Today the food was really abysmal, didn't taste good at all, the wrong pizza was delivered, what a shame.

They dont delivery our order. It's scam.

We online ordered our pizzas. The online address wouldn’t let us add a letter next to our street number (maybe a glitch?), so ended up just writing the number of our building without the letter to identify the building. In our comments section we specified which building and the floor number. When the delivery man arrived, he went to the wrong building and proceeded to verbally ABUSE and SCREAMED at us for writing the wrong building, despite it being in the comments because the website wouldn’t let us write our full address. Horrified. Pizza Hut has lost a customer for life. I would never recommend buying from this Pizza Hut

I ordered cookies that were coated in oil, and the batter wasn't even cooked through. After a phone call and a video, there was no compensation for the failed cookies. This is simply outrageous and cheeky.

The cheese crust pizza I ordered was really good. The delivery time was faster than stated. So far, that's positive. The Caesar salad is absolutely overpriced, and the dressing tastes like nothing. I ordered two onion rings and one mozzarella stick, and everything was delivered together in one pizza box. It's a shame, since we wanted to share it. Can't they be individually portioned as ordered?

I just ordered 2 pizzas, they were delicious, came quickly and were really warm, so 5 stars deserved, would order again 👍🏻

Delay of over 2 hours, zero contact, cold food, abysmal, hopeless, pathetic.

We ordered through Uber Eats and everything was almost perfect. From the delivery to the food itself! We ordered around 11:40 PM and the pizzas arrived at 12 PM sharp. The pizza was hot and tasted very good.

I'm not reviewing the food, because Pizza Hut tastes the same everywhere – but rather this branch and especially the employee who was there on July 16th around 2 p.m. We came from far away, wanted a quick bite to eat before a concert, and stood at the counter for several minutes – right in front of the employee. He didn't respond at all, calmly scrolling through his phone without greeting us, without a glance, without a word. When we finally asked politely if we could order, we only received an annoyed "Yes." When we asked if there was a restroom, we got a curt "No." We know this is a delivery branch... but how can you be so unfriendly to customers? Unfortunately, the store didn't give a clean impression either, and so we left.

Pizza is delicious, but no parking, it is better to walk.

The food is average, the delivery time is well over an hour and if you ask by phone you are hung up early.

We ordered from there yesterday at 11:40 PM. It was delivered at 1:40 AM! When we called, they just said it was on its way and then hung up on us mid-sentence. No apology, no interest in clarifying the situation. The pizza tasted okay, but we'll never order from there again. Customer service = 0

A very cozy and delicious fast food restaurant. It was my first time there, but it's always charming and fun to talk to the staff.

We ordered via Uber Eats and waited for two hours. The pizza was good, but I ordered pasta there. Don't look at the pictures, they say more than a thousand words. See for yourself and my order was for a Pepsi Zero, which we didn't get. Pizza Margherita Pan M, Pasta Broccoli Chicken Gratin, as you can see in the picture, no chicken and no broccoli. Terrible, one star for the pizza.

I have never experienced such rude behavior!! I ordered food from a delivery driver and the food arrived very late. When I looked out the window, I saw that the delivery driver was there and I waited for him to ring the bell. He rang several neighbors' doorbells besides mine! As I didn't have a house key, I couldn't leave the apartment. So I called the restaurant and asked the driver to come up and tell me my floor. The worker on the phone was so rude and shouted at me because I had supposedly not given my last name correctly. Such a lie. Also, my cell phone number is on file and they could have called me before ringing the neighbors' doorbells. Then I was insulted on the phone and called a dog and asked to give everything in detail. Such rude behavior. The food arrived late and cold. The taste was really unpleasant. I don't recommend anyone order from here!

I ordered a veggie pizza at this hour. Their service was prompt and satisfactory. Will come back should I feel like having a pizza.

