Never again Great on the outside, great on the inside, delivery time of 1 hour 30 minutes is too long. I could have made something at home in that time. Pizza wasn't good, not even 1 piece was eaten straight into the bin

I was there on a Sunday, while waiting for my Flixtrain. Very nice and welcoming staff. The place was clean and the pizza was also very good. I'm happy 😀

The food was amazing as always, the cheese melted very deliciously. Delivery always as it should be

The staff is totally rude and incompetent. He didn't give any information clearly. We have a voucher to eat there but it wouldn't be triggered because the staff wouldn't take the code. disappointing experience!! :(

Arrived here shortly after midday yesterday because I still had a few hours to spare before the Frankfurt-Stuttgart game. I was able to easily stay here for over two hours while I watched the entire game between City & Liverpool on my phone. The pizza itself, of course absolutely delicious for fans of this chain, is always a pleasure. The toilet was also allowed to be used, although I can't say 100% whether it was actually only intended for the staff. The staff was also very friendly and everything was just right. It should be mentioned here that this is not a whole/large restaurant. I hadn't looked at the gallery too closely and only thought to myself that there would be enough space once there were tables in there. There's enough space for several people, but not an entire branch like you're used to. More like half express and half small restaurant. But overall, definitely recommended :)

Always adventurous to order from this branch. Order takeaway on site. The employees are friendly but unfortunately there is an extreme lack of knowledge of German. This makes ordering more difficult. Unfortunately, the pan pizza is not as tasty compared to other branches. The side dishes we ordered (chicken wings, chicken fingers, garlic bread and wedges) were not crispy. Here the employees will probably need to be coached again regarding the preparation of the products and the organization of the processes. When you watch Lieferando orders and calls being processed, it quickly becomes clear why there are so many complaints. @Team Pizza Hut: You are welcome to address this review internally, I will not do so on another platform. The dishes not only taste great, but the suppliers are also characterized by their always friendly and reliable manner. What is particularly pleasing is that deliveries often arrive faster than stated in the confirmation email. Using your own homepage to place orders is straightforward and so far I haven't had any problems. It's worth noting that prices are at Pizza Hut's typically upscale standard.

If you're in the mood for an American pizza, I think Pizza Hut is a good place to go. It's also worth ordering - they deliver the food relatively quickly and it's always warm. The cookies as dessert are a recommendation 👌

Mal wohne ich im Lieferbereich, dann wieder nicht. Hängt scheinbar davon ab wer gerade ans Telefon geht. Laut Homepage wohne ich im Liefergebiet aber mir wurde schon zweimal die Lieferung abgelehnt. Pizza schmeckt wie in jedem anderen Pizza Hut auch.

Telefonisch bestellt. Kam heiß an. Sehr nette und sympathische Mitarbeiter. Lieferung ins Hotel direkt aufs Zimmer. Immer wieder gerne.

Alles super. Ich habe telefonisch bestellt. Lieferung sollte nach 30-40 Min erfolgen. Nach 30 Minuten wurden die Pizzen und mein Getränk geliefert. Der Lieferant war freundlich und die Pizzen noch schön heiß. Sehr lecker und hat alles geklappt. Gerne wieder :)

Apologies for replying late. I visited on my trip to Frankfurt, it was late night and I ordered a pizza for takeaway. However it took a bit long and because there was not much space inside my kids were standing outside in freezing cold and started crying. I requested if my pizza could be delivered instead of takeaway (hotel was just 600 meters away), and staff said it's not possible. So I had to go drop my kids at hotel and then walk back to pick up the pizza. I believe there should be flexibility to allow home delivery even after the order was made for take away.

Bester Pizza Hut in Frankfurt. Kann nur weiterempfehlen.

Bester Sauna Aufguss den ich in meinem Leben hatte denn es waren gefühlte 45 Grad. Zum Glück gab es keine schmutzigen Toiletten denn es gibt gar keine toiletten. Bedienung war nett. Und die Pizza war ok. Der aussenbereich ist toll... wenn man ihn nutzen könnte, denn er ist mit einem Fuhrpark von Fahrrädern voll gestellt gewesen

Geschmack gut und gleichbleibend, da weiß man, was man bekommt. Top finde ich, dass es jetzt online Nährwertangaben zu den Pizzen gibt. Gerade für Diabetiker ein Pluspunkt, keine Kohlenhydrate mehr schätzen zu müssen 👍

War heute das erste Mal bei Pizza Hut, Sind Klasse Pizzen auf jeden Fall und genau die Auswahl für meinen Geschmack. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nur Ehre, würde dafür am liebsten einen 6 Stern drauf drücken.
