and a few different drinks.

We have often ordered there and always take "Tagliatelle Pasta Deluxe" which always tastes very good, today we ordered that too, the sauce was totally watery and the meat was dry, the edges of the meat looked really disgusting, that was nothing.

It's all a matter of taste, of course. But I know almost every pizzeria in the region. First of all, a no-go for me personally is putting the cheese on last. It's purely physically logical that when you lift a slice of pizza, everything slides down. The flour is yellow. I've never seen it before. I almost thought it was breadcrumbs. The pizza is sent through a feed oven. So not like the Italian. I found tomato sauce very bland. I didn't like the cheese at all either. No question was asked about whether it should be cut. Whether spicy or garlic either. I only ate half of it at home. It happens extremely rarely for me. As I said: it's all a matter of taste. But I won't go there again.

It's nice that there are still places like this where you can eat lunch at great prices... and with delicious dishes that you can still enjoy here. We'd love to go there again. Thanks!

You can eat comfortably on site. Service is nice and friendly. Pasta and salads are decent here. When it comes to the quality of the pizzas and their taste, I would rate them as average. Overall, a solid store that I order from from time to time :)

Been here for the first time (first and last time!). Ordered a cheeseburger to take away. Arriving home and unpacking full of anticipation, anger immediately rises. CHEESE belongs on a CHEESEburger. And no cheese sauce. That's a disgrace, if not actually fraud. But what kind of patty was that? This had nothing to do with a proper ground meat patty. Cheapest industrial goods. Hello dear shopkeeper: only you know what kind of crap you're selling. So, dear burger fans (m/f/d of course....😉): if you want a good burger, give a friendly wave when you drive past. But as always: my subjective impression applies. Feel free to try it yourself.

I have dine in there twice, burgers and pasta were really good but schnitzel wasn't good enough, it was one of those defrosted ready schnitzels to go, other time while ordering online delivery just did not came.

Very good pizza, nice service. I placed an order for pickup and even though the umchlopaki set an hour, the pizza was ready in 10 minutes (I was there 5 minutes after placing the order). A very nice place, although there was no music. ;)

Unfortunately no continuity. Sometimes you get a 5 star meal and sometimes you wonder if you ordered what was in front of you. Requests in orders are ignored, the herb butter is missing in every second order. Salads always look different. Unfortunately it's the same with pizzas. Sometimes they have good fillings, sometimes you wonder whether you ordered a Magherita. There have never been any problems with the noodles. They are always great!

Very good and tasty pizza, the service is absolutely friendly and very polite. We, that is my wife and I, drive from Korschenbroich every now and then to eat pizza. The prices are very fair. It's just the ambience that makes you realize that it's an old, converted gas station on the main street.

Unfortunately, once the order consists of more than 4.5 parts, they are unable to deliver the entire order. Always missing a pizza or a sauce etc.! It's a shame too, even with orders of €60.70 there's no cola or anything like that. I would be quite happy with the food, but everything else just isn't right, so we'll now have to look for a new delivery service

Unfortunately I can only recommend it to a limited extent. Starter is served after the main course. So then I ate the starter. In the meantime the main course had become cold. Than asked to warm this up again. The food came back in another used plate. I couldn't eat, it was disgusting to look into a dirty plate and eat from it. Then I paid and left. . . Complaints were not taken seriously, so I won't be coming back. . .

The pizza was ok - but given the huge selection in Viersen, I probably won't order it again. However, the price-performance ratio is right and the supplier was nice.

So far we have only had good experiences and we often order there. The pizzas are delicious, hot and always on point. Salad always comes with 5-6 individual pizza rolls, you just have to order herb butter if you want it. Dressing comes in an extra container. For a quick lunchtime snack or a smaller hunger in the evening, we also tried out the different variations of fries with topping. Sometimes the food arrives in 15 minutes, sometimes it takes 30 minutes. We don't live far away and the journey only takes about 5 minutes.

Pizza Lord was our favorite pizzeria so far. We especially loved the Bolognese pizza. The last one was actually just a bad Marghereta, even the dough was no longer tasty. The salad before that gave my husband and I bad diarrhea, today's was so carelessly thrown together - the slices of ham weren't even cut up. Thank you, never again!!

And I ordered pizza rolls, the pizza rolls arrived as pizza bread in 2 parts (photo available) and not fully baked!!! That means I won't be able to eat them at all!! We ordered 2 large pizzas for €14.90 each. A pizza should have 2 different types of toppings, which was possible without any problems. For this special order we were then charged an extra €10 upon delivery without prior notice. So we paid €47.50 for 2 pizzas and a salad. Absolutely excessive and a reason for us not to order anymore.

Pizza vegetaria ordered and unfortunately completely wet!! The topping runs out and the dough becomes soggy. When I complained it was suggested that a new pizza be delivered but since I don't throw any food away! I gave up. Not even an apology or discount was offered for the next order.

So if you want to order here you have to hope that everything is complete. We order from Pizza Lord quite often and everything tastes wonderful. Only the service and quality of delivery leave something to be desired. Whether you call or let the driver know that something is missing, they are ignored. We call to tell them that something is missing, the phone is put away and all we hear is an apology. We didn't get a discount on our next order or our money back either. So you can make money by simply not delivering things that were ordered and still collecting the money. So we will think about ordering there again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good pizza and good pasta, schnitzels are also good. We order there very often but we also eat there occasionally. Always good. But I found a mistake, the chef doesn't know hunter sauce! There is always a ZIguer sauce (instead of peppers there are mushrooms in it) They don't know that it should be a cream sauce with mushrooms (-: Otherwise absolutely fair price/performance, nice staff.

Anyone who orders here has themselves to blame! There are enough warnings noted. After 2 hours of waiting and several calls, you as a customer are taken for a ride. Apparently the pizza is already on the way blah blah blah. 2 hours later I canceled the order! Never again

We decided on the gyros pizza for the first time and it was super delicious! A nice and quiet restaurant that we will definitely visit or order again :)

Bad man orders something and has to wait over 2 hours even though the time promise was within 46 minutes and not 120 minutes + and then they said it would be there in 5-10 minutes and Dan waited again for 20 minutes and still nothing after that so sirvice has become really bad

I can't understand some of the reviews, we order there both privately and for work and so far everything has always been perfect.

Drecksladen habe mir ein Schnitzel bestellt mit Soße was kam eine trockne Schuhsohle. Und Bauchschmerzen habe ich auch danke fǔr das tolle Essen an Weihnachten!

Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war gut 👍. Das Lokal war sehr kalt mußten mit Jacke essen.