Best pizza from pizza hut for ever

A 2.5 (!) hour wait for a cold pizza. Expensive. Unfriendly staff. Absolutely outrageous. First, I called UberEats and then got the wrong delivery time twice over the phone. ('In 5 minutes' turned into 1 hour). The pizza tasted like it had been reheated three times and had been sitting in the cupboard for two days. I usually like Pizza Hut, but this is an absolute disgrace and probably the worst delivery experience I've ever had. NEVER AGAIN.

Top taste is food. It's so delicious that you can still smell like food for a week

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We eat there often. Everything is clean, and we don't even need to mention the delicious pizzas.

I ordered a pizza, a garlic bread, a garlic dip and a Pepsi. After 1h and 30m I got a cookie and a Pepsi. I was told to call and obviously no one answered the phone. Interesting experience, would not recommend if you’re hungry.

Took one hour and a half to deliver and only live 3 minutes away. The damn driver couldn't find the address even though it just straight up the street. Unbelievable

Waiting over 2 hours for getting a pizza is not ok

Attention: very unappealing atmosphere with a bad pasta dish. I searched in vain for the promised chicken in an over-salted pasta sauce. Plastic fork and wrapped portion don't invite you to come back!

I've eaten at Pizza Hut elsewhere, but the Niederrad Pizza Hut was really bad. It smelled really bad. I can't recommend it at all.

I had no idea that a pizza with a Coke could cost €28. I didn't really like the taste of anything except the cheese. I definitely wouldn't go back for that price; even the pizza in Zurich is cheaper and worlds better. So, it's not my cup of tea, a waste of money.

I ordered something online at 11 a.m. for 7 p.m. and it's now 7:30 p.m. Where I have food nowhere. Never experienced such incompetence.

Hands down one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten in my life. Save yourself the trouble and your money. Do not order from or eat here. Cheesy crust with mushrooms hardly had any cheese or mushroom. The pizza was over baked (almost burnt). It was greasy and just disgusting to eat. Never again!!! 😡🤮

Inedible pizzas. Very long waiting times, unfriendly employees and a long evening in the toilet! I wouldn't eat here even for free. The employee with the Indian accent doesn't work either! Very unfriendly!

Terrible experience! Delivery took almost 2 hours. Called the store. The employee was very hectic and unfriendly. Brushed me off and simply hung up without addressing my complaint. Employee training definitely needs to be done here and service needs to be worked on! The delivery person refused to walk to the second floor to deliver the order after a 2 hour delay. The pizzas arrived cold and dripping with oil. Another call to the headquarters asking me to get my money back, as this food was unreasonable and not edible. All I got was the statement that I should contact Lieferando. Once again they quickly brushed me off and didn't address my problems and hung up. Please don't do this to yourself here! Never again Pizza Hut.

My first order at this Pizza Hut branch was reminiscent of a jungle test at the jungle camp. I don't want to know what the sauce was made with for the gratinated noodles! The pizzas also bordered on physical harm. Is this really a real Pizza Hut branch? We couldn't believe it. This (how should I even call it without being offensive?) something we ate here cannot begin to be compared with the branch in Bad Homburg, for example. I want my money back!

The worst pizza place in Frankfurt. The staff is extremely rude, shifting blame to their drivers, and the chef is shockingly abusive. When you call, they hang up and show no regard for customer concerns. The food arrives cold (1.5Hrs in waiting) poorly prepared, and completely unacceptable. Ordered there for the first time. I would have better read the reviews beforehand. The pizzas were absolutely tasteless and totally greasy. Prices absolutely overpriced. Paid 16 euros for 4 small pieces! We definitely won't be ordering there anymore!

Absolutely disgusting. I ate at a Pizza Hit for the first time today and was shocked. Pure fat, no taste, no quality, everything soggy and inedible. They couldn't even get the cookie right, it was so runny that they couldn't get it out of the package. I can't understand how a restaurant like this can survive.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost two hours for my pizza. During this time I called the restaurant and asked where my order was. There I was yelled at and accused of not being able to order so late (all within opening hours and accepted by the restaurant). I've never experienced such impudence before. Ordered through Lieferando, paid a lot of money and the food was delivered totally cold and tasted like nothing. Mozarella sticks were cold, chicken wings were cold and the pizza was also cold. Really sad.

