If you order at that dumpling shop, every second order is wrong. Today we ordered a pasta mista with rigatoni again, and they delivered all kinds of pasta! Sometimes it tastes great, other days it doesn't, and they skimp on the seasoning. We won't order from there again.

Ordered by phone, salad dressing not homemade. Pizza dough too salty. Tomato sauce on the pizza also too salty.

The food at Pizza Life tasted okay and was generally delicious. Unfortunately, the value for money wasn't right – the portion could have been larger for the price. Furthermore, my order wasn't executed correctly: I received doner kebab meat instead of the chicken breast I requested. The salad was also disappointing – even though I paid the extra for a "large" portion, there was hardly any of it. That's annoying. Overall, the taste was solid, but the quantity and service were weak. Therefore, it's unfortunately not good enough for a full five-star rating.

Let's be honest, friendliness is something else entirely... You pick up your two small pizzas, which are overpriced and one of them is burnt, which I didn't notice until I got home. Then you want to pay, but you're rudely told that only cash is allowed, with no sign or anything to indicate otherwise... Then the unfriendly guy just stammers and points in one direction... there's a bank... Unfriendliness to the tenth degree... It's not the first time we've been dissatisfied, and it's also the last time we'll enter this unfriendly, overpriced, and poor-quality place. And we certainly won't recommend this company, not at all... I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time...

We had ordered food for 6:15 p.m., but unfortunately, it didn't arrive until 6:45 p.m., but we didn't mind. We had ordered, among other things, a Hawaiian pizza, but what was delivered was a salami pizza. Unfortunately, no one liked it, and it was thrown away. What a waste of money.

The app order worked perfectly. However, the estimated delivery time of one hour was significantly exceeded. The pizza arrived after about two hours, and the temperature was not consistent with that of a freshly prepared pizza delivered. Communication was not in German. Given that this was already the third incorrect delivery, for example, due to incorrect ingredients, we will not be placing any further orders in the future.

The food was really tasty and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service wasn't optimally organized: The dishes didn't arrive at the same time, so we had to eat one after the other. This somewhat spoiled the shared meal. It's a shame, because otherwise the visit would have had the potential for a much higher rating.

Card payments should be a matter of course in 2025.

Anyone who orders here will be motivated to cook for themselves. Ordered 3 pizzas for €12 to €13, a total of €37 plus delivery costs of €1.5. The diameter of the pizzas was less than 26 cm and was therefore smaller than cheap ready-made pizzas from discounters. After the “pizza” we made sandwiches for ourselves. We have never experienced such a poor price-performance ratio. The pizzas were well topped, but the dough wasn't cooked through on the inside. Pure snack quality, nothing special that justifies the price. When the pizza arrived, the high price and small diameter were discussed with the delivery person. His reasoning was irritating: "If you order online, the pizzas are more expensive than in the snack bar. Because the tax office gets a share of the sales when deliveries are made." I paid cash. By the way, I didn't receive an invoice.

Food was cold, fries made in old oil, 2 farmer's schnitzels were forgotten during delivery, they were supposed to be delivered later, which didn't happen. Order paid. Fraud!!!!

Ordered food today at 5:30 p.m. and still not there at 8:00 p.m. Called again.... Answer: yes, your food is being prepared now..... It would then take 3 hours with delivery..... is it still possible?

So seriously guys? First take 12 euros for a small pizza that doesn't even come close to 26cm? You've got a bang. It's better to drive to Bergneustadt from now on. I'm a loyal customer, but what you're doing now is absolutely cheeky and drives away people who come to you every week

The kebab is a disaster, I don't know what's in it, mint or something, you just have some fresh taste in your mouth, nothing else. Never again

I'm unsure whether I should recommend the store. The kebab was great, the Jägerschnitzel was a bit of a disaster (everything tasted more like gypsy sauces) and the pizza I had tended to be burnt. The mushrooms on the funghi pizza were just little black crumbs. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement, but since the local competition is pretty non-existent, everything will probably stay as it is.

So far everything we have ordered has been delicious. Ordering via your own app is very relaxed and you just have to pick up the food or have it delivered. The timing information has always been correct so far.

Stopped here for lunch while visiting a customer. The decor and staff were friendly, prices were reasonable, and the pizza was delicious.

Don't know your own ordering app. Deliver incorrectly, then say a replacement will be delivered. Revoke your decision secretly and don't let them know. If you ask, you will be instructed how to order. 0 goodwill We have always been incredibly satisfied and have ordered 30 times. But I won't let myself be cheated... ever again

Super delicious pizza & kebab. Sometimes communication problems on the phone when ordering but always friendly. The place has been around for a long time and that speaks for itself. But longer delivery times are worth it 👍🏻

Ordered food at 8:40 p.m. as a loyal customer, got an unfriendly call at 8:52 p.m. saying they had already tidied up and cleaned everything. Customer service NUUULL...BUUUH that's how you scare people away. We know half of Eckenhagen, we tell everyone and their mother the story!

Great currywurst. Unfortunately this was made from chicken, I personally would have preferred beef sausage. But it was still tasty and where can you get a currywurst today!

Unfortunately I had to do the tactical one after half the kebab🤮.

The staff were nice! Pizza didn't taste good! Pizza was poorly topped.

The fries were totally over salted, the salad dressing tasted like fish and the champion cream sauce was a ready-made sauce. And to charge 10 euros for this rubbish is a shame. My wife is sick and has the worst spray sausage!! I feel sick too! Conclusion: I will never eat here again!!!!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber 2 mal Currywurst Pommes Majo, 1 kleine Pizza und 2 Dosen Cola, 1 Wasser 33 Euro? Darum war der Laden wohl auch so leer.

Pedimos para llevar y todo muy bien, no tuvimos apenas que esperar. La pizza muy jugosa, la masa estaba bastante buena para ser un kebab. El doner también estaba muy rico y con cantidad de ingredientes.

Gut geführter Laden, Essen gut, Pizza fand ich sehr gut für die Art. Wünsche dem Chef jeden Morgen ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht.

Wir hatten Pizza und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Imbiss hat auch Sitzplätze.

Frisch, lecker und schnell zubereitet! Von einem grossen Salat wird man definitiv satt und er schmeckt sehr lecker, im Preis dabei war zudem ein ganzes Pizzabrot 😍

Positiv ist der freundliche und schnelle Service. Das Essen hat leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Currywurst schmeckte wie curryking. die Wurst schmeckte wie aufgewärmt statt frisch gebraten... die pommes waren ganz gut.

Richtig lecker. Von außen denkt man vielleicht eher an einen Schnellimbiss, aber die Qualität des Essens übertrifft das. Sehr lecker und super freundlich

Ich fand die Pizza wirklich sehr lecker und empfehlenswert, innerhalb von 15min. pünktlich abholbereit, telefonische Bestellung und sogar nach geschnitten wurde gefragt und gemacht. Sehr reichhaltig belegt und leckerer Teig. Top.

Schmeckt super und das Personal immer freundlich und sehr flink in dem was sie machen. Der Preis passt auch und die Wartezeit ist in Ordnung und sie haben eine große Auswahl dennoch nicht zu viel. Macht weiter so!!!!
