Pizza Jack in Berlin

We ordered two pizzas through Wolt. The delivery time was supposed to be 9:45 PM, but the food didn't arrive until 10:20 PM. Both pizzas were completely cold. We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant—especially the delivery service. A complete waste of money. I was in Berlin for the weekend when I ordered the pizza.

We were lured by Lieferando's 4.7 stars. We were sorely disappointed. The pizza is mediocre at best. The potato gratin tastes like it was thrown together randomly. What a pity...

Ordered Jack's Party Pizza. The crust was thin, the crust crispy, the freshest, and the toppings were plentiful. The delivery was by a friendly delivery driver and arrived at home a few minutes earlier than agreed upon. Fantastic! We'd be happy to return! Best regards, Kevin Krill

We ordered food for delivery and the wait time was still reasonable. Everyone enjoyed the food. The pizza was still lukewarm, which I'd say was perfectly fine. The driver was very friendly.

So, let me start at the beginning: There are constants in life. Gravity. Monday fatigue. And Pizza Jack in Rudow. It's been the same story for over 20 years: I order a pizza, it arrives piping hot, tastes fantastic – and with a consistent quality that almost disturbs me. I mean, surely someone has to break the mold somewhere, right? But no. You can rely on that, like the amen in church or that one friend who always shows up early for the barbecue. Now, I've tried many pizzas over the years. You could say I'm a kind of culinary Indiana Jones, but instead of looking for the Holy Grail, I'm looking for the perfect pizza. And I'll tell you how it is: Jack hit my taste like a dart in the bullseye. All the other places? Sure, they make pizza too. But I just like Jack's the best. By the way, I order by phone. Lieferando? Nope. I refuse to throw their hefty commissions down these agencies' throats because—and hold on tight—my favorite restaurants should also benefit. Call, say a friendly "hello," order pizza—it's been a breeze for decades. Jack on the phone? Friendly, understands me well. I understand him well. Everyone gets along well. That's how it should be. This time it was the Buffalo Cheese and the Chicken Supreme Cheese. Delivered within 30 minutes. Hot. Richly topped. Spicy. Juicy. Maybe a little too juicy. You know the feeling: You take a bite, and whoosh, the topping moves toward the tabletop faster than your hand. Then you're left with a choice: Either eat it straight like a wrap, or accept that you'll end up scraping the topping off the floor with a spoon. But that's exactly what I love about it—this adventure, this challenge, this inner duel: Who wins? Me or gravity? The delivery driver was also top-notch, by the way. Friendly, punctual, didn't smell like he was changing old oil on the side. Solid service. In conclusion: Pizza Jack is like a good friend. You can rely on him, he never disappoints – and even when things get chaotic, you always end up with a good feeling. So, call, order something, and bravely fight against physics. It's worth it.

At Pizza Jack there is green asparagus that has only grown without heads. Saving asparagus. Really annoying.😡

Ordered a margarita with extra peppers and corn via Uber. We got something with jalapenos and nacho stuff. After the call they said we should please call again on Friday because they are already off work😂 By the way, the cheese sticks are not 👎🏼

Pizza was okay, potatoes burnt too dark. Croque absolutely inedible. Baked baguette bread was still raw, completely white. (See photos) Plus hot cucumbers in a croque, which usually doesn't belong in a croque because cucumbers shouldn't be heated. So more than half of the croque ended up in the trash can. Announced delivery time was 1 hour, is 30 minutes. Arrived late. All in all, okay for pizza... but not croques.

It's unbelievable that something like this can be called pizza. Not only that it took over an hour to deliver (for a small pizza). But the pizza was the highlight, I threw it away after one bite. The dough has 0% anything to do with pizza dough. 0% fluffy, 0% crunchy. Just an old half-finished dough-like dough. Worst pizza of my life. It's better to use the frozen version.

Unfortunately just disappointed here. Ordered pizza 1 year ago and it was completely soaked in water. Tried again today and it's getting worse. The "garlic baguettes" were so soft and covered in cardboard. The chilli cheese nuggets were from the Edeka freezer. And the pizza, what can I say, was even wetter than the last time. Waited 70 minutes, €42 poorer and still hungry. Very, very unfortunate. The only good thing there is always the pasta... what a shame. The pictures in the flyer always look so awesome, but they were probably bought from another pizzeria.