I just ordered on Uber eats and can’t track so I called the store directly and asked where my order would be or when I should expect it. Let me tell you this I am no person to ever write a review but this I had to because I also see so many reviews on here on how the person on the phone is rude as heck. The man on the phone was so rude to me for asking where my order might be, started talking aggressively and twisting words I didn’t even say to me. Broski I just wanted food not your attitude. THIS PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten! Every pizza from the supermarket tastes better. The prices are simply embarrassing what customers are offered for the price. With all the bad comments, it seems like I'm not the one to be the only one who wasn't satisfied.

Online zur Lieferung bestellt und als ich ca. 45min vor angekündigter Lieferzeit angerufen habe, um nach einer Gabel für die Nudeln zu fragen, sollte ich erstmal erklären, wo genau ich bin. Dies fällt einem Gast in einer fremden Stadt natürlich sehr leicht. Sodann begegnete mir der Mitarbeiter am Telefon, dass meine Pizza geschnitten ist. Welche Pizza?? Danach legte er auf. Wenn man keine Lust hat, einfach einen anderen Job suchen, der einen zufrieden macht.

I ordered food two days ago, the delivery took more than an hour. And the pizza was very greasy, the cookie was smashed and the order was missing the mozzarella sticks. Above all they also brought me schwip schwap instead of Miranda and a small pepsi instead of a big one.

You should get your act together with deliveries.

The Pizza was absolutely not worth the price. The dough was too thick and they put very little meat which is not usual for a pizza with that price in Frankfurt.

Got the wrong pizza and then was rude

If you are passing through Frankfurt airport, hungry after flying all day, and want to have a pizza for dinner; I recommend that you go to the bathroom, pour a good monster into the toilet bowl and then eat it, before asking for a service from this establishment.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They took 1:30 for a pizza. I complained and they threw a chair at me so I wouldnt really count this as anything. Disgusting personell and disgusting service. Very sad

The driver isn't completely normal and the rest isn't convincing either

The order came late, which wasn't a problem at first, but the pizza was so dry and also the wrong one. I usually always find Pizza Hut very tasty (at least the store in Eschborn) but it was inedible. The Nutella dumplings were also barely filled and super dry. Definitely not worth €5. It's a shame about the money.

My food was delivered to the wrong number and the delivery person doesn't even contact me... I called and the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. Never come to you again 👍🏽

Never experienced such a bad delivery service. Every time it is claimed that the name is not on the doorbell. Everyone else is also able to find this. Due to a foot injury, I couldn't go down to the third floor myself and had to ask a neighbor to do so. Very rude and unfriendly staff.

Employees unfriendly. Hardly speak to anyone, but I don't know if it's the language or the people themselves. The shop is not intended for eating on site at all, although there are tables there. We were given plastic cutlery. No plates. So we had to eat out of the box. They have no customer toilets and no good parking facilities. We'll never go there again.

You know the pizzas, they're good, but we actually wanted to go out to eat. We were absolutely wrong. The ambience is sublime, there are tables, but it's more comfortable in the station toilet. There is no service either, especially no plates and glasses. It's probably not intended as a restaurant but only for pick-up and we went there with the wrong expectations. Next time we'll know better, there are plenty of pizzerias in the area where you can sit comfortably.

Everything ok so far. The pizza is delicious. But really expensive and not enough used. Update: Unfortunately, the cheese in the edge of the Cheesy Crust is becoming less and less. Some just holes in the edge. And the coating is becoming less and less. The price is constantly rising. Sadly bad. At least the staff is nice.

Unfriendly, bad service, cold food. Never again! But I can highly recommend the Pizza Hut in the north-west city!
