Best, best...I love this restaurant

This is the third time I've been in the store where my order was taken incorrectly. I clearly state what I want, and yet I end up with something else. It's just annoying and takes away your appetite. The taste is okay, but standing in the store and still not getting what you ordered is disappointing.
