Mir wurde gesagt ich müsse 30 Minuten auf mein Essen warten, habe schon 1 Stunde gewartet und habe dann angerufen und die Frau am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich..

Leute bestellt keine Lasagne die ist aus dem Supermarkt nicht hausgemacht . Schmeckt nicht gut habe sogar direkt brechen müssen

Ich bin wirklich sprachlos über den Umgang mit Kunden! Heute gegen 20 Uhr wollte ich telefonisch eine Bestellung aufgeben. Ich hatte bereits einen Teil der Bestellung genannt, als die Mitarbeiterin plötzlich einfach auflegte. Als ich erneut anrief, erklärte sie mir, man nehme keine Bestellungen von unbekannten Nummern an. Das Problem dabei: Meine Nummer war gar nicht unterdrückt. Selbst wenn es so gewesen wäre, legt man einem Kunden während einer laufenden Bestellung nicht einfach auf. Man kann höflich nachfragen oder die Situation erklären. So ein Verhalten ist respektlos und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Auch das weitere Gespräch mit der Mitarbeiterin verlief sehr unfreundlich und patzig. Auf normale Fragen wurde genervt reagiert. Als ich die Situation ansprach und meine Kritik äußerte, wurde darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein Versuch, die Situation zu klären, blieben komplett aus. Nach vielen Jahren als treuer Kunde hätte ich einen deutlich respektvolleren Umgang erwartet. Nach diesem Erlebnis werde ich dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen! Meiner Meinung nach sollte jemand, der den telefonischen Kundenkontakt übernimmt, freundlich, respektvoll und serviceorientiert auftreten. Davon war in diesem Gespräch leider nichts zu spüren. Freundlichkeit und Respekt sollten im Umgang mit Kunden selbstverständlich sein.

Essen ist echt lecker wenn die Bestellung denn stimmen würde....Bestellen ohne frische Tomaten oder Pilze funktioniert bei euch leider nicht weil ihr nicht kompetent genug seid zu lesen was man aufschreib. Und Klassiker Kräuterbutter oder Aioli bei Pizzabrötchen fehlt meistens immer. Ist eigentlich schade weil eure Sachen echt lecker sind aber diese Fehler gehen überhaupt nicht wenn alleinigen vorhanden sind....

Sehr enttäuschend. Die Bestellung kam über 40 Minuten zu spät an und die Pizza war komplett kalt. Für den Preis und die lange Wartezeit hätte ich deutlich besseren Service erwartet. Leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Also heute hat er verloren. Das war die Pizza des Grauens..Das Dönerfleisch sah aus als ob es schon länger lag .Nicht lecker

Unfreundlich Punkt schicken sie mir das Essen nach Zwei Stunde kaltes Essen unfreundliche Fahrer Denkt der wäre die König habe ich den raus geschmissen mit dein kalte Essen auf nie wieder sehen nicht empfehlenswert

Sehr sehr leckere Burger und Pizzen, auch die chicken Wings sind juicy. Der lieferservice ist immer nett und für den Preis echt großartig 😋

Die Pizza und Pizzabrötchen sind wirklich lecker. Die Lasagne war „ok“ aber es war kein echtes Hackfleisch! Eher ein krümmiliges, säurig schmeckendes Soja Produkt. Lachs - Kartoffel Auflauf war über die Hälfte Soße. War aber dennoch reichlich Lachs drin.

Tja Pizzalord...Essen ist naja, Bedienung ist eher so: Ich bediene lieber zwei vor Ihnen obwohl die erst später kamen. Dann wollte ich nach dem Essen bezahlen und vor mir sagte ebenfalls einer er wolle bezahlen. Dann denkt man jetzt komme ich als erster dran, weil ich als erster bezahlen wollte aber nein, kommst schön zum Schluss!! Dazu die Bedienung kalt eher abweisend und wirkte lustlos mir überhaupt etwas zu bringen. Kann den Laden nicht weiter empfehlen. Essen schmeckt langweilig und fade.

