A Pizza Hut like all the others. It's all ok. It's easy to go there.

That was really good. We had fast service, no waiting time and delicious pizza. Immediately again 😁

I, alone, sat outside. Even though there wasn't much going on, it took a relatively long time until one of the service staff took care of me... Due to a service robot inside, the service to guests suffers a little, is my personal feeling. It also took quite some time for the pizza to arrive... As usual, the pizza was delicious and arrived at my table hot.

I ordered a Caesar salad. They brought me a salad without chicken 💁🏻‍♀️ The salad contained: lettuce leaves, just a little bit of Parmesan cheese, why is there so little of it? This was very surprising, but there was no Caesar sauce at all, they served me regular sauce, but it was not for this salad. For the salad I give 0, it’s terrible and costs 10 euros, I didn’t eat this salad. But I was glad that they didn’t charge me for the salad. I ordered a watermelon drink and pizza. The drink is tasty, the pizza is normal, a lot of toppings, but not wow.

Don’t expect coming to get pizza like in America. The pepperoni lovers, which I paid for extra pepperoni (because of another experience at the one in Hamburg) and mushrooms had about 15 pepperoni total and about 8 mushrooms. Service was none existent. The two waitresses we had seemed to struggle with both English and German as we had a fluent German speaker with us. Very disappointing!

Worst pizza of my life! Mixed starter plate carelessly slapped on top, totally dry. Never again!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. We ordered two pizzas and something to drink. The drinks came pretty quickly and so did the pizza. Then they said the second one was coming soon. But forgiven... we waited another 20 minutes until I spoke to the staff and they said it was coming soon... After a few more minutes the pizza came... but it was the wrong one... we then rejected it and paid... When we got the change When we got it, we noticed that €5 was too little… after asking and explaining that something was missing, we got the €5… The employees took the whole thing for granted and no one came to you or even apologized properly... What a shame... We won't go to this PizzaHut again!

The food didn't taste good at all!

I ordered online, food arrived after over 2 hours and was cold. When I called, I was always assured that the driver had already left, but he then told me that he left 5 minutes ago and that the food had been lying there for 2 hours. When I complained, they said that's just the way it is and she hung up faster than I could say anything. I puke in the jet do your job properly. Lg

THE FIRST AND LAST TIME, we came to all you can eat. There was no selection of pizzas and the pizzas weren't fresh. Around 2 p.m. we were told that they weren't serving pizza anymore because all you can eat goes until 3 p.m. But service was good

I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for over 2.5 decades and have had the luck to try out different stores in different countries. One is accustomed to the service and atmosphere in Pizza Hut stores. I had the misfortune to visit this chain in this particular location. I was the only customer, and the server, who unfortunately did not speak either English or good German, first of all said they serve "Pizzas" from 11:00 a.m. even though the opening time was 09:30 a.m. I thought it was a language barrier and ordered the pizza what I wanted. Now onto the second faux pas when he said that he was the only server that day and that it would take time, even though I was the only customer. The food was just okay, not up to the standards of Pizza Hut. The Pepsi tasted a lot like soapy water. The air conditioner was not working. All in all, I'm happy that there is a Pizza Hut in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, but they could definitely improve the service and the atmosphere. The only way is up for this store.

This will probably be our last visit to Pizza Hut. We were the ONLY guests in the big store. The smallest (non-vegan) favorite pizza now costs around €17. With a drink it's €20. For a large pizza you can easily pay around €30 for both - for a bit of flour dough with toppings that you have to pull back and forth to get the feeling that there is something on it. For the price you don't get any more service except for the drinks (the Asian waitress was very friendly). A robot brings everything, with the instructions that you shouldn't burn your paws if you set the table yourself with plates, cutlery and pizza. Then you have to turn it off so that it stops chattering. How brilliant - lower personnel costs and less service, but higher prices. The toilets are creepy and dark - once you find them, because there is no sign on them (probably only intended for insiders). We were there 50 minutes before closing time, closing time at 8 p.m., so we weren't able to eat the pizza in peace because it took a while for it to arrive. We had no idea they would close so early. The music including advertising was quite loud. Overall, you had the impression that they wanted to be particularly hip - the only thing missing was the rainbow flag... No - that's not possible anymore. A pity.

