I just ordered on Uber eats and can’t track so I called the store directly and asked where my order would be or when I should expect it. Let me tell you this I am no person to ever write a review but this I had to because I also see so many reviews on here on how the person on the phone is rude as heck. The man on the phone was so rude to me for asking where my order might be, started talking aggressively and twisting words I didn’t even say to me. Broski I just wanted food not your attitude. THIS PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten! Every pizza from the supermarket tastes better. The prices are simply embarrassing what customers are offered for the price. With all the bad comments, it seems like I'm not the one to be the only one who wasn't satisfied.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience today. The employee or owner was very unfriendly and rude Because the pizza fell out of my hand when it was handed over. They have definitely lost me as a customer. Vg

Online zur Lieferung bestellt und als ich ca. 45min vor angekündigter Lieferzeit angerufen habe, um nach einer Gabel für die Nudeln zu fragen, sollte ich erstmal erklären, wo genau ich bin. Dies fällt einem Gast in einer fremden Stadt natürlich sehr leicht. Sodann begegnete mir der Mitarbeiter am Telefon, dass meine Pizza geschnitten ist. Welche Pizza?? Danach legte er auf. Wenn man keine Lust hat, einfach einen anderen Job suchen, der einen zufrieden macht.

I ordered food two days ago, the delivery took more than an hour. And the pizza was very greasy, the cookie was smashed and the order was missing the mozzarella sticks. Above all they also brought me schwip schwap instead of Miranda and a small pepsi instead of a big one.

You should get your act together with deliveries.

The Pizza was absolutely not worth the price. The dough was too thick and they put very little meat which is not usual for a pizza with that price in Frankfurt.

If you are passing through Frankfurt airport, hungry after flying all day, and want to have a pizza for dinner; I recommend that you go to the bathroom, pour a good monster into the toilet bowl and then eat it, before asking for a service from this establishment.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They took 1:30 for a pizza. I complained and they threw a chair at me so I wouldnt really count this as anything. Disgusting personell and disgusting service. Very sad

The order came late, which wasn't a problem at first, but the pizza was so dry and also the wrong one. I usually always find Pizza Hut very tasty (at least the store in Eschborn) but it was inedible. The Nutella dumplings were also barely filled and super dry. Definitely not worth €5. It's a shame about the money.

My food was delivered to the wrong number and the delivery person doesn't even contact me... I called and the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. Never come to you again 👍🏽

Never experienced such a bad delivery service. Every time it is claimed that the name is not on the doorbell. Everyone else is also able to find this. Due to a foot injury, I couldn't go down to the third floor myself and had to ask a neighbor to do so. Very rude and unfriendly staff.

Employees unfriendly. Hardly speak to anyone, but I don't know if it's the language or the people themselves. The shop is not intended for eating on site at all, although there are tables there. We were given plastic cutlery. No plates. So we had to eat out of the box. They have no customer toilets and no good parking facilities. We'll never go there again.

Ordered pizza... Waited over an hour. Nice call on the phone and picked up in a very rude manner. Wanted to cancel, answer was not possible, is on the way... Really rude service. 1 time and never again

You know the pizzas, they're good, but we actually wanted to go out to eat. We were absolutely wrong. The ambience is sublime, there are tables, but it's more comfortable in the station toilet. There is no service either, especially no plates and glasses. It's probably not intended as a restaurant but only for pick-up and we went there with the wrong expectations. Next time we'll know better, there are plenty of pizzerias in the area where you can sit comfortably.

Ordered a pizza - for delivered at the wrong location and when I called I almost got insulted!!!! Please run away from this place.

Everything ok so far. The pizza is delicious. But really expensive and not enough used. Update: Unfortunately, the cheese in the edge of the Cheesy Crust is becoming less and less. Some just holes in the edge. And the coating is becoming less and less. The price is constantly rising. Sadly bad. At least the staff is nice.

Unfriendly, bad service, cold food. Never again! But I can highly recommend the Pizza Hut in the north-west city!

I had dinner there with my family today. The pizzas were topped very sparingly, the dough was like cardboard, the crust of the “Cheezy Crusty” pizza had so little cheese in it. That was the first and last time we went to eat at the Pizza Hut. We have visited better Pizza Hut branches. That was the worst branch so far. I definitely won't recommend it.

The options for delivery were not that great in the late evening at Frankfurt airport, so I decided to order from this restaurant. I ordered a mushroom pizza with additional peppers. After one hour the food finally arrived. Unfortunately they did not honor my order correctly and forgot to put the peppers on the pizza, which I payed for. The taste was not a masterpiece and quite greasy.

Lieferung war recht schnell. Pizza hat alt, abgestanden und der Käse war wie Leder. Angerufen Mitarbeiter meinte dies sei so halt bei Peperoni Pizzen... Ganze Pizza im Mülleimer gelandet, da nicht verzehrbar. Diese Location ist definitiv ein Fall fürs Lebensmittelamt. Fernhalten!!!