Letztens bestellt das bekommen. Die Spaghetti Bolognese war auch nicht nice , mir wurde eine neue 45 cm versprochen, hab dafür nur die 25cm bekommen, und total kalt. Und erst nach 90 min geliefert. Das ist nicht nice sowas geht nicht

Sehr enttäuschend. Ich hatte Spaghetti Carbonara bestellt – eigentlich sollte das Gericht eher „Spaghetti in Sahnesoße“ heißen. Von Speck war kaum etwas zu sehen, vielleicht drei kleine Stückchen insgesamt. Außerdem war die Portion sehr klein und die Nudeln extrem trocken. Wirklich sehr, sehr trocken. Mein Vater hatte einen Nudelauflauf Alfredo. Auch hier war die Portion ziemlich mau und geschmacklich leider nichts Besonderes. Am Ende waren wir beide noch hungrig und sind danach sogar noch zu McDonald's gegangen. Insgesamt leider eine große Enttäuschung, da hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, muss sagen mir hat das Teig ( Pizza) sehr geschmeckt. Die waren in kurze Zeit da. Von mir 5 Sterne kann 100 % weiterempfehlen

Pünktlich, lecker und freundlicher Lieferant. Was will man mehr? Es gibt viele spannende Pizzen und auch die Nudelgerichte sind yummy. Im Restaurant selber sitzt es sich auch gut.

Erstmal die Tüte wo der Salat drinne war stank so nach Rauch, das man schon garkein Appetit mehr hatte und dann noch Salat bestellt wo was fehlte und das für den Preis, einfach nur lächerlich.

Gutes Essen zu einem guten Preis. Ein kurzer Zwischenstopp, um in Rijs neue Energie zu tanken.

Schnell und qualitativ hochwertig. Seit ich in Deutschland lebe, habe ich hier die beste Pizza und den besten Burger gegessen... 5 Sterne!

Köstliches Essen. Gemütliches Ambiente. Einziger Nachteil: Es gab keine englischsprachige Kommunikation, aber der Service war sehr freundlich.

Da heute unsere Stamm-Italiener geschlossen hatten, mussten wir leider mal Pizza Lord ausprobieren. Und was soll ich sagen.. es war das letzte Mal. Wir haben 4 Gerichte bestellt, 2 * Pizza und 2 * Nudeln. Der Pizzateig schmeckt sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Pizzen wurden in Koblauch und scharfer Sosse derart getränkt, wahrscheinlich damit sie überhaupt nach etwas schmecken. Die Nudeln haben nämlich nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Ergo: Viel zu teuer für die schlechte Qualität. PS. Bei einer Lieferung in einer Thermobox wären die Pizzen bestimmt auch noch warm geblieben

I received my food a few minutes ago. The driver arrived 33 minutes earlier than expected (which is a positive). When I told him I needed it at the perfect time, he immediately started complaining that he'd driven for 20 minutes and that he doesn't earn much money (seriously, then don't do the job!). When I asked him to please speak quietly because I live in an apartment building, he ignored me. Really rude! As for the food: it arrived lukewarm and tasted like nothing. I won't be ordering from there again!

I used to order from there every 10-14 days and I really enjoyed the food. But the last few (different) dishes have made me feel unwell. So unfortunately, I can no longer order from them.

Extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. They have absolutely no idea how to treat guests, and the staff are difficult to understand because they barely speak German. The food arrived cold and didn't taste good. The employee on the phone became very angry and lied to me, claiming I had ordered over 25 minutes ago, which isn't true; I actually ordered 10 minutes ago. I will never order from there again and absolutely cannot recommend it!!

We ate at their restaurant yesterday and ordered a Margherita pizza and a burger meal. The order arrived in about 5 minutes, surprisingly fast. The pizza was okay (you can't really go wrong with that). However, the burger patty was raw inside and almost burnt on the outside. We pointed this out immediately after the first bite, and the waitress offered to make a new burger (we'd lost our appetite by then). She argued, saying it couldn't be raw, that it was grilled on a real grill, not an electric one, etc. She showed absolutely no understanding; it was still raw. My guess is that the patty was frozen solid and hadn't thawed. This is terrible service; they don't argue with customers! When the bill arrived, we were even more surprised. The burger meal was charged at the normal rate, and I even asked if they were serious. The waitress said yes. We used to really enjoy eating there, but lately, things have changed for the worse, and we've decided not to go back or order takeout. The burger meal was still raw. My guess is that it was frozen solid and hadn't been thawed. Mistakes can happen, but actions like these drive away customers, including us.