The pizza was ok but €16 for a small pizza is really not appropriate. The pasta was absolutely disgusting, was nicely prepared but tasted like cardboard

I've been to this cafe several times, eaten lasagna, both times it was served on a dirty plate and the second time there was hair

Sorry, but with the best will in the world, this store is at the end for me. I have known Pizza Hut in HRO for many years but the image that this store presented to me during this visit is absolutely bad. Even though there were only 3 guests there at the time and the service staff had hardly anything to do, it wasn't until 15 minutes later that we were blessed with drinks, ordered and served. Then the ambience, lamps crooked, broken, cobwebs, seats broken, kitchen absolutely yellowed, toilets 1 for everyone and only 1 for 1 person.. the pizza tastes terrible and has nothing to do with Pizza Hut. The kitchen employee was in the toilet at the same time as me, didn't even wash his hands... sorry but definitely absolutely disgusting and disgusting.. The old store was mega and always full but this store has nothing in common with that.

Pizza is ok. Staff was only at the table once and would have liked to have ordered something more. But it wasn't possible. The food delivery with the robot is debatable; it would have been quicker at the time if the plates had been brought. The ambience and cleanliness are not really inviting.

We wanted to eat at Pizza Hut and have already ordered everything. A vegan menu. We waited forever until someone came and said that vegan food has been out since January. There would be nothing vegan. The best thing would have been to simply not put these cards out at all, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered at all.

I didn't like it. The pizza was too greasy.

Nausea and vomiting after salami pizza

We were there today for the first time as a family. We are more than thrilled. Everything tasted fantastic. Keep it up and all the best for the future. We'll be happy to come back.

Essen braucht zu lange zum kommen

The food looked very dreary and tasted rather mediocre. The four of us only ate 1 1/2 pieces of the pizza; it had a very strange taste. The service staff was nice, but totally overwhelmed and hardly spoke to us at all.

Very great food, nice service with robots bringing food...👍👍😂. This was also programmed to be nice.

the waiter was really nice he was new but helpfull, the food was 45 min wait, there were 2 other couples in the restaurant! Our pizza was cold and the melts were hard, it was not good and just no thank you never again😂

Super leckere Pizza und absolut freundliche Bedienung.

Wir waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder bei Pizza Hut. Ich war überrascht von der wirklich leckeren Pizza. Die Bedienung war super nett und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ein Pizza Hut ist ein Pizza Hut und erfüllt wie gewohnt die Erwartung.

Sehr gute Bedienung, freundliche und schnelle Bedienung sogar von einem kleinen Roboter, was erstmal für Verblüffung sorgt im positiven Sinne!!!

Das Essen ist, wie bei jedem Pizza Hut, gut. Durch das Franchise System weiß man genau, was man bekommt. Leider war die Bedienung überfordert. Freundlich war sie. Ob der Gag mit dem Servierroboter wirklich ein Servicegewinn ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Ich finde, dass der Satz des Roboters, mit dem er vor den heißen Pfannen warnt und den man während des Besuchs unzählige Male durch das ganze Restaurant hört, eher nervt.

Vom Essen war nur die Vorspeise gut Kartoffelecken Chickenwings Mozzarellasticks Die Pizza war dann nicht so toll der Teig matschig und geschmacklich auch mit gut Und das für fast 57,-€ für zwei Personen Das wird wohl unsere letzter Besuch dort gewesen sein

Nettes Personal, schneller Service, Preis und Leistung super.... Essen wurde von einem Roboter gebracht, was den Kinder, die anwesend waren, natürlich sehr gefallen hat.....

Unpersönlich und irgendwie Bahnhofsfeeling... Eine Robokatze bringt dir das Essen! Bezahlen muss man an der Kasse! (Nicht am Tisch wie bei der Bestellung) Dadurch wirkt das Konzept ein wenig wie ein Bahnhofs- oder Kantinenessen.

Gutes Essen, nettes Personal und das Essen wird von Roboter an den Tisch geliefert - sehr cool, erst recht für die Kinder.

