La Paloma Bar in Frankfurt am Main

The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The ambiance is a matter of taste; it's not my style. The wallpaper has a restless feel. The music is well-chosen but sometimes too loud. A uniform dress code would also be better.

Ordered food online, waited over 2 hours and still no one there, ordered from somewhere else, phone number not assigned, never again

Strong hygiene, definitely. There's hair stuck in the box. I've only been a customer for years because the store is always open when everything else is closed. This is the first time I've written. Deliveries usually take too long. Once, the wrong food was brought, but there was no compensation. They wanted my food returned and then redelivered, for which I would probably have to wait another 1.5 hours, even though I live around the corner. They then said they'd give me an extra couple of pieces of chicken next time. They would definitely know who I am if I only ordered once a month, maybe. And please don't call yourselves Roosters; you make the food completely differently. You usually don't do the chicken in the wrap very well. The chicken burger menus always vary; sometimes they're good, sometimes the meat is bad, sometimes they have strange buns. You can do better. Make an effort, guys, and please pay attention to hygiene. I don't want to know how things work in the kitchen. Regards