It's happened several times now that I've ordered items for which I'm charged, but then they don't deliver. When I call, they say, "No, we've included it." Special requests aren't considered. It used to be better. It's a shame.

We ordered ham with cream sauce and Bolognese. With the Bolognese, you could count the pasta. There were so few of them, really outrageous for the price. The ham with cream sauce had large chunks of ham in it. When you bit into them, they were completely hard and had no taste at all, just like milky cream. The Bolognese was completely cold, not warm or hot at all. On top of that, the driver arrived looking annoyed and speaking very rudely. The meal was inedible, and definitely not for the price.

Strange pizza dough that looks like it's baked with bread crumbs.

I ordered from Mönchengladbach and didn't even realize the pizzeria was in Viersen, as I only had the menu and the order was accepted as normal. After over three hours, my delivery finally arrived. Apparently, the driver couldn't find the address and had to return in the meantime. I called twice – the first time after about an hour, the second time after about two hours. Each time, I was told the food was on its way. In fact, it took over three hours to be delivered. It was probably only prepared after my second call – because it was still warm when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the quality of the food, pizza and pasta, wasn't that great. The driver was upset that I didn't leave a tip. But after such a delay, I couldn't leave a tip, even though it might not have been his fault because it might have been another driver, but I couldn't. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I've ordered a lot, but never from Pizza Lord.

Sorry, but unfortunately this was the worst pizza I've eaten in Viersen. I had a seafood pizza. The crust tasted terrible, and the seafood topping had surimi in it, which shouldn't have been there. We also had to wait a really long time. I'll never order from Pizza Lord again.

When I got food, instead of chicken on my salad, I got frozen schnitzel, which is annoying, especially when you specifically ordered the chicken because there was no mention of frozen schnitzel anywhere. It's a real shame to pay 4 euros for extra chicken that I'm not even allowed to eat.

I've always been satisfied, but depending on who takes the order, you pay differently. Small deviations are fine, but not. A price difference of up to €5 for the same order, and paying an additional €9 because you want a pizza half as big as half as big is pretty cheeky. For less than €2 more, you could have gotten 1 pizza each, meaning you're paying the price of 2 pizzas for 1 pizza because you want each half with different toppings. If that's not possible, that's fine, but charging for 2 pizzas even though you get one is pretty cheeky! Always happy to order and often! But that was the last time!

The food was still lukewarm and the Bacon Chilli Cheese Burger was delivered without bacon for the second time. The frozen patty wasn't cooked through and of course I couldn't finish the burger (thank you very much for that, I hope it doesn't ruin my Christmas dinner) and the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets was also forgotten. We used to love ordering here, but today was the last order. Very unfortunate...

Always better to eat locally. There is no reason to complain there, I have been there many times, preferably on Sundays. Orders are received very quickly. Ambience very tidy, service very friendly. Pizza is good and tasty considering the quick pizzeria concept.

Hello, we ordered food today. The food came in the requested delivery time. Unfortunately, one of our orders was incorrectly executed. After calling we were told in a blunt, unapologetic manner that our food would be delivered. After another hour our repeat order arrived. Unfortunately wrong again. We then got our money back. Unfortunately you won't see us there again. The service on site definitely needs to be improved and friendliness needs to be worked on a lot

That was probably nothing: 1. Pizza cold 2. Over an hour delivery time 3. Ordered twice garlic, both pizzas were delivered completely without garlic 4. No cheese on the outer third of the pizza 5. Pizza topped with a tiny amount of tuna Guys, it doesn't work like that, so many faux pas at once are an absolute no-go. Recently, delivery has always taken significantly longer than before. Shortage of staff? I have no idea, at least not acceptable.

The pizzas are exactly how I like it! Favorite pizza is Quattro Formaggi (4 cheese) with garlic.