Ich muss gestehen, ich war lange nicht mehr bei Pizza Hut. Desewegen war ich hier sicher auch ein klein wenig enttäuscht. Die Pizza war sehr spärlich belegt und man merkte auch, dass diese wohl schon recht lange unter der Wärmelampe lag. Das einzig Erwähnenswerte war die nette Bedienung. Ansonsten kann ich leider nur sagen - hier ist noch Luft nach oben. War mal besser und hat auch mal besser geschmeckt. Schade....

Erst wird man abgewiesen, obwohl die Hälfte aller Tische leer sind (mit Reservierungsschilder), dann durfte man doch reservieren, in einer halben Stunde... Dann ewig gewartet bis man die Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Wieder warten, bis dann endlich das Getränk kam. Es handelt sich wohl um schlecht eingearbeitetes, aber freundliches Personal. Schlecht organisiert und nicht auf Umsatz ausgelegt. Essen war okay. Heute gleich einen Platz bekommen, Bestellung ging schnell, geliefert wurde per Roboter. Essen typisch Pizza Hut.

Sonntagabend, ringsrum alles geschlossen - Notlösung, mehr auch nicht! Pizza ging so... Raffinierte Preisangaben mit negativem Überraschungseffekt. Kleine Pizza Ruccula ca. 18 Euro + teure Getränke. Völlig überzogenes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Nie wieder Pizza Hut !!!

War nach längerer Zeit mal wieder hier, auch wegen den Preisen lange nicht, und bin echt enttäuscht. Die Qualität der Pizza hat extrem nachgelassen, dafür sind die Preise weiter gestiegen. Hat wirklich nicht geschmeckt und an anderen Tischen war ähnliches zu hören. Das war's dann.

Wir haben nicht sehr lange warten müssen , Service nett und zuvorkommend. Nur die Pizza hätte etwas länger im Ofen bleiben können. Aber sonst alles ok.

Ganz inkompetenter Service. Hat erst sehr lange gedauert bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, dann ist das Essen absolut überteuert. Dazu kommt noch, dass statt bestellter Pepsi Zero normale Pepsi gebracht wurde. Bei der Bezahlung wurde unverschämt nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Gegeben wurde 50€ für eine Bestellung von rund 40€. Ich zitiere "und was gibt's zurück" war die Antwort des Personals. Die höhe war aber, dass nach der Aussage, "machen wir 42€" von uns erneut gefragt wurde was wir denn zurück bekommen. Nicht mal die einfachste Matheaufgabe ist möglich gewesen. Daher keine Empfehlung, geht lieber zur Pizzaria um die Ecke.

Das war nicht so prall. Das haben wir besser in Erinnerung. Erst mussten wir 15 Minuten warten, bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, dann dauerte es 20 Minuten, bis die Getränke kamen. Nach einer weiteren Wartezeit kam dann der Roboter-Kellner. "Liebe Gäste, Vorsicht, es ist heiß!" Schön wäre es gewesen. Die Pizza war lauwarm, die Limonde total versüßt. Ne, Leute. Besser machen!

Forfærdelig mad. Fedtet, smagsløst og ikke veltilberedt. Meget snusket betjening. Tjeneren kunne med fordel have taget et bad inden han kom på arbejde.

Essen war in Ordnung. Die Wartezeit war miserabel. Haben gute 45 min gewartet auf zwei Pizzen.

Kleine Pizzen für 6 Personen 90 Euro nein danke. Ohne Getränke 60 Euro wären o. K. Gewesen.

Ich hatte netten, schnellen Service. Eine Nachfrage, wie das Essen ist, wäre schön gewesen, ist aber in einem Fastfoodladen auch nicht unbedingt üblich. Vom Essen her kann ich nur die Chicken Wings und die Lasagnebites beurteilen und vom beiden muss ich leider abraten. Die Wings waren sehr fettig vom Fleisch her, schmeckten alt und waren nur lauwarm. Die Lasagnebites sind von der Portionsgröße total ok, aber man will sich daran gar nicht satt essen. Die bites lagen in reichlich dünner Sahne-Suppe. Es fehlte an vollmundigem Geschmack: Einfach viel Fett und wenig Liebe. Vielleicht ist das Franchise-Rezept ja so, aber dann ist es veraltet. Pizza kann ich, wie gesagt nicht beurteilen. Angerichtet war beides total ok. Es ist schade, weil man irgendwie mehr als Fastfood erwartet, da es wie ein Restaurant anmutet, aber sollte man nicht.