He did not get the order right and then blamed me for making a mistake and asked me not to order from him anymore, which I am not going to anyway. Even the pizza was of lower quality than what I would expect for the price. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

It's been a while since I ordered citizens and fries again, as always 🍟 everything was great, warm and punctual delivery 👍👍👍keep it up soon

Absolute rubbish, just came uncut

I am receptionist in an hotel. When I came back from the kitchen(1 minute) the deliverer went into the service room without permission, searching for someone. When I told him what he is doing there he just asked if I ordered the food(no), dropped the food on the bar and left straight... I mean, You had all informations from the guest.

As always, the pizzas delivered (today on August 4th around 6:45 p.m.) had plenty of toppings and tasted really good, and that also applied to my Texas Giant Burger. Delivery time approx. 45min. is okay. You could breathe friendliness into the delivery driver because we know it differently from you and the new menus requested were once again not brought.

Very tasty, completely satisfied

Der Laden ist sehr dreckig. Die sogenannten Köche arbeiten in schmutzigen Jogginghosen und von Arbeitsschutz oder Hygiene keine Spur. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett aber leider ist es dort sehr schmutzig und deshalb würde ich dort nie wieder Essen. Leider.

Pizza Dallas war dieses Mal sehr trocken und kaum Sauce obwohl ich extra um mehr Sauce bat. :-(

Viel zu krasser Laden, nur hater würden sagen Pizza Jack wäre schlecht.

Ich habe mein Essen selbst abgeholt. Mit dieser abhol-Mail hat es nicht ganz geklappt. Sind dann einfach selber hin und die Pizza war schon fertig. War trotzdem lecker gerne wieder. Preise sind durchaus in Ordnung.

Der Käserand schmeckt mir persönlich am besten und ist nur zu empfehlen

Vorher anrufen lohnt sich Essen schnell fertig 4 sterne aber nur da die Pizza echt nachgelassen hat

Freundliche Beratung, beim Abholen aber die Küche gesehen. Sowas von unaufgeräumt und nicht sauber gemacht.. man muss keine Zutaten rumliegen lassen..

Haben das erste Mal anstelle von liefern zur Abholung bestellt. Es ging super schnell. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten konnten wir unsere Pizza und Pasta mitnehmen. Schnell, lecker, klasse. 👍

Wenn das so bleibt wie es im Moment ist, dann passt soweit alles. Preis, Leistung, Geschmack und Lieferung sind ok. Weiter so 👍🏻

Wo fange ich an? Also die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die rote Sauce für den scharfen Burger würde ich ändern.Passt geschmacklich gar nicht. Den Bacon für den Burger roh raufzulegen is auch ein nogo. Als Koch achte ich natürlich auf einige Dinge aber diese zwei Sachen gehen gar nicht. Die Pizza war wie erwartet gut. Falls die Küche mal Hilfe braucht bei der Produktentwicklung der scharfen Sauce oder oder....kann mich der Chef gern mal anschreiben! Komme ich gern mal nach Rudow😉 Hatte auf nen Freitag bestellt da weiß ich als Koch natürlich was bei euch los ist😉 Ne gute Vorbereitung ist an solchen Tagen alles. Is doch schade wenn ihr so nette und fleißige Mitarbeiter habt aber die Rezessionen wegen kleiner Details runtergehen. Hättet ihr nicht nötig!!!

Die Pizzabrötchen sind echt lecker 😋

Pizzabrötchen, corndogs und pommes ziemlich fettig und weich. ein bisschen zu schlechtes preis-leistungs-verhältnis.

Habe online bestellt und mit PayPal bezahlt. Als ich nach über 1 h angerufen habe wo meine Bestellung bleibt (1,8 km entfernt) musste ich zur Kenntnis nehmen, dass online Bestellungen offensichtlich mit großer Verzögerung bearbeitet werden und erst mein Anruf wirklich die Bestellung auslöste und dann nach 20 min. kam.

Leute was habt ihr mit euren Bewertungen? Die Gerichte sind extrem lecker, wirklich bisher alles. Die Preise sind auch Top, besonders wenn man die Preise mit anderen Bezirken vergleicht. Liefern tun sie auch immer sehr schnell. Also was passt euch denn nicht? 😂

Das nenne ich mal flott und das Essen war sogar Heiß und mega Lecker. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich . Dankeschön, wir werden jetzt öfter bei ihnen bestellen.