Die Pizza schmeckte besser als ich erwartet hatte. Es war wundervoll. Ich würde Pizzaliebhabern empfehlen, wann immer Sie Pizza essen möchten, Pizza von Pizza Hut zu essen.

Hey ihr Lieben, ich habe dem Essen 3 Sterne gegeben da es an sich gut schmeckt, allerdings das preis leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz übereinstimmt. Bestellt man eine Pizza mit cheezy crust erhofft man sich einen leckeren Käserand.. der hier allerdings nicht gegeben ist. Ich finde es ist zu wenig Käse drin und dieser schmeckt leider nach nix. Im allgemeinen kann man ab und an in dem Restaurant essen gehen allerdings nicht mein Favorit!

An diesem Abend Pizza und Salat bestellt. Der Salat kam bereits halb vergammelt an! Das ist eine Frechheit. Die Bilder sprechen da für sich!

Waited 4 hours on a delivery, the male manager was very unkind on the phone when asking about said delivery. When taking away the food was as you might expect from pizza hut. Service was alright but nothing special

Hat nun mal nichts mit einer echten Pizza von einem echten Italiener zu tun. Für Fastfood und dass alle paar Monate aber ok.

War lecker. Typisch Pizza Hut. Man weiß, was man bekommt und es entspricht genau dem erwarteten. Wir haben bestellt zum liefern und es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wartezeit war circa 30 Minuten, was völlig in Ordnung für uns war. Das Essen ist auch heiß bei uns angekommen. Leider hatte der Fahrer kein Wechselgeld dabei, obwohl wir beim liefern bezahlen angegeben haben.

Ich wollte eine 5-EUR-Pizza zum dort essen. Die Bedienung spielt lieber am Smartphone oder chattet... keine Ahnung. Kein besonderes Interesse an Kunden. Ich sitze und trinke bereits und er stellt mir eine fertigeinpackte Pizza hin. Und meint, dass er mir ausnahmsweise gestatten würde, sie dort zu essen. Auf dem Plakat wird für das 5 EUR Angebot geworben, aber das steht nirgends, dass man sie nur zum Mitnehmen bekommt.

Wir haben uns 1x Chicken Wings bestellt die sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Unsere 2 Pizzen die wir bestellt hatten waren vom Geschmack her ganz okay, jedoch war der Boden so fettig und ölig, dass die Pizza Kartons durchweicht sind..

Sorry Leute, Die Pizza XY die ihr noch übrig habt als Chicken Supreme anzuspreisen und dann ne lame Gemüsepizza vorzufinden und das für 10 €...mehr Verarschung geht nicht. Sorry jungs, aber das kann nicht der Anspruch sein! Das letzte Mal schon pizzabrötchen ohne Inhalt bekommen. Support the local dealer aber auf diese Weise Geld verdienen zu wollen, wird dem Anspruch von Pizza Hut nicht gerecht. Habe es mir öfter angeschaut, aber irgendwann reichts. Nicht umsonst habt ihr 3 Sterne im Schnitt...also entweder level oder shut up...traurig

Im Restaurant hingen überall Plakate, dass es ein Lunchangebot gibt, das ich wahrnehmen wollte: gibt es nicht mehr. Ich wollte ein anderes Angebot wahrnehmen: „Jede Pizza nach Wahl zum Abhol Spar Preis“. Weil ich aber die Einzelzutaten genannt hat, wollte man mir das nicht zu dem Preis abrechnen, statt einfach zu sagen: nehmen Sie die und lassen wir das weg. Feedback zwar erwünscht, aber es gibt keine Antwort. Die Margharita war aber in Ordnung.

Schmeckt excellent aber der Verkäufer hat mich (Luigi) abgezogen. LUL Er hat zwar smalltalk mit mir gehalten über WCD aber auch nur deshalb weil er einen Level upgraden wollte. Alle so “Safe Diggah”. Ich so “Oh nein” du hast mir 2 Coins Zuviel abgezogen. Jetzt gibts kein Level Up mehr sondern direkt “Game Over”. Mich als “Luigi” siehst du nicht wieder!

Einziger Lieferdienst offen Montag abend um 23:00, deswegen hier bestellt. Pizza ist einfach schlecht, aber mehr kann man bei Pizza Hut nicht erwarten. Kaum Thunfisch auf der Thunfischpizza und die Pizza besteht eigentlich nur aus Teigboden.

Freundliches Personal. Zwar kurz gebunden, aber dennoch höflich. Die Pizzen sind dort immer gut. Schlecht ist nur, dass es dort keine Parkplätze gibt, wenn man von weiter her kommt und dann erstmal einen Parkplatz suchen muss.

Bin stets zufrieden und auf Kundenwünsche wird immer eingegangen! Macht weiter so