Ambiente ist halt getrübt davon, dass es mitten im Einkaufszentrum ist. Dafür liegt es schön zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Man muss keinesfalls vorher reservieren und das Essen - zumindest in Bezug auf die Pizza - schmeckt gewohnt lecker. Man muss amerikanische Pizzen mögen und sollte auf einen Vergleich der italienischen. Varianten verzichten.

Bestellung wurde verhältnismäßig zügig aufgenommen, leider war es dann auch zu Ende mit zügig. Wir haben auf eine Vorspeise und Pizza (Käsekruste hat gefehlt obwohl bestellt) 50 Minuten gewartet, beides war zudem lauwarm und auch nicht besonders gut. Während der Wartezeit wollte uns die Nachspeise serviert werden, nach dem Hinweis dass wir noch nichts gegessen haben, passierte nichts. Nachfragen und Beschwerden werden gekonnt ignoriert. Rechnung war auch falsch 👍 Toiletten in katastrophalen Zustand. Kann man noch mehr falsch machen?

In der Vergangenheit war es schöner und das Angebot an Speisen vielfältiger

Jo, dort habe ich auch schon mal Pizza gegessen, doch es war auch die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe, na ja was soll ich sagen, Mann gibt ja trotzdem Trinkgeld, doch das ärgerte mich schon wieder, denn ein Danke kennen die da nicht. Das war gewiss das erste und letzte mal, das ich dort war. Dann ziehe ich lieber Dominos PIzza vor, denn diese schmeckt immer und überall total lecker. Also, haut mal rein in Rostock, und lasst es Euch dort schmecken

Selten so langsam und schlecht bedient worden im Pizza Hut heute Mittag 23.6.21 bei drei besetzten Tischen. Nach 15 Minuten endlich Bestellaufnahme mit leider sehr unfähigen ungelernten Kellner. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten Wartezeit endlich die Getränke. Rostocker Radler abgestanden,ohne Schaumkrone und geschmacklich Katastrophal. Bier war vielleicht oder auch die die Sprite im MHD abgelaufen. Somit ist auch Rostocker Bier in meiner Favoritenliste in den Keller gerutscht. Nach 30 Minuten dann unsere Starters Vorspeise für zwei. Ein Dip fehlte gleich und war auch nicht bestellbar laut Auskunft vom unwissenden Kellner. Leider hat dieser uns auch keinen Ausgleich angeboten,war völlig überfordert mit der Situation. Das größte Pech für uns war dann noch das die Vorspeise nicht mal heiß und durchgegart war,geht garnicht!! Kurz entschlossen haben wir dann unseren Besuch bei Pizza Hut beendet und die nicht schmeckenden Getränke selbstverständlich bezahlt und auf den Rest verzichtet. Leider war auch kein fähiger Chef oder ähnliches im Laden, sodass man alles hätte vernünftig klären können. Für mich ein NoGo in der heutigen Zeit und ich wünsche Pizza Hut in Rostock das sie durch Corona hoffentlich kaputt gehen und den Platz im KTC einer besseren Gastronomie zur Verfügung stellen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir Pizza Hut in Rostock nie wieder betreten und ich kann das auch keinem Empfehlen dem sein Geld noch etwas Wert ist!!!!!!

Am 26.07. wurden wir ne halbe Stunde auf der separaten Terrasse nicht bedient. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass drinnen erstmal die Musik spielt und wir uns 45 Minuten gedulden müssten. Wir sollen doch rein kommen und bestellen. Wohl gemerkt, dass nur 7 Tische belegt waren. Von Stress doch eigentlich keine Spur. Es ist wohl schwierig gutes Personal zu finden.
